【0001】
【0037】
TAO=KSET×TSET−KR×TR−KAM×TAM−KS×TS+C
【0047】
▲1▼におけるBLW=Hc
【0048】
▲5▼におけるBLW=Hw
【0050】
▲3▼におけるBLW=L

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle air-conditioning control device, and particularly to improve the suitability of learning control.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 3111566, for example, a conventional vehicle air conditioning control device relates an applied voltage (air flow rate) of a blower in an air conditioner to a predetermined control characteristic (an amount of solar radiation and an applied voltage). Control) and the signal set by the manual operation of the occupant. In addition, if the occupant's manual operation (air flow rate switch) is turned on, the amount of solar radiation at that time and the application By learning the voltage and changing the control characteristics, it is possible to control the amount of air blown according to the passenger's preference according to the increase or decrease of the amount of solar radiation.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as shown in FIG. 10, the above control characteristics are obtained by dividing the entire area where the amount of solar radiation can be easily divided into areas having a uniform width, and applying the applied voltage to each divided area. Therefore, the situation of manual operation of the occupant with respect to the amount of variation in the amount of solar radiation differs between the divided region on the side where the amount of solar radiation is large and the divided region on the side where the amount of solar radiation is large, resulting in a situation where learning of the air flow control characteristics is not properly performed .
[0004]
That is, as shown in FIG. 11, as if 0~1000W / m 2 the entire area may take the solar radiation, between the dividing 5, etc., if you set the divided areas by 200 W / m 2, a lot of insolation Even if the amount of solar radiation fluctuates from 800 to 950 W / m 2 in the region of 800 to 1000 W / m 2 , the sensation does not change much, but 0 to 150 W in the region of 0 to 200 W / m 2 where the amount of solar radiation is small. When the amount of solar radiation fluctuates to / m 2 , the amount of fluctuation (150 W / m 2 ) varies greatly as a passenger's feeling despite being the same as above.
[0005]
Therefore, even if the amount of sunshine is 0 W / m 2 , even if the amount of air blow suits your preference, if the amount of sunshine is 150 W / m 2, you will manually set the air amount to feel unsatisfactory and increase the amount of air blow. The control characteristics are learned so that the air flow increases. However, at the next boarding and when the solar radiation amount is 0 W / m 2 , due to the control characteristics learned last time, the air flow rate will be too large, and the manual setting will be made so as to reduce the air flow rate. Repeat happens.
[0006]
In this way, if the solar radiation amount division region is set evenly, in the region where the solar radiation amount is small, it cannot be converged to the control characteristics that suit the passenger's preference, and manual operation is required each time the solar radiation amount fluctuates. turn into.
[0007]
To prevent this, it is possible to converge to control characteristics that suit the passenger's preference by increasing the number of divisions of solar radiation and learning finely, but increasing the number of divisions leads to an increase in memory and calculation. This leads to an increase in time.
[0008]
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle air-conditioning control apparatus that can perform appropriate learning control without increasing storage capacity and calculation time.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following technical means.
[0010]
In the first aspect of the present invention, an operating part (27) provided in the air conditioner (20) and operating to function the air conditioning, an environmental condition detecting means (35) for detecting an environmental condition of the vehicle, A control characteristic storage means (31a, 31b) for storing a control characteristic, which is a relative relationship between the condition and a control amount to the operating unit (27), and an environmental condition detected by the environmental condition detection means (35) are controlled. Control amount determination means (S430, S460) for determining the control amount based on the characteristics, control amount manual setting means (371) for the passenger to manually set the control amount, control amount determination means (S430, S460), and control amount Controlled by a drive means (30) for controlling the drive of the operating portion (27) based on each output signal of the manual setting means (371), and a control amount manual setting means (371) under a predetermined environmental condition among the control characteristics. Amount changed In the vehicle air-conditioning control device having the control characteristic changing means (S450) for changing the control characteristic when the control characteristic is stored, the control characteristic stored in the control characteristic storage means (31a, 31b) Divided into a plurality of divided areas, the control amount is related to each divided area, and the width of the divided area of the environmental condition is set to two or more different sizes ,
The width of the divided area of the environmental condition set by the control characteristic storage means (31a, 31b) is characterized by being made smaller according to the frequency of use of the vehicle with respect to the environmental condition .
[0011]
As a result, by weighting the area that requires learning accuracy in the entire area that can be taken by the environmental conditions and reducing the division width of that area, it is possible to perform fine learning control, and Control that suits your preferences is possible. In this case, since the number of divisions is not increased, the memory capacity is not increased and the calculation time is not increased.
[0012]
In the invention according to claim 2, in the vehicle air conditioning control device, the control characteristics stored in the control characteristics storage means (31a, 31b) are divided into a plurality of divided areas, and the entire area that the environmental condition can take is divided into the divided areas. The control amount is related to each area, and the width of the divided area of the environmental condition is set to two or more different sizes,
The width of the divided area of the environmental condition set by the control characteristic storage means (31a, 31b) is reduced according to the operation frequency of the occupant control amount manual setting means (371) for the environmental condition . .
[0013]
Thereby, the same effect as that of the first aspect of the invention can be obtained.
[0018]
In addition, the code | symbol in the bracket | parenthesis of each said means shows a corresponding relationship with the specific means of embodiment description mentioned later.

[0044]
Next, based on the flowchart shown in FIG. 4 together with the details of the learning control (step S400) of the
[0045]
First, applied voltage control characteristics will be described. The applied voltage control is applied to the
[0046]
The applied voltage characteristics shown in FIG. 5 (b) are shown in (1), (2), (3), (4), indicated in FIG. 5 (b) in a predetermined region width (temporarily A region) of the amount of solar radiation. It is expressed as an equation relating to the five planes (5). When the applied voltage is BLW, these five equations are determined by the following formulas 2 to 5.
[0047]
(Formula 2)
BLW = Hc in (1)
However, Hc is a constant (here, Hc1 to Hc5) that is different for each divided region of the solar radiation amount to be described later, and is updated by learning.
[0048]
(Formula 3)
BLW = Hw in (5)
However, Hw is a constant (here, Hw1 to Hw5) that is different for each divided region of the solar radiation amount to be described later, and is updated by learning.
[0049]
(Formula 4)
BLW in (2) and (4) = a × TR + b × TAM + c × TS + d
However, a, b, c, and d are constants updated by learning. Note that TR, TAM, and TS are the inside air temperature, the outside air temperature, and the amount of solar radiation described in
[0050]
(Formula 5)
BLW = L in (3)
However, L is a constant (L1 to L5 here) that is different for each divided region of the solar radiation amount to be described later, and is updated by learning.
[0051]
The equations {circle around (1)} to {circle around (5)} concerning these five planes are provided for each divided region of the solar radiation amount as A, B, C, D and E.
[0052]
Hereinafter, in order to facilitate understanding, among the equations (1) to (5) relating to the five planes, the portion (3) will be described as a representative example with reference to FIG. FIG. 6 is a projection of the plane equation (3) on a two-dimensional plane indicated by the amount of solar radiation and the applied voltage. Here, the divided areas of solar radiation will be described.
[0053]
In order to simplify various calculations related to control, the entire area that the solar radiation amount can take is divided into five areas (A to E above). Each of the divided areas corresponds to a divided area in the present embodiment. Then, the interval width of the division is set to two or more different sizes as compared with the uniform width in the prior art. Specifically, the region where the occupant can easily feel the change in the amount of solar radiation is made smaller. That is, the width of the divided area is set to be smaller as the area has a smaller amount of solar radiation. In the actual setting, the division area is determined to increase exponentially as the amount of solar radiation increases.
[0054]
The applied voltage BLW (L1 to L5) is set as an initial characteristic for each divided region of the solar radiation amount, and is stored in the
[0055]
Based on the content of the applied voltage control characteristics described above, details of step S400 related to learning control of the
[0056]
First, in step S410, the current environmental region is determined from the outside air temperature and the amount of solar radiation input in step S150. That is, in the map shown in FIG. 5A, an applied voltage characteristic (FIG. 6) corresponding to the outside air temperature TAM1 at that time is called from the
[0057]
Next, in step S420, it is determined whether or not there has been a manual operation by the occupant on the manual air flow
[0058]
On the other hand, if it is determined in step S420 that the occupant has manually operated the manual air supply
[0059]
Next, in step S460, based on the changed applied voltage characteristics, the applied voltage of the divided region corresponding to the amount of solar radiation at this time is calculated as a control amount, and is output to the
[0060]
In the present embodiment, the control characteristic changing means corresponds to step S450, and the control amount determining means corresponds to steps S430 and S460.
[0061]
The configuration and operation in the first embodiment have been described above. The operation and effect will be described below.
[0062]
In the applied voltage control characteristics, weighting of areas that require learning accuracy is performed in the entire area that can be taken by the amount of solar radiation as an environmental condition, and the division width of the area is set to be small. Fine learning control is possible, and control that suits the passenger's preference is possible. In this case, since the number of divisions is not increased, the memory capacity is not increased and the calculation time is not increased.
[0063]
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the present invention is applied to the learning control of the applied voltage of the
[0064]
In addition, since the width of the solar radiation amount divided region is set so as to increase exponentially with respect to the solar radiation amount, the control characteristics can be easily programmed.
[0065]
In the present embodiment, among the applied voltage characteristics, the equation relating to the plane of (3) indicated in FIG. 5B has been described as a representative example, but other equations relating to the plane of (1) and (5) are explained. You may make it respond | correspond. Further, the equations relating to the planes (2) and (4) can be similarly dealt with by setting a to d to be different constants for each divided region of the solar radiation amount. Furthermore, although the equation relating to the plane of (3) is a step-like characteristic indicated by BLW = L (L1 to L5), it may be a characteristic that is continuous with each other as an equation having a gradient.
[0066]
(Second Embodiment)
In the second embodiment, the method of setting the solar radiation amount divided region is changed from the first embodiment.
[0067]
In the said 1st Embodiment, although it set so that the division area by the side with little solar radiation amount as an environmental condition might become small, it was made to make it small according to the usage frequency of the vehicle with respect to an environmental condition, an environment, You may make it make small according to the operation frequency of the manual ventilation
[0068]
In other words, when setting the divided areas in accordance with the frequency of use of the vehicle, for example, as shown in FIG. 7, in the relationship between the amount of solar radiation and the boarding time, the area of the amount of solar radiation with high boarding frequency (here,
[0069]
In addition, when setting the divided areas according to the operation frequency of the manual
[0070]
Thereby, the effect similar to the said 1st Embodiment can be acquired.
[0071]
(Other embodiments)
In the said 1st Embodiment, although demonstrated as what was applied to the
[0072]
For example, in the opening control of the
[0073]
The environmental conditions for setting the widths of the divided areas to be different are not limited to the amount of solar radiation, and may be applied to the outside temperature and the inside temperature.
