Claims (7)
- タービン用空気冷却式バケット(16)であって、
翼形部の根元及び先端部分間で延びて該翼形部の先端に出口をもつ複数の冷却孔(H1〜H16)を有する翼形部セクション(36)を含み、
前記孔が、前縁に隣接する少なくとも第1の孔(H1)と、後縁に隣接する少なくとも第2の孔(H15又はH16)と、前記前縁孔及び後縁孔の中間にある複数の孔(H2〜H14)とを含み、
前記複数の中間孔が、前記前縁及び後縁間の翼形中心線(54、56)の両側に互いに間隔を置いて配置され、前記翼形部セクション内部にほぼ翼形形状のエンベロープ(50、52)を形成した孔を含み、
前記第1、中間及び第2の孔が、それぞれ異なる断面積を有し、前記第1の孔が最大の断面積を有し、前記中間孔が前記第1の孔の断面積よりも小さい断面積を有し、また前記第2の孔が前記中間孔の断面積よりも小さい断面積を有し、
前記翼形部セクション先端が、前記翼形部から突出しかつ該翼形部の表面の連続面を形成するフランジを含み、前記フランジが、前記翼形部セクションの負圧側面に沿った開口を有する
ことを特徴とするバケット(16)。 - 前記第1及び第2の孔(H1、H15)が、前記中間孔に対して傾斜している、請求項1記載のバケット。
- 前記孔(H2〜H14)の少なくとも一部が、該孔に沿った間隔を置いた位置に複数のタービュレータ(42)を有する、請求項1記載のバケット。
- 前記一部の孔には、前記第1の孔(H1)及び第2の孔(H15)が含まれない、請求項3記載のバケット。
- 前記一部の孔には、前記中間孔のみが含まれる、請求項3記載のバケット。
- 前記第1及び第2の孔(H1、H15、H16)が、孔を形成する滑らかな壁面を有する、請求項5記載のバケット。
- 前記孔の各々が円形断面を有する、請求項1記載のバケット。
