Description

The present invention relates to an improvement of a sliding door device called a barrier-free sash, in which a sliding door shoji is built in a window frame having a flat upper surface of a lower frame.

In order to ensure the ease of movement of the elderly and the physically handicapped, the structure of a window frame that is called a barrier-free sash, with the upper surface of the lower frame flattened, is described in, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 4, etc. Various types have been conventionally known. In each of the structures described in these patent documents, the outer peripheral surface of the door wheel installed on the lower arm of the sliding door is a simple cylindrical surface, and the outer surface of the door wheel is in contact with the upper surface of the lower frame. It is a surface.

In the case of such a conventional structure, since a special thing different from what was conventionally used as a doorwheel is used, unless it spreads widely in the future, there is a possibility that the cost will increase. In particular, at present, when repairing or replacing a broken trolley, the labor and cost required for obtaining the trolley may be higher than that of a general one where concave grooves are formed on the entire circumference. There is. Further, since the engaging portion between the door pulley and the lower frame cannot position the sliding door shoji in the indoor / outdoor direction, a structure for separately positioning the sliding door shoji in the indoor / outdoor direction is necessary.

In consideration of such circumstances, a lower frame with a lower guide rail is used as the lower frame, and the upper edge of the lower guide rail is the part of the upper surface of the lower frame where people and objects move It is advantageous to adopt a structure that is positioned below the lower part. In this case, a recess is provided on the upper surface of the lower frame in the moving direction of the sliding door shoji, and the lower guide rail is provided so as to protrude upward from the bottom surface of the recess. Therefore, an opening of the concave portion exists on the upper surface of the lower frame, and an upper end edge of the lower guide rail exists in the central portion of the opening.

That is, the recess and the lower guide rail are provided over the entire length of the lower frame, whereas the length (width) of the sliding door shoji is shorter than the total length of the lower frame. For this reason, the opening part of the said recessed part and a part of length direction of the upper end edge of a lower guide rail are exposed without being covered with the said sliding door shoji. For this reason, not only the appearance of the said part worsens, but when a foreign material falls in the said recessed part, it becomes difficult to take out this foreign material. That is, since the upper end edge of the lower guide rail exists at an approximately middle portion of the opening of the recess, the opening is divided into two in the width direction and becomes narrow. As a result, when a foreign substance such as a pin falls into the recess, it is difficult to take out the foreign substance.

In Patent Document 5, a part of a lifting guide groove for guiding both side edges of a lifting shutter, which is exposed below the shutter panel when the shutter panel is rolled up, is formed by a band-shaped sealing material. The covering structure is described. However, such a structure described in Patent Document 5 is intended only to cover the opening of the groove existing in the vertical direction, and covers the upper end opening of the groove existing on the upper surface of the lower frame of the sliding door device. It is not intended to be a thing. Moreover, it is difficult to apply to a sliding door apparatus having a complicated structure such as winding a strip-shaped sealing material by a winding mechanism and having a limited installation space.

In view of such circumstances, Japanese Patent Application No. 2003-350593, Japanese Patent Application No. 2003-376092, Japanese Patent Application No. 2004-45192, etc. can be made barrier-free while keeping costs low, and improved in aesthetics and foreign matter. An invention relating to a sliding door device capable of realizing a structure capable of preventing the falling of the door is described. In the case of the structures according to these prior inventions, a low-priced product that is widely used as a door can be used by using a lower frame having a lower guide rail on the upper surface. Further, the upper end edge of the lower guide rail is positioned below the portion of the upper surface of the lower frame where people and objects move, thereby enabling barrier-free. Further, at the upper end opening of the concave portion where each of the lower guide rails is installed, the portion not covered with the glass shoji is covered with a cover band to improve the aesthetics and prevent the foreign matter from dropping. An intermediate portion of each cover strip is disposed in the lower frame and pulled out to the upper end opening as the glass shoji moves.

In the case of the structure described in the prior invention as described above, a pair of sliding door shojis arranged on the same plane is built in a window frame, and is drawn in a draw type with the middle portion in the width direction of the window frame as a boundary. When carrying out with a complicated structure, the assembly work becomes troublesome. That is, in the case of the above-mentioned prior invention, with respect to such a sliding type sliding door device, both ends of the cover strip are connected to both lower ends of the sliding door shoji. For this reason, adjustment work for assembling the cover band without loosening is required, which not only makes the assembling work of the sliding door device at the construction site complicated, but also when replacing the damaged cover band. For example, it is necessary to remove the sliding door shoji from the door, and the work for repair becomes troublesome.

The present invention has been invented in view of the above circumstances. Specifically, the present invention is directed to a structure in which a pair of sliding door shojis arranged on the same plane is built into a window frame in a draw type with a middle portion in the width direction of the window frame as a boundary. Further, a lower frame having a lower guide rail on the upper surface is used, and an upper end edge of the lower guide rail is positioned below a portion of the upper surface of the lower frame where a person or an object moves. In addition, with such a structure, the appearance of the upper surface of the lower frame is improved, and the structure that can prevent the fall of foreign matters into the recesses is facilitated for assembling work and cover belt replacement work. .

The sliding door device of the present invention has a pair of sliding door shojis in the same vertical plane between the lower frame and the upper frame respectively installed in the horizontal direction, like the sliding door devices that have been generally implemented conventionally. It is built in the state where the ridges facing each other face each other when closed. In addition, these sliding door shojis are formed on the entire circumference of the outer peripheral surface of each of these door carts while supporting a plurality of door wheels rotatably on the lower axis constituting the lower side of each sliding door. By engaging the concave groove with a lower guide rail formed on the upper surface of the lower frame, horizontal movement within the same vertical plane can be performed freely.

In particular, in the sliding door device of the present invention, the lower guide rail is provided in a state of projecting upward from the bottom surface of the recessed portion existing in the moving direction of the sliding door shoji on the upper surface of the lower frame, The upper end edge of the lower frame does not protrude above the portion of the upper surface of the lower frame that exists on both sides of the recess.
Also, a pair of cover strips made of a material having a degree of flexibility that can be moved by flexibility and pressing force are provided so as to cover the upper end opening of the recess. One end of the sliding door shoji is coupled to the end of the sliding door shoji that is abutted with each other when closed.
Then, at the middle portion of the lower frame, the middle portion of the two cover belts is positioned 180 ° in the opposite direction between the two cover belts at the portion located below the butted portion of the both collars when closed. A guide block is provided which is folded back and introduces a part of both of the cover bands into a lower space existing below the recess in the lower frame.
This guide block has a pair of semicircular guide parts for folding the intermediate parts of the two cover bands 180 degrees, with the protruding edges of the two guide parts facing each other. They are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the frame.
Further, the guide block has its lower surface in contact with the bottom of the guide block and the bottom surface of the recess in a portion where the lower guide rail is removed in the recess in the upper surface of the middle portion of the lower frame. The block is fixed by screws inserted vertically.
Then, the cover band moves between the lower space and the upper end opening of the recess as the sliding door shoddle moves, and covers the portion not covered by the sliding door shoji at the upper end opening. Like.

In the case of the sliding door device of the present invention configured as described above, the lower frame is provided with a lower guide rail on the upper surface. What formed the ditch | groove can be used. For this reason, besides the cost of the door cart itself can be kept low, the sliding door shoji can be positioned in the indoor and outdoor directions at the engaging portion between the door wheel and the lower guide rail. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a separate structure for positioning the sliding door screen in the indoor / outdoor direction, and the cost can be reduced from this aspect.
In addition, since the upper edge of the lower guide rail is positioned below the portion of the upper surface of the lower frame where people and objects move, the upper surface of the lower frame is made substantially flat so that the person And move objects easily.

Further, in order to prevent the upper end edge of the lower guide rail from protruding upward, the upper end opening of the recess provided on the upper surface of the lower frame covers the portion not covered by the sliding door shoji with a cover band, It is possible to improve the appearance of the upper surface of the lower frame and prevent foreign matter from falling into the recess. Both ends of the cover band are connected to lower ends of both vertical sides of the sliding door shoji, and a part of the cover band is disposed in the lower space inside the lower frame. In the lower space portion, the sliding door shoji moves above the window opening. Therefore, the length of the lower space portion is greater than the width of the sliding door shoji. For this reason, the said cover belt | band | zone can be reliably accommodated in a window frame irrespective of the movement distance of the said sliding door shoji.

When the present invention is implemented, preferably, as described in claim 2, the upper edge of the lower guide rail is positioned below the upper surface of the lower frame and the portions present on both sides of the recess. In addition, a pair of guide grooves for guiding the cover band by engaging both end edges of the cover band is provided in a portion near the upper end opening of the pair of inner side surfaces that partition the concave portion.
If comprised in this way, it can prevent reliably that the both ends edge of the said cover belt | float will float from the opening edge part of the said recessed part. As a result, it is possible to effectively prevent fine foreign matter from getting into the recesses or catching something on the cover band.

If such an auxiliary guide block is installed, a new cover band can be easily inserted into the lower frame already installed for repair or the like.

In carrying out the present invention, preferably, as described in claim 5, a guide tube in which a cover band can be inserted inside the lower space, and a part of the guide tube at the center of the lower frame. Install in a state where it is opened at a position where the guide block is sandwiched. Then, the two cover strips are moved between the guide tube and the upper end opening of the recess while being guided by the guide block as the sliding door shoji moves horizontally.
If comprised in this way, the attitude | position of the said cover band in the said lower space will be stabilized, and delivery of this cover band will be stabilized between this lower space and the upper end opening part of the recessed part of a lower frame upper surface. It can be done in the state.

Further, when the present invention is implemented, preferably, as described in claim 6, the pair of second cover belts are moved in the closing direction in the recesses on the upper surface of the lower frame. It is provided to cover the exposed part. And, one end of each of the second cover strips is coupled to opposite ends of the lower ends of the sliding door shojis, and both the second cover strips are connected in the opening direction of the sliding door shojis. With the movement, it is configured to be housed in a frame that connects the end of the lower frame and the end of the upper frame.
If a pair of second cover strips is provided in this way, a portion near the both ends of the lower frame that is exposed in a state where the sliding door shoji is moved in the closing direction in the concave portion on the upper surface of the lower frame can be covered. .

1 to 50 show an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the window device of the present embodiment is provided with a pair of fitting kill windows 2 and 2 at both left and right ends of the window frame 1, and an opening between the two fitting kill windows 2 and 2 is provided. In the case of the present embodiment, the both-fitting killing windows 2 and 2 are built in a portion of the window frame 1 that is closer to the outdoors (upward in FIG. 2, left in FIG. 3). The structure of the fitting window is well known in the art, and is not related to the gist of the present invention.

In addition, the glass shojis 3 and 3 are summons which are upper ridges 9 and 9 constituting the respective upper sides, lower ridges 10 and 10 which also constitute the lower sides, and ridges constituting the left and right vertical sides. The four sides of the glass panels 13 and 13 are surrounded by the flanges 11 and 11 and the butting rods 12a and 12b. Each of these scissors 9-12 is also made of an integrally extruded material of aluminum alloy. Among these, the summoning tubs 11 and 11 are located on the indoor side of the summing screens 7 and 7 constituting the both-fitting killing windows 2 and 2 when the window device is closed. 7, facing each other in the indoor and outdoor directions. On the other hand, the respective butting rods 12a and 12b are located at the center portion of the window frame 1 and are butted against each other when the window device is closed.

Each said glass shoji 3, 3 is built in the inside of the said window frame 1 by the structure similar to the sliding door type window apparatus generally known so that horizontal movement is possible. For this purpose, an upper guide rail 14 is provided on the lower surface of the upper frame 4 on the indoor side (right side in FIG. 3). And each said upper guide rail 14 is engaged with the guide groove 16 formed in the guide block 15 supported by the upper end part of each said summing rods 11 and 11 and the butting rods 12a and 12b. With this configuration, the upper ends of the glass shojis 3 and 3 are supported so as to be horizontally movable along the upper frame 4. As described above, the structure of the portion that engages the upper side of the glass shoji 3 and 3 with the upper frame 4 so as to be horizontally movable is the same as the structure that has been widely known so far. Detailed explanation is omitted because it is not related.

On the other hand, one lower guide rail 17 is provided in the indoor side portion of the lower frame 5 as shown in FIG. In the case of the present embodiment, unlike the lower frame constituting a general sliding door device, the bottom guide rail 17 is provided on the upper surface of the lower frame 5 over the entire length of the lower frame 5. Are provided in a state protruding upward. Further, the height of the lower guide rail 17 is made smaller than the depth of the recess 18, and the upper edge of the lower guide rail 17 is located on both sides of the recess 18 in the upper surface of the lower frame 5. It is located below the existing plane portion. With this configuration, regardless of the presence of the lower guide rail 17, the upper surface of the lower frame 5 is made substantially flat except for the upper end opening of the concave portion 18 having a narrow width, so that the elderly and disabled persons, Wheelchairs can be moved easily.

In order to enable movement along the lower frame 5 having such a configuration, a door wheel 19 is placed in the vicinity of both ends of the lower saddles 10 and 10 constituting the lower sides of the glass shojis 3 and 3 indoors and outdoors. It is supported rotatably about a horizontal axis provided in the direction. Each of these door wheels 19 is the same as the door wheel conventionally used for a general sliding door, and has a groove 20 formed in the center of the outer peripheral surface over the entire periphery. The lower saddle rods 10 and 10 that support each pair of the door wheels 19 provided with such concave grooves 20 are engaged with the lower guide rails 17 and the concave grooves 20, respectively. A horizontal movement along the lower frame 5 is freely supported at a position above the frame 5.
With the above configuration, each of the glass shojis 3 and 3 is built inside the window frame 1 so as to be movable in the same vertical plane.

In the illustrated example, the lower frame 5 is the same as the lower frame used in the window device in which a pair (or two pairs) of sliding door shojis are built in a sliding manner. For this purpose, a lower guide rail 17 and a recess 18 are also provided on the outdoor side of the upper surface of the lower frame 5. That is, on the upper surface of the lower frame 5, an outdoor-side ridge 22, a central ridge 23, and an indoor-side ridge 24 are provided in order from the outdoor side, and a recess that exists between adjacent ridges. 18 and 18 are provided with lower guide rails 17 and 17, respectively, so as to protrude upward from the bottom surfaces of the recesses 18 and 18, respectively. However, with regard to the lower guide rail 17 and the recess 18 in the outdoor side portion, the portion corresponding to the portion where the fitting window 2 and 2 are installed is killed as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 21, which will be described later, the lower flange 21 of the windows 2 and 2 closes the portion between the two fitting kill windows 2 and 2, respectively.

On the other hand, the lower guide rail 17 on the indoor side is exposed on the upper surface of the lower frame 5 in order to guide each door wheel 19. In the case of the present embodiment, the bracket 25 is locked to the indoor side surface of the central ridge 23, and the upper half of the indoor lower guide rail 17 is connected to the bracket 25 and the indoor ridge 24. It is located in the middle part between upper half parts. And in the state which built both the said glass shoji 3, 3 in the said window frame 1, a part of each said door wheel 19 penetrates between the upper half parts of the said bracket 25 and the indoor side protrusion 24. As shown in FIG.

Further, the lower end portion of the indoor side wall 26 of the lower casing 10 of both the glass shojis 3 and 3 is made to enter between the lower guide rail 17 and the indoor side ridge 24. Further, the front edge of the seal lip provided on the seal member 27 engaged with the outdoor side surface of the upper end portion of the indoor side ridge 24 is brought into sliding contact with the inner side surface of the lower end room of the indoor side wall 26 so that the lower frame 5 and the above described The space between the lower arm 10 is sealed.

In the case of the present embodiment in which the present invention is applied to the window device as described above, as shown schematically in FIG. 1, cover bands 28, 28 made of a material having flexibility and rigidity that can be moved by a pressing force. Is connected to the lower ends of the two butting rods 12a and 12b, which are the ends of the two vertical sides of the both glass shojis 3 and 3 that are butted against each other when closed. At the same time, a part of both the cover bands 28, 28 are arranged in a lower space 29 existing below the recess 18 in the lower frame 5. Then, the cover strips 28 and 28 are moved between the lower space 29 portion and the upper end opening of the recess 18 in accordance with the movement of the both glass shojis 3 and 3. The portions not covered with the glass shoji 3 and 3 are configured to be covered with the cover bands 28 and 28.

Such cover bands 28 and 28 are made of a stainless steel plate such as a metal plate constituting a metal tape measure, or a long material made by integrally extruding a synthetic resin. It is made of an elastic material having such a rigidity that it can be moved. In the case of the present embodiment, as the cover bands 28, 28, those having a circular cross-section in a free state are used, and the cover bands 28, 28 are made rigid while keeping the thickness of the cover bands 28, 28 small. We are trying to secure it. The cover bands 28 and 28 are bent in a direction in which the upper surface of the cover bands 28 and 28 is a convex curved surface in a state where the upper end opening of the recess 18 is covered. The reason for this is to ensure the height of the lower guide rail 17 while preventing interference between the cover bands 28 and 28 and the upper edge of the lower guide rail 17.

Both side edges in the width direction of the cover bands 28 and 28 are engaged with guide grooves 30 and 30 provided on both sides of the upper end opening of the recess 18 so as to be slidable in the length direction. For this purpose, the guide grooves 30, 30 are formed at the upper ends of the opposing surfaces of the bracket 25 and the indoor ridge 24. In the case of the present embodiment, these guide grooves 30, 30 are locked in locking grooves formed in an aluminum alloy extruded mold member constituting the lower frame 5, and a liner member made of a synthetic resin extruded mold material. 31 and 31a. Note that the liner member 31 a on the indoor side is provided integrally with the seal member 27 at the upper end of the seal member 27. When both the cover bands 28, 28 move along the lower frame 5, both side edges of the cover bands 28, 28 are guided to the guide grooves 30, 30.

Such cover bands 28 and 28 are connected at one end to the lower ends of the butting rods 12a and 12b constituting the vertical sides of the glass shoji 3 and 3, respectively. For this reason, in the case of the present embodiment, a locking piece 32 as shown in FIG. 4 is fixed to one end portion of both the cover bands 28, and the bottom of the both butting rods 12a and 12b is shown in FIGS. A receiving tool 33 as shown is provided. Of these, the locking piece 32 is made, for example, by injection molding of synthetic resin, and is connected and fixed to the upper surface of one end of the cover band 28 via a rivet and a connecting fitting 34. The receiver 33 is made, for example, by injection molding of a synthetic resin. As shown in FIG. 7, the receiver 33 is formed in a recess 35 provided on the opposing surfaces at the lower part of the both butting rods 12a and 12b. It can be mounted only up and down. Note that the shapes of the two butting rods 12a and 12b are slightly different, and accordingly, the shapes of the receiving members 33 attached to the both butting rods 12a and 12b are also slightly different. However, since the difference is not essential, the following will describe the receiving tool 33 attached to one of the butting rods 12a (left side in FIG. 7).

A receiving groove portion 36 opened downward is provided at the lower end portion of the receiving tool 33. When the cover band 28 is coupled to the lower end portion of the butting bar 12 a, the receiving tool 33 is lowered and the locking projection wall 37 of the locking piece 32 enters the receiving groove portion 36. As a result, with the horizontal movement of the butting bar 12a, one end of the cover band 28 is pushed and pulled. Further, an elastic locking piece 38 is formed at the center of the receiving member 33, and the elastic locking piece 38 is formed in two locking holes or engagement holes formed at two positions above and below the partition plate portion 39 of the butting rod 12a. It is possible to engage and disengage in the stop recess. The vertical positions of both the locking holes or the locking recesses are regulated as follows. Note that the lower end portion of the partition plate portion 39 is slightly cut out at a position below the both locking holes or the locking recesses in order to ensure the amount of elevation required by the receiving member 33.

The receiving groove portion 36 is engaged with a portion near one end of the cover band 28 in the guide grooves 30 and 30 and the elastic locking piece 38 is engaged in the upper locking hole or locking recess. The locking projection wall 37 can be moved forward and backward. That is, in this state, a hanging wall portion near the tip end (left side in FIG. 5) of the pair of hanging wall portions 40a and 40b provided on the lower surface of the tip end portion of the receiving member 33 in order to form the receiving groove portion 36. Although the lower end edge position of 40a exists below the upper end edge position of the locking projection wall 37, the lower end edge position of the hanging wall portion 40b closer to the base end (rightward in FIG. 5) is the position of the locking projection wall 37. It exists above the upper edge position. In this state, when the cover belt 28 and the glass shoji 3 are relatively displaced along the lower frame 5, the locking projection wall 37 can be advanced and retracted below the receiving groove portion 36. On the other hand, in a state where the elastic locking piece 38 is engaged with the lower locking hole or the locking recess, the lower end edge position of the hanging wall portion 40b near the base end is also the locking protrusion wall. 37 exists below the position of the upper edge of 37. In this state, the engagement between the receiving groove portion 36 and the locking projection wall 37 is not released, and one end portion of the cover band 28 is pushed and pulled with the horizontal movement of the butting bar 12a. The circular through-holes formed at the two upper and lower positions of the receiving member 33 are tools for rotating the tapping screw for connecting the butting rod 12a and the lower rod 10 and adjusting the height of the door wheel 19 ( It is for inserting a driver.

As described above, the cover band 28 having one end portion coupled to the outer surface of the lower end portion of the butting rods 12a and 12b constituting the vertical sides of the pair of glass shojis 3 and 3 facing each other is shown in FIGS. With the structure as shown in FIG. 21, the intermediate part is folded back 180 degrees. In short, one end portion of the cover band 28 is pushed and pulled along with the movement of the both glass shojis 3 and 3, and the cover band 28 is provided in the lower space 29 portion and the upper end opening of the recess 18. It moves between both guide grooves 30 and 30, and it is comprised so that the part which is not covered with the said glass shoji 3 and 3 among this upper end opening part may be covered with the said both cover bands 28 and 28. .

In the case of the present embodiment, a guide block 41 as shown in FIGS. 9 to 18 is replaced with the lower frame as shown in FIGS. 5 is incorporated in the central part. The guide block 41 is formed by injection molding synthetic resin, and has a pair of guide portions 42 and 42 each having a semicircular shape. The guide portions 42 and 42 are respectively connected to the lower end portions of the butting rods 12a and 12b of the both glass shojis 3 and 3 with the intermediate portions of the cover bands 28 and 28 being 180 degrees each. It is for turning back. The two guide portions 42 and 42 are slightly spaced apart from each other in the length direction of the lower frame 5 with the protruding edges facing each other on the indoor side surface of the mounting base 43 constituting the guide block 41. It is provided with a gap.

In the case of the present embodiment, the top plate 44 is located above the guide portions 42, 42 at the upper end of the mounting base 43, and the bag-shaped portion 45 is disposed on the outdoor side of the top plate 44. , Each provided. Of these, the top plate portion 44 has an upper and lower double structure having an upper plate portion and a lower plate portion, and a large number of fibers are arranged between these two plate portions as shown in FIGS. The base half (the upper half of FIG. 17 and the right half of FIG. 18) of the brush-like body 46 is bonded and fixed. The hook-like portion 45 is provided to prevent rainwater from collecting on the upper surface of the central portion of the lower frame 5 where the guide block 41 is installed. Such a brush-like body 46 and the hook-like portion 45 are not related to the gist of the present invention, and will be described later.

In order to mount the guide block 41 as described above, the bracket 25 and the lower guide rail 17 (see FIG. 3) are made discontinuous at the center of the lower frame 5 and the center ridge 23 is installed indoors. A part of the protrusion formed on the side surface and the outdoor side surface of the indoor ridge 24 is removed. Then, the lower surface of the mounting base 43 is located at the center of the horizontal plate portion 48 of the lower frame 5, and is close to the outdoor portion between the indoor side surface of the central ridge 23 and the outdoor side surface of the indoor ridge 24. It is made to contact with the upper surface. Further, the mounting base 43 is supported and fixed to the central portion of the lower frame 5 by mounting screws 47 that are inserted through the mounting holes formed in the vertical direction in the central portion of the mounting base 43 from above.

In the illustrated example, an auxiliary guide block 49 as shown in FIGS. 22 to 26 is supported and fixed below the guide block 41 at the center of the lower frame 5. The auxiliary guide block 49 converts the traveling direction of the cover bands 28, 28 inserted into the center of the lower frame 5 from above into the lower space 29 of the lower frame 5 by converting the traveling direction from the vertical direction to the horizontal direction. It is for guiding. In order to support and fix such an auxiliary guide block 49, at the central portion of the lower frame 5, as shown in FIG. 29, the lower guide rail 17 is cut away to form a discontinuous portion, and the horizontal plate portion. A part of 48 is cut away to form a through hole 50. Further, in order to lock the seal member 27 (see FIG. 3), a part of the locking ridge formed on the outdoor side surface of the upper end portion of the indoor side ridge 24 is also cut off at the center of the lower frame 5. ing. Accordingly, the seal member 27 is also discontinuous at the center of the lower frame 5.

The auxiliary guide block 49 is formed by injection molding a synthetic resin, and has a guide block portion 51 in the lower half of the central portion. The guide block 51 has a shape such that the top of Mt. Fuji extends upward, and is attached to the lower frame 5 on each side surface in the length direction of the lower frame 5. Arc-shaped guide surfaces 52 and 52 are provided. Both end edges of the guide block portion 51, which are the lower end sides of the both guide surfaces 52, 52, are extremely thin pointed edges. In addition, a vertical wall portion 53 is provided on the indoor side of the guide block portion 51, and a pair of mounting flange portions 54, 54 are provided in a state in which the vertical wall portion 53 projects to the outdoor side from both sides in the vertical direction. Forming. Further, a seal plate portion 55 that is long in the length direction of the lower frame 5 is provided at the upper end portion of the vertical wall portion 53. This seal plate portion 55 is for ensuring the sealing performance of the discontinuous portion of the seal member 27, and the peripheral surface (= both end surfaces in the length direction and both inner and outer side surfaces = represented by a satin surface in FIGS. An elastic sealing material 56 such as an elastomer such as rubber is attached to the portion). Further, a concave portion 57 is formed on the outdoor side surface of the vertical wall portion 53 including the seal plate portion 55 to prevent interference with the edge portions of the cover bands 28 and 28.

In the auxiliary guide block 49 having the above-described configuration, the lower half portion existing below the lower surfaces of the mounting flange portions 54 and 54 is inserted into the lower space 29 through the through hole 50. In this state, both the mounting flange portions 54 and 54 are fixed to the upper surface of the horizontal plate portion 48 with screws. Further, in this state, the seal plate portion 55 is located at a discontinuous portion of the seal member 27, and the elastic seal material 56 and the end surface of the seal member 27 are in contact with or in close proximity to each other. Further, the lower end portions of the guide surfaces 52, 52 are aligned with an opening of a guide tube 58, which will be described below, disposed in the lower space 29. The cover belts 28 and 28 are delivered smoothly.

The guide tube 58 is made of an integrally extruded material such as an aluminum alloy or a synthetic resin, and has a rectangular tube-shaped storage portion 59 for slidably storing the cover bands 28 and 28, and the storage portion 59. And a locking ridge 60 projecting upward from the upper surface. As shown in FIG. 30, the central portion of the storage portion 59 is cut away from the portion excluding the bottom plate portion, and the lower half of the auxiliary guide block 49 can be inserted into the cut-out portion. Further, the locking ridge 60 is cut out at a central portion thereof in a slightly wider range than the storage portion 59.

As shown in FIG. 32, such a guide tube 58 connects the lower frame 5 and the butting bar 12a (12b) with the upper end of the locking ridge 60 being part of the lower frame 5. It is inserted into the lower space 29 of the lower frame 5 from the end opening of the lower frame 5 while being engaged with a tapping groove 61 provided for screwing a tapping screw to be engaged. Then, in a state where the central portion of the storage portion 59 excised except for the bottom plate portion is positioned below the through hole 50 (see FIG. 29) formed by excising a part of the horizontal plate portion 48. The lower half of the auxiliary guide block 49 is inserted into the through-hole 50 from above the horizontal plate portion 48, and the lower surface of the auxiliary guide block 49 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the central portion of the bottom plate portion of the storage portion 59. Make contact. As a result, the guide tube 58 is supported and fixed without rattling in the lower space 29 in a state in which the guide tube 58 is prevented from moving in the horizontal direction, and the upper surface of the bottom plate portion and the two guide surfaces 52, 52 are Smoothly continues. It should be noted that the lower end portions of both guide surfaces may be located slightly above the upper surface of the bottom plate portion (the reverse is not possible).

On the left and right side portions of the storage portion 59 of the guide tube 58 as described above, one end portion is connected to the lower end portion of the both butting rods 12a and 12b, and the intermediate portion to the other end portion of the cover bands 28 and 28. Is inserted. This insertion work is performed by placing the two cover bands 28 and 28 downward through the through holes 50 formed in the central part of the horizontal plate part 48 constituting the lower frame 5, and placing the other end part downward. This is performed so as to abut against both the guide surfaces 52 and 52. The other end portions of the cover bands 28, 28 abutted against the guide surfaces 52, 52 are guided by the guide surfaces 52, 52 and curved while being bent on the left and right sides of the storage portion 59 of the guide tube 58. Get into the part. At this time, the other end portion or the middle portion of both the cover bands 28, 28 are pressed against both the guide surfaces 52, 52 with fingers. Further, the insertion work is performed before and after each cover band 28, 28.

The operation of fixing the guide block 41 by screwing above the auxiliary guide block 49 and the operation of connecting one end portions of the cover bands 28 and 28 to the lower end portions of the butted butted rods 12a and 12b are both described above. This is performed after inserting the middle part or the other end of the cover bands 28, 28 into the left and right side parts of the storage part 59 of the guide tube 58. Specifically, after this insertion work, first, a portion near one end of the cover bands 28, 28 is pulled out above the lower frame 5, and a portion near one end of the middle part of both cover bands 28, 28 is used. Is wound around the guide portions 42 and 42 provided on the guide block 41. Next, the guide block 41 is screwed and fixed to the central portion of the lower frame 5, and then the locking piece 32 as shown in FIG. 4 and the receiver 33 as shown in FIGS. By engaging, one end portions of both the cover bands 28, 28 are connected to the lower end portions of the both butting rods 12a, 12b. In a state where these series of operations are completed, as shown in FIG. 19 described above, the intermediate portions of the cover bands 28 and 28 are folded back 180 degrees by the guide portions 42 and 42 of the guide block 41. .

As described above, both the cover belts 28, 28 having one end portions connected to the lower end portions of the both butting rods 12a, 12b and the intermediate portions folded back by 180 degrees are formed on the both glass screens. The upper end opening of the recess 18 formed on the upper surface of the lower frame 5 is covered with the movement of the third and third members in the opening direction. That is, when both the glass shojis 3 and 3 are moved in the opening direction, the central portion of the lower frame 5 that has been covered with the glass shojis 3 and 3 until then is exposed. At the same time, the cover bands 28 and 28 are pulled out from the storage portion 59 from the guide block 41 portion located behind the glass shoji 3 and 3 in the moving direction. The cover bands 28 and 28 are pulled out to the upper end opening of the recess 18 while engaging the respective side edges with the guide grooves 30 and 30 to cover the upper end opening of the recess 18. In this state, the appearance of the upper surface of the lower frame 5 can be improved, and foreign matter can be prevented from falling into the recess 18.

The configuration and operation of the portion directly related to the present invention are as described above. However, other structures that will be performed in conjunction with the implementation of the present invention will be described below. As other structures described below, there are the following two structures (a) and (b).
(a) A structure in which the upper end opening of the recess 18 is covered with a second cover band with respect to both ends of the lower frame 5 exposed in a state in which the both glass shojis 3 and 3 are moved to the closed position.
(b) Along with the installation of the guide block 41 and the auxiliary guide block 49 in the central portion of the lower frame 5, the central portion of the lower frame 5 and the peripheral portion of the butted portion of the both glass shojis 3, 3 are provided. Structure to ensure sealability.

First, the structure (a) will be described. The structure of (a) can basically use the concept of the prior invention according to the aforementioned Japanese Patent Application No. 2003-350593. Also, in this Japanese Patent Application No. 2003-350593, there are two types of structures shown in the following (a) and (b) with respect to the structure in which the upper end opening of the recess on the upper surface of the lower frame is covered with the cover band between the frame and the frame. The structure is described.
(A) One end of the cover band is coupled and supported to the end of the lower frame, and the middle to the other end of the cover band is housed in the bag.
(B) One end portion of the cover band is coupled and supported to the lower end portion of the bag, and the middle portion or the other end portion of the cover band is housed in the frame frame.

In the case of the structure shown in (a) of these two types of structures shown in (a) and (b), both end edges of the cover band can be obtained simply by placing both end edges of the cover band on the opening of the recess. The portion cannot be engaged with the guide grooves 30 and 30 (see FIG. 3) provided along the opening. On the other hand, the structure described in the above (b) prevents the cover band from being lifted by engaging both end edges of the cover band with the guide grooves 30 provided along the opening. Can do. For this reason, in the illustrated embodiment, the structure described in (b) above is adopted.

In order to constitute the structure described in (b), in the example shown in the figure, one end of a pair of second cover strips 62 (see FIG. 2) is connected to the lower end of the summing bowl 11 of the both glass shojis 3 and 3. In addition to being connected to the second cover band 62, both side edges of the second cover band 62 are engaged with the guide grooves 30, 30. The connecting portion between one end of the second cover band 62 and the lower end portion of the summoning ridge 11, and the structure of the engaging portion between both side edges of the second cover band 62 and the guide grooves 30, 30 are as follows: This is the same as in the case of both the cover bands 28, 28. In order to configure the structure described in (b) above, a heel direction accommodation portion 63 is provided in the heel frame 6 constituting the heel side of the window frame 1 as shown in FIG. A guide block (not shown) for changing the advancing direction of the second cover band 62 by 90 degrees between the lower end opening of the saddle direction storage portion 63 and the horizontal ends of the guide grooves 30 and 30. ). This guide block is made of slippery synthetic resin such as nylon, and a guide passage for changing the traveling direction of the second cover band 62 by 90 degrees between the horizontal direction and the vertical direction is provided therein. The guide path is formed by bending a vertical portion aligned with the lower end opening of the saddle-direction storage portion 63 and a horizontal portion aligned with the horizontal ends of the guide grooves 30 and 30 into a quarter arc. It is made to continue smoothly by the connecting part.

Since it is configured as described above, when the two glass shojis 3 and 3 are moved to the central portion of the lower frame 5 in the closing direction, the second cover band 62 is moved from the heel direction storage portion 63 to the both guide grooves. The upper end opening of the recess 18 is covered with respect to both ends of the lower frame 5. On the other hand, when the both glass shojis 3 and 3 are moved to the end of the lower frame 5 in the opening direction, the second cover band 62 is moved from the portion between the both guide grooves 30 and 30 to the ridges. It is pushed into the direction storage part 63. For this reason, the concave portions 18 can be moved near the both ends of the lower frame 5 which are exposed in a state in which both the glass shojis 3 and 3 are moved in the closing direction. Cover the top opening.

Next, the structure for ensuring the sealing performance of the central part of the lower frame 5 and the peripheral part of the abutting part of the two glass shojis 3, 3 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, the seal between the butting scissors 12 a and 12 b of both the glass shojis 3 and 3 is in the state of projecting toward one butting scoop 12 a (the right side of FIGS. 2 and 7). The sealing lips constituting the pair of sealing members 65, 65 locked to the locking portions 64, 64 formed on the butting rod 12b are elastically brought into contact with both side surfaces of the tip of the one butting rod 12a. ing. In order to prevent the sealing materials 65 and 65 from falling downward, a locking bracket 66 is fitted and fixed to the lower end portions of the locking portions 64 and 64 as shown in FIGS. Yes. The retaining bracket 66 is made of a synthetic resin and is made of a fixing piece 67 that can be fitted and fixed to the lower end of the locking portion 64 and an elastic material such as an elastomer such as rubber. The seal piece 68 is formed. Such a stop bracket 66 abuts the lower end surface of the sealing material 65 against the upper end surface of the seal piece 68 in a state where the fixing piece 67 is fitted and fixed to the locking portion 64. The sealing material 65 is prevented from falling and a seal between the two butting rods 12a and 12b can be achieved up to the lower ends of the both butting rods 12a and 12b. Such a structure is a conventionally known structure.

In particular, in the case of the present embodiment, the structure shown in FIG. 35 ensures the sealing performance of the central portion of the lower frame 5 and the peripheral portions of the butted portions of the two glass shojis 3 and 3. In order to ensure the sealing performance of this portion, the airtight pieces 69a and 69b are fixed to the lower ends of the both butting rods 12a and 12b, respectively. Of these two airtight pieces 69a and 69b, the left airtight piece 69a of FIG. 35 fixed to the lower end of the one butting rod 12a is as shown in FIGS. As shown in -47, each is formed. In these FIGS. 36 to 47, the portion represented by the pear ground is a portion where a sheet made of an elastic material such as rubber is stuck, and the other portion is a portion made by injection molding a synthetic resin. is there.

The airtight pieces 69a and 69b are respectively formed at fitting portions 71a and 71b that are fitted in the lower end portions of the butted butted rods 12a and 12b without rattling and at the lower end portions of the fitting portions 71a and 71b. It consists of flange portions 72a and 72b having outward flange shapes and hanging wall portions 73a and 73b hanging downward from the flange portions 72a and 72b. The airtight pieces 69a and 69b are screwed and fixed to the lower end portions of the butted butted rods 12a and 12b in a state of being suppressed by a metal reinforcing plate 70 as shown in FIGS. Yes. At this time, a sealing agent such as a caulking agent is applied to the upper surfaces of the flange portions 72a and 72b to seal between the upper surfaces of the flange portions 72a and 72b and the lower end edges of the both butted flanges 12a and 12b. .

The base end portion (the end portion opposite to each other) in the horizontal direction of the both hanging wall portions 73a and 73b is the indoor side wall 26 (see FIG. 3) of the lower eyelid 10 constituting the lower sides of the both glass shojis 3 and 3. The lower end portion is continuous with the portion existing below the upper surface of the lower frame 5. Further, in a state where both the glass shojis 3 and 3 are moved to the closed position, the leading edges of the both hanging wall portions 73a and 73b are butted against each other. Further, the indoor side surfaces of both the hanging wall portions 73a and 73b and the indoor side surface of the lower end portion of the indoor side wall 26 exist in the same vertical plane. For this reason, in a state in which the both glass shojis 3 and 3 are moved to the closed position, the seal wire by the seal member 27 (the contact portion between the seal lip of the seal member 27 and the mating member) is the both butting rod 12a. , 12b does not become discontinuous at the lower position. Instead of discontinuous the sealing member 27 at the auxiliary guide block 49, the discontinuous portion can be sealed by the elastic sealing material 56. Further, when the both glass shojis 3 and 3 are moved to the closed position, the hanging wall portions 73a and 73b push away (elastically deform) the numerous fibers constituting the brush-like body 46, while It enters a portion between the lower guide rail 17 and the indoor ridge 24. That is, the brush-like body 46 closes the intermediate portion in a state where the glass shoji 3 and 3 are moved to the open position, and also moves the both hanging walls when the glass shoji 3 and 3 are moved to the closed position. It is provided to allow the parts 73a and 73b to move to the above-mentioned part.

Further, the lower end surface of the seal piece 68 is in contact with or close to the upper surfaces of the tip end portions of the both hanging wall portions 73a and 73b in a state in which both the glass shojis 3 and 3 are moved to the closed position. As a result, the sealing performance of the center portion of the lower frame 5 and the peripheral portion of the butted portion of the both glass shojis 3 and 3 can be achieved at a practically sufficient level.

Further, in the illustrated example, the flange portions 74a and 74b provided so as to protrude to the outdoor side of the both airtight pieces 69a and 69b in a state where both the glass shojis 3 and 3 are moved to the closed position are provided as the guides. It is located above the hook-shaped portion 45 provided outside the upper end room of the block 41. The hook-shaped portion 45 is provided to prevent a large amount of rainwater from accumulating on the upper surface of the central portion of the lower frame 5, but in the state where both the glass shoji 3 and 3 are moved to the closed position, When the shape part 45 is exposed to the outdoor side, the wind blown to both the glass shojis 3 and 3 can enter the lower frame 5 through the hook-like shape part 45 and increase the pressure in the lower frame 5. There is sex. And if the pressure in this lower frame 5 rises, when rain water exists in this lower frame 5, this rain water may pass through the seal part by the said sealing member 27 grade | etc., And may blow out indoors. . On the other hand, in the example shown in the figure, since both the flange portions 74a and 74b cover the upper portion of the flange-like portion 45, rainwater can be prevented from being blown into the room due to the above-described causes.
