Description

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sliding window glass, and more particularly to an improvement in a method for fixing a frame to a glass plate when a frame for sliding a glass plate such as an automotive window glass is fixed to the glass plate.

A window glass for a vehicle is described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2. The vehicle window glass of Patent Document 1 prevents water from entering the vehicle by a drain hole provided in the lower frame of the side window sash. The vehicle window glass of Patent Document 2 divides a sash into an inner sash and an outer sash, and facilitates installation adjustment of both sashes. Any of the vehicle window glasses described above is opened and closed by pulling two window glasses apart. In this window glass, a sash is fitted into a vehicle body, and the inside of the sash is slid to make a difference. Accordingly, since the sash covers the window glass and the window glass is drawn inward from the vehicle body, the vehicle body surface and the window glass surface cannot be flushed.

On the other hand, Patent Document 3 and Patent Document 4 describe window glass for automobiles having three or more glass plates. In order to improve the weatherstrip sealing performance, the window glass for automobiles of Patent Document 3 hooks the opening flange protruding from the window opening to the lip of the weatherstrip, and fixes the wind sash to the opening flange with screws. Is. The window glass for an automobile disclosed in Patent Document 4 has a rib for receiving an internal force generated in a weather strip formed in a sash to prevent the weather strip from being deformed. However, in the window glass for automobiles described in Patent Document 3 and Patent Document 4, as in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, the sash is attached to the vehicle body, and the surface of the vehicle body and the surface of the window glass Unification cannot be realized.

FIG. 9 is a schematic view of a window glass for an automobile in which the surface of the vehicle body and the surface of the window glass are made uniform, as viewed from the inside of the vehicle. FIG. 10 (A) is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. BB sectional drawing and (C) are CC sectional views.

The window glass 1 for an automobile is composed of two fixed glasses 2a and 2b and one slide glass 3. Fixed glass 2a, 2b is adhere | attached in the both ends of the two flame | frames 4 and 5 distribute | arranged in parallel up and down. A vertical frame 6 is bridged vertically between the upper and lower frames 4 and 5. The vertical frame 6 is bonded to the fixed glass 2a. The slide glass 3 is slid along the upper and lower frames 4 and 5 having a U-shaped cross section from the fixed glass 2b side, slides to the vertical frame 6 having a U-shaped cross section, and the window glass is closed. Become. Caps (not shown) for preventing the slide glass 3 from coming off are attached to the ends of the upper and lower frames 4 and 5 on the fixed glass 2b side. Thereby, the slide glass 3 can be slid and the window glass 1 for motor vehicles can be opened and closed. A glass run 9 is disposed between the frames 4, 5, 6 and the slide glass 3 in order to securely hold the slide glass 3 and improve the sealing performance. On the side of the fixed glass 2a, 2b on the center side of the window glass 1, a molding 12 for design is attached. A weather strip frame 8 to which a weather strip 7 is attached is bonded to the fixed glass 2b. Thereby, it is possible to prevent intrusion of rainwater or the like into the vehicle through the gap between the slide glass 3 and the fixed glass 2b.

The peripheral part of the window glass 1 for automobiles, that is, the three peripheral sides of the fixed glasses 2a and 2b and the substantially central part of the upper and lower frames 4 and 5 are bonded to the vehicle body 10 opened in a window frame shape via an adhesive 11. Therefore, the surface of the vehicle body 10 is aligned with the outer surfaces of the fixed glass 2a (2b) and the upper and lower frames 4 (5) (see FIGS. 10B and 10C).

However, when the upper and lower frames 4, 5 and the vertical frame 6 are bonded to the fixed glasses 2 a, 2 b, the fixed glasses 2 a, 2 b are pressed against the pre-positioned frames 4, 5, 6 by the adhesive 11. Glue. Therefore, there is a possibility that the position of any of the frames is shifted during the bonding, or a step is generated in the thickness direction of the frame (perpendicular to the fixed glass). Moreover, there exists a possibility that the adhesive agent 11 may enter in a flame | frame from the joint part which connects flame | frames. This frame shift and level difference and entry of the adhesive 11 hinder the smooth sliding operation of the slide glass 3 and cause deterioration of the operability of the slide glass 3.

The present invention is based on the above-described prior art, and prevents the frame from being displaced or a step when the plurality of positioned frames and the glass plate are fixed, and the adhesive enters the frame. It aims at providing the manufacturing method of a sliding-type window glass which does not have a thing.

In order to achieve the above object, in the invention of claim 1, a frame comprising at least one horizontal frame and at least one vertical frame connected to the horizontal frame is fixed to a glass plate with an adhesive, In the manufacturing method of the sliding window glass in which the slide glass is fitted into the frame so as to slide along the frame, the horizontal frame and the vertical frame are substantially U-shaped in cross section, and the frame is fixed to the glass plate. When the horizontal frame and the vertical frame are connected, the fixing member that engages both the frames is inserted into both frames from the U-shaped opening side of both frames of the connecting portion, and the fixing member and push the open end of the frame to mount the fixing member presses the glass plate while aligning the frame with each other to each other in said frame body or said gas to said frame body To provide a method of manufacturing a sliding window glass, characterized in that pressing the scan plate.

The invention of claim 2 is characterized in that, in the invention of claim 1 , the fixing member is in pressure contact with the inner surface of the frame in a state of being mounted in the frame.

According to the invention of claim 1, since the frame and the glass plate are fixed in a state in which the seam portion connecting the vertical frame and the horizontal frame is previously aligned and fixed by the fixing member, the positioning between the frames is maintained. The glass plate can be securely pressed against the frame body made of this frame, or the frame body can be pressed against the glass plate and fixed, and there is a difference in position between the frames and in the thickness direction of the frame (perpendicular to the glass plate). Can be prevented. For this reason, the window glass attached to the frame can be smoothly slid. In addition, the fixing member can be easily inserted simultaneously into the vertical and horizontal frames from the opening side of the frame having a U-shaped cross section, and the frames can be fixed while reliably maintaining the positioning of the frames. In addition, since the opening side ends of the vertical and horizontal frames are simultaneously pressed from the inside to the outside at the seam portion of the frame, the frames can be surely positioned with each other and misaligned when the glass plate is fixed. Can be prevented.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the fixing member is pressed against the inner surface of the frame and closes the gap formed in the joint portion of the frame, the adhesive can be prevented from entering the frame through the gap.

FIG. 1 is a flowchart showing a method for manufacturing a sliding window glass according to the present invention.
Step S1
Positioning of a plurality of frames to be a window glass frame is performed. In this positioning, a plurality of vertical and horizontal frames are arranged on the mounting table at positions having a predetermined shape. For example, the frame is placed in a groove formed on the mounting table, or the frame is mounted along a guide protruding from the mounting table.
Step S2
Next, a fixing member is attached to a joint portion that connects the vertical and horizontal frames to fix the frames to form a slide glass frame.

Step S3
The frame is pressed and adhered to the glass plate coated with an adhesive while being fixed by the fixing member. For example, urethane is used as the adhesive. The adhesive may be applied to the frame side.
Step S4
The adhesive is dried and the glass plate is completely bonded to the frame.
Step S5
When the adhesive is dry, the fixing member is removed from the joint portion of the frame.
Step S6
A glass run for protecting and sealing the glass is placed in the frame, and the slide glass is fitted into the frame.

As described above, in the method for manufacturing a sliding window glass according to the present invention, the frame body is pressed against the glass plate or the glass plate is pressed against the frame body in a state where the joint portion of the frame is fixed by the fixing member. The frame can be bonded to the glass plate while securely maintaining the positional relationship between the frames. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a positional shift between frames caused by a shift of the frame when the glass plate is pressed and bonded, or a step between the frames due to uneven thickness of the adhesive or the like. Further, if the fixing member is inserted into the frame to fix the frame joint portion, the fixing member can prevent the adhesive from entering from the joint portion.

FIG. 2 is a schematic view of an automotive window glass using the method for manufacturing a sliding window glass according to the present invention.
As shown in the drawing, two fixed glasses 2a and 2b are bonded to the left and right portions of two upper and lower frames (horizontal frames in the claims) 4 and 5 arranged in parallel. A vertical frame 6 is bonded to the fixed glass 2a so as to extend vertically between the upper and lower frames 4 and 5. The frames 4, 5, and 6 have a U-shaped cross section, and a glass run 9 (see FIG. 10) for holding and sealing the slide glass 3 is disposed inside the U-shape. The slide glass 3 slides along the upper and lower frames 4 and 5. A weatherstrip frame 8 having a weatherstrip 7 (see FIG. 10) for preventing inundation of rainwater or the like in the vehicle is bonded to the fixed glass 2b. Since the automobile window glass 1 has the frames 4, 5, 6 bonded by the above-described method of the present invention (see FIG. 1), there is no displacement or step difference in the positional relationship between the frames, and there is no adhesive in the frame. Therefore, the slide glass 3 can smoothly perform the sliding operation, and the operability is good. Reference numeral 12 denotes a molding mall provided at the opening of the slide glass 3 of the fixed glasses 2a and 2b.

3 is a schematic perspective view of a joint portion between the horizontal frame and the vertical frame, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line DD of FIG.
As shown in the figure, the horizontal frame (lower frame 5 in this example) and the vertical frame 6 have a substantially U-shaped cross section, and one side surface of the frames 5 and 6 and the fixed glass 2 a are bonded by an adhesive 11. Edges 21 of the U-shaped opening ends of both frames 5 and 6 slightly protrude toward the inside of the opening. A notch 14 is formed in the lower frame 5 on the bonding surface side of the joint portion of the lower frame 5 and the vertical frame 6 to prevent positional displacement of both frames, and the protrusion 13 that fits into the notch 14 is formed in the vertical frame 6. Is formed. Therefore, the edge 21 of the seam portion does not protrude inside the opening. The joint portion of the upper frame 4 and the vertical frame 6 has the same configuration.

FIG. 5 is a schematic view when the fixing member according to the present invention is attached to a joint portion connecting the frames. In the following, the joint portion between the lower frame 5 and the vertical frame 6 will be described, but the same applies to the joint portion between the upper frame 4 and the vertical frame 6.

As shown, the fixing member 15 has an upper piece 15a and a lower piece 15b. The fixing member 15 is inserted into the U-shape of the lower frame 5 and the vertical frame 6 from the U-shaped opening side. At this time, the upper and lower pieces 15a and 15b are engaged with both the lower frame 5 and the vertical frame 6, respectively. The fixing member 15 itself is formed of an elastic material, and has an elastic force in a direction in which the upper and lower pieces 15a and 15b are opened outward. Alternatively, as shown in the figure, the upper and lower pieces 15a, 15b may be biased by the spring 20 in the direction of opening outward. As a result, the fixing member 15 holds both the frames 5 and 6 while spreading the frames 5 and 6 from the inside to the outside of the frames 5 and 6, so that the positional relationship between the lower frame 5 and the vertical frame 6 is securely held. Can be adhered to the adhesive 11 via the adhesive 11.

Further, since the upper and lower pieces 15a and 15b are pressed against the inner surfaces of the frames 5 and 6, the gap between the frames 5 and 6 (the gap between the lower frame 5 and the protruding piece 13 of the vertical frame 6) is blocked. It is. Therefore, when the glass 2a is bonded, the undried adhesive is prevented from entering the frame from this gap.

FIG. 6 shows another fixing member, (A) and (B) are sectional views, and (C) is an exploded perspective view. FIG. 7 is a top view when the fixing member is attached to the joint portion of the frame, and FIG. 8 is a view taken along line FF in FIG.

The fixing member 16 shown in FIG. 6 has an approximately U-shaped cross section having an upper piece 16a and a lower piece 16b, and is configured by a slide member 17 being sandwiched between the upper piece 16a and the lower piece 16b. A thick locking portion 22 is formed at the tip of the upper and lower pieces 16a and 16b. The upper and lower pieces 16a and 16b can be bent inward as indicated by an arrow H. In a state where both the locking portions 22 and 22 are photographed with a finger and bent inward, the fixing member 16 is inserted into the frame opening as will be described later, and the slide member 17 is slid to the front end side as indicated by an arrow J. Then, the upper and lower pieces 16a and 16b are pushed and spread as shown by the arrow G. The slide member 17 is provided with an operation knob 18 protruding vertically, and the upper and lower operation knobs 18 protrude from a guide hole 19 penetrating through the upper piece 16 a and the lower piece 16 b and can slide along the guide hole 19. When the operation knob 18 is slid in the direction of the distal end of the fixing member 16, the upper piece 16a and the lower piece 16b are pushed and expanded in the direction of the arrow G as shown in FIG. In this case, the upper and lower pieces 16a and 16b may be pushed up to the original position shown in FIG. The operation knob 18 may be provided only on one side of the slide member 17, and the guide hole 19 may be provided only on either the upper piece 16a or the lower piece 16b.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, when the lower frame 5 and the vertical frame 6 are fixed by the fixing member 16, the tip of the fixing member 16 is inserted into the joint portion, and the slide member 17 is slid to the tip to move the upper piece. 16a and the lower piece 16b hold | maintain by pressing the joint part of both frames 5 and 6 from the inner side to the outer side. Since the locking portions 22 of the upper piece 16a and the lower piece 16b are formed at right angles, when the fixing member 16 is inserted into the frame, the lower frame 5 and the vertical frame 6 are positioned so as to be surely vertical. Further, the rear edge (step) of the locking portion 22 is locked to the inside of the edge 21 of the both frames 5 and 6, and the both frames 5 and 6 are guided to be connected to each other at a right angle. Hold the right angle state securely.

In this way, when the fixing member 16 is inserted, the upper and lower pieces 16a and 16b are pressed against the inner surfaces of the frames 5 and 6, so that the gap between the frames 5 and 6 (lower The gap between the frame 5 and the protruding piece 13 of the vertical frame 6 is closed. Therefore, when the glass 2a is bonded, the undried adhesive is prevented from entering the frame from this gap. Further, if the lower piece 16b is formed of a material that is difficult to adhere to the adhesive or the surface is covered, the adhesive 11 and the fixing member 16 that have entered through the gap will not be bonded, or will easily peel off. When the fixing member 16 is removed in the glass manufacturing process of the present invention, the fixing member 16 can be easily removed from the frame.

In addition, as long as it is the structure which presses the upper piece 16a and the lower piece 16b outside after inserting in a frame as a fixing member, it applies to the frame adhering method to the glass plate which concerns on this invention regardless of what shape and mechanism Is possible. For example, the upper piece 16a and the lower piece 16b may be formed of an elastic material that urges outward, or an elastic body such as a spring may be sandwiched between the upper piece 16a and the lower piece 16b.

The present invention can be applied when a plurality of frames are bonded to a glass plate.
