Description
Claims (7)
- 無線ネットワーク制御装置(RNC)と、少なくとも論理的に分割された呼制御とベアラ制御とを実装したセルラーネットワークの第1のメディアゲートウェイ(MGW1)との間におけるペイロード・コネクションを再度割り当てる方法であって、
前記無線ネットワーク制御装置(RNC)にサービスを提供し、前記第1のメディアゲートウェイ(MGW1)を制御する制御ノード(MSC)によって再度の割り当てを開始し、
前記無線ネットワーク制御装置(RNC)とユーザー機器間のコネクションを維持しつつ、前記無線ネットワーク制御装置(RNC)と前記第1のメディアゲートウェイ(MGW1)との間の前のコネクションを開放し、
前記無線ネットワーク制御装置(RNC)と第2のメディアゲートウェイ(MGW2)もしくは前記第1のメディアゲートウェイ(MGW1)のアナログ論理ポイント(Po2)との間に新しいコネクションを設定することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記新しいコネクションは、前記前のコネクションとは異なる能力を有しており、さらに、付加的なステップとして、
前記無線ネットワーク制御装置(RNC)と前記ユーザー機器との間のコネクションを開放し、
前記メディアゲートウェイと前記無線ネットワーク制御装置との間の前記新しいコネクションの能力に対し適切な能力を備えた無線ネットワーク制御装置(RNC)と前記ユーザー機器との間に新しいコネクションを設定する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の方法であって、前記無線ネットワーク制御装置(RNC)にサービスを提供していない制御ノード(GMSC)により開始される再経路制御であり、付加的なステップとして、
前記無線ネットワーク制御装置(RNC)を制御する前記制御ノード(MSC)に対し信号を送信することによって再経路制御を開始することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載された方法であって、
前記ネットワークが、分離された呼制御とベアラ制御を備えたUMTSネットワークであることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載された方法であって、
前記ネットワークは、分離された呼制御とベアラ制御を持つGSMネットワークであることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載された方法を使用し、該方法がその中で使用され、又は該方法によって制御される通信ネットワーク。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載された方法を使用するソフトウエアプログラムであって、呼制御とベアラ制御とが分離されてなる通信ネットワークを制御することを特徴とするソフトウエアプログラム。
