Description
The present invention relates to a disposable wearing article.
Conventionally, as a disposable diaper, a pants-type disposable diaper having a waist opening and a pair of leg openings is known. In such a disposable diaper, an elastic member is fixed between two sheets forming the opening peripheral edge of each of the pair of leg openings, and a gather is formed by the contraction force of the elastic member to It is widely practiced to improve fit.
By the way, in recent years, disposable diapers for adults are also widely used, and there is a demand that people who do not want to know the use of disposable diapers or do not want to use disposable diapers. . In addition, demands for design aspects of disposable diapers are increasing also in disposable diapers for infants.
However, in the disposable diaper in which the elastic member is fixed to the peripheral edge portion of the leg opening and the fit around the leg is improved, it is necessary to prevent the elastic member from protruding between the two sheets. Since the sheet is extended outward from the fixing position of the elastic member, the portion extending outward from the fixing position of the elastic member is arranged around the leg in a wavy state and worn. The appearance at the time was very different from underwear pants, shorts, etc., and at first glance, it appeared to be a disposable diaper.
However, the wearer may feel uncomfortable or feel uncomfortable or uncomfortable due to the folded back portion of the underwear.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a disposable wearing article in which the periphery of the leg opening has an appearance close to that of underwear pants or shorts, and the wearing feeling is also good.
The present invention is a disposable wearing article having a waist opening and a pair of leg openings, wherein a sheet material that forms an outer surface of the absorbent article at each opening peripheral edge of the pair of leg openings is the absorbent article. The object is achieved by providing a disposable wearing article that has a folded portion formed by being folded back on the inner surface side, and in which a cover member is laminated so as to straddle the inside and outside of the leading edge of the folded portion. Is.
The disposable wearing article of the present invention has an appearance in which the periphery of the leg opening is close to underwear pants or shorts, and the wear feeling is also good.
The present invention will be described below based on preferred embodiments with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pants-type disposable diaper as an embodiment of the disposable wearing article of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the unfolded state of the pants-type disposable diaper of FIG. FIG. 3 shows a cross-sectional view taken along the line II-II in FIG.

The

As for the absorptive
As shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the plurality of leg

These preferable numerical ranges are preferably satisfied in a range over a length of 50% or more (preferably 70% or more) of the entire circumference of the leg opening 8. The
The
In the present invention, the extensible sheet means a sheet having a maximum elongation in at least one direction of 100% or more (a sheet having a length extending twice or more). The stretchable sheet is stretchable when the sheet is stretched to 100% elongation in one direction where the maximum elongation is 100% or more and then contracted (100% elongation). It means that the elongation recovery rate at the time is at least 70% or more. In the case where a plurality of directions having a maximum elongation of 100% or more are included, the stretch recovery rate is also 70% or more in only one of the directions.
[Method for measuring elongation recovery rate]
A sample piece having a length of 50 mm and a width of 25 mm is prepared, and using a Tensilon device, the sample piece is fixed at the chuck interval L 0, and the length L 2 at the time of 100% elongation at a speed of 300 mm / min (L 2 = L After stretching to 0 × 2), the length of the sample piece when the stress becomes 0 after starting to return at the same speed as the tensile speed is defined as the length L 1 after the recovery from elongation. The elongation recovery rate at 100% elongation is calculated from the following equation.
Elongation recovery rate at 100% elongation (%) = [(L 2 −L 1 ) / (L 2 −L 0 )] × 100
The stretchable sheet according to the present invention has stretchability in a direction corresponding to the width direction of the diaper even if a plurality of elastic members in the form of threads or narrow strips are not fixed in the stretched state (substantially wrinkles in the natural state). Not a sheet).
Examples of stretchable sheets having stretchability include (1) a sheet in which stretchable fiber aggregates are integrated on both sides of an elastic fiber sheet composed of elastic fiber aggregates, and (2) a net-like elastic sheet. A sheet in which an extensible fiber aggregate is integrated in a natural state on at least one surface, and (3) an elastic nonwoven fabric sheet composed only of an aggregate of elastic fibers can be preferably used.
The sheet (1) will be described.
Examples of the elastic fiber sheet comprising an aggregate of elastic fibers include styrene butadiene styrene block copolymer (SBS), styrene isoprene styrene block copolymer (SIS), styrene ethylene butylene styrene block copolymer (SEBS), and styrene ethylene propylene. Elastic raw materials such as styrene elastomers such as styrene block copolymers (SEPS), olefin elastomers, polyester elastomers, polyurethane elastomers and the like can be used singly or in combination of two or more. Examples include those obtained by (melting) this raw material into a nonwoven fabric by a spunbond method, a melt blown method, a spinning blown method, or the like.
Examples of stretchable fiber aggregates include fiber webs and non-woven fabrics produced by various manufacturing methods, in which a large number of slits extending in a specific direction are dispersed so as to be stretchable in a direction perpendicular to the specific direction.
As an integration method of the fiber sheet and the extensible fiber assembly, a method of laminating them and tangling the fibers by hydroentanglement or the like, a method of partially bonding with a pattern using an adhesive, a heat roll, or the like A state in which a part of the constituent fibers of the non-elastic fiber layer has entered the elastic fiber layer is preferable, and a method of joining by thermal fusion of fiber intersections can be mentioned. By using such a sheet for both the outer surface of the diaper and both the outer surface and the inner surface, it is possible to realize a pant-type diaper that has good elongation, is soft like a fabric, is supple, and has a smooth touch. The elastic fiber sheet preferably has fine fibers, and the spinning method is preferred as the production method.
The sheet (2) will be described.
As the net-like elastic sheet, there are a base-like sheet formed by using elastic yarn as at least a weft, a base-like sheet formed by arranging a large number of elastic bodies formed by slitting an elastic film, etc. Can be mentioned.
As the fiber assembly that can be stretched, the same fiber assembly as in the sheet (1) can be used. As an integration method of the elastic sheet and the extensible fiber assembly, the same method as the integration method in the sheet of (1) can be used. By using a net-like elastic sheet as the elastic sheet, the strength of the outer surface is high, and it is difficult to cause the outer surface to be broken when the diaper is attached or detached. However, the net-like elastic sheet is preferably flat with no irregularities in terms of touch.
The sheet (3) will be described.
As the sheet (3), an elastic fiber sheet composed of an elastic fiber assembly of the sheet (1) can be used. By using such a sheet, it is possible to realize a pants-type diaper that is easy to stretch and easy to wear.

The comparison of the texture of the sheet material is performed by measuring bulk softness by, for example, the following method. The smaller the bulk softness, the better the texture than the larger one.
The cover member has a bulk softness measured by a bulk softness method of preferably 1 to 70 cN, more preferably 2 to 40 cN, and even more preferably 2 to 25 cN. When the bulk softness is less than 1 cN, the cushioning feeling of the sheet material becomes low, and when the bulk softness exceeds 70 cN, the sheet material becomes hard, so that the wearing feeling by the cover member cannot be obtained. The measuring method by the bulk softness method is described below.
<Measurement method for bulk softness>
The sheet material is cut into a rectangular shape so that the length in the length direction corresponding to the longitudinal direction of the diaper (vertical direction in FIG. 2) is 150 mm and the length in the width direction is 30 mm (for convenience of measurement, the length is long) The front and rear ends of the direction may be semicircular or trapezoidal). The cut-out
In the
When the sheet material for forming the folded portion is inferior in extensibility, etc., as shown in FIG. 5A, a
As the
