Description

【0001】

A pipe for a water supply / drainage pipe is disposed in the back of the opening 104 so that a pipe connection work and an inspection can be performed. The opening 104 is closed by a double lid structure of an inner lid 106 and an outer lid 108 and can be stored in the drop-in portion 102.
[0004]
A screw hole 110 is formed in a corner portion of the drop portion 102. On the other hand, a hole 112 is formed at a corner of the inner lid 106, and a fixing screw 114 can be inserted therethrough. The fixing screw 114 is inserted through the hole 112 and screwed into the screw hole 110.
[0005]
As a result, the inner lid 106 closes the opening 104 and is fixed in the drop-in portion 102 of the bathtub apron 100. A waterproof material 118 and a ring-shaped waterproof material 116 are provided on the peripheral edge of the back surface of the inner lid 106, and can come into contact with the drop-in portion 102. For this reason, moisture is prevented from entering the opening 104 in a state where the inner lid 106 is fixed to the drop-in portion 102.
[0006]
Here, engagement surfaces 120 are provided at both ends of the inner lid 106. On the other hand, the outer lid 108 has a rectangular shape and is provided with an engagement surface 122 that can come into contact with the engagement surface 120.
[0007]
For this reason, the outer lid 108 is inserted from above the drop-in portion 102, the outer lid 108 is slid downwardly from the drop-in portion 102, and the engagement surface 122 is brought into contact with the engagement surface 120 to The lid 108 is fixed to the inner lid 106.
[0008]
As described above, the outer lid 108 can be slid to be fixed to the drop portion 102 via the inner lid 106, but the upper portion of the drop portion 102 must be open.
[0009]
Further, since the outer lid 108 is slid and the engagement surface 122 and the engagement surface 120 are brought into contact with each other and fixed to the inner lid 106, a space for moving the outer lid 108 for attaching the outer lid 108 is secured separately. There must be.
[0010]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 10, a claw-like engaged portion 126 integrally formed on the inner lid 124 and a claw-like engaging portion 130 integrally formed on the outer lid 128 are engaged with each other to form an inner lid. When the outer lid 128 is fixed to the inner lid 124 via 124, the engaged portion 126 or the engaging portion 130 is damaged if the outer lid 128 is removed and attached many times for inspection.
[0011]
In addition, since a chemical such as a detergent is used in the bathroom regardless of the attachment / detachment of the outer lid 128, a crack is generated due to the adhesion of the chemical and the engaged portion 126 or the engaging portion 130 is damaged.
[0012]
As described above, when the engaged portion 126 or the engaging portion 130 is damaged, the inner lid 124 or the outer lid 128 is replaced, so that the running cost is increased.
[0013]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above facts, an object of the present invention is to obtain a lid attachment structure that is easy to attach and detach, and is attached with an outer lid superimposed on the inner lid.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 is a lid mounting structure comprising: an inner lid that is fixed to the periphery of the opening and closes the opening; and an outer lid that is fixed to the inner lid and covers the surface of the inner lid. A locking hole provided on the surface of the inner lid, and a locking member provided on the back surface of the outer lid and inserted into the locking hole and locked when the inner lid is covered with the outer lid. And a load receiving means for receiving the load of the outer lid on the inner lid, the load receiving means on the surface of the inner lid on the plate-shaped contact portion provided on the back surface of the outer lid Provided, and when the outer lid is fixed to the inner lid, the abutting portion is configured to include a plate-like abutting portion that is in surface contact and receives a load of the outer lid.
In the first aspect of the invention, an inner lid for closing the opening is fixed to the periphery of the opening. An outer lid that covers the surface of the inner lid is fixed to the inner lid. Here, a locking hole is provided on the surface of the inner lid. On the other hand, on the back surface of the outer lid, there is provided a locking member that is inserted into the locking hole and locked when the inner lid is covered with the outer lid.
[0015]
In this way, by providing the locking member that is inserted into the locking hole and locked to the outer lid, the outer lid can be attached to the inner lid so as to be attached, so that a moving space for mounting the outer lid is separately provided. There is no need to provide it.
In the present invention, load receiving means for receiving the load of the outer lid with the inner lid is provided. The load receiving means includes a plate-like contact portion provided on the back surface of the outer lid and a plate-like contact portion provided on the surface of the inner lid.
When the outer lid is fixed to the inner lid via the locking member, the load of the outer lid is applied to the locking member, and the locking member may be broken by creep. For this reason, in the present invention, when the load receiving means is provided and the outer lid is fixed to the inner lid, the plate-like contact portion comes into surface contact with the plate-like contact portion, and the contacted portion causes the outer portion to contact the outside. The load of the lid is received. Thereby, the load concerning a latching member can be eased.
[0016]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a lid mounting structure comprising: an inner lid that is fixed to the periphery of the opening and closes the opening; and an outer lid that is fixed to the inner lid and covers the surface of the inner lid. A locking hole provided on the back surface of the outer lid, and a locking member provided on the surface of the inner lid and inserted and locked into the locking hole when the inner lid is covered with the outer lid.
In the invention according to claim 2, the back surface of the outer lid is provided with a locking hole. On the other hand, the surface of the inner lid is provided with a locking member that is inserted into the locking hole and locked when the inner lid is covered with the outer lid. Further, load receiving means for receiving the load of the outer lid on the inner lid is provided, and the load receiving means is provided on a plate-like contact portion provided on the back surface of the outer lid and on the surface of the inner lid. A plate-like contacted portion. Thus, when the outer lid is fixed to the inner lid, the plate-like contact portion comes into surface contact with the plate-like contacted portion, and receives the load of the outer lid by the contacted portion. Therefore, the load applied to the locking member can be reduced.
[0017]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the lid mounting structure according to the first or second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a detaching means that allows the locking member to be detachable.
In the invention according to the third aspect, there is provided a detaching means that allows the locking member to be detachable. In the case where the outer lid and the engaging portion are integrally formed as in the prior art, if the synthetic resin having excellent chemical resistance is used as a countermeasure against cracks caused by the drug, the material cost is significantly increased.
[0018]
However, as in the present invention, by making the locking member detachable from the inner lid and the outer lid, the inner lid, the outer lid, and the locking member can be formed of different materials.
For this reason, the locking member can be formed of a synthetic resin (generally expensive) having excellent chemical resistance, and the outer lid can be formed of inexpensive general ABS. As a result, an improvement in mechanical strength and a cost advantage can be obtained.
[0019]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the lid mounting structure according to the third aspect, the detaching means includes a large diameter hole through which the locking member can be inserted and a small diameter hole through which the locking member can be locked. It is the long hole which connected.
In the invention according to claim 4, the detaching means is a long hole connecting the large diameter hole through which the locking member can be inserted and the small diameter hole through which the locking member can be locked. Thereby, after inserting the locking member into the large diameter portion, the locking member can be locked with the small diameter hole only by sliding the locking member into the small diameter hole. For this reason, since it is not necessary to apply an excessive stress to the locking member when locking the locking member, the locking member can be easily attached.
[0022]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the lid mounting structure according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the locking member passes through a neck portion that connects the large diameter hole and the small diameter hole. When the diameter is reduced, the shaft is restored after passing through the neck, and the outer diameter is smaller than the diameter of the large-diameter hole and is smaller than the diameter of the small-diameter hole. A small-diameter disk having a large diameter, and a large-diameter disk provided at the central portion of the shaft portion, having a larger outer diameter than the hole diameter of the large-diameter hole, and sandwiching the edge of the small-diameter portion between the small-diameter disk And a locking portion that is provided on the other end side of the shaft portion and has a reduced diameter when passing through the locking hole and expands after passing through the locking hole.
In the invention according to claim 5 , the locking member is provided with a shaft portion, and the shaft portion is reduced in diameter when passing through the neck portion connecting the large diameter hole and the small diameter hole, and is restored after passing through the neck portion. . A small-diameter disk is provided on one end side of the shaft, and the outer diameter of the small-diameter disk is smaller than the diameter of the large-diameter hole and larger than the diameter of the small-diameter hole.
[0023]
For this reason, the small-diameter disk can be inserted through the large-diameter hole, and when the small-diameter disk inserted through the large-diameter hole is moved from the large-diameter hole to the small-diameter hole, the small-diameter disk is prevented from coming off and the locking member is small-diameter. It will be locked in the hole.
[0024]
On the other hand, on the other end side of the shaft portion, there is provided a locking portion that decreases in diameter when passing through the locking hole and expands after passing through the locking hole. A large-diameter disk is provided at the center of the shaft, and the outer diameter of the large-diameter disk is made larger than the diameter of the large-diameter hole. Moreover, the edge part of a small diameter part is pinched | interposed between a large diameter disc and a small diameter disc.
[0025]
For this reason, when a small-diameter disk is inserted into a large-diameter hole, the large-diameter disk contacts the edge of the large-diameter hole, and the edge of the large-diameter hole is sandwiched between the large-diameter disk and the small-diameter disk. . In this state, the locking member is slid from the large diameter hole to the small diameter hole.
[0026]
At this time, the shaft portion is reduced in diameter when passing through the neck portion connecting the large diameter hole and the small diameter hole, and is restored after passing through the neck portion. As a result, the small-diameter disk is locked in the small-diameter hole, and the locking member is attached to the outer lid.
[0027]
In addition, when the locking portion is passed through the locking hole, the locking portion is reduced in diameter, so that the locking portion can be easily detached, and compared with a cantilevered locking piece that is cantilevered. Can be used any number of times.
[0028]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the lid attachment structure according to the fifth aspect, the hole diameter of the small diameter hole is larger than the outer diameter dimension of the shaft portion.
In the invention according to claim 6 , the hole diameter of the small diameter hole is made larger than the outer diameter dimension of the shaft portion. As a result, when the locking member locked to the outer lid is locked to the inner lid, this error can be absorbed by the gap even if the mounting pitch differs due to an error in molding shrinkage between the inner lid and the outer lid. I have to.
[0029]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a lid mounting structure 10 in this embodiment. A drop portion 14 having substantially the same curvature as the bathtub apron 12 is recessed in the corner portion of the bathtub apron 12, and a rectangular opening 16 is provided in the drop portion 14.
[0030]
A pipe for a water supply / drainage pipe is disposed in the back of the opening 16 so that a pipe connection work and an inspection can be performed. On the other hand, a plurality of screw holes 18 are formed in the drop-in portion 14, and a fixing screw 20 (see FIG. 3) can be screwed.
[0031]
An inner lid 22 is fixed to the drop-in portion 14 by the fixing screw 20, and the opening 16 is closed by the inner lid 22. The surface of the inner lid 22 is covered with the outer lid 24, and the outer lid 24 is housed in the drop-in portion 14, so that the surface of the outer lid 24 and the bathtub apron 12 are flush with each other.
[0032]
2 and 3 show the inner lid 22, and the outer shape of the inner lid 22 has substantially the same curvature as the drop-in portion 14. A concave portion 26 is formed in the peripheral edge portion of the inner lid 22, and a plurality of hole portions 28 into which the fixing screws 20 screwed into the screw holes 18 of the drop-in portion 14 can be inserted.
[0033]
As described above, the recess 26 is provided so that the head of the fixing screw 20 does not protrude when the fixing screw 20 is screwed into the drop-in portion 14. Further, the back surface of the inner lid 22 is protruded by the recess 26, and the packing storage portion 30 is provided between the peripheral wall 22A.
[0034]
An annular packing 32 is stored in the packing storage portion 30, thereby sealing the space between the inner lid 22 and the drop-in portion 14 so that moisture does not enter the opening 16.
[0035]
Further, a packing storage portion 34 is provided inside the packing storage portion 30 with the hole 28 interposed therebetween, and an annular packing 36 is stored in the packing storage portion 34. Thereby, the water | moisture content which penetrate | invades between the inner cover 22 and the dropping part 14 through the screw hole 18 does not enter into the opening part 16, and is improving watertightness.
[0036]
On the other hand, a rectangular attachment portion 38 is recessed at the center of the surface of the inner lid 22, and is slightly smaller than the opening 16. When the inner lid 22 is fixed to the drop-in portion 14, the attachment portion 38 is inserted into the opening 16 to position the inner lid 22 at the drop-in portion 14.
[0037]
At each corner of the attachment portion 38, an attachment base 42 is provided standing from the bottom surface of the attachment portion 38. A stay 43 is provided on the side wall of the mounting base 42 to reinforce the mounting base 42 and prevent the mounting base 42 from being deformed by molding.
[0038]
In addition, a locking hole 44 is formed in the mounting base 42 so that a clip 40 described later can be inserted. Further, reinforcing ribs 46 are provided vertically and laterally of the attachment portion 38 to reinforce the inner lid 22 and prevent deformation of the inner lid 22 due to molding.
[0039]
Here, the outer shape of the outer lid 24 shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 has substantially the same curvature as the bathtub apron 12 and is slightly smaller than the drop-in portion 14. The outer lid 24 is accommodated in the drop-in portion 14 while being engaged with the inner lid 22, and the surface of the outer lid 24 is flush with the bathtub apron 12.
[0040]
Reinforcing ribs 48 are provided on the back and back of the outer lid 24 to reinforce the outer lid 24 and prevent deformation of the outer lid 24 due to molding. Further, a contact portion 52 over which a plurality of ribs 50 are stretched is provided at the center of the back surface of the outer lid 24, and the contact portion 52 protrudes from the rib 48.
[0041]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, a contacted portion 56 over which a plurality of ribs 54 are stretched extends beyond the height of the rib 46 at the center of the mounting portion 38 provided on the inner lid 22. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 6, when the outer lid 24 is fixed to the inner lid 22, the abutment portion 52 abuts on the abutted portion 56, and the load on the outer lid 24 is applied by the abutted portion 56. I try to receive it.
[0042]
As shown in FIG. 4, since the outer lid 24 is fixed to the inner lid 22 via the clip 40 (described later), when the load of the outer lid 24 is directly applied to the clip 40, the clip 40 is broken by creep. There is a risk that it will end up. For this reason, the load applied to the clip 40 is reduced by receiving the load of the outer lid 24 by the contacted portion 56.
[0043]
A clip mounting base 58 is erected on the back surface of the outer lid 24 at a position facing the mounting base 42 of the inner lid 22. A stay 59 is provided on the side wall of the clip mounting base 58 to strengthen the clip mounting base 58 and prevent deformation of the clip mounting base 58 due to molding.
[0044]
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the clip mounting base 58 is provided with a long hole 60, and the long hole 60 is formed by connecting a large diameter large diameter hole 62 and a small diameter small diameter hole 64. .
[0045]
By the way, the clip 40 is formed of synthetic resin, and the clip 40 is provided with a shaft portion 66. A small-diameter disk 68 is provided on one end side of the shaft portion 66. The outer diameter of the small diameter disc 68 is smaller than the diameter of the large diameter hole 62 and larger than the diameter of the small diameter hole 64.
[0046]
Therefore, the small-diameter disk 68 can be inserted through the large-diameter hole 62. When the small-diameter disk 68 inserted through the large-diameter hole 62 is moved from the large-diameter hole 62 to the small-diameter hole 64, the small-diameter disk 68 is prevented from coming off. Then, the clip 40 is locked in the small diameter hole 64.
[0047]
Further, a large-diameter disk 70 is provided at the central portion of the shaft portion 66, and the outer diameter is made larger than the hole diameter of the large-diameter hole 62. The distance between the small diameter disk 68 and the large diameter disk 70 is substantially the same as the thickness of the clip mounting base 58.
[0048]
For this reason, when the small-diameter disk 68 is inserted into the large-diameter hole 62, the large-diameter disk 70 contacts the edge of the large-diameter hole 62, and between the small-diameter disk 68 and the large-diameter disk 70, The edge of the large diameter hole 62 is sandwiched.
[0049]
In this state, simply by sliding the clip 40, the clip 40 moves from the large diameter hole 62 to the small diameter hole 64, and the clip 40 can be locked to the small diameter hole 64. Thus, since it is not necessary to apply an excessive stress to the clip 40, the attachment of the clip 40 is easy.
[0050]
Here, the neck portion 72 connecting the large diameter hole 62 and the small diameter hole 64 is slightly smaller than the shaft portion 66. Therefore, when the clip 40 is slid between the large-diameter hole 62 and the small-diameter hole 64, the shaft portion 66 is slightly reduced in diameter and passes through the neck portion 72, and after passing through the neck portion 72, the shaft portion 66 is restored.
[0051]
For this reason, the clip 40 does not move from the small-diameter hole 64 to the large-diameter hole 62 by itself and is not detached from the outer lid 24, and the clip 40 can be held in the small-diameter hole 64. Therefore, when the outer lid 24 is fixed to the inner lid 22, the clip 40 can be easily locked in the locking hole 44 of the inner lid 22.
[0052]
Further, the hole diameter of the small diameter hole 64 is larger than the outer diameter dimension of the shaft portion 66, and a backlash is provided between the small diameter portion 64 and the shaft portion 66. Due to this looseness, when the clip 40 locked to the outer lid 24 is locked to the inner lid 22, even if the mounting pitch differs due to the molding shrinkage error between the inner lid 22 and the outer lid 24, this error is reduced. So that it can be absorbed.
[0053]
On the other hand, the other end side of the shaft portion 66 is provided with a locking portion 74 that is a hollow, substantially conical body, and can be engaged with the inner lid 22 as shown in FIGS. Yes. Holes 76 (see FIG. 7) are formed on the peripheral surface of the locking part 74 at regular intervals, so that the locking part 74 can be elastically deformed.
[0054]
The hole 44 of the mounting base 42 described above has a slightly smaller inner diameter than the large diameter portion of the locking portion 74, and when the locking portion 74 is engaged with the hole 44, the locking portion 74 is contracted. The outer lid 24 is fixed to the inner lid 22 by engaging the engaging portion 74 with the edge of the hole 44. Further, when the outer lid 24 is removed, the outer lid 24 can be easily removed because the locking portion 74 is reduced in diameter and detached from the edge of the hole 76 simply by pulling the outer lid 24.
[0055]
With the configuration as described above, the outer lid 24 can be fixed to the inner lid 22 in an overlapping manner, so there is no need to provide a separate movement space for attaching the outer lid 24.
[0056]
Further, the clip mounting base 58 is provided with a large diameter hole 62 and a small diameter hole 64, and after inserting the small diameter disk 68 through the large diameter hole 62, the clip 40 is slid to lock the clip 40 in the small diameter hole 64. .
[0057]
Thus, by making the clip 40 detachable with respect to the clip mounting base 58 provided on the outer lid 24, the inner lid 22, the outer lid 24, and the clip 40 can be formed of different materials.
[0058]
For this reason, as a countermeasure against cracks caused by chemicals, the clip 40 can be formed from a synthetic resin (generally expensive) having excellent chemical resistance, and the outer lid 24 can be formed from inexpensive general ABS. Thereby, the merit of cost can be acquired with the improvement of mechanical strength.
[0059]
Further, by using the clip 40 detachable with respect to the inner lid 22 and the outer lid 24, it is not necessary to provide the outer lid and the inner lid with complicated shapes for locking each other. The mold structure of the lid is easy.
[0060]
On the other hand, when the locking portion 74 is passed through the locking hole 44, the locking portion 74 is reduced in diameter so that the locking portion 74 can be easily detached and cantilevered. It can be used any number of times compared to a piece.
[0061]
In this embodiment, the outer shapes of the inner lid 22 and the outer lid 24 are R-shaped with a certain curvature, but the outer shapes of the inner lid 22 and the outer lid 24 may be flat because they differ depending on the position of the opening.
[0062]
Further, it is only necessary that the load on the outer lid 24 can be received by the inner lid 22 by bringing the abutting portion 52 and the abutted portion 54 into contact with each other.
[0063]
In this embodiment, the locking hole 44 is provided in the inner lid 22 and the long hole 60 is provided in the outer lid 24. However, since the outer lid 24 only needs to be fixed to the inner lid 22 via the clip 40, the inner lid 22 is long. A hole may be provided, and a locking hole may be provided in the outer lid.
[0064]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, in the first and second aspects of the invention, the outer lid can be attached to the inner lid so that it is not necessary to provide a separate moving space for attaching the outer lid. Further, by providing the load receiving means, when the outer lid is fixed to the inner lid, the plate-like contact portion comes into surface contact with the plate-like contacted portion, and the load on the outer lid is caused by the contacted portion. Therefore, the load applied to the locking member can be reduced.
[0065]
In the invention according to claim 3, since the inner lid and the outer lid and the locking member can be formed of different materials, the locking member is formed of a synthetic resin excellent in chemical resistance, and the outer lid is inexpensive. It can be molded by general ABS, and the mechanical strength is improved and the cost advantage is obtained.
[0066]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, when the locking member is locked, it is not necessary to apply excessive stress to the locking member, so that the locking member can be easily attached .
[0067]
In the invention according to claim 5 , when the locking portion is passed through the locking hole, the locking portion is reduced in diameter, so that the locking portion can be easily detached and cantilevered. It can be used any number of times compared to the locking piece.
[0068]
In the invention according to claim 6, when the locking member locked to the outer lid is locked to the inner lid, even if the mounting pitch is different due to an error in the molding shrinkage ratio between the inner lid and the outer lid, This error can be absorbed.
