Claims (8)
- 少なくとも、制御手段、記憶手段、及び出力制御手段から構成されるコンピュータシステムを用いて、生体物質に関する情報をコンピュータ表示画面上に自動的に表示し、前記情報を可視化する方法であって、
前記記憶手段には、コンピュータプログラムが格納され、前記コンピュータプログラムが、分類ステップと、表示ステップとを含む生体物質情報の可視化を実行させることを特徴とし、
前記分類ステップは、前記制御手段が、ユーザーが入力した入力情報を、前記記憶手段に予め記憶された生体物質毎の分子種分類情報若しくは細胞内局在情報に基づいて振り分け、同一分類に属する生体物質を同一のレイヤーに分類すると共に、前記入力情報を、前記記憶手段に予め記憶された生体物質間の相互作用関係を示すデータに基づいて「関係あり」と「関係なし」に分類し、「関係あり」に分類された場合は、更に活性化、抑制、自己抑制のいずれかに分類し、
前記表示ステップは、前記出力制御手段が、同一のレイヤーに分類された生体物質及び該生体物質間の相互作用関係を前記コンピュータ表示画面上の同一のレイヤー内に表示し、異なるレイヤーの生体物質間の相互作用の関係を、前記コンピュータ表示画面上の異なるレイヤー間に、活性化、抑制、自己抑制のいずれかに分類して表示することを特徴とする生体物質情報の可視化方法。 - 前記分子種分類情報は、遺伝子とタンパク質のいずれかに分類される情報であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体物質情報の可視化方法。
- 前記細胞内局在分類情報は、核、細胞質、細胞膜、細胞内小器官のいずれかに分類される情報であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体物質情報の可視化方法。
- 同一のレイヤー内に表示された生体物質間の相互作用の関係を、所定方式に基づいて、活性化、抑制、自己抑制のいずれかに分類して可視化することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の生体物質情報の可視化方法。
- 前記生体物質に関する情報が生体物質の発現量に関する情報であり、
前記記憶手段に予め記憶された生体物質群の中から所望の生体物質を選択し、選択された生体物質の発現量を直径に相関させて円又は円柱を描画するとともに、この円又は円柱を所定時刻間隔で時系列に並べて自動的に表示することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の生体物質情報の可視化方法。 - 選択した生体物質に関する入力初期情報に基づいて、該生体物質の発現量の時系列変化を自動的にシミュレーションし、前記コンピュータ表示画面上に自動的に表示することを特徴とする請求項5記載の生体物質情報の可視化方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の生体物質情報の可視化方法を、コンピュータで実行可能な前記コンピュータプログラムが格納されたことを特徴とする情報記録媒体。
- 生体物質に関する情報をコンピュータ表示画面上に自動的に表示し、前記情報を可視化する装置であって、
記憶手段と、
ユーザーが入力した入力情報を、前記記憶手段に予め記憶された生体物質毎の分子種分類情報若しくは細胞内局在情報に基づいて振り分け、同一分類に属する生体物質を同一のレイヤーに分類すると共に、前記入力情報を、前記記憶手段に予め記憶された生体物質間の相互作用関係を示すデータに基づいて「関係あり」と「関係なし」に分類し、「関係あり」に分類された場合は、更に活性化、抑制、自己抑制のいずれかに分類する分類ステップを行う制御手段と、
同一のレイヤーに分類された生体物質及び該生体物質間の相互作用関係を前記コンピュータ表示画面上の同一のレイヤー内に表示し、異なるレイヤーに分類された生体物質間の相互作用関係を前記コンピュータ表示画面上の異なるレイヤー間に、活性化、抑制、自己抑制のいずれかに分類して表示する表示ステップを行う出力制御手段と、
を備え、
前記記憶手段には、前記分類ステップと、前記表示ステップとを含む生体物質情報の可視化を実行させるコンピュータプログラムが格納された生体情報の可視化装置。
