Description
【0001】

【0073】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an air conditioner capable of adjusting humidity of indoor air by transporting humidified air to the indoor unit side by a humidifying unit provided in the outdoor unit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the separate type air conditioner, an outdoor heat exchanger arranged in the outdoor unit and an indoor heat exchanger arranged in the indoor unit are connected by a refrigerant pipe, and each heat exchanger is a refrigerant condenser and an evaporator. The cooling operation or the heating operation is performed by controlling so as to act as
[0003]
An outdoor fan for generating an air flow is disposed in the outdoor unit, and outside air is introduced by the outdoor fan, and heat is exchanged between the refrigerant passing through the inside of the outdoor heat exchanger and the air.
[0004]
Similarly, the indoor unit is also provided with an indoor fan that generates an air flow inside the indoor unit casing. The indoor fan sucks indoor air through the indoor fan, and the refrigerant and air passing through the interior of the indoor heat exchanger are mixed. Heat exchange between them.
[0005]
In general, in the heating operation of an air conditioner, only the room temperature rises without supplying moisture, so that the indoor relative humidity may be significantly reduced. For this reason, providing a humidification unit in an air conditioner and supplying humidified air indoors is proposed. The humidification unit, for example, forms a disk-shaped humidification rotor with a porous moisture-absorbing material such as zeolite that adsorbs moisture in the air and releases the adsorbed moisture by heating, making it rotatable To support. A moisture absorbing fan for introducing outside air to cause the moisture in the air to be adsorbed by the humidification rotor and generating an air flow passing through a part of the humidification rotor, and the humidified air containing moisture separated from the humidification rotor on the indoor unit side And a humidifying fan for generating an air flow for conveyance to the vehicle. The air flow generated by the moisture absorption fan and the air flow generated by the humidification fan are configured to pass through the humidification rotor at different positions in the rotation direction of the humidification rotor, and the humidification rotor is installed at a position where the air flow generated by the humidification fan passes. A heater for heating is arranged.
[0006]
Moisture contained in the air flow by the moisture absorption fan is adsorbed by the moisture absorbing material of the humidification rotor. The humidification rotor is rotationally driven by a motor, and the adsorbed moisture is released at the heating position by the heater, and moisture can be given to the air flow by the humidification fan.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the humidification unit as described above, a heater is provided for releasing moisture adsorbed on the humidification rotor.
