Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a large assembly container that can be transported by a forklift.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a wooden container is known as a large container, and when transporting a stored item in the large wooden container, the wooden container is palletized because of its large capacity and heavy weight. However, the wooden container is not integrated with the pallet, so it must be placed on the pallet and unloaded from the pallet. When storing and transporting in an empty state, it takes a large space, and for these reasons, there is a problem that the distribution cost and the storage cost increase. In addition, because the container is large enough to put or remove things in or out of a large wooden container, the operator is placed on or inside the upper opening edge of the large wooden container. Therefore, there is a problem that the storage must be taken in and out beyond the side plate, which is very troublesome and troublesome.
[0003]
Therefore, the applicant arranges side plates on the four sides of the upper surface of the pallet, and fits the fitting protrusions for standing projecting on the lower surface of each side plate into the fitting recesses formed on the upper surface of each side portion of the pallet. In the corner portion where the side plates are adjacent at right angles, a substantially comb-like engagement portion provided at the end of one side plate and a substantially comb-like engagement portion provided at the end of the other side plate Japanese Utility Model No. 5-16106 has been filed as an assembly container in which a connecting rod is inserted into a connecting hole provided in the engaging portion of both side plates and a connecting hole provided in the pallet and screwed with a nut.
[0004]
However, in the above-described conventional example, it is necessary to insert the connecting rod from above, and then screw and tighten the nut on the lower surface side of the pallet. In this case, it is necessary to loosen and remove the nut. However, since the assembly container to be assembled is large and heavy as described above, a large and heavy pallet is required to screw the nut on the bottom side of the pallet or loosen the nut to remove it. There is a problem that it is necessary to perform the nut tightening and nut removal work by lifting or tilting, and the work is extremely troublesome, and the assembling property and the disassembling property are poor.
[0005]
Further, in the above conventional example, an installation configuration is adopted in which the fitting protrusions for standing provided on the lower surface of each side plate are fitted into the fitting recesses formed on the upper surface of each side of the pallet. Therefore, one side plate cannot be rotated and opened, rotated and closed, and connected with a connecting rod. It has not been possible to open and close the side and open and close the stored items in the assembly container.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and can be easily disassembled and made compact when not in use in a large assembly container, so as not to take up a large space for transportation and storage. Even a large assembly container can be easily assembled and disassembled by simply operating the connecting rod from above, and one of the side plates can be pivoted open with a simple structure when used. It is an object of the present invention to provide an assembly container in which a stored item can be easily put in and out of the container.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, an assembly container according to the present invention has side plates 3 arranged on four sides of an upper surface portion of a pallet 2 having a fork insertion portion 1 into which a fork claw of a forklift is inserted. A connecting rod insertion portion 4 that is open in the vertical direction is provided on the top of the pallet 2, and a male screw or a female screw engagement portion 5 b at the lower end of the connecting rod 5 that is removably inserted into the connecting rod insertion portion 4 from above is fixed to the four corners of the pallet 2. The assembly container A is configured to be detachably screwed into a female screw or a male threaded portion 9b provided on the male screw, and the other pair of opposing plates except for the pair of opposing side plates 3 in the assembly container A. With the side plates 3 removed, a large number of other side plates 3 can be arranged in parallel between the side plates 3 on the top surface of the pallet 2 leaving the pair of side plates 3 facing each other. Insert the connecting rod 5 into the connecting rod insertion part 4 from above The length of the connecting rod 5 is adjusted so that the upper end of the connecting rod 5 inserted from above into the connecting rod insertion portion 4 of the side plate 3 arranged in parallel does not protrude above the upper end of the side plate 3. It is characterized by being made equal to or shorter than the length . With such a structure, when assembling a large assembly container that is lifted and moved by a forklift, the connecting bars provided at both ends of the side plate 3 by arranging the side plates 3 on the four sides of the upper surface of the pallet 2. By inserting the connecting rod 5 into the insertion portion 4 from above and rotating the connecting rod 5, the screwed portions 5 b at the lower end of the connecting rod 5 are attached to and detached from the screwed portions 9 b fixedly provided at the four corners of the pallet 2. It can be easily assembled by screwing freely, and when disassembling, the screw 5b at the lower end of the connecting rod 5 is rotated by operating the connecting rod 5 from above to rotate the screwed portion 9b. It can be removed from Further, when disassembling and transporting or storing a large number of assembly containers A, the pair of opposing side plates 3 in the assembly container A is left and the other opposing pair of side plates 3 is removed. A large number of other side plates 3 can be arranged in parallel between the side plates 3 on the upper surface of the pallet 2 leaving the pair of side plates 3 facing each other, and the upper side of the connecting rod insertion portion 4 at the end of the side plates 3 arranged side by side. By allowing the connecting rods 5 to be inserted from the pallet 2, a large number of side plates 3 and a large number of connecting rods 5 can be gathered together on the pallet 2, and the numerous side plates 3 and the connecting rods 5 are combined together in this way. When moving things, the pallet 2 on which a large number of side plates 3 are placed can be moved using a forklift to be transported on a truck, a freight car, a ship, etc., or stored in a warehouse or the like. . Further, the length of the connecting rod 5 is the same as the vertical length of the side plate 3 so that the upper end of the connecting rod 5 inserted from above into the connecting rod insertion portion 4 of the side plate 3 arranged in parallel does not protrude above the upper end of the side plate 3. In other words, the connecting rod 5 and the hit object are not damaged when the upper end of the connecting rod 5 is brought into contact with the upper end of the connecting rod 5. When covering with the band 33 and covering with the band 33, the upper cover 32 can be covered without being obstructed by the connecting rod 5, and the bundled pieces with the upper cover 32 covered are stacked and transported in upper and lower stages. Or can be stored.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the assembly container A is configured by detachably placing four side plates 3 made of synthetic resin on the four sides of the upper surface of the pallet 2 made of synthetic resin. .
[0012]
The pallet 2 has a square shape in plan view or a rectangular shape in plan view. In the embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings, an example of a square shape in plan view is shown. The pallet 2 is provided with a fork insertion portion 1 into which a fork claw of a forklift is inserted, and is opened laterally on the side surface of the pallet 2. At the four corners of the pallet 2, there are formed mounting hole portions 8 penetrating vertically, and the upper portion of the mounting hole portion 8 is a large-diameter hole portion 8a.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 4, a bolt 9 is inserted into the mounting hole 8 from below, and a nut 10 is screwed onto the top of the bolt 9. By tightening the nut 10, the head 9 a of the bolt 9 is inserted. Is applied to the outer peripheral edge of the lower end opening of the mounting hole 8 and the nut 10 is pressed against the step 11 at the lower end of the large-diameter hole 8a through a washer, whereby the bolt 9 is moved to the mounting hole 8. It is installed. While the nut 10 is tightened, the washer 10 is positioned in the large-diameter hole portion 8a, and the lower portion of the nut 10 is also positioned in the large-diameter hole portion 8a. A portion above the mating portion projects upward from the upper surface of the pallet 2, and this projecting portion is a threaded portion 9 b constituted by a male screw. The head 9a of the bolt 9 protrudes below the mounting hole 8, but the outer periphery of the head 9a is covered with skirts 12 provided at the four corners of the pallet 2 so that it cannot be seen from the outside. is there. In the above embodiment, an example in which the male screw protrudes from the upper surface of the pallet 2 is shown. However, as another example of the present invention, the male screw may not protrude from the upper surface of the pallet 2.
[0014]
Further, a lock groove 15 as shown in FIG. 5 is formed in each intermediate part of the four sides of the pallet 2, and a drain hole 15 a is formed in the groove bottom of the lock groove 15.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the side plate 3 is provided with connecting rod insertion portions 4 at both ends. Here, on the end surface of the side plate 3, the connecting rod insertion portions 4 are projected at a plurality of locations in the vertical direction, and the portions where the vertical coupling rod insertion portions 4 on the end surface of the side plate 3 are not projected are the recessed portions 7. It has become. In other words, the connecting rod insertion portions 4 and the recessed portions 7 are alternately provided on the end surface portion of the side plate 3 in the vertical direction. The connecting rod insertion portion 4 protrudes from the end face within the approximate width of the end surface of the side plate 3. Therefore, even if the connecting rod insertion portion 4 is provided at both end portions of the side plate 3, the connecting rod insertion portion 4 is connected to the surface of the side plate 3 or The flat state of the side plate 3 is maintained without protruding in a direction intersecting the back surface.
[0016]
The connecting rod insertion portion 4 provided at one end of the side plate 3 is at a height position corresponding to the recessed portion 7 provided at the other end, and the connecting rod insertion portion 4 provided at the other end of the side plate 3. Is a height position corresponding to the recess 7 provided at one end.
[0017]
The connecting rod insertion portion 4 is provided with a hole 13 penetrating in the vertical direction. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, a plurality of connecting rod insertion portions 4 and recess portions 7 are alternately provided in the vertical direction at both ends of the side plate 3. In this case, the upper end portion of one end portion of the side plates 3 is the connecting rod insertion portion 4 and the other end portion is the recess portion 7, but the connecting rod insertion portion of the upper end portion of one end portion is provided. The upper end surface of 4 is stepped down one step lower than the upper end portion of the side plate 3 to form a stepped portion 4a.
[0018]
Of the three connecting rod insertion portions 4 at both ends of the side plate 3, the upper and lower two connecting rod insertion portions 4 are both formed of a cylinder, and serve as a hole 13 through which the cylinder passes vertically. However, the connecting rod insertion portion 4 located in the middle includes a U-shaped portion 14a having a U-shaped horizontal section opening on the front surface side and a U-shaped portion 14b having a U-shaped horizontal section opening on the back surface side. The U-shaped part 14a that opens to the front side and the U-shaped part 14b that opens to the back side are connected to the upper and lower sides in an integrated manner. A hole 13 is formed.
[0019]
Here, the connecting rod insertion portion 4 positioned in the middle may be formed of a cylindrical body. However, if the connecting rod insertion portion 4 positioned in the middle is configured of a cylindrical body, the intermediate tube is formed when molding with synthetic resin. Although the mold configuration for molding the body is complicated, as described above, the U-shaped portion 14b that opens the connecting rod insertion portion 4 located in the middle on the front surface side and the U-shaped portion 14b that opens on the back surface side. By forming the hole 13 penetrating up and down integrally and forming the hole 13 penetrating up and down, it is possible to mold the connecting rod insertion portion 4 located in the middle by opening the mold on the front side and the back side. Become.
[0020]
A lock member storage portion 16 is formed in the lower portion of the central portion on the surface side of the side plate 3. As shown in FIG. 11, the lock member storage portion 16 is formed with a groove portion 17 that is recessed from the front surface side to the back side. Only the upper portion of the groove portion 17 is opened to the front surface side, and the front surface side of the groove portion 17 is the front shielding portion 18. Further, an intermediate portion in the front and back direction (front-rear direction) of the lower portion of the groove portion 17 is partitioned by a partition portion 19, and the lower portion of the groove portion 17 is divided into a front groove portion 17a and a rear groove portion 17b that open up and down. A locking step 20 is formed at the rear upper end of the rear groove 17b. Further, a retaining protrusion 21 is provided on both sides of the upper portion of the groove portion 17, and a hook-like locking groove 22 is provided on the rear surface of the upper portion of the groove portion 17.
[0021]
The locking member 23 is as shown in FIG. 13, and an operation portion 25 having a square shape is formed on the upper portion of the vertical leg portion 24, and the front portion of the operation portion 25 is more forward than the front surface of the leg portion 24. The lower surface of the protruding portion is a contact portion 26. Further, protrusions 30 are provided on both side surfaces of the operation unit 25. A rearward projecting portion 27 having an L-shaped cross section is integrally provided from the upper end portion of the operating portion 25, and is inclined so as to be in the back from the lower end portion of the vertical piece of the back projecting portion 27. A first locking piece 28 having elasticity and a second locking piece 29 having elasticity are continuously provided downward. The first locking piece 28 extends from the lower end portions on both sides of the vertical piece of the back projecting portion 27, and a locking claw 28 a is provided at the tip portion, and the second locking piece 29 is provided on the back projecting portion 27. A locking protrusion 29a is formed from the lower end of the center of the vertical piece, has a continuous length shorter than that of the first locking piece 29, and has a back surface with a square shape.
[0022]
The lock member 23 having the above configuration is fitted into the groove portion 17 of the lock member storage portion 16 from the surface side as shown in FIG. In this case, the leg portion 24 of the lock member 23 is fitted into the front groove portion 17a of the lower front portion of the groove portion 17 so as to be movable up and down, and the protrusion 30 hits the back side of the retaining protrusion 21 so that the lock member 23 is The locking claw 28a of the first locking piece 28 is elastically locked to the locking step 20 so that the locking member 23 moves upward in the state of FIG. 11 (c). So that it cannot escape from the opening on the upper surface side of the groove portion 17. Also, the second locking piece 28 has a hook-like locking projection 29a which is elastically locked to the hook-shaped locking groove 22 to hold the lock member 23 in the state shown in FIG. In this embodiment, a lifting state holding means for holding a state in which the lock member 23 is completely pulled upward by elastic locking of the locking protrusion 29a to the locking groove 22 is configured. In the pulled-up holding state of the lock member 23, the lower end of the leg portion 24 of the lock member 23 is set so as not to protrude below the lower end of the side plate 3, and the lower end of the leg portion 24 is inadvertently lowered downward when not in use. It does not protrude and break.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 2, the side plate 3 is arranged in an upright position on each of the four sides of the top surface of the pallet 2, and the ends of the adjacent side plates 3 and the pallet 2 are detachably attached by the connecting rod 5. Such an assembly container A is assembled and formed.
[0024]
Here, the connecting rod 5 is as shown in FIG. 9, and a nut portion is embedded and fixed to the lower end portion of the metal cylindrical body 5a, and this nut portion is a screwing portion 5b. A flange portion 5c having a diameter larger than that of the cylindrical body 5a is fixed to the upper end portion of the cylindrical body 5a, and an operation protrusion 5d is provided on the upper surface of the flange portion 5c. In the connecting rod 5 having the above-described configuration, the length from the lower end to the upper end of the operation protrusion 5d at the upper end is set to be the same as or slightly shorter than the length of the side plate 3 in the vertical direction.
[0025]
Thus, the side plate 3 is raised on the four sides of the top surface of the pallet 2. In this case, the upper end portion of the bolt 9 which is the screwed portion 9 b fixedly attached to the four corners of the pallet 4 is positioned in the hole 13 of the connecting rod insertion portion 4 at the lower end portion of the side plate 3, and By fitting the connecting rod insertion portions 4 provided at the end portions into the recessed portions 7 provided at the end portions of the adjacent side plates 3, the connecting rod insertion portions 4 of the adjacent side plates 3 are shifted in the vertical direction and arranged in multiple stages. Then, the holes 13 of the upper and lower multi-stage connecting rod insertion portions 4 are communicated with each other in the vertical direction, and are communicated with the upper end opening of the attachment hole portion 8. In this state, the connecting rod 5 is inserted downward from above through the hole 13 of the uppermost connecting rod insertion portion 4, and a nut portion which is a screwing portion 5b provided at the lower end portion of the connecting rod 5 is screwed. The upper end of the bolt 9 that is the portion 9b is screwed (the screw is operated by picking and rotating the operation protrusion 5d with a finger), and the flange portion 5c is connected to the upper surface of the uppermost connecting rod insertion portion 4 As a result, the connecting rod insertion portions 4 of the adjacent side plates 3 are connected to each other by the connecting rod 5 and are connected to the pallet 2 to assemble the assembly container A. In this assembled state, the operating protrusion 5d at the upper end of the connecting rod 5 is positioned at the stepped portion 4a that is stepped down from the upper end of the side plate 3 on the upper end surface of the connecting rod insertion portion 4 located at the top. In addition, the upper end of the operation protrusion 5d does not protrude above the upper end surface of the side plate 3, and the operation protrusion 5d does not protrude beyond the connecting rod insertion portion 4 in plan view. ing.
[0026]
Further, in the assembled state, the operation portion 25 of the lock member 23 is pulled down, the locking projection 29a is removed from the locking groove 22, and as shown in FIG. Is locked in the lock groove 15. In this case, the contact portion 26 abuts against the upper end portion of the front shielding portion 18 so that the lock member 23 does not move downward in the locked state of FIG. The protrusion 29a is elastically locked to the locking step portion 20 so that the lock member 23 does not move upward in the locked state of FIG. Therefore, in this embodiment, the locked state holding means is configured by the contact of the contact portion 26 with the upper end portion of the front shielding portion 18 and the elastic locking of the locking projection 29a to the locking step portion 20, and this locked state. In the lock holding state by the holding means, the side plate 3 is connected to the pallet 2 not only at both end portions but also at the intermediate portion to prevent the intermediate portion from bulging outward or being recessed inward.
[0027]
Here, in order to put a stored item in and out of the assembly container A, the connecting rod insertion portion 4 at one end of one of the four side plates 3 is removed from the connecting rod 5, and the middle of the corresponding side plate 3 is removed. The lock member 23 that locks the portion to the pallet 2 is pulled upward to release the lock as shown in FIG. 12B, and the other end of the side plate 3 is rotated around the connecting rod 5 in this state. Thus, the side plate 3 is opened as shown in FIG. 3 to open one side surface of the assembly container A, and the stored items are taken in and out from the opening 31.
[0028]
In order to rotate one side plate 3 around the connecting rod 5 that passes through the connecting rod insertion portion 4 at the other end, the tip of the connecting rod insertion portion 4 is a flange of the recessed portion 7 that is the end surface of the adjacent side plate 3. It is necessary not to hit the surface. For this reason, in the present invention, in the state where one connecting rod insertion portion 4 of the side plate 3 is detached from the connecting rod 5 to be free, the other connecting rod insertion portion 4 of the side plate 3 is centered on the connecting rod 5. An arc surface portion 6 for avoiding the tip portion from hitting the end surface of another side plate 3 adjacent to the tip portion of the other connecting rod insertion portion 4 is formed so as to be rotatable. In the embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings, a connecting rod insertion portion 4 projecting within a substantially width of the side plate 3 and a recess portion 7 where the connecting rod insertion portion 4 does not project are formed in the vertical direction of the end surface of the side plate 3. Therefore, the arc surface portion 6 is provided to avoid the inner surface side of the distal end portion of the connecting rod insertion portion 4 from hitting the flange surface of the recessed portion 7 of another adjacent side plate 3 when the connecting rod insertion portion 4 rotates. In this case, a gap is not generated between the end portions of the side plate 3 when the side plate 3 is closed, and the side plate 3 can be rotated without hindrance.
[0029]
In order to remove the one end of the side plate 3 from the connecting rod 5 in order to rotate the side plate 3, the connecting rod 5 is rotated in the direction opposite to that at the time of attachment, and the connecting rod 5 is pulled upward and rotated. The side plate 3 is rotated about the connecting rod 5 on the other end side of the side plate 3, and the connecting rod insertion portion 4 at one end portion of the side plate 3 is moved from the connecting rod insertion portion 4 at one end portion of the adjacent side plate 3. After that, the connecting rod 5 removed earlier is inserted into the hole 13 of the connecting rod insertion portion 4 at one end of the adjacent side plate 3 and the nut portion which is the screwed portion 5b at the lower end portion of the connecting rod 5 is screwed. Only the connecting rod insertion portion 4 of the adjacent side plate 3 is connected to the pallet 2 by the connecting rod 5 as shown in FIG.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 3, when a side plate 3 is rotated and used to be assembled again as an assembly container A after being put into and out of the assembly container A in a state where the side plate 3 is rotated, it is used to rotate as a side cover. The connecting rod 5 that connects the end of the adjacent side plate 3 corresponding to the one end side that is the free end of the side plate 3 to the pallet 2 is removed, and then the connecting rod insertion portion 4 at the end of the side plate 3. And the connecting rod insertion portion 4 at the end of the side plate 3 used for rotating as a side cover are shifted up and down, and the adjacent connecting rod insertion portions 4 are connected by the connecting rod 5 in the same manner as in assembly. In addition to being connected to the pallet 2, the lock member 23 attached to the side plate 3 that has been used as a side cover is operated to obtain the locked state shown in FIG.
[0031]
With the contents stored in the assembly container A, the fork lift fork is inserted into the fork insertion part 1 provided on the pallet 2 of the assembly container A and moved in a lifted state, and placed on a truck, wagon, ship, etc. It is to be transported.
[0032]
Here, with the storage container stored in the assembly container A, the upper cover 32 is placed on the upper opening of the assembly container A as shown in FIG. 14, and the assembly container A and the upper cover 32 are bound by the band 33. It may be.
[0033]
By the way, as already described, in the assembled state, the operation protrusion 5d at the upper end portion of the connecting rod 5 is stepped down from the upper end portion of the side plate 3 on the upper end surface of the connecting rod insertion portion 4 located at the uppermost portion. Since the upper end of the operating projection 5d does not protrude above the upper end surface of the side plate 3 and is located at the drop portion 4a, the operating projection 5d at the upper end of the connecting rod 5 does not get in the way. Even when the upper cover 32 is covered, the upper protrusion 32 can be covered without the operation projection 5d getting in the way.
[0034]
On the other hand, when the assembly container A is not used, the four connecting rods 5 are removed, the connection between the side plates 3 and the connection between the side plate 3 and the pallet 2 are released and disassembled. Further, the lock member 23 attached to each side plate 3 is pulled upward to be in the state shown in FIG. By disassembling in this way, it can be transported in a compact manner, or by storing it, the space required for transport and storage can be reduced.
[0035]
For example, as shown in FIG. 15, the disassembled parts described above are stacked with a large number of pallets 2, and a plurality of upper lids 32 are stacked on the uppermost pallet 2, and are bound with a band as necessary. The lowermost pallet 2 is moved by lifting it using a forklift and is carried on a truck, a freight car, a ship, etc., or stored in a warehouse or the like.
[0036]
When disassembling and transporting or storing a large number of assembly containers A, most of the assembly containers A are disassembled with all side plates 3 removed, and the pallets 2 are stacked together as described above. The arbitrary assembly container A is formed by removing the other pair of opposing side plates 3 while leaving the pair of opposing side plates 3, and the pair of the upper surfaces of the pallet 2 leaving the pair of opposing side plates 3. A number of other side plates 3 are arranged between the side plates 3 as shown in FIG. In this case, a large number of connecting rods 5 are inserted from above into the connecting rod insertion portion 4 at the end of the side plate 3 arranged side by side. However, since the connecting rod 5 is the same as or shorter than the vertical length of the side plate 3, The upper end of the connecting rod 5 does not protrude upward from the upper end, and therefore the other end of the connecting rod 5 hits the connecting rod 5 and the hit object is not damaged. Thus, the upper lid 32 can be covered without being obstructed by the connecting rod 5 when the upper lid 32 is covered as necessary and the band 33 is bound as shown in FIG. In the movement, the pallet 2 on which a large number of side plates 3 are placed is moved by lifting it using a forklift and is carried on a truck, a freight car, a ship, or stored in a warehouse or the like. In this case, the pallet 2 has a square shape in plan view, and the four side plates 3 have the same shape, so that the removed side plate 3 does not protrude from the pallet 2 and does not hinder the covering of the upper lid 32. It is.
[0037]
In FIG. 16, the upper lid 32 is indicated by a broken line.
[0038]
By the way, in embodiment shown in an accompanying drawing, while connecting both ends of each side plate 3 to the four corner parts of the pallet 2 by the connection rod 5, one side part is connected to the pallet 2 among both ends. In order to be able to turn around the connecting rod 5 at the other end when it is removed from the connecting rod 5 connected to each other, the side plates 3 are provided at the end of one side plate 3 at a corner portion adjacent to each other at right angles. The connecting rod insertion portion 4 and the connecting rod insertion portion 4 provided at the end of the other side plate 3 are vertically shifted and arranged, and the connecting rod insertion portions 4 of adjacent side plates 3 are detachable from the pallet 2. Although the embodiment connected by the connecting rod 5 has been described, in assembling the assembly container A, the side plate 3 is attached to the pallet 2 so as to be rotatable and detachable. But the invention is, for example, in which both end portions of the side plates 3 may be mounted rotatably and detachably to the pallet 2 by separate connecting rod 5 alone.
[0039]
In the embodiment shown in the attached drawings, an example in which the screwing portion 5b is a female screw and the screwed portion 9b is a male screw is shown. However, the screwing portion 5b is a male screw and the screwed portion 9b is a female screw. Is also good.
[0040]
17 and 18 show another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, only the number of connecting rod insertion portions 4 is different, and other configurations are the same as those of the above embodiment.
[0041]
Although the pallet 2 shown in the attached drawings shows a two-way example, it may be a four-way one, and the pallet 2 is constructed by welding a skid pallet and upper and lower halves. Any of the welding types may be used, and the pallet 2 may be either single-sided or double-sided.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the first aspect of the present invention, the side plates are arranged on the four sides of the upper surface portion of the pallet having the fork insertion portion into which the fork claw of the forklift is inserted, and the both sides of the side plate are arranged. A female or male screw provided with a connecting rod insertion part opened in the vertical direction, and fixedly provided at the four corners of the pallet with the male screw or female screw engaging part at the lower end of the connecting rod inserted in the connecting rod insertion part so as to be freely inserted and removed from above Since the connecting rod inserted from above is removably screwed to the screwed portion of the screw, the screwed portion is screwed to the screwed portion, or the screwing is released and the screw is released upward. By pulling out, you can easily assemble the side plate along the four sides of the top surface of the pallet, or remove the side plate from the pallet to make it compact. In assembly operation and disassembly operation Therefore, when assembling or disassembling a large assembly container that is lifted and moved by a forklift, it is not necessary to lift a large and heavy assembly container and perform screwing operation from the bottom side of the pallet. As a result, when not in use, it can be disassembled and compacted by rotating the connecting rod and pulling it upward as described above, so that it does not take up space during transportation and storage. In addition, when used, the side plate is assembled, arranged on the four sides of the pallet, the connecting rod is inserted from above and screwed together, and the assembly container is easily configured, and the stored items are stored in the assembly container. The pallet can be easily moved by transporting it with a forklift in the stored state. In addition, a number of other side plates between the side plates on the top surface of the pallet leaving the one set of opposing side plates in a state where the other set of side plates facing each other is removed while leaving one set of opposing side plates in the assembly container. Can be arranged in parallel, and the connecting rod can be inserted from above into the connecting rod insertion portion at the end portion of the side plates arranged in parallel, and the upper end of the connecting rod inserted from above into the connecting rod insertion portion of the side plate arranged in parallel is Since the length of the connecting rod is the same as or shorter than the vertical length of the side plate so that it does not protrude upward from the upper end of the side plate, when disassembling and transporting and storing many assembly containers, the pallet A large number of side plates and a large number of connecting rods can be collected on the top. Then, when moving a large number of side plates and connecting rods together, the pallet on which a large number of side plates are placed is moved using a forklift to move it to a truck, a freight car, a ship, etc. It can be transported by loading, stored in a warehouse, etc., and in the state of being put together as described above, other objects hit the upper end of the connecting rod and the connecting rod and the hit object do not break, In addition, when covering with an upper lid as necessary, the band can be covered without being disturbed by the connecting rod, and the upper lid is covered and stacked together in multiple stages. It can be transported and stored.
