Claims (3)
- 複数の光感受性素子の各端を連結して、該連結点を立方体の頂点とする3次元構造の単位セルを構成し、該単位セルを複数個集合させた電磁界感応機能体であって、
前記光感受性素子を照射する発光体を備え、該発光体に供給する電圧を制御できるようにしたことを特徴とする電磁界感応機能体。 - 上下一対の導体間を光感受性素子で連結して電界変化に感応するようにした電界感応回路から単位セルを構成し、該単位セルを複数個集合させた電磁界感応機能体であって、
前記光感受性素子を照射する発光体を備え、該発光体に供給する電圧を制御できるようにしたことを特徴とする電磁界感応機能体。 - 電界変化に感応する電界感応回路と、磁界変化に感応する磁界感応回路とを有する単位セルを複数個集合させた電磁界感応機能体であって、
前記電界感応回路は、4つのダイオードの各端を接続した正方形のループをしており、
前記磁界感応回路は、前後一対の十字形の導体と、前記一対の導体の先端同士を接続するダイオードと、前後一方の十字形の導体の中心に挿入されたコンデンサとからなり、
前記電界感応回路内に組み込まれたダイオード又は前記磁界感応回路内に組み込まれたダイオードのバイアス電圧を制御できるようにしたことを特徴とする電磁界感応機能体。
