Description

The present invention relates to a light shielding cover for an infusion container that is used by being placed on an infusion container, and prevents deterioration of the infusion due to light such as ultraviolet rays.

Infusion solutions containing vitamins, amino acids and the like are easily altered by light, and are required to shield not only ultraviolet rays but also part of visible rays. In this regard, the infusion container itself is made of a transparent film bag so that the liquid level can be seen, and is therefore packed in a light-shielding packaging material such as cardboard during distribution storage. However, since light rays enter the infusion container during use, deterioration of vitamins and the like stored in the infusion container becomes a problem.
Therefore, when administering an infusion, a light-shielding cover is attached so as to cover the periphery of the infusion container.
As such a light shielding cover for an infusion container, for example, one disclosed in JP-A-2003-275280 is known. As shown in FIG. 12, the shape of the light shielding cover 200 of this publication is such that two light shielding films having a substantially rectangular shape larger than the infusion container 100 are overlapped, and the upper side except the lower side portion 200a and the upper side central portion 200b. It is formed in a bag shape by heat-sealing approximately three sides of the portion 200c and both side portions 200d and 200d. The light shielding cover 200 is shielded by inserting the infusion container 100 from the lower side opening 201, bringing the hanging piece 102 of the infusion container 100 out of the partial opening 202 and hooking it on the hook of the support column. The upper side seal portion 203 of the cover 200 is locked to the shoulder portion 103 of the infusion container 100 so that the infusion container 100 can be covered. Then, a vitamin or the like is injected from a mixed injection port 101 (mixed injection port) provided in the hanging piece 102 of the infusion container 100 using a syringe, and an administration port 104 (administration port) provided in the lower part of the infusion container 100. The infusion is administered by attaching the administration tube 106 to the tube.

However, the conventional light-shielding cover is very complicated to attach to the infusion container. That is, the infusion container is made of a relatively heavy and flexible bag, and the lower opening of the light shielding cover is relatively narrow. Therefore, it is difficult to insert the infusion container from the lower opening of the light shielding cover. is there. In addition, even after placing the infusion container inside the shading cover, the hanging piece or mixed injection port of the infusion container must be taken out from the partial opening of the shading cover while putting a hand through the lower opening of the shading cover. .
Further, the conventional light shielding cover cannot be removed from the infusion container in a state where the administration tube is attached and suspended.

The present invention is directed to issues of providing a medical solution container for shielding cover which can be detachably attached to the infusion container suspended state and is mounted administration tube.

The present invention comprises a light-shielding bag that can cover an infusion container and is formed from two substantially rectangular films, and seals one side of the two films and a part of the upper side that is continuous therewith. A locking portion that is locked to the shoulder portion of the infusion container by being stopped is formed, a lower side opening is formed in the lower side of the two films, and the upper side of the infusion container is in the center of the upper side. A partial opening for partly going out is formed, and a side opening that can be opened and closed via an opening / closing means on the other side of the two films and a part of the upper side continuous to the two films An upper opening is formed, and when the side opening and the upper opening are opened, the partial opening, the upper opening, the side opening, and the lower opening are continuously opened. it is a detachable infusion container hanging state Providing a liquid container shielding cover.

The light shielding cover for an infusion container is completely opened from the lower side opening to the side opening, and further from the upper side opening to the partial opening (so-called half-open state). Therefore, the light shielding cover for an infusion container of the present invention can be easily put on an infusion container in which two films are half-opened and a tube for administration is attached and suspended on a support column. And after covering the light shielding cover, the infusion container can be covered almost completely with the light shielding cover as in the conventional product by closing the side opening and the upper side opening through the opening / closing means.
On the other hand, even during the administration of infusion by closing each opening of the light shielding cover, the light shielding cover can be easily removed by opening the side opening and the like again by the opening / closing means to make it half open. be able to.

Further, the present invention comprises a light-shielding bag that can cover an infusion container and is formed from two substantially rectangular films, and a part of one side of the two films and a part of an upper side that is continuous therewith. And the other side part and a part of the upper side part continuous to the other side part are respectively sealed, and a locking part locked to the shoulder part of the infusion container is formed oppositely, and the two sheets A lower opening is formed in the lower side of the film, and a partial opening for allowing a part of the infusion container to go out is formed in the center of the upper side, and the lower side from the center of the upper side of one of the two films An intermediate opening that can be opened and closed via an opening / closing means is formed at the center, and when the intermediate opening is opened, the partial opening, the intermediate opening, and the lower side opening are continuously opened. is formed so as to, Providing an infusion container shielding cover is removable infusion container Ri lowered state.

The light shielding cover for an infusion container has a completely large opening from the partial opening to the intermediate opening and the lower opening. Therefore, the light shielding cover for an infusion container can be easily attached to and detached from the infusion container in a state where the administration tube is attached and suspended with the film in which the intermediate opening is formed as a double door. After covering the light shielding cover, the infusion container can be almost completely covered with the light shielding cover, as in the conventional product, by closing the intermediate opening through the opening / closing means.

Furthermore, in a preferred aspect of the present invention, the infusion container is a light shielding cover for the infusion container in which the opening and closing means is a slide fastener, and the light shielding cover can open and close the side opening or the intermediate opening simply by moving the slider. Work can be performed easily.

The light shielding cover for an infusion container of the present invention can easily insert an infusion container as compared with a conventional product. In addition, the light shielding cover for an infusion container of the present invention can be attached to and detached from the infusion container to which the hanging piece is put out to be in a suspended state and the administration tube is attached.
Therefore, the light-shielding cover of the present invention can quickly perform the mounting operation to the infusion container.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
(First embodiment)
1st Embodiment is related with the light-shielding cover for infusion containers in which the side part opening part was formed.
In FIG. 1, 1 shows the light shielding cover for infusion containers provided with the cover main body 2 which consists of a substantially rectangular light shielding bag which can be covered and covered with an infusion container.
The cover body 2 has a lower side opening 21 into which the infusion container can be inserted in the lower side 2a, and a partial opening 22 for allowing a part of the infusion container (mixed injection port and / or hanging piece, etc.) to go out to the upper side 2b. The side portion 2c is formed with a side opening 24 into which the infusion container can be inserted, and the side opening is formed in the side portion 2c. Opening and closing means for opening and closing the 24 is provided. The side opening 24 corresponds to an upper and lower opening that opens in the vertical direction from one end of the upper side 2b of the cover body 2 to one end of the lower side 2a.

Specifically, the cover main body 2 is composed of two substantially rectangular light-shielding films 51 and 52 having a substantially rectangular shape that is larger than the infusion container. , One side part 2d) and a part of the upper side part 2b continuing to the one side part 2d (hereinafter referred to as one upper side part 2b ') are heat-sealed. Therefore, the one side part 2d side of the cover body 2 is sealed in a substantially inverted L shape. In addition, when this light-shielding cover 1 is covered on the infusion container, this sealed one upper side part 2b 'functions as a locking part 23 that is locked to the shoulder of the infusion container.
On the other hand, the lower side 2a of the front and back films 51, 52, the other side 2c (hereinafter referred to as the other side 2c), and a part of the upper side 2b continuous to the other side 2c (hereinafter referred to as the other upper side) 2b ″) is not sealed, and a lower side opening 21, a side opening 24 and an upper side opening 25 are formed on each side. The slide fastener 3 is attached as a means. Furthermore, in order to ensure the partial opening part 22 in the center part of the upper side part 2b in the upper side opening part 25, except a part between the seal ends of one upper side part 2b '. The hook-and-loop fastener 4 is attached as an opening and closing means. With this configuration, the lower side opening 21 and the partial opening 22 of the cover body 2 are completely opened, while the side opening 24 and the upper side opening are opened. The part 25 is connected to the opening / closing means It can be opened and closed.
For convenience, the sealed portion in each drawing is indicated by thin oblique lines, and the portion provided with the opening / closing means is indicated by light ink.

The slide fastener 3 is a well-known one. For example, as shown in FIG. 2A, the fitting member 31 made of a convex-shaped long body and the fitting made of a concave-shaped long body. A combined member 32 and a slider 33 for fitting both members 31 and 32 by being moved are provided. The fitting member 31 is fixed to the inner surface of the other side portion 2c of the front film 51 in a vertical straight line, and the fitted member 32 is formed in a vertical shape on the inner surface of the other side portion 2c of the back film 52. It is fixed to. The slider 33 is attached so as to be attached to both the front and back films 51 and 52, and is removed by a stopper part 34 (partial heat seal part of the front and back films 51 and 52) formed at the upper end of the other side part 2c. It has been stopped. Then, by moving the slider 33 downward, the fitting member 31 and the fitted member 32 are fitted, and the side opening 24 is closed.
The hook-and-loop fastener 4 is also a well-known one. For example, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the engaging surface member is provided on the inner surface of the surface film 51 and has an infinite number of protruding ridges. 41 and an engaged surface member 42 provided on the inner surface of the back film 52 and having an infinite number of ring-shaped loop portions with which the collar portion engages.

The front and back films 51 and 52 used for the light-shielding cover 1 are not particularly limited as long as they have an appropriate light-shielding property capable of preventing alteration of vitamins and the like. For example, UV absorption is applied to a base film such as a polyethylene terephthalate film. Examples thereof include a laminated film including an ultraviolet absorption blocking layer provided as a blocking process, a colored ink layer, and a sealant layer for heat sealing. The light shielding degree of the light shielding film is not particularly limited, but it is possible to sufficiently suppress the alteration of vitamins and to visually recognize the reduction in the amount of infusion through the light shielding cover. ) Is 5% or less, the light transmittance at 500 to 800 nm is 60% or less, the light transmittance at a wavelength of 200 to 530 nm is 5% or less, and the light transmittance at a wavelength of 600 to 800 nm is 70% or more. A light shielding film is preferably exemplified.

As shown in FIG. 3, since the side opening 24 is opened when the slide fastener 3 is opened, the side opening 24 is connected to the lower opening 21 as shown in FIG. A portion from the side opening 24 to the lower side opening 21 is completely opened. In the light shielding cover 1 of the present invention in which such a large opening is formed, the infusion container 100 can be easily inserted from this opening. Further, when the hook-and-loop fastener 4 is opened, the upper side opening 25 is also opened. Therefore, the upper side opening 25 is connected to the partial opening 22, and as a result, a portion including the partial opening 22 is greatly opened. The hanging piece 102 and the mixed injection port 101 can be easily moved out of the partial opening 22.
After covering the light shielding cover 1 on the infusion container 100 as described above, if the side opening 24 and the upper opening 25 are closed using the slide fastener 3 and the hook-and-loop fastener 4, the infusion container can be removed as in the conventional product. The light shielding cover 1 can cover almost completely. After that, vitamins and the like were injected from the mixed injection port 101 of the infusion container 100, and the hanging piece 102 of the infusion container 100 was hung on a support column (not shown), thereby closing the locking portion 23 of the light shielding cover 1. The upper side opening 25 is hooked on the shoulder 103 of the infusion container 100. Therefore, the light shielding cover 1 is attached to the infusion container without falling off. Finally, infusion administration can be performed by attaching an administration tube to the administration port 104 of the infusion container 100.
Since the opening / closing means for the side opening 24 is the slide fastener 3, the side opening 24 can be easily opened / closed simply by moving the slider 33 up and down.

Next, a modification of this embodiment will be described.
In FIG. 4A, the stopper 34 of the slide fastener 3 is provided at the lower end of the other side 2c. In the light shielding cover 1 having such a configuration, the side opening 24 is closed by moving the slider 33 upward.
In the light shielding cover 1 according to this modification, when the slide fastener 3 is opened, the side opening 24 is continuous from the upper opening 25 to the partial opening 22 as shown in FIG. The part from the side opening 24 to the partial opening 22 is completely opened. The light shielding cover 1 according to the modified example in which such a large opening is formed can also easily insert the infusion container from this portion. Further, since the light shielding cover 1 according to this modification can be opened from the side opening 24 to the partial opening 22, for example, as shown in FIG. It becomes possible to cover.

Next, in the modification shown in FIG. 6, the opening and closing means of the side opening 24 and the upper opening 25 are configured by the same means. That is, in the above embodiment, the opening and closing means of the side opening 24 and the upper opening 25 are different (slide fastener 3 and hook-and-loop fastener 4), but in this modification, both the openings 24 and 25 have one opening / closing means. It can be opened and closed with. Specifically, for example, one slide fastener 3 is provided from the side opening 24 to the upper opening 25. According to this modification, by moving one slider 33, the side opening 24 and the upper opening 25 can be opened and closed at a time as shown in FIG. . In this case, to move the slider 3 3 good, upper corner portion of the cover body 2 is preferably formed in a gentle curve.

Next, in the modification shown in FIG. 7, the opening width of the lower side opening 21 is relatively small (for example, a size into which an infusion container cannot be inserted and a size into which an administration tube can be inserted). Is. Even in such a modified example, the present invention has the side opening 24 continuous to the lower opening 24, so that the infusion container can be easily inserted by opening the side opening 24 by the opening / closing means. can do. In addition, after inserting the infusion container, the side opening 24 is closed, so that the reflected light entering through the lower opening 21 can be sufficiently shielded.

Next, the modification shown in FIG. 8 is configured such that the slider 33 of the slide fastener 3 in the side opening 24 is detachable from at least one of the front and back films 51 and 52. In the examples shown in the above embodiments, the slider 33 embraced on both the front and back films 51 and 52 is moved by the stopper 34 at either the upper or lower end when the side opening 24 is moved. Since it is stopped, the side opening 24 is not completely opened (the front and back films 51 and 52 are not completely separated at the other side 2c). In this respect, in the light shielding cover 1 according to this modification, the slider 33 is detached from at least one of the films 51, so that the side opening 24 is completely opened. The slider 33 may be completely detached from the front and back films 51 and 52, but a stopper is provided on one of the front and back films 51 and 53, and as shown in FIG. It is preferable to be configured so as to be retained by 52.
In the light shielding cover 1 according to this modification, a portion from the lower side opening 21 to the side opening 24 and further from the upper side opening 25 to the partial opening 22 is completely opened (so-called half-open state). Therefore, the light shielding cover 1 according to the present modification has a state in which the front and back films 51 and 52 are in a half-opened state, the administration tube 106 is attached, and is hung on a column or the like (not shown), as illustrated. It is possible to cover the infusion container 100. On the other hand, even when each of the openings 24 and 25 of the light shielding cover 1 is closed and infusion is being performed, if the side opening 24 and the like are opened again by the opening / closing means to be in a half-open state, the light shielding is performed. The cover 1 can be easily removed. Therefore, when it is desired to check the remaining amount of the infusion, or when the room becomes dark over time and it is no longer necessary to cover the infusion container 100 with the light-shielding cover 1, the light-shielding cover 1 is maintained while the infusion administration is continued. Can be easily removed.

In each of the above embodiments, the slide fastener 3 is exemplified as the opening / closing means of the side opening 24. Instead, the hook-and-loop fastener 4, the self-adhesive film, or the self-adhesive resin coating is used. It is also possible to use an uneven fastener or the like as an opening / closing means for the side opening 24. The self-adhesive film or the self-adhesive resin coating is not particularly limited as long as it is a resin having self-adhesion or weak surface tackiness, elastomer resin such as polyolefin elastomer and polyurethane elastomer, soft polyvinyl chloride, vinyl acetate type Resins are exemplified. The self-adhesive film or the self-adhesive resin coating is provided so as to be attached to the inner surfaces of the front and back films 51 and 52. In addition, you may comprise film 51,52 itself with a self-adhesive film, or you may provide a self-adhesive resin coating in the whole inner surface of the films 51,52. Further, the concave and convex fastener is similar to the slide fastener 3 not having the slider 33, and includes a fitting member made of a convex-shaped long body and a fitted member made of a concave-shaped long body, Both members are provided to face the inner surfaces of the front and back films 51 and 52, respectively. As a specific example of such an uneven fastener, for example, Ziplock [registered trademark of Asahi Kasei Life & Living Co., Ltd.] is exemplified. Since these opening / closing means do not have a member to be attached to both the front and back films 51 and 52 such as the slider 33, the side opening 24 can be completely opened. Therefore, since the light-shielding cover 1 according to this modification can be similarly opened in a half-open state, the light-shielding cover 1 can be attached to or detached from the infusion container 100 with the administration tube 106 attached and suspended. It becomes possible.
However, since the slide fastener 3 is provided with the slider 33 as compared with these opening and closing means, it can be opened and closed very easily.

Moreover, in each said embodiment, although using the hook_and_loop | surface fastener 4 as an opening-and-closing means of the upper side opening part 25 is illustrated, it replaces with this and the slide fastener 3 (The thing which the slider 33 can be attached or detached), An uneven fastener, a self-adhesive film, a self-adhesive resin coating or the like can also be used as the opening / closing means of the upper side opening 25.

Furthermore, in each said embodiment, although the upper side part 2b 'of the front and back films 51 and 52 is heat-sealed, the said upper-side part 2b' is not heat-sealed, but each said opening-and-closing means, such as a hook-and-loop fastener 4, etc. in this part It is also possible to select and provide as appropriate.

(Second Embodiment)
The second embodiment relates to a light shielding cover for an infusion container in which an intermediate opening is formed. Hereinafter, parts different from the respective examples shown in the first embodiment will be mainly described, and the same configuration will be referred to with terms and figure numbers, and description thereof will be omitted.
In FIG. 9, the cover body 2 has a lower side opening 21 into which the infusion container can be inserted in the lower side 2a, and a part of the infusion container (mixed injection port and / or hanging piece, etc.) in the upper side 2b. A partial opening 22 that allows the infusion container to go out and a locking portion 23 that is locked to the shoulder of the infusion container are formed, and an intermediate opening 26 into which the infusion container can be inserted is formed from the center of the upper side to the center of the lower side. In addition, an opening / closing means for opening / closing the intermediate opening 26 is provided. The intermediate opening 26 corresponds to an upper and lower opening that opens in the vertical direction from a middle part of the upper side 2b of the cover body 2 to a middle part of the lower side 2a.

Specifically, the cover main body 2 is heat-sealed on one side 2d and one upper side 2b ′ of the front and back films 51, 52 that are overlapped, and further, the other side 2c of the front and back films 51, 52 and The other upper side 2b ″ is heat-sealed. Therefore, the one side 2d side and the other side 2c side of the cover body 2 are sealed in a substantially inverted L shape so as to face each other. Note that the sealed one upper side 2b ′ and the other upper side 2b ″ function as a locking portion 23 locked to the shoulder of the infusion container.
The front film 51 constituting the cover main body 2 is divided in the vertical direction until reaching the lower side opening 21 from the partial opening 22 at approximately the center in the width direction, and an intermediate opening 26 is formed. The ends of the divided film pieces 51 ′ and 51 ″ are overlapped in the form of upper and lower belts. An engaging surface member is attached to one surface of the end overlapping surface, and an engaged surface member is mounted on the other surface. The intermediate opening 26 can be opened and closed by the hook-and-loop fastener 4.

In the infusion container shading cover 1, when the hook-and-loop fastener 4 is opened, the opened intermediate opening 26 is connected to the partial opening 22 and the lower side opening 21, and as a result, the partial opening 22 to the intermediate opening 26 and the lower side The part reaching the opening 21 opens completely large. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, the light shielding cover 1 according to the present embodiment can open the film pieces 51 ′ and 51 ″ of the front film 51 in the double-speech state, and the infusion solution with the administration tube 106 attached and suspended. The light shielding cover 1 can be attached to and detached from the container 100.

Next, as a modification of the present embodiment, the opening / closing means of the intermediate opening 26 is replaced with a hook-and-loop fastener 4, and other opening / closing means such as a slide fastener 3, an uneven fastener, a self-adhesive film, or a self-adhesive resin coating are used. It is also possible to change. When the slide fastener 3 is used, if the slider 33 is configured to be detachable from at least one film piece 51 ′, the slider 33 can be completely opened from the partial opening 22 to the lower side opening 21. In addition, since the mounting method to the infusion container 100 in the case of using the slide fastener 3 in which the slider 3 is secured from the upper and lower sides of the film piece 51 ′ is the same as that in the first embodiment, the description thereof is as follows. Omitted.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the upper side 2b ′ and the other upper side 2b ″ of the front and back films 51 and 52 are heat-sealed, but the upper side 2b ′ and / or the other upper side 2b ″ are not heat-sealed. It is also possible to appropriately select and provide opening / closing means such as the hook-and-loop fastener 4 in this portion.
In the present embodiment, the intermediate opening 26 is opened from the center of the upper side to the center of the lower side. It may be formed.

(Other embodiments)
In the said 1st Embodiment and 2nd Embodiment, although the partial opening part 22 of the cover main body 2 is formed so that the hanging piece 102 and the mixed injection port 101 of the infusion container 100 may go out, FIG. As shown in a), only the mixed injection port 101 may be formed so as to be able to go out. In this case, in order to hang on a fixed side such as a support column, a hole 27 may be formed above the light shielding cover 2 so as to correspond to the suspended piece 102 of the infusion container 100 to be inserted. preferable. Further, although not particularly illustrated, the partial opening 22 of the cover body 2 may be formed so that only the hanging piece 102 of the infusion container 100 goes out.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5B, the light shielding cover 1 having no partial opening 22, that is, the light shielding cover 1 having a configuration in which the entire upper side 2b of the cover body 2 is closed is also included in the present invention.
In the first embodiment and the second embodiment, a heat seal is used as a sealing means for the one side portion 2d. However, the sealing means is not limited to a heat seal, and an adhesive or a solvent. Also, it is possible to fold one film into two and to make this folded portion into one side portion 2d.
Moreover, you may equip the lower side opening part 21 with an opening-closing means as needed.
