Claims (13)
- 可逆的電着デバイスであって、
導線性材料に隣接する第1の基板と、
導線性材料に隣接する第2の基板と、
前記第1及び第2の基板の導電性材料のうちの少なくとも1つを少なくとも部分的に覆う核形成層と、
前記第1及び第2の基板の間に位置するチャンバ内部に収容された電気化学媒体と、
を含み、
前記電気化学媒体が、
少なくとも1つの溶媒と、
アノード電気活性材料と、
カソード電気活性材料と、
レドックス緩衝剤と、
を含み、前記アノード電気活性材料の濃度が前記カソード電気活性材料の濃度よりも高いことを特徴とする可逆的電着デバイス。 - 前記レドックス緩衝剤が、前記カソード材料よりも容易に還元されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可逆的電着デバイス。
- 前記レドックス緩衝剤が、前記アノード材料よりも容易に酸化されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可逆的電着デバイス。
- 前記レドックス緩衝剤が、前記カソード材料よりも容易に還元される第1の成分と、前記アノード材料よりも容易に酸化される第2の成分とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可逆的電着デバイス。
- 前記カソード材料が、活性材料の塩を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可逆的電着デバイス。
- 前記レドックス緩衝剤の濃度が、約1mMから約50mMの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可逆的電着デバイス。
- 前記電気化学媒体が、錯化剤を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可逆的電着デバイス。
- 前記レドックス緩衝剤が、前記カソード材料よりも容易に還元されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の可逆的電着デバイス。
- 前記レドックス緩衝剤が、前記アノード材料よりも容易に酸化されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の可逆的電着デバイス。
- 前記レドックス緩衝剤が、前記カソード材料よりも容易に還元される第1の成分と、前記アノード材料よりも容易に酸化される第2の成分とを含むことを特徴とする請求項7
