Description

【0001】

Figure 0004579447
【0035】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a joint site fixing adhesive tape and a method of using the same, and more particularly, to a joint site fixing adhesive that can reduce joint pain caused by aging, exercise, and the like by sticking and fixing to a joint site. The present invention relates to a tape and a method for using the tape.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, many people have been suffering from pain that occurs in joints such as knees, elbows and wrists. Since joints are deeply involved in human movements, daily pains often become difficult when pain occurs at these sites. In particular, knee joints cause serious problems not only physically but also mentally, such as being unable to walk due to walking problems. There are many causes of such pain in the joint, and one of them is deformation and wear of articular cartilage. Articular cartilage deformation and wear are associated with a decrease in muscle strength around the joint due to aging, overuse, obesity, etc., which particularly affect the knee joint with a heavy weight load. As mentioned above, pain in the knee joint is a serious problem, but as is clear from the recent aging society, excessive exercise due to health consciousness, and the increase in obese people due to changes in dietary habits, The population with pain tends to increase. Therefore, countermeasures against pain occurring in the joint have been strongly demanded, and various studies are currently being conducted on the treatment methods.
[0003]
Methods for reducing such joint pain include pain relief, drug treatment such as muscle relaxants, drug treatment such as local injection, physical therapy for extinguishing and analgesia with laser, interference waves, microwaves, etc. There are various methods such as surgical treatment such as cutting and total joint replacement, and one of them is a method for reducing pain by fixing the joint. This joint fixing method uses a dedicated adhesive tape that can be easily obtained at pharmacies, etc., so it is relatively cheaper and easier than other methods such as drug treatment, hospital visits and surgery as described above. It is an effective means to reduce joint pain. (Hereinafter, the method of fixing joints using adhesive tape is defined as taping.) However, most people do not have specialized knowledge on taping, and even if they obtain knowledge through specialized books, etc. Since it is difficult to learn, the current situation is that I go to an osteopathic clinic to have a professional trainer tap. However, it takes time and effort to go to the Osteopathic Clinic, and it is very troublesome for those who hurt their joints.
[0004]
Moreover, even if taping is possible, since the adhesive tape for taping generally marketed has been subjected to adhesive processing on the entire surface, there is a sense of incongruity in the inner part of the joint that is sensitive to stimulation, and it is always accompanied by discomfort. Furthermore, since the adhesive layer is in close contact with the inner part of the joint where there is a lot of spontaneous sweating, there is a problem that the skin surface of this part is steamed and skin irritation occurs.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above problems with conventional adhesive sheets, the present invention is easy to operate for those who do not have taping expertise, and when the adhesive tape is affixed, there is no sense of incongruity inside the joint, and stuffiness, etc. It is an object of the present invention to provide an adhesive tape for fixing a joint part capable of significantly reducing the skin irritation caused by the above.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, as a result of intensive studies to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present inventors easily cut even a person who does not have expert knowledge by cutting in advance at a specific position of the adhesive tape. In addition, it was found that by providing a non-adhesive part at the location corresponding to the inner part of the joint, it is possible to satisfactorily reduce the sense of incongruity associated with bending and stretching movements after application of the adhesive tape and natural sweating. The invention has been completed.
[0007]
That is, the present invention has a shape composed of a long side and a short side, has an adhesive layer on one side, a non-adhesive part is provided on a part of the adhesive layer side, and extends from the short side to the vicinity of the non-adhesive part. A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape characterized by being cut, and comprising a single support having an adhesive layer formed on one side, or a joint part connecting two supports having an adhesive layer formed on one side An adhesive tape for fixing is provided.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0010]
The adhesive tape of this invention is demonstrated in detail using drawing. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an adhesive tape of the present invention in which two supports are connected by a non-adhesive member. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention comprising a single support and having a non-adhesive portion formed by coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with a non-adhesive member. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention, which is formed by a single support and the non-adhesive part formed by not forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. In each figure, 1 is an adhesive layer, 2 is a support, 3 is a cut made from the short side, 4 'is a non-adhesive part formed by a non-adhesive member, 4'' Indicates that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not formed, and non-adhesive portions 5, 5 ′, and 5 ″ formed by forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the support.
[0011]
The joint site fixing pressure-sensitive adhesive tape shape of the present invention is composed of a long side and a short side so as to be wound around the joint. In addition, the shape of an adhesive tape here is the whole shape which connected two support bodies by the non-adhesive part, when there are two support bodies like FIG. Although the shape of such an adhesive tape should just be a thing which can be wound around a joint part as mentioned above, specifically, the rectangular shape illustrated in FIGS. 1-3 is preferable.
[0012]
Further, the adhesive tape of the present invention has a cut extending from the short side to the vicinity of the non-adhesive part. This break provides an effect of facilitating sticking of the adhesive tape, which has been difficult until now, to the joint and simplifying taping. The number of cuts and places to be applied are not particularly limited as long as a cut extending from the short side to the vicinity of the non-adhesive part is made so that anyone can easily tap, but it is illustrated in FIGS. Thus, the thing given to the non-adhesion part vicinity one by one from the short side center part is preferable.
[0013]
The non-adhesive part provided in the adhesive layer side of the adhesive tape of this invention is stuck so that it may correspond to the inner site | part of a joint. For this reason, when the adhesive tape of the present invention is mounted, the adhesive layer does not adhere to the inner part of the joint where the skin is sensitive and sweats naturally, so that the uncomfortable feeling of this part can be reduced, and at the same time, the skin irritation caused by stuffiness can be prevented. it can. Furthermore, this non-adhesive part also serves as a guide for the position to be attached, and even a person without knowledge of taping can easily tap.
[0014]
For example, when there are two supports as shown in FIG. 1, the non-adhesive portion is formed by connecting these supports with non-adhesive members. In the case of a single support, the non-adhesive part is a part where the adhesive layer is coated with a non-adhesive member as shown in FIG. 2, and the adhesive layer is formed as shown in FIG. What is not a part etc. are illustrated. As the material for the non-adhesive member, specifically, non-woven fabrics, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics made of polyester, rayon, nylon, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyutalene, cotton, etc. can be used. The shape of the non-adhesive portion is not limited to the rectangular shape illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, and may be various other shapes such as a trapezoid, a polygon, and an ellipse.
[0015]
The support in the joint site fixing pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention supports the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one side, and gives an effect of reducing pain by fixing the joint part with an appropriate degree of stretching. The support preferably has a degree of elongation in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive tape of 30% or more in order to provide followability to the joint and fixation. Further, the upper limit of the degree of extension of the support is preferably 110%, and more preferably 40 to 80% from the fixation of the joint. As a material for such a support, a stretchable natural rubber sheet, a synthetic rubber sheet, a longitudinally stretched fabric using stretchable yarn for warp, a stretchable fabric using stretched yarn for warp and weft, and the like can be used. However, it is preferable to use a strong twisted fabric having an extension degree of the above conditions as a material that can satisfactorily exhibit effects such as followability and fixability that are important for an adhesive tape for taping. In addition, the thickness of the support of the present invention is appropriately determined depending on the use site and the characteristics of the support, and is preferably 50 to 400 g / m 2 in consideration of the followability to the skin. When is a knee, 100 to 200 g / m 2 is more preferable.

Figure 0004579447
[0035]
In Examples 1 to 3, as is clear from the above table, both the pain reduction effect, wearing feeling, and operability were better than Comparative Examples 1 and 2, but depending on the shape of each example, The difference of the characteristic was seen. First, with respect to Example 1, there is an advantage that the strong twisted fabric of the support may be produced in a small amount as compared with the other examples and can be produced at low cost. In addition, the air permeability was good and there was no sense of incongruity, and the effect of reducing the stuffiness of the inner part of the knee joint was excellent. However, since the non-woven fabric is somewhat stretched by wearing for a long time, the fixation of the joint portion is lowered, and the pain reducing effect tends to be reduced. Next, with respect to Example 2, since the nonwoven fabric was applied on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the support, the nonwoven fabric was in direct contact with the inner part of the knee joint as compared with Example 1, giving a soft feel to the skin. The tendency which was especially excellent in feeling was seen. However, since the material cost is higher than other embodiments, the cost is increased. Regarding Example 3, since the structure is simple, the manufacture can be easily performed. However, since the strong twisted fabric is in direct contact with the skin, the inner part of the knee joint tends to feel uncomfortable as compared with the other examples. . As described above, Example 1 was characterized by low cost and a reduction in stuffiness, Example 2 was excellent in wearing feeling, and Example 3 was particularly excellent in manufacturability.
