【0001】
図5と図6はベース単品を示し、図5(a)は上面図、図5(b)は正面図、図5(c)は下面図、図6(a)は図5のA−A線断面図、図6(b)は図5のB−B線断面図、図6(c)は図5のC−C線断面図である。図7は蓋体単品を示し、同(a)は正面図、同(b)は下面図、同(c)は(a)のD−D線断面図、同(d)は(a)のE−E線に沿う部分断面図である。

And a second spring 56b provided between the arm 54 and the holder 55. Of these, the base 51 forms a substantially central stopper portion 57a, a locking claw 57b thereon, and projecting pieces 58 with shaft holes 58a on both lower sides. The lid body 52 is rotatable to the engaging hole 59 engaged with and disengaged from the engaging claw 57b, the pressing piece 60 having a convex portion for releasing the engagement between the engaging hole 59 and the engaging claw 57b, and the shaft holes 58a. A pair of shaft portions 61 to be engaged is formed. The arm 54 forms a shaft hole (not shown) at the base end. The holder 55 is rotationally connected to the arm 54 via a support shaft (shaft portion and shaft hole) 62.
[0003]
The shaft hole 58 a and the shaft portion 61 constitute a shaft support portion 52 for attaching the lid 53 to the base 51. That is, the lid 53 is attached to the base 51 by engaging the shaft portions 61 on both sides with the corresponding shaft holes 58a. At that time, the shaft portion 61 is inserted from the shaft hole at the base end of the arm 54 to the corresponding shaft hole 58a, and the arm 54 is coaxially supported. In this structure, the cup C inserted into the holding hole 55a of the holder 55 in the use state in which the lid 53 is rotated to the open position as shown in the figure and the holder 55 is in contact with the stopper portion 57a. Is held by a lid 53. When the lid 53 is switched to the closed position, as the lid 53 is rotated, the arm 54 is erected to the base 51 side with the shaft portion 61 as a fulcrum, and the holder 55 interlocks with the movement so that the rear end is a stopper portion. It is erected while sliding downward of 57 a and fits between the base 51 and the lid 53.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-described cup holder device 50 has a relatively small number of members, is simple and easy to use, and is excellent in appearance characteristics and compactness in a non-use mode. However, this structure is still unsatisfactory from the following viewpoints.
That is, first, in the operation of attaching the lid 53 to the base 51, the shaft portions 61 on both sides are respectively inserted into the corresponding shaft holes 58a of the base 51 from the outside and engaged, that is, the shaft portions are formed in a direction in which the shaft portions 61 are separated from each other. Since parts and shaft hole forming parts must be engaged while being elastically displaced, workability is poor and automation is difficult. This becomes more conspicuous as the shaft part 61 is inserted into the shaft hole 58a from the shaft hole of the arm 54, or the entire length of the shaft part 61 is increased in order to obtain a stable engagement or pivoting state with respect to the shaft hole 58a. . As a countermeasure, a dedicated pin member may be used in place of the shaft portion 61, but there are problems such as component management and cost increase accompanying an increase in the number of members. As another countermeasure, it is conceivable that each shaft portion 61 is moved and engaged in the same direction with respect to the corresponding shaft hole 58a. In this case as well, the shaft portion 61 is removed by a generally used retaining ring or caulking. There is a problem similar to the above. In this structure, the shaft portion 61 is used to simplify the support of the base end of the arm 54 to the lid 53. However, the arm 54 is correspondingly longer and the vertical dimension of the device is also increased. Long and difficult to downsize. The number of members is six points of the base 51, the lid body 53, the arm 54, the holder 55, the first spring 56a, and the second spring 56b.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above problems. Specifically, the assembly is improved without increasing the number of members or lowering the rigidity, and the double type holding two cups keeps the number of members to the minimum number and is compact in a non-use mode. It is to make it possible to maintain appearance characteristics, usability, and the like in the form of use. Other objects will be clarified sequentially in the contents described below.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes, as illustrated in the drawings, a base 10 fixed to a mounted portion 2, and a closed structure that is pivotally supported by the base 10 via a shaft support portion 3 and overlapped with the base 10. A lid 20 for holding the bottom of the cup that is pivotally switched to an open position that is substantially horizontal with the position, and is supported by one of the base 10 and the lid 20 via an arm 30 and interlocked with the rotation of the lid 20. Then, in the cup holder device 1 provided with a storage state that fits between the base 10 in the closed position and a cup-constraint holder 40 that is switched to a use state that is substantially horizontal in the open position, the shaft support 3 Are two or more shaft holes 25a provided in one of the base 10 and the lid 20, and two or more shaft portions provided in the other and engaged with the shaft holes 25a by movement in the coaxial direction. 15 and Together have, the engagement is characterized by the inability released by attachment to the lid 20 of the arm base end 31.
[0007]
According to this structure, the lid 20 is operated to engage with the base 10 by moving the corresponding shaft portion 15 in the same direction to the plurality of shaft support portions 3, that is, two or more shaft holes 25 a, and then the base of the arm 30. By attaching the end 31 to the lid 20, the engagement between the shaft portion 15 and the shaft hole 25 a can be released. For this reason, in the present invention, even if the entire length of the shaft portion 15 is increased in order to obtain a stable engagement and a pivotal support state with respect to the shaft hole 25a with respect to the conventional structure, each shaft portion 15 undergoes elastic deformation of the corresponding portion. It is engaged with the shaft hole 25a without accompanying, and the mounting operability can be improved. In use, when the lid 20 is rotated to the open position with the shaft support 3 as a fulcrum, the holder 40 is substantially horizontal in conjunction with the rotation of the lid 20 via the arm 30 in the same manner as in the past. Since the state is switched, the cup is put in the holder 40 and held on the lid 20.
[0008]
The above invention is more preferably embodied as in claims 2-5. That is, firstly, a support piece portion 23 provided on the lid 20 for pivotally supporting the arm base end 31 and a support piece portion 23 provided on the base 10 and pivotally supported on the support piece portion 23. A structure having a restriction piece 17 that restricts the left and right movements of the lid 20 by the presence of the arm base end 31 and makes it impossible to release the engagement between the shaft hole 25a of the shaft support portion 3 and the shaft portion 15. It is. This is because the left and right movements of the lid 20 are restricted by the relationship between the support piece 23 on the lid side, the restriction piece 17 on the base side, and the base end 31 of the arm 30 pivotally supported by the support piece 23. It is significant that the engagement between the shaft hole 25a and the shaft portion 15 can be easily made unreleasable.
Secondly, the arm 30 has a shaft portion 33 that protrudes from the base end 31 and is pivotally supported by the support piece portion 23 and a stopper portion 34 that extends the base end 31, and the restriction piece portion 17 is The support piece portions 23 are provided in pairs and are arranged with play between them, and the play is substantially filled with the stopper portions 34. This is because the relationship between the support piece portion 23, the restriction piece portion 17 and the arm 30 is further specified including the stopper portion 34 of the base end 31, and the engagement can be made unreleasable only by modifying the shape of each portion. .
Thirdly, one of the support piece portion 23 and the restriction piece portion 17 is provided with one of the shaft hole 23a and the shaft portion 18 constituting a part of the shaft support portion 3, respectively. For example, when the support piece portion 23 and the restriction piece portion 17 are in the engagement relationship between the shaft hole 23a and the shaft portion 18, for example, the shaft support portion 3 is configured at three places as in the embodiment, or the restriction piece portions 17 are connected to each other. As a result, it is possible to ensure a relatively large gap between the two and improve the assemblability.
Fourth, the base 10 forms an opening 11d or a recess cut out between the regulating piece portions 17, and the arm 30 forms the shaft support portion 3 at the closed position of the lid body 20. The stopper portion 34 escapes to the opening 11d or the recess by the phase between the shaft portions 15 and 18 and the shaft portion 33 of the arm 30, and is stored in an inclined state between the base 10 and the lid body 20. It is. This is because, when the arm 30 is tilted at the closed position of the lid body 20, the switching operation of the holder 40 that is switched through the arm 30 to a substantially horizontal use state in conjunction with the rotation of the lid body 20 in the open position direction. Can be improved. Further, when the spring member 4 that holds the holder 40 substantially horizontally is provided as in the embodiment, the spring member 4 can also be used as an urging force in the opening position direction of the lid body 20, and the number of parts can be minimized. The switching operation of the lid 20 can be improved.

[0012]
(Lid body) The lid body 20 has a size to be overlapped with the base 10 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, and forms an upstanding edge portion 21 corresponding to the step portion 11a.
In the standing piece portion 21, a portion corresponding to the engaging portion 22 is formed in the escape portion 22 a and is not provided in the edge portion 21 b on the attachment side of the lid body 20. On the inner surface serving as the cup receiving surface, there are an engaging portion 22 that is engaged with and disengaged from the locking claw 12a, a support piece portion 23 that is arranged with play between both the restricting piece portions 17, and a lid body 20. The locking protrusions 24 that come into contact with the small protrusions 16a and lock the lid 20 in the open position by pivoting in the open position direction and the pair of pivot support pieces 25 corresponding to the shaft portions 15 on both sides are integrally formed. Is formed. As shown in FIG. 7C, the engaging portion 22 has an engaging step 22a having a concave inside, and the locking claw 12a is engaged with and disengaged from the engaging step 22a. The escape portion 22a escapes the frame portion forming the locking claw 12a and the pressing piece 12b at the closed position of the lid 20 where the locking claw 12a and the engagement step 22a are engaged. The support piece portion 23 is higher than the pivot piece 25 and has a front and rear plate width dimension that is larger on the lower side than the upper side, and has a laterally concave shaft hole 23a on the lower side and an upwardly concave shape on the upper side. A mounting hole 23b is formed. The shaft hole 23 a is engaged with the shaft portion 18 and constitutes a part of the shaft support portion 3. The mounting hole 23b is displaced inward from the shaft hole 23a, and is engaged with a proximal-side mounting shaft 33 of the arm 30 described later by a push-in method. Here, as shown in FIG. 5C, the gap T1 between the restricting pieces 17 is designed to be slightly larger than the sum of the protruding dimension of the shaft 18 and the left and right plate widths of the supporting piece 23. The portion 23 is arranged smoothly between the shaft portion 18 and the regulating piece portion 17 facing the shaft portion 18.
[0013]
(Arm) As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 9, the arm 30 has a long and narrow bar shape that fits into the opening 11 d from the stepped portion 11 b of the base 10, and the base end 31 side is rotatably attached to the support piece portion 23. The tip 32 side is pivotally attached to the corresponding part of the holder 40. The base end 31 is formed so that the left and right plate width dimensions are approximately half of the upper and lower intermediate portions, and the front and rear plate width dimensions are approximately twice that of the upper and lower intermediate portions. The base end 31 protrudes from one side and is engaged with the mounting hole 23b. The shaft portion 33 for fitting is provided, and the lower portion of the shaft portion 33 is set to the stopper portion 34. Small protrusions 34 a and 34 b are provided on both lower sides of the stopper portion 34. As shown in FIG. 4 (b), the stopper portion 34 allows the gap between the restricting piece portions 17 with the support piece portion 23 with the shaft portion 18 and the shaft hole 23a and the mounting hole 23b and the shaft portion 33 engaged with each other. fill in. On the other hand, the tip 32 has a terminal-side portion 35 in which the left and right plate width dimensions are narrower than the upper and lower intermediate portions, and the left and right plate width dimensions are wider than the upper and lower intermediate portions located below the portion 35. And a portion 36. On both sides of the portion 35, shaft portions 37a and 37b are provided on the coaxial line. [0014]
(Holder) The holder 40 includes a main body portion 42 having two holding holes 41 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 8, a mounting portion 43 disposed on the base 10 side of the main body portion 42, and a main body portion. A pair of connecting piece portions 45 that are provided in an intermediate portion 44 between both holding holes 41 of 42 and connect the tip 32 of the arm 30 are integrally provided. Each holding hole 41 is a hole that restrains the periphery of the cup inserted from above. Shaft portions 46 project from both ends of the attachment portion 43. Both connecting pieces 45 are provided with shaft holes 48. The shaft portions 37a and 37b are engaged with the respective shaft holes 48 so as to be rotatable from an inclined portion 45a at the inner upper end. The intermediate portion 44 is provided with a lateral rib 47 before the connecting piece 45. One side of the lateral rib 47 is a narrow stepped portion 47a.
[0015]
(Assembly and operation) After the arm 30 is attached to the holder 40 together with the spring member 4, the arm 30 and the holder 40 are assembled to the corresponding portions of the base 10 and the lid 20. In the former attachment operation, the arm 30 is attached to the holder 40 through the engagement between the shaft holes 48 and the shaft portions 37a and 37b as shown in FIG. In this case, the spring member 4 is mounted on the shaft portion 37a. In this attached state, the other end 4b of the spring member 4 is locked to the stepped portion 47a at an initial stage when the arm 30 is rotated toward the intermediate portion 44, and resists the biasing force of the spring member 4 from the locked state. Is rotated.
[0016]
In the latter mounting operation, first, the lid 20 is positioned and arranged on the base 10 as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) to 4 (b). In this case, as shown in FIG. 4A, the lid 20 has the support piece 23 in the gap between the shaft 18 and the corresponding restriction piece 17, and the pivot support pieces 25 on both sides are connected to the shaft 15 and the lateral rib 16A. 4 and the gap between the shaft portion 15 and the protrusion 14B, and then moved laterally in the direction of the arrow in FIG. By this lateral movement, the engagement of the shaft hole 23a with the shaft portion 18 and the engagement of the corresponding shaft hole 25a with the shaft portions 15 on both sides are performed at the same time, and the lid body 20 has three locations as shown in FIG. It is positioned and arranged on the base 10 through engagement (the shaft support portion 3). In this positioning state, when the lid 20 is laterally moved in the direction opposite to the arrow direction, the lid 20 is detached from the base 10, but the lateral movement is prevented by the subsequent assembly of the arm 30 and the holder 40, thereby completing the assembly. The procedure for assembling the arm 30 and the holder 40 is, for example, in a state where the holder 40 is tilted and the shaft portions 46 are engaged with the corresponding guide grooves 13a, and then the arm 30 is resisted against the biasing force of the spring member 4 and the intermediate portion. While tilting to the 44 side, the shaft portion 33 is brought into contact with the upper opening of the mounting hole 23 b of the support piece portion 23 to press the arm 30 downward. Then, the shaft portion 33 is engaged with the attachment hole 23b, and the arm 30 is attached to the lid body 20 through the engagement. In this attached state, the stopper portion 34 fills the gap between the support piece portion 23 and the restriction piece portion 17 on one side as shown in FIG. And the shaft holes 23a, 25a cannot be released. Further, the holder 40 is in the use state of FIG. 1 in which the angle between the holder 40 and the arm 30 is maximized by receiving the biasing force of the spring member 4. For this reason, in this structure, even when the shaft portions 15 and 18 are formed integrally with the corresponding portion for simplification, the shaft portion corresponding portion does not have to be forcibly elastically deformed as in the prior art. Assembly workability can be improved, and automatic assembly can be easily realized.
[0017]
(Operation) The cup holder device 1 described above is in a use state in which the holder 40 is substantially horizontal at the open position of the lid 20, and the bottom of the cup inserted into the holding hole 41 of the holder 40 is placed on the lid 20. Receive and hold. In the process of pressing the lid 20 and switching to the closed position, the holder 40 is pushed by the lid 20 and is tilted by moving each shaft portion 46 downward along the guide groove 13a. At the same time, the biasing force of the spring member 4 is applied. Accordingly, the opening angle with the arm 30 is gradually narrowed. Finally, as shown in FIG. 2, the lid 20 is overlapped with the base 10, and the engaging step 22a is engaged with the locking claw 12a and held in the closed position. In the closed position of the lid body 20, the stopper portion 34 escapes to the opening 11 d due to the phase of the shaft portions 15 and 18 constituting the shaft support portion 3 and the shaft portion 33 of the arm 30, and the base 10 and the lid body 20. 1 and is stored in a manner inclined in the direction of use in FIG. For this reason, in this structure, when the lid 20 described later is rotated and switched again from the closed position to the open position, the switching operation to the use state of the holder 40 performed via the arm 30 can be satisfactorily performed. The urging force 4 can be used as the urging force toward the opening position of the lid body 20 via the arm 30 and the holder 40, and the number of parts can be reduced to improve the switching operation of the lid body 20. That is, to use again, when the pressing piece 12b is pushed downward, the locking claw 12a is displaced downward via the swinging piece 12d, and the engagement with the engagement step 22a is released. Due to this disengagement, the lid 20 is biased in the direction in which the arm 30 and the holder 40 are separated from each other by the spring member 4, so that each pivotal support 3 is moved in conjunction with the movement of the holder 40 in the horizontal direction. As a fulcrum, the holder 40 is automatically rotated to the open position, and the holder 40 is switched to a use state that is substantially horizontal in FIG. 1 via the arm 30 while moving the shaft portion 46 from below to above the guide groove 13a. In this use state, the cup is inserted from the holding hole 41 of the holder 40 and held on the lid 20.
[0018]
The present invention can be variously modified except for the constituent elements described in claim 1. As an example, the shaft portions 15 and 18 constituting the shaft support portion 3 are provided on the lid body 20 side, the shaft holes 25a and 23a are provided on the base 10 side, or the shaft support portion 3 is configured at two locations. .
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the cup holder device of the present invention has a shaft hole in each shaft portion without elastic deformation of the corresponding portion even if the entire length of the shaft portion constituting the shaft support portion is made longer than the conventional structure. In addition, since the engagement cannot be released by mounting the arm, the mounting operability can be improved without increasing the number of members.
