BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, by connecting the branching joint plastic original tube in fluid transport, provided the branch pipe to be cut off the repairing portion of Motokan when repairing a Motokan to continue the fluid transport It is related with the method of taking out the bypass pipe line of a main pipe repair part, and removing after that .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there are various types of metal branch joints for metal main pipes, such as JP-A-7-63294. This is mechanically fastened to the main pipe with bolts and nuts, and when connected to a plastic main pipe, the main pipe is deformed and the sealing performance is lowered, causing problems such as gas leakage.
Therefore, a number of plastic electric fusion type saddle joints in which a heating wire for fusing to the outer peripheral surface of the plastic main pipe is embedded in the inner surface of the saddle are also disclosed. When connecting plastic pipes to the branch and branch pipes of this plastic saddle joint, the joint body and the plastic pipe are made of the same plastic, so they can be screwed together and electrically fused using electrical fusion joints, ensuring safety and reliability. Can be connected.
However, for example, when repairing damaged parts of a plastic main pipe, a metal pipe or a metal fitting is temporarily provided in the branch pipe section of the plastic fitting main body in order to block the main pipe and install a bypass pipe. In some cases, a male screw of the metal tube or metal joint is screwed into and connected to the female screw for the tube.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When a metal male screw is screwed onto the female screw of the plastic joint body as described above, the strength of the metal male screw is much larger than that of the plastic female screw, so the plastic female screw is damaged by the tightening torque of the male screw. There is a problem in that the connection cannot be performed or a leak is generated from the threaded connection portion, so that reliable connection cannot be performed.
Therefore, a metal ring engraved with female threads is cast into the main body at the screw connection with the branch pipe provided on the plastic fitting body, or the metal ring with female threads is sealed and secured against rotation. Some are fitted to the joint body through a mechanism.
However, the tightening torque for screwing and fastening a metal male screw such as a metal pipe is very large, and the casting or fitting connection between the plastic joint body and the metal ring engraved with the female screw is broken, and the There is a problem that leakage occurs or the screw connection can be made only with insufficient tightening.
The present invention solves the above-described problems, and uses a branch joint that can make a reliable connection and easily and easily perform branch pipe construction even when a branch pipe made of metal is taken out from a plastic main pipe . A method for removing and removing a branch line is provided.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The gist of the present invention is that a plastic joint body comprising a saddle part connected to the side part of the plastic main pipe and a branch pipe part erected from the upper surface of the saddle part, and the branch pipe part of the joint body can be freely rotated. A cylindrical adapter hermetically connected to the pipe and having a connection end to the pipe. At the end of the branch pipe, a cylindrical inner surface and a screw on the outer surface are provided. A seal is attached to the cylindrical inner surface of the branch pipe part, and a cap nut locked to the cylindrical outer surface is screwed into the male thread of the branch pipe part to connect the joint body and the metal adapter. Sealed connection, provided with two protrusions on the cylindrical outer surface of the adapter, and using a branch joint in which the cap nut is locked between the two protrusions, the branch joint is made of plastic during fluid transportation Connect to the main pipe and provide a branch pipe from the main pipe. When the necessity of the branch pipe is finished, the cap nut is loosened and the adapter is removed, and then, instead of the cap nut, another shut cap is attached and closed. This is a method of taking out and removing a branch pipe line using the.
In the above, a pipe internal thread is further provided on the inner surface of the branch pipe section, and a screw plug is screwed onto the internal thread for the pipe so as to be double-closed, or a closure plug is inserted into the cylindrical internal surface to double-close the pipe. be able to.
In the above, the two protrusions can be formed by C-type retaining rings .
In the above, the branch main body is connected to the main pipe by electric fusion, and is a method for taking out and removing a branch pipe using a branch joint.
[0005]
[Action]
The present invention has the above-described configuration, and a metal adapter having a pipe connection end is rotatably and hermetically connected to a plastic joint body. For this reason, a connection pipe of a metal tube or a metal joint is screwed and connected to a female thread for connection or a male thread provided on the metal adapter, and branch piping is performed.
The adapter is made of metal, and the metal screw of the pipe or fitting is screwed and connected to the metal screw of this adapter, so this screw connection part is a screwed fastening of the same metal male screw and female screw, and leakage Safe and surely strong screw fastening connection without any problems.
In addition, this adapter is rotatably and hermetically connected to the plastic fitting body, so it is easy to work with when screwing and joining metal pipes and metal fittings to this adapter. Because it is flexible, workability is good.
[0006]
Moreover, the connection part of a coupling main body and a screw adapter has fastened the cap nut latched to the screw adapter to the male screw of a saddle main body, and a coupling main body and a screw adapter can be assembled and separated easily. For this reason, after the use of the branch extraction pipe is completed, for example, after the bypass pipe is removed, the branch pipe portion of the joint body can be easily removed, and the branch pipe portion can be easily screwed in place of the cap nut. It can be closed, and it is easy to take out again, and the piping workability is good.
In addition, since two protrusions are provided on the cylindrical outer surface of the adapter and the cap nut is locked between the two protrusions, the cap nut can be tightened to securely fix the adapter to the joint body, and the cap nut can be loosened. Accordingly, since the adapter is locked to the cap nut, the adapter is also detached from the joint body along with the cap nut, and the adapter can be easily detached from the joint body.
Further, the joint body is securely fused to the main pipe by being connected to the main pipe by electric fusion.
