Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a support device for a refractory interlayer material for preventing a fire that has occurred on a lower floor from spreading to an upper floor, and particularly has good workability, and the refractory interlayer material falls off between a floor and an outer wall. The present invention relates to a support device for a refractory interlayer material that is not likely to occur.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, in a high-rise building, an outer wall construction method is adopted in which wall panels such as PC-made curtain wall panels are continuously arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions through a narrow gap to form an outer wall.
[0003]
By the way, in this type of outer wall construction method, for example, a predetermined gap is formed between the end surface of the floor constructed by placing concrete on the deck plate and the outer wall. In addition to being closed with a material, in order to prevent a fire that has occurred on the lower floor from spreading to the upper floor, this interlayer material needs to have a fireproof structure.
[0004]
Therefore, the present inventors previously proposed a fireproof interlayer material having sufficient fireproof performance in Japanese Patent Application No. 5-210007 and having no risk of malfunction even when welding work is performed on the upper floor. .
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The refractory interlayer material previously proposed by the present inventors has adopted a method of fixing the refractory interlayer material between the layers only with the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer, so that the floor is extremely wetted by rainwater, for example. In some cases, a stable fixing force is not always obtained, and there is a problem that in this state, when a strong external force is applied to the refractory interlayer material, the refractory interlayer material may fall out of the interlayer.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the present situation, and is able to stably fix the fireproof interlayer material between the layers regardless of the state of the floor, and when a strong external force is applied to the fireproof interlayer material. However, an object of the present invention is to provide a support device for a refractory interlayer material in which the refractory interlayer material is not likely to fall out of the interlayer.
[0007]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a support device for a refractory interlayer material in which the support force of the refractory interlayer material by the support metal fitting does not decrease even when a fire or the like occurs and the temperature around the refractory interlayer material becomes high. It is in.
[0008]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a support device for a refractory interlayer material that does not cause problems such as a shift in the position of the support metal fitting when the refractory interlayer material is mounted between the layers.
[0009]
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a support device for a refractory interlayer material in which a support fitting can be easily manufactured and a stable support force can be easily obtained.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a support device for a refractory interlayer material provided with a support metal fitting for supporting a square bar-shaped refractory interlayer material provided between a floor and an outer wall of a building. The support bracket is linearly formed obliquely upward from the upper end support portion disposed on the upper surface of the floor, the attachment portion depending on the outer surface of the floor from the upper end support portion, and the curved portion from the lower end of the attachment portion. to extend a supporting portion whose tip supporting the contact with the outer wall refractory interlayer material from below, the support bracket is formed by bending processing a strip flat plate, intervals in the longitudinal direction of the resistant fire interlayer material It is characterized by the fact that a plurality of are placed. Since the support fitting is mechanically mounted and fixed between the layers, a stable fixing force can be obtained regardless of the state of the floor.
[0011]
The present invention also provides an apparatus for supporting a fireproof interlayer material that supports a fireproof interlayer material disposed between a floor and an outer wall of a building, and the upper end of the support metal member disposed on the upper surface of the floor. The supporting portion includes an supporting portion that hangs along the outer surface of the floor from the upper end supporting portion, and an insertion supporting portion that protrudes outward from the lower end of the attaching portion and is inserted into the refractory interlayer material. A plurality of metal fittings are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the fireproof interlayer material. And since the insertion support part of the support metal fitting is inserted into the fireproof interlayer material, even if the lower surface of the fireproof interlayer material is exposed to a high temperature due to, for example, a fire that has occurred on the lower floor, the support metal fixture itself is not hot. Therefore, it is possible to always obtain a stable support force.
[0012]
The present invention is also characterized in that the contact surface of the attachment portion with the floor is roughened. As a result, when the refractory interlayer material is mounted between the layers, there is no inconvenience such as displacement of the support bracket, and there is no possibility that workability is deteriorated.
[0013]
The present invention is also characterized in that an adhesive layer adhered to the floor is provided on at least one of the upper end support portion and the attachment portion. As a result, it is possible to perform an operation of inserting only the refractory interlayer material between the layers after mounting the support fittings in advance between the layers, thereby improving the workability.
[0014]
The present invention is also characterized in that the support fitting is formed by bending a flat plate material. This makes it easy to manufacture, and the strength can be freely adjusted only by adjusting the width of the flat plate.
[0015]
The present invention is further characterized in that the support metal fitting is formed by bending a bar material which is folded in half into a U shape instead of a belt-like flat plate material . As a result, the support bracket can be manufactured with less material, and storage and the like are easy .
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a refractory interlayer support device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a building floor, and this floor 1 is outside a deck plate (not shown). The steel plate 2 for fixing concrete is welded to the periphery, and the concrete 3 is placed on the deck plate. A gap G having a predetermined width is formed between the floor 1 and the outer wall 4 formed of a curtain wall panel or the like, and a refractory interlayer material 5 is supported by the support fitting 6 in the gap G. It is arranged in the state where it was made.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 2, the refractory interlayer material 5 includes a square bar-shaped core material 7 made of a converged or laminated inorganic fiber such as ceramic fiber, rock wool, glass wool, or asbestos, and the core material 7. For example, a film material 8 made of, for example, a polyethylene film, and the width dimension W of the core material 7 including the skin material 8 is set to be larger than the gap G. Yes. Therefore, the core material 7 is arranged in the gap G in a slightly compressed state so that sufficient adhesion is ensured.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 2, a thick upper surface covering material 9 made of, for example, heat-resistant rubber, which is waterproof and resistant to welding sparks, is fixed on the upper surface of the outer covering material 8. The upper surface is completely covered with the upper surface covering material 9.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 2, an inner extension edge 9a having a protruding length of about 10 to 40 mm is provided at the inner end of the upper surface covering material 9 corresponding to the floor 1 in the longitudinal direction. An adhesive layer 10 made of, for example, butyl rubber is provided on the lower surface of the inner extension edge 9a, and the surface thereof is protected with a release paper 11. As shown in FIG. 1, the inner extension edge 9 a is adhered and fixed to the outer surface of the floor 1 when the refractory interlayer material 5 is disposed in the gap G, and ensures waterproofness between the floor 1 and the floor 1. It is supposed to be. In addition, you may make it this inner side extension edge 9a stick on the upper surface of the floor 1, not the outer surface of the floor 1.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 2, an outer extension edge 9b having substantially the same protruding length as the inner extension edge 9a is passed through the outer edge 4b in the width direction corresponding to the outer wall 4 of the upper surface covering material 9 in the longitudinal direction. An adhesive layer 12 similar to the adhesive layer 10 is provided on the lower surface of the outer extended edge 9 b, and the surface thereof is protected with a release paper 13. As shown in FIG. 1, the outer extension game 9 b is adhered and fixed to the inner surface of the outer wall 4 when the refractory interlayer material 5 is disposed in the gap G, so as to ensure waterproofness between the outer walls 4. It has become.
[0021]
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the support metal fitting 6 includes an upper end support portion 14 disposed on the upper surface of the floor 1 and an attachment portion 15 that hangs down from the upper end support portion 14 along the outer surface of the floor 1. And a support portion 16 that is bent outward from the lower end of the attachment portion 15 and has a tip that contacts the outer wall 4, and the support portion 16 is inclined from the lower end of the attachment portion 15 via a curved portion. It extends upward. As a result, when the support fitting 6 is disposed in the gap G, it can be easily inserted from above.
[0022]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a rough surface portion 17 is provided on the surface of the attachment portion 15 facing the floor 1 by roughening, and from the attachment portion 15 to the tip of the support portion 16. The dimension L is set to be larger than the width of the gap G, and the support fitting 6 can be inserted and fixed in the gap G under pressure.
[0023]
The support fitting 6 is formed by bending a flat plate having a width of about 5 cm, for example, and a plurality of the support fittings 6 are arranged with a gap in the longitudinal direction of the refractory interlayer material 5. ing.
[0024]
Next, the operation of the present embodiment will be described.
At the time of construction, first, a plurality of support fittings 6 are inserted into the gap G at arbitrary intervals in the longitudinal direction. At this time, since the dimension L from the attachment portion 15 of the support fitting 6 to the tip of the support portion 16 is set to be larger than the width of the gap G, the support fitting 6 is placed in the gap G under pressure. As a result, the rough surface portion 17 is pressed against the outer surface of the iron plate 2. For this reason, the installation stability in the gap | interval G of the support metal fitting 6 can be improved.
[0025]
If the support fitting 6 is mounted and fixed in the gap G in this way, the refractory interlayer material 5 of FIG. 2 is inserted into the gap G with both extended edges 9a and 9b bent upward.
After that, the release papers 11 and 13 are removed, and the extended edges 9a and 9b are pressed against the outer surface of the floor 1 and the inner surface of the outer wall 4 to fix the extended edges 9a and 9b to the floor 1 and the outer wall 4. To do.
[0026]
Thus, since the refractory interlayer material 5 is supported from the lower surface side by the support portion 16 of the support fitting 6, the extension edges 9a and 9b cannot be sufficiently adhered and fixed to the floor 1 or the outer wall 4. Even if it exists, there is no malfunction that the fireproof interlayer material 5 falls off from the gap G. Therefore, in this sense, the adhesive layers 10 and 12 of the extended edges 9a and 9b may be omitted.
[0027]
FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which an adhesive layer 21 is provided on the lower surface of the upper support 14 and the outer surface of the attachment portion 15 of the support fitting 6, and the outer surface is protected by the release paper 22. It is what I did.
Other points are the same as those in the first embodiment, and the operation is also the same.
[0028]
Thus, by providing the support fitting 6 with the adhesive layer 21, the support fitting 6 can be completely adhered and fixed in the gap G, so that the installation stability can be further improved.
[0029]
In the second embodiment, the case where the adhesive layer 21 is provided on both the upper end support portion 14 and the attachment portion 15 has been described. However, if the adhesive layer 21 is provided only on either one, the desired effect can be obtained. be able to.
[0030]
FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment of the present invention, in which a support fitting 36 is used in place of the support fitting 6 in the first embodiment.
[0031]
That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the support fitting 36 includes an upper end support portion 37 disposed on the upper surface of the floor 1, an attachment portion 38 that hangs down from the upper end support portion 37 along the outer surface of the floor 1, and an attachment portion 38. It is composed of an insertion support portion 39 that protrudes outward from the lower end of the installation portion 38 and is inserted into the refractory interlayer material 5, and even if the lower side of the refractory interlayer material 5 becomes high temperature due to a fire or the like, the refractory interlayer material The temperature of the insertion support part 39 can be prevented by 5 itself.
[0032]
As shown in FIG. 6, the support metal fitting 36 is formed by bending a U-shaped bar material so that the insertion support part 39 comes to the open end side. Both end portions of the open side are tapered in a pin shape. And thereby, the insertion support part 39 can be easily inserted in the fireproof interlayer material 5 on the spot.
Other points are the same as those in the first embodiment, and the operation is also the same.
[0033]
Since the support metal fitting 36 is formed of a bar material, it can be manufactured with less material and is easy to store and transport. Moreover, the insertion support part 39 can be easily inserted into the fireproof interlayer material 5 on site.
[0034]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. For example, the support fitting 6 is formed using a bar material similarly to the support fitting 36, or conversely, the support fitting 36 is Similarly to the support fitting 6, it may be formed using a flat plate material.
Even when the support fitting 36 is formed using a flat plate material, it is preferable that the distal end portion on the insertion support portion 39 side is sharpened.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention provides a support device for a refractory interlayer material that includes a refractory interlayer material that supports a refractory interlayer material disposed between a floor and an outer wall of a building. An upper end support portion to be disposed, an attachment portion depending on the outer surface of the floor from the upper end support portion, and an outward bending from the lower end of the attachment portion so that the tip comes into contact with the outer wall and the fireproof interlayer material from the lower surface side Since the support bracket is composed of a plurality of support brackets arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the refractory interlayer material, the support brackets are mechanically mounted and fixed between the layers. A stable fixing force can be obtained regardless of the state of the floor.
[0036]
The present invention also provides an apparatus for supporting a fireproof interlayer material that supports a fireproof interlayer material disposed between a floor and an outer wall of a building, and the upper end of the support metal member disposed on the upper surface of the floor. The supporting portion includes an supporting portion that hangs along the outer surface of the floor from the upper end supporting portion, and an insertion supporting portion that protrudes outward from the lower end of the attaching portion and is inserted into the refractory interlayer material. Since a plurality of metal fittings are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the fireproof interlayer material, the insertion support portion of the support metal fitting is inserted into the fireproof interlayer material, for example, a fire that has occurred in the lower floor Therefore, even if the lower surface of the refractory interlayer material is exposed to a high temperature, the support metal fitting itself does not become a high temperature, and a stable support force can always be obtained.
[0037]
In the present invention, since the contact surface with the floor of the attachment portion is made rough, there is no problem such as misalignment of the support bracket when the refractory interlayer material is mounted between the layers. There is no risk of deterioration.
[0038]
In the present invention, since an adhesive layer adhered to the floor is provided on at least one of the upper end support part or the attachment part, the support metal fitting is previously attached between the layers, and then the fireproof layer is provided. Work such as inserting only the material between the layers can be performed, and workability can be improved.
[0039]
In the present invention, since the support metal fitting is formed by bending a flat plate material, it is easy to manufacture and the strength can be freely adjusted only by adjusting the width of the flat plate material.
[0040]
In the present invention, since the support metal fitting is formed by bending a bar material that is folded in half into a U shape, the support metal fitting can be manufactured with less material, and storage and the like are easy. If the insertion support portion is bent on the open end side of the U-shaped bar, insertion into the fireproof interlayer material becomes extremely easy.
