Description

【0001】
【0064】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a surface member that is attached to the surface of an attachment base material, for example, an airtight member, a blindfold member, or the like for a frame body for forming an outer frame of an opening that is opened and closed by an opening / closing body such as a sliding door or a hinged door, It is attached and used as a door stop member, a protective member, or the like.
[0002]
[Background]
In a sliding door device in which the sliding door body opens and closes the opening, the corner (corner portion) of the frame that forms the outer frame of the opening is secured airtight between the sliding door body with the opening closed, A surface member is attached for the purpose of protecting the part.
[0003]
This surface member, which is a corner member of the frame body, has conventionally been attached to the frame body with an adhesive or a double-sided adhesive tape, or a substrate member made of a hard material is attached to the frame body with screws or the like. The cushion member that covers the frame is coupled to the substrate member so that it is arranged and constructed on the surface of the frame.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Among these conventional technologies, the former surface member is formed only by the cushion member, and the cushion member is flexible, so that when a large external force such as impact force is applied to the frame body, The external force may act and the frame body may not be sufficiently protected.
[0005]
On the other hand, since the latter surface member is composed of two members, a substrate member and a cushion member, such a fear is less than the former, but these substrate member and cushion member are separated before being attached to the frame. In order to place and construct on the surface of the frame body, it is necessary to perform the two operations of attaching the board member to the frame body and then connecting the cushion member to the board member. There is and is troublesome.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to provide a surface member that can perform the work of arranging and mounting on a mounting base material such as a frame body more efficiently and improve workability.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The surface member according to the present invention is a surface member that covers at least a part of the surface of the mounting base material, and includes an inner member that is attached to the mounting base material and an outer member that covers the outer side of the inner member. The one end portions of the inner member and the outer member are joined to each other, and the other end portion of the outer member is locked to the other end portion of the inner member.
[0008]
According to the present invention, the surface member has an inner member and an outer member, and the inner member and the outer member are integrated by joining one end portions to each other. By locking the other ends of the inner member and the outer member after attaching the member to the attachment base material, the surface member can be easily placed and installed on the attachment base material, and this work can be performed more efficiently. , Workability is improved.
[0009]
Since this surface member has an inner member and an outer member, even if a large external force such as an impact force is applied, the mounting base material can be effectively protected from this external force.
[0010]
In the above, the attachment means for attaching the inner member to the attachment base material may be a fastener such as a screw, rivet, staple, etc., may be a bolt and nut, may be a double-sided adhesive tape, may be a magnet, may be a suction cup, Further, the inner member and the mounting base material may be fitted, engaged, locked, etc., or a plurality of them may be used together. It can be arbitrarily determined from the relationship.
[0011]
Further, according to the present invention, even if the attachment means is such that the head is exposed to the outside of the inner member such as a screw or a rivet, the head can be hidden by the outer member.
[0012]
In the present invention, after the other end portions of the inner member and the outer member are engaged with each other, the outer member may partially or fully contact the inner member, or the inner member and the outer member A space may be opened between the members. In the latter case, the space between the inner member and the outer member may be utilized as a space for storing and arranging stored items such as electric wiring.
[0013]
Moreover, the location of the attachment base material which arrange | positions the surface member which concerns on this invention may be a location of a flat shape, and may be a location of a corner | angular part (corner part). The angle of the corner may be 90 degrees or an angle other than 90 degrees.
[0014]
When the surface member according to the present invention is arranged at the corner of the mounting base material, the inner member attached to the corner is bent at an angle corresponding to the corner, but the outer member May be bent in advance in the same bending direction as the inner member, or may not be bent in advance.
[0015]
However, when the former is used, the inner member attached to the mounting base material is bent when the outer member is bent and the other end portions of the inner member and the outer member are locked. Can be lifted from the mounting base material, and the inner member can be brought into close contact with the mounting base material.
[0016]
The angle at which the inner member is bent in correspondence with the corner of the mounting base material may be the same angle as the corner, an angle larger than this, or an angle slightly smaller than the corner. However, when the bending angle is slightly smaller than the corner portion, when the inner member is attached to the attachment base material by the attachment means, the adhesion of the inner member to the attachment base material can be improved.
[0017]
Further, as described above, when the outer member is bent in advance in the same bending direction as the inner member, the bending angle may be larger, smaller, or the same as the bending angle of the inner member. Good.
[0018]
Further, the inner member may be made of a hard material, may be made of a soft material, and the outer member may be made of a hard material, or may be made of a soft material. The materials and materials of the inner member and the outer member can be arbitrarily determined according to the use, use mode, place of use, etc. of the surface member according to the present invention, and the surface member according to the present invention has strength as a whole. When the outer member is required to have elasticity, flexibility, or flexibility, the inner member is formed of a hard material and the outer member is formed of a soft material. The hard material may be a hard plastic, a metal, or wood. The soft material may be a soft plastic or rubber.
[0019]
Note that at least part of the inner member may be made of a hard material, and at least part of the outer member may be made of a soft material.
[0020]
Further, when the outer member is formed of a soft material (including a case where at least a part of the outer member is made of a soft material), the thickness of the outer member is set or the outer member is provided with a rib or the like. By providing the reinforcing portion, it may have appropriate elasticity, flexibility, and flexibility.
[0021]
Further, in the case where the inner member is made of a hard material and the outer member is made of a soft material, in order to lock the other end portions of the inner member and the outer member, the outer side which is soft The other end portion of the member may be directly provided with a locking portion, and this locking portion may be locked to the locking portion of the other end portion of the inner member that is hard, but the other end portion of the outer member It is preferable to provide a structure in which a locking member made of a hard material is provided, and this locking member is locked to the locking portion at the other end of the inner member.
[0022]
In this way, even if the outer member is formed of a soft material, the inner member and the other end of the outer member that are locked to each other can be made of a hard material, so that the locking strength can be sufficiently increased.
[0023]
Further, when the outer member is formed of a soft material, a protruding piece that protrudes toward the mounting base material and is in close contact with the mounting base material is provided on at least one of the one end and the other end of the outer member. Also good.
[0024]
According to this, when the surface member according to the present invention is arranged and installed on the mounting base material, the projecting piece comes into close contact with the mounting base material, and as a result, the appearance of the surface member after construction becomes good. In addition, it is possible to prevent dust and moisture from entering between the surface member and the mounting base material.
[0025]
Further, at least one of the inner member and the outer member is disposed between the mounting base material and the inner member attached to the mounting base material, and one end portion and the other end portion of the inner member. A removal piece having a width dimension shorter than the interval along the surface of the mounting base material between them and capable of being removed may be provided.
[0026]
When such a removal piece is provided, if there is a stepped portion corresponding to the thickness of the removal piece at a place of the mounting base material to which the inner member is attached and different from the position of the removal piece, removal is performed. This step can be dealt with by leaving a piece, and if there is no step at a place different from the position of the removal piece, the removal piece The inner member can be attached to the place of the mounting base material that is a flat surface as prescribed, and the surface member according to the present invention has a mounting base material having a step part and a step part. There will be versatility for both non-mounting base materials.
[0027]
Such a removal piece may be removable by a cut or notch, may be removable by a severable weld, may be removable by a peelable adhesive, and any means for removing the removal piece is optional. is there.
[0028]
The surface member according to the present invention described above is, for example, an opening / closing device in which an opening / closing body such as a sliding door body or a hinged door body opens / closes an opening, and the frame forming an outer frame of the opening is airtight between the opening / closing body. It can be applied as an airtight member for securing the property, as a blindfold member for blocking visual recognition or peeping, or as a door contact member for alleviating the closing impact of the opening / closing body, etc. By attaching it to the surface or the surface of a member such as a guide rail for guiding the movement of the shutter curtain of the shutter device, it can also be applied as a protective member for protecting this frame or member from external force.
[0029]
The surface member according to the present invention can also be used as an airtight member, a blindfold member, a door stop member, a protection member, or the like provided in the opening / closing body itself in an opening / closing device such as a sliding door device, a hinged door device, or a shutter device.
[0030]
Further, the mounting base material to which the surface member according to the present invention is attached may be made of any material, for example, metal, wood, plastic, or plastic mixed with wood powder. The surface member according to the present invention can be attached to an attachment base material of any material and material as long as the surface base member is required to be attached.
[0031]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view showing an entire sliding door device 1 to which a surface member according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line S2-S2 of FIG. First, the entire sliding door device 1 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0032]
The sliding door device 1 is installed on a partition wall 13 formed by juxtaposing a wall panel 11 and a column 12 in the horizontal direction, and the sliding door main body 2 that is movable in the horizontal direction is composed of the columns 12. The opening 16 formed by being surrounded by the column 12A, the column 12B, the upper frame 14 and the floor 15 is opened and closed. The upper frame 14 is provided with a mesh 3, and the sliding door body 2 is suspended from a guide rail stored inside the mesh 3, and stands on the guide rail inside the mesh 3 and the floor 15. The sliding door body 2 is movable by being guided by the guide roller 4 inserted into the lower surface of the sliding door body 2. The opening movement of the sliding door main body 2 for opening the opening portion 16 is made by manual operation, and the closing movement of the sliding door main body 2 for closing the opening portion 16 is made by a driving device disposed inside the eyeless 3. .
[0033]
As can be seen from the above description, the frame forming the outer frame of the opening 16 is formed by the left and right support columns 12A, 12B of the opening 16 and the upper frame 14, and as shown in FIG. A corner member 20 that is a surface member according to the present embodiment is arranged and constructed on the surface of the corner portion 17 that forms 90 degrees. In this embodiment, the support 12A is attached to the support base to which the corner member 20 is attached. It is a material. The corner member 20 having the same or substantially the same length as the opening 16 has an inner member 21 attached to the column 12A, an outer member 22 placed on the outer side of the inner member 21, and an outer side. The locking member 23 is coupled to the end of the member 22. The inner member 21, the outer member 22, and the locking member 23 have continuous lengths over the entire length of the corner member 20.
[0034]
FIG. 3 shows the corner member 20 before being placed on the support 12A. All of the inner member 21 and the locking member 23 are made of hard plastic, and all of the outer member 22 is made of soft plastic. Therefore, the outer member 22 has elasticity, flexibility, and flexibility. The inner member 21 is bent at an angle corresponding to the corner 17 of the support 12A, specifically, an angle slightly smaller than the angle of the corner 17, for example, an angle of 86 to 89 degrees, while the outer member 22. Is not bent. The one end portions 21A and 22A of the inner member 21 and the outer member 22 are joined together. A locking member 23 is coupled to the inner member 21 at the other end of the outer member 22, and a locking portion 21 </ b> B is formed at the other end of the inner member 21.
[0035]
The inner member 21 that is bent and formed corresponding to the corner portion 17 of the support column 12A includes a first surface portion 21C and a second surface portion 21D that form an angle, and the first surface portion 21C is opposite to the second surface portion 21D. The end portion is the one end portion 21A, and the end portion of the second surface portion 21D opposite to the first surface portion 21C is the other end portion provided with the locking portion 21B. A double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 24 is attached to the inner surface of the first surface portion 21C, and the corner member 20 is conveyed to the installation site of the sliding door device 1 on the surface of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 24 that is exposed to the outside. The release paper is left without being peeled off until the corner 17 is placed and constructed. Further, a small V-shaped groove 25 is formed on the outer surface of the second surface portion 21D over the entire length of the inner member 21, and a plurality of holes 26 are formed at equal intervals in the position of the V-shaped groove 25.
[0036]
In addition, a protruding piece 27 that slightly protrudes from one end 21 </ b> A of the inner member 21 is provided at one end 22 </ b> A of the outer member 22, and a protruding piece that slightly protrudes from the locking member 23 at the other end of the outer member 22. 28 is provided.
[0037]
Further, the locking portion 21B of the inner member 21 is formed to be displaced outward from the second surface portion 21D, that is, to the outer member 22 side, and the locking member 23 of the outer member 22 is disposed on the displaced inner side. By inserting, the locking member 23 and the locking part 21B can be locked to each other.
[0038]
In order to arrange and apply the corner member 20 to the corner portion 17 of the support column 12A, the release sheet of the double-sided adhesive tape 24 is peeled off, and then the first surface portion 21C and the second surface portion of the inner member 21 as shown in FIG. 21D is pressed against the surface of the column 12A, and the first surface portion 21C is fixed to the column 12A with the double-sided adhesive tape 24. Then, a tapping screw 29 is inserted into the hole 26 of the second surface portion 21D, and this screw 29 is rotated by a tool to be screwed to the support 12A, and the second surface portion 21D is fixed to the support 12A with the screw 29. When this operation is performed for each hole 26 and the upper and lower ends of the inner member 21 are far away from the hole 26, the tapping screw 29 is moved with a tool at the position of the V-shaped groove 25 near the end. By rotating to open a hole in place of the hole 26, the second surface portion 21D is fixed to the column 12A with a screw 29 at that position.
[0039]
Thus, after attaching the inner member 21 to the support pillar 12A that is the attachment base material, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 3, the outer member 22 made of soft plastic is bent and deformed toward the inner member 21 side, The locking member 23 is locked to the locking portion 21 </ b> B of the inner member 21. Thereby, the operation | work which arranges and constructs the corner member 20 to the support | pillar 12A is complete | finished.
[0040]
At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, the head 29 </ b> A exposed to the outside of the inner member 21 of the screw 29 is covered with the outer member 22. Further, the protruding pieces 27 and 28 that are formed to protrude toward the support 12A at one end 22A and the other end of the outer member 22 are in close contact with the surface of the support 12A.
[0041]
A door tip member 5 is attached to the tip of the sliding door main body 2, and the door tip member 5 is provided with a tongue piece 5 </ b> A extending toward the column 12 </ b> A. When the sliding door main body 2 closes the opening portion 16 formed by the pillars 12 </ b> A and the like, the door tip member 5, more specifically, the tongue piece 5 </ b> A contacts the outer member 22 of the corner member 20.
[0042]
For this reason, in the embodiment of FIG. 2, the corner member 20 is an airtight member for ensuring the airtightness of the opening 16 together with the tongue piece 5 </ b> A of the door tip member 5.
[0043]
According to the above embodiment, the corner member 20 that is the surface member of the support 12 </ b> A has a double structure including the inner member 21 and the outer member 22, but one end portion of the inner member 21 and the outer member 22. 21A and 22A are joined to each other, and the other ends are locked to each other by the locking member 23 of the outer member 22 and the locking portion 21B of the inner member 21, so that the inner member 21 is connected to the column 12A. After the attachment to the double-sided adhesive tape 24 and the screw 29, the work of arranging and installing the corner member 20 on the support column 12A is completed simply by the work of locking the locking member 23 to the locking portion 21B. It can be done more efficiently.
[0044]
Further, since the corner member 20 includes the inner member 21 and the outer member 22, even when a large external force such as an impact force is applied, this can be effectively received, and the support column 12A can be Can be protected from external forces.
[0045]
Furthermore, even if the entire outer member 22 is made of soft plastic, the outer member 22 is provided with a hard plastic locking member 23 at the other end, so that the inner member 21 and the outer member 22 to be locked together. It can be set as the structure which latches the other end parts of this with big intensity | strength.
[0046]
Further, at one end portion 22A and the other end portion of the outer member 22, projecting pieces 27, 28 projecting toward the support column 12A are provided, and when the corner member 20 is disposed and installed on the support column 12A, these projecting pieces 27, 28 Since 28 is in close contact with the support column 12A, dust, moisture, etc. can be prevented from entering between the corner member 20 and the support column 12A, and the appearance of the corner member 20 after the placement work on the support column 12A is improved. be able to.
[0047]
Further, even if the screw 29 whose head 29A is exposed to the outside of the inner member 21 to fix the inner member 21 to the support 12A, the head 29A can be hidden by the outer member 22.
[0048]
Further, since the bending angle of the inner member 21 formed to be bent corresponding to the corner portion 17 of the support 12 </ b> A is slightly smaller than the angle of the corner portion 17, the inner member 21 is pressed against the surface of the corner portion 17. The inner member 21 elastically opened to the outside comes into close contact with the corner portion 17 by its elastic reaction force, and the close contact between the inner member 21 and the support column 12A can be improved.
[0049]
Further, the corner member 20 is first attached to the support 12A with the double-sided adhesive tape 24 and then fixed to the support 12A with the screw 29. Therefore, the corner member 20 before being fixed with the screw 29 is fixed with the double-sided adhesive tape 24. After temporary positioning, fixing work with the screw 29 can be performed, and workability is improved. In addition, after fixing the corner member 20 with the screw 29, the corner member 20 can be fixed to the support column 12A with the screw 29 even if the adhesive force of the double-sided adhesive tape 24 decreases.
[0050]
The door tip member 6 of the sliding door main body 2 according to the embodiment of FIG. 4 is not provided with the same thing as the tongue piece 5A of the door tip member 5 of FIG. Therefore, the corner member 20 of FIG. 4 is a blindfold member for preventing peeping together with the sliding door body 2 with the opening 16 closed.
[0051]
The opening / closing body according to the embodiment of FIG. 5 is not the sliding door body but the hinged door body 32 in the hinged door device. And it is the vertical frame 42A which forms the outer frame of the opening part 46 opened and closed with the hinged door main body 32 that the corner base member 20 becomes the attachment base material by which arrangement construction was carried out. When the hinged door body 32 closes the opening 46, the hinged door body 32 comes into contact with the corner member 20 and the impact is reduced. For this reason, the corner member 20 in this embodiment is a door stop member in the hinged door device.
[0052]
As described above, the corner member 20 can be used in various applications such as an airtight member, a blindfold member, and a door stop member.
[0053]
FIG. 6 shows a corner member 50 according to another embodiment.
[0054]
The basic structure of the corner member 50 is the same as that of the corner member 20. Therefore, the corner member 50 is covered with an inner member 51 bent at the first surface portion 51C and the second surface portion 51D and the outer side of the inner member 51. The inner member 51 and one end 51A of the outer member 52 are joined to each other, and the other end of the outer member 52 is connected to a locking portion 51B of the other end of the inner member 51. A locking member 53 to be locked is provided. A double-sided adhesive tape 54 is attached to the inner surface of the first surface portion 51C of the inner member 51, and a V-shaped groove 55 and a hole 56 for the screw 29 are formed on the outer surface of the second surface portion 51D. At one end 52A and the other end of 52, projecting pieces 57, 58 projecting toward the mounting base material and in close contact with the mounting base material are provided.
[0055]
The inner member 51 and the locking member 53 are made of hard plastic, and the outer member 52 is made of soft plastic.
[0056]
The outer member 52 of this embodiment is bent in advance in the same direction as the bending direction of the inner member 51. This bending angle is the same as or larger than the bending angle of the inner member 51. For this reason, the entire outer member 52 is made of a soft plastic, but at least a bent portion has a hardness that can maintain this bending angle.
[0057]
According to this embodiment, since the outer member 52 is bent in advance, when the operation of locking the locking member 53 to the locking portion 51B is performed, the one end 51A and the other end of the inner member 51 are engaged. In addition, it is possible to eliminate the lifting force from the outer member 52 to the outside, that is, in the direction away from the mounting base material, so that the one end portion 51A and the other end portion of the inner member 51 are attached to the mounting base material. Can be prevented from floating up.
[0058]
FIG. 7 shows a corner member 70 according to yet another embodiment. The corner member 70 is different from the corner member 50 in FIG. 6 in that a removal piece 71 is provided on the protruding piece 58 of the outer member 52, and the removal piece 71 is coupled to the locking member 53. . Further, the removal piece 71 has a width dimension shorter than the distance along the surface of the mounting base material 62A shown in FIG. 8 between the one end portion 51A and the other end portion of the inner member 51, specifically, the inner side The second surface portion 51D of the member 51 has the same or substantially the same width as the locking portion 51B. The removal piece 71 is provided with a protruding piece 78 protruding toward the mounting base material.
[0059]
As shown in FIG. 8, the corner member 70 of this embodiment is used when placing and constructing the mounting base material 62 </ b> A having a stepped portion 63 on the outside. The size of the stepped portion 63 is the same as or substantially the same as the thickness of the removal piece 71, and the stepped portion 63 has the inner member 51 attached to the mounting base material 62 </ b> A with the double-sided adhesive tape 54 and the screw 29. At a location different from the removal piece 71 at the time, the mounting base material 62A is formed.
Further, when the locking member 53 is locked to the locking portion 51B, the removal piece 71 comes into contact with the surface of the mounting base material 62A inside the locking member 53. 51 and the locking member 53 and the mounting base material 62A.
[0060]
According to this embodiment, even if the mounting base material 62A has the stepped portion 63, the removal piece 71 is provided on the other end portion of the outer member 52 at a position shifted from the stepped portion 63. By absorbing the level difference of the stepped portion 63 with 71, the corner member 70 can be arranged and installed on the mounting base material 62A as predetermined.
[0061]
Further, since the removal piece 71 is provided with a protruding piece 78 protruding toward the mounting base material 62 </ b> A, the protruding piece 78 can be brought into close contact with the mounting base material 62 </ b> A instead of the protruding piece 58.
[0062]
FIG. 9 shows another mounting base material 82A to which the corner member 70 is applied. The mounting base material 82A is formed by overlapping the first member 84 and the second member 85, and the overlapping portion is a step portion 83. Thus, the corner member 70 provided with the removal piece 71 for the step difference of the step portion can also be applied to the mounting base material 82A in which the step portion 83 is formed by overlapping a plurality of members.
[0063]
FIG. 10 is an enlarged view of the removed piece 71 portion of the corner member 70. A plurality of small protrusions 72 are formed on the removal piece 71, and the tips of these small protrusions 72 are coupled to the locking member 53 with an adhesive. Further, a cut 73 extending obliquely from the contact portion with the locking member 53 toward the attachment base material is formed in the base of the removal piece 71 in advance, and the opposite side of the cut 73 from the attachment base is the protrusion described above. It is a piece 58.
[0064]
When the removal piece 71 is pulled so as to rotate around the cut 73 as indicated by a two-dot chain line, the adhesive of the small protrusion 72 is peeled off from the locking member 53 and the cut 73 is enlarged. Thus, the removal piece 71 is removed from the outer member 52, and the protruding piece 58 remains on the outer member 52.
[0065]
FIG. 11 shows a state in which the corner member 70 after the removal piece 71 is removed is disposed and applied to the attachment base material 92A. Unlike the mounting base materials 62A and 82A shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the mounting base material 92A has no stepped portion, and the surface to which the corner member 70 is attached is a flat surface. When the removal piece 71 is removed, the corner member 70 becomes the same as the corner member 50 of FIG. 6, and therefore, the corner member 70 has the same surface as the column 12A and the vertical frame 42A shown in FIGS. It can be attached to the attachment base material 92A having a shape.
[0066]
That is, the corner member 70 having the removable strip 71 that can be removed can be used in common for both a mounting base material having a stepped portion and a mounting base material having no stepped portion, and has versatility.
[0067]
