Description

【0001】
A、B、A、B、A、B、A、Bと並べたものを繰り返し配列する。
【0024】
図10に示される実施例は、図9を変形したものであり、パイル経糸A・Aは緯糸C・C・C・Cは浮き、C・Cは沈んでパイルの形成は表面に、パイル経糸A・Aは緯糸C・C・C・Cは沈み、C・Cは浮いてパイルの形成は裏面に、そして同時に、地経糸B・Bは緯糸CからCまで浮き、C・Cは沈み、地経糸B・Bは緯糸CからCまで沈み、C・Cは浮いた緯糸6本構成で織成される。
【0025】
図11に示される実施例は、図9を変形したものであり、パイル経糸A・Aは緯糸C・C・C・C・Cは浮き、Cは沈み、パイル経糸A・Aは緯糸C・C・C・C・Cは沈み、Cは浮き、地経糸B・Bは緯糸C・C・Cは浮き、C・C・Cは沈み、地経糸B・Bは緯糸C・C・C・Cは沈み、C・Cは浮くので、緯糸6本目の筬打ち時の負荷を軽減し、パイル形成に必要な最低数の緯糸3本は地経糸に絡ませている。
パイル経糸A・Aは緯糸C・CとCからCまで浮いて、Cは沈み、パイル経糸A・Aは緯糸Cは浮いて、他の緯糸箇所は全部沈み、地経糸B・BはC・C・C・Cは浮き、C・C・C・Cは沈み、地経糸B・Bは緯糸C・C・C・Cは沈み、C・C・C・Cは浮いて、緯糸8本目がファーストピックで筬打ちされ、図9と同方向にパイルは形成される。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a towel fabric having two layers, in which a towel cloth on which a pile is formed is composed of two pieces on the upper side and the lower side and is in a polymerized state.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conventional towel fabric that forms piles on the front and back is a towel fabric woven in a single (single) form. For example, as shown in FIG. 13, three wefts are woven to form one pile. The pile warp of (A 1 · A 3 ) is a floating structure where the pile appears on the surface, and the pile warp of (A 2 · A 4 ) is the sink where the pile appears on the back It is an organization. In addition, there is a method of forming one pile by weaving four wefts.
[0003]
In this type of towel fabric, if a thick towel fabric with a voluminous feel is required depending on the application, the pile length (pile rise height) may be increased, pile warp, ground warp, weft, etc. It has been carried out by such methods as increasing the size of the yarn to be used, or increasing the number of yarns to be used (for example, using two pile warps instead of one).
[0004]
In order to perform patterning, for example, depending on the direction in which the pile appears, depending on the color of the pile warp, ground warp, weft, etc. Patterns are added by adding expressions such as invisible parts (sunk tissues).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In conventional woven by towel textiles in single (one), if prompted toweling heavyweight with voluminous by applications, but may be adjusted so as to increase the length of the pile forming pile The rising height of up to 6 mm is the limit of weaving, and it is difficult to give a volume feeling to the product any more.
In addition, in order to give a sense of volume, the warp and weft yarns used may be changed to large thick yarns, or two yarns with increased number of pile warps may be used. In order to weave with a thick count, etc., the wrinkle must be set with a special weaving mechanism that uses a coarser material, and only this coarse fabric must be limited to weaving. It is difficult to respond to the actual conditions such as multi-variety, small-lot production, and short-term delivery.
Many of the current towel companies are able to accept a wide range of fabrics from slightly thick to slightly thin with a weaving mechanism that is set to a medium density for the general public. For this reason, it is difficult to use a yarn with a specially thick yarn or an increased number of pile warp yarns in terms of weaving, and there is also a limitation in adding volume to this method.
In addition, the patterning is based on the expression by adding the appearance (floating) and hiding (sinking) of the pile according to the appearance direction of the pile to the colors of the yarn dyed warp and weft . It is expressed as an aggregate of piles of warp yarn, and when using this toweling cloth, the pile is a linear yarn, which is irregularly twisted, falls down and sleeps, making it impossible to produce a distinctive three-dimensional pattern. There were drawbacks.
[0006]
In view of the above-mentioned problems in conventional towel fabrics, the present invention has a two-layer structure of a towel fabric on which a pile is formed, an upper-side towel fabric and a lower-side towel fabric , and presents a volume feeling in a planar manner. to weave mechanism and are, therefore easily Boryuumu feeling by thread Tsukai can be granted, corresponding to the customer also to allow, also, it is possible combination with weaving with a conventional towel fabric, the outside of the handle out representation of so far in, it is an object that the toweling, which also can be expressed three-dimensional pattern is to propose a towel fabric of two layers.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has the following configuration as means for achieving the above object. The pile fabric of the present application is a two-layer towel fabric in which an upper towel fabric and a lower towel fabric are woven in a polymerized state.
As long as the towel is used for printing, the pile warp, ground warp, and weft may all be the same color, for example, white. However, for convenience, the warp is different from the above warp (for example, red and blue, and other colors) Thread) may be used. Then, two types of pile warp (red and blue), ground warp (red and blue) are alternately directed to the warp direction, pile warp (red), ground warp (red), pile warp (blue), ground warp ( blue color) to complete a repeated sequence of order. The pile warp (red and blue) and ground warp (red and blue) are divided into upper and lower parts according to color, respectively, and the pile warp (eg red) and ground warp (eg red ) As the upper toweling warp (red) and the other lower part pile warp (blue) and ground warp (blue) as the lower toweling warp (blue) 2 Of the different types of weft (red and blue), weave the upper weft warp (red) with the weft (for example red) in the weft direction, and then weave the weft (blue) into the lower towel warp (blue) (or These may be woven in the reverse order from the lower part to the upper part), and these are repeated alternately (or irregularly), for example, in units of three (or four) weft yarns at each of the upper and lower parts. Upper side of the toweling while forming yl is red and toweling lower side are woven as toweling two layers with a voluminous blue polymerization conditions.
Conversely, by changing the weaving structure, the lower toweling warp (blue) appears on the upper side and weaving the weft (blue), then the upper toweling warp (red) appears on the lower side and the weft (Red) can be woven, and alternately (or irregularly), the upper toweling can be woven in blue and the lower toweling can be woven in red.
So, for example, first weave the upper toweling cloth in red (the lower side is blue) and weave a predetermined length in the warp direction, then change the weaving structure to reveal the lower side blue to the upper side. If a blue towel is woven (the lower side is red at this time), a combined red and blue towel can be expressed on the upper side, and if it is continued, a red and blue horizontal stripe is expressed .
The upper and lower toweling fabrics at this time are composed of the same color for the pile warp, the ground warp and the weft, so that the red and blue colors can be expressed in vivid colors.
In addition, the boundary from red to blue crosses the upper towel warp and the lower towel warp, and there are many portions that connect the upper towel and the lower towel, and the binding is strong.
[0008]
In addition, as another method according to these, the entire upper and lower toweling warp yarns are not shown in the up-and-down direction, but only the upper and lower warp yarns. Weaving is performed by changing the direction of appearance from the upper side to the lower side (or vice versa). In this case, first, the entire warp yarn is red on the upper side, then the upper side is piled with blue, the warp yarn remains red, and the weft is blue.
Similarly, the upper and lower toweling warp yarns can be woven by changing the direction of appearance from the upper part to the lower part (or vice versa).
[0009]
Then, the appearance direction of the upper and lower toweling piles can be freely expressed by a floating structure as in the conventional towel fabric. Then, when the inside space of the two layers of the upper and lower toweling is described as the inner side, in the appearance direction of the pile of the upper toweling, the floating tissue is formed so that the pile can be seen on the upper side, and the sinking tissue is It appears on the inside and is hidden and cannot be seen on the top. The floating tissue of the lower toweling appears and hides inside, and the sinking tissue appears on the lower side and the pile is visible.
Thus, when a pile is made to appear also to the inner side (intermediate space part) of the towel layer of the upper and lower sides, the bulk becomes higher and the volume feeling increases.
[0010]
When the above-mentioned two-layer towel fabric is difficult to weave depending on the type of loom, it is preferable that the structure has few intersections between the ground warps.
[0011]
In addition, the weft structure may be changed, and each pile of the upper and lower towel fabrics may be woven with a total of eight wefts in which four wefts are formed.
[0012]
In addition, as an application example in which the number of combinations of pile warps and ground warps is changed, two types of ground warps are used for one pile warp, or two warps for two types of pile warps. Can also be made by a special weaving mechanism composed of one combination. At this time, each pile formation of the upper and lower towel fabrics is woven with the same configuration of three (or four) wefts as described above.
[0013]
As another embodiment , one of the three wefts that are piled one by one on the upper and lower towel cloths is shared by both the upper and lower sides (upper 2 Book, 2 for lower part, 1 weft shared by both) Total 5 wefts, where the upper and lower toweling areas where one shared weft is woven are combined, Although not noticeable in the polymerized state, the weaving efficiency is good.
[0014]
Further, the two-layer towel fabric of the present application and a conventional towel fabric can be woven together. The combination method at this time is roughly divided into two. One is woven by a predetermined length in the warp direction only with the two layers of towel fabric of the present application, and then is woven only with a conventional towel fabric. In this way, a combined expression in which two different towel fabrics are alternately woven.
The other is, for example, a conventional towel fabric, and assuming that other fabrics are appliqued as patterns on any part of the towel fabric, the entire towel base portion is woven with the conventional towel fabric. The applique part of the patterned pattern is woven by replacing the two layers of towel material of this application. (Alternatively, the opposite two layers of toweling can be used as the base part of the entire toweling, and the conventional towel fabric can be used as the applique part of the patterned pattern). At the location where the applique portion is present at this time, the base portion is also adjacent on the same line in the weft direction. At this time, the base part woven with the conventional towel fabric (single) is arranged with the pile warp yarn and the ground warp yarns combined with the upper and lower toweling warp yarns alternately, while facing the weft direction. The wefts to be woven include, for example, three (or four) weft yarns that form one pile of the upper towel fabric, which is the two-layer towel fabric of the present application that weaves the other pattern, and one of the lower towel fabrics. A total of 6 (or 8) wefts woven into both 3 (or 4) wefts forming a pile are shared to form one pile. In this way, by combining the conventional towel fabric (single) with a modified weft configuration with the two-layer towel fabric of the present application with a sense of volume, it has become possible to express a distinctive three-dimensional pattern.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present subject matter will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 shows a state as seen from the upper surface side of a combination of the two-layer towel fabric of the present application and a conventional towel fabric, and FIG. 2 shows that the upper and lower warp yarns a and b are alternated in the two-layer towel portion. FIG. 3 shows the organization chart of FIG. 2, FIGS. 4 to 8 show modified examples of FIG. 2, and FIGS. 9 to 12 show modified weft configurations. A cross-sectional view of a conventional towel fabric is shown. Note that the subscript numbers given to the symbols A, B, and C in the figure are given for convenience in order to represent the positional relationship between the figures.
In the weaving of the two-layer towel fabric D portion of the present application in FIG. 1, for example, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, pile warp yarns A 1 and A 3 (red) and A 2 and A 4 (blue) of different colors, respectively. If, ground warp B 1 · B 3 (red), in the direction through the B 2 · B 4 (blue), a 1 alternately, B 1, a 2, B 2, a 3, B 3, a 4 , B 4 are arranged repeatedly. Then, one group of pile warp yarns A 1 and A 3 (red) and ground warp yarns B 1 and B 3 (red) is used as upper towel fabric warp yarn a, and the other pile warp yarns A 2 and A 4 (blue color) and ground warp yarn One group of B 2 and B 4 (blue) is used as the lower toweling warp b, while the first weft C 1 (red) of the different colored wefts C (for example, red and blue) is directed upward in the weft direction. Weaving into the warp yarn a (red) for toweling, and then weaving the second weft C 2 (blue) into the warp yarn b (blue) for the lower toweling, and alternately alternating them with C 3 , C 4 , C 5 , C 6 6 At the same time as weaving the main line, beat up to the weaving area with the first pick. (If it is difficult to weave due to the load on the hammering, use a winding stop device, or sew the ground warp structure with few intersections in Fig. 6) And weft threads on the upper and lower toweling areas (Fig. 1) Pile to be formed at present is to appear each one by one. Upper side of the toweling and that repeated woven extent of L 1 indicating an arbitrary length in the warp direction in the organization of F for revealing the direction of the time warp is red and toweling lower side middle in blue polymerized state It becomes a two-layer towel fabric having a space and a good heat retention and a sense of volume.
On the contrary, by changing the weaving structure, the lower toweling warp b (blue) appears on the upper side and weft C 7 (blue) is woven, and then the upper toweling warp a (red) appears on the lower side. Weave the weft yarn C 8 (red), and alternately weave the sixth piece of C 9 , C 10 , C 11 , and C 12 and at the same time beat the weave to the weave with the first pick, and the warp yarn appearance direction at this time upper side of the toweling and that repeated woven to a range of L 2 indicating an arbitrary length in the warp direction in tissue G showing the in blue, toweling lower side is the towel fabric two layers in a red polymerized state.
Accordingly, when the above-mentioned red towel cloth (L 1 in FIG. 1) and blue towel cloth (L 2 in FIG. 1) visible on the upper side are alternately repeated, the towel cloth visible on the upper side is represented by red and blue horizontal stripes. . At this time, the upper and lower towel fabrics are composed of the same color for both pile warp, ground warp and weft, and since it is a two-layer towel fabric, the color of the warp and weft woven like a conventional single towel fabric The thread is not visible through the mixed colors, but can be expressed in clear red and blue colors.
Moreover, the upper and lower toweling warps (a and b in FIG. 2) intersect at the boundary where the upper toweling turns from red to blue (H in FIG. 1) to connect the upper and lower toweling fabrics. There are many parts and the binding is strong.
[0016]
As an example according to this, referring to FIG. 2, the upper and lower pile warps a 1 , A 3 (red), A of the upper and lower toweling warps a and b will be described. 2 A 4 (blue) only from the upper side to the lower side (F to G), and vice versa (G to F). Weaving while weaving the weft C one by one. At this time, the upper and lower ground warps B 1 B 3 and B 2 B 4 do not move and are at the position F. In this way, we can weave by changing the pile warp yarn divided into the upper and lower parts up and down. At this time, there are places where the colors of the towels on the upper and lower sides are expressed as mixed colors. (Not shown)
Further, in the same way as described above, it is possible to weave the upper and lower ground warp yarns B 1 B 3 and B 2 B 4 by changing them up and down. (Not shown)
[0017]
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing an embodiment in which the appearance direction of a pile of towel layers of the subject is changed, and FIG. 5 shows the structure of the pile, and the appearance direction of the upper and lower piles is as follows. An example is shown, and others can be freely used. When describing the space within the two layers of the upper and lower side toweling the fabric as the inner side (d in FIG. 1), the ▲ 1 ▼ shows a revealing direction of the pile, weft C 1, C 3, C The pile warp yarn A 1 of the upper towel fabric woven with 5 is revealed in a floating structure so that the pile can be seen on the upper surface, and the pile warp yarn A 3 is depressed and the pile that appears on the inner side d is hidden, The pile warp yarn A 2 in the lower toweling woven with wefts C 2 , C 4, and C 6 is a floating structure, the pile that appears on the inner side d is hidden, the pile warp yarn A 4 is a sinking structure, and the pile is on the lower surface Appears to be visible. Also, if you want to change the revealing direction of the pile to the contrary, it may be from the weft C 7 C 12 to which incorporated pile revealing direction ▲ 2 ▼ tissue.
In this way, when the pile is made to appear also on the inner side (intermediate space) of the upper and lower towel layers, the bulk becomes higher and the volume feeling increases.
[0018]
FIG. 6 is a schematic warp section showing an embodiment in which the ground warp structure is changed. Since the above-mentioned two-layer towel fabric has a configuration of six wefts, the conventional towel fabric (configuration of three or four wefts) and In comparison, the load on the first pick is heavy and it is difficult to weave depending on the type of loom. So where to intersect with each other ground warp as shown in Figure in the one place, for example, the weft C 3 and C 5 (or C 5 and C 7) in the upper portion of the ground warp B 1 and B 3 between the lower portion of the ground warp B 2 and B 4 eliminate this problem between the wefts C 4 and C 6 (or C 6 and C 8 ). In this way, each warp floats or sinks every three wefts.
[0019]
The embodiment shown in FIG. 7 is a modification of the configuration of the six wefts of FIG. 4 into eight. Specifically, the upper pile warps A 1 and A 3 and the ground warps B 1 and B 3 are combined with the weft C 1. the · C 3 · C 5 · 4 pieces of C 7, the lower part of the pile warp yarns a 2 · a 4 and ground warp B 2 · B 4 in the weft C 2 · C 4 · C 6 · C 8 and four weft Each weave is beaten with a first pick at the time of weft, for example C 8 (or C 7 ) weaved at this time, and piles are formed on the upper and lower towel fabrics, respectively. However, the load on the beating operation with 8 wefts is large.
[0020]
Further, as an example applying FIG. 2, the number of combinations of pile warp and ground warp is changed, and in detail, one pile warp (A 1 ) and ground warp (B 1 ) described above (see FIG. 2) are used. ) One pile warp with one combination plus another type of warp (B 3 ), with two types of ground warp, so the upper towel warp is pile warp (a 1 · a 3) 2 present and ground warps (B 1 · B 3 and B 1 · B 3) 4 present a complete and becomes repetitive sequence to a group and without, even as this one lower toweling warp yarns Similarly, wefts are woven in the same way as in FIG. 2, and upper and lower towel fabrics are woven. Compared to those in FIG. 2, towel fabrics are thicker and pile removal is difficult. (Not shown)
[0021]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 8, for example, the first and third wefts C 1 and C 3 are used for the upper toweling warp a, and the second and fourth wefts C 2 and C 4 are used for the lower toweling warp b. , followed by the upper and lower toweling warp a-b is then beating simultaneously fast-pick the interworking C 5 of 5 knots weft jointly, two weft on the upper side (C 1 · C 3) lower side The two weft yarns (C 2 · C 4 ) are woven in the state of one weft yarn (C 5 ) at the upper and lower joints. In addition, two wefts (C 1 · C 5 ) on the upper side and two wefts (C 2 · C 4 ) on the lower side may have one weft (C 3 ) at the upper and lower joints. These upper and lower towel fabrics are composed of five wefts and are joined at one point, so the polymerization state is difficult to understand, but the weaving efficiency is good.
[0022]
The embodiment shown in the latter half of FIG. 1 is made by alternately woven two layers of towel fabrics D and a conventional towel fabric E (three wefts) in the warp direction, resulting in a stepped fabric, The design portion 1 is a two-layer towel fabric D, and the base portion adjacent to the design portion is woven with a conventional towel fabric e (single) having a modified weft structure, and the design portion 1 looks three-dimensional. The conventional towel fabric e of the base portion at this time is described below.
[0023]
The embodiment shown in FIG. 9 is a warp section of a conventional towel fabric in which a pile is formed with six wefts. Pile warp yarns A 1 and A 3 are weft yarns C 1 to C 4 and C 6 is floating, and C 5 Piles on the surface, pile warps A 2 and A 4 fall on wefts C 1 to C 4 and C 6 sink, C 5 floats and pile forms on the back, and at the same time ground warp B 1・ B 3 floats from wefts C 1 to C 5 ; C 6 sinks; ground warp threads B 2 and B 4 sink from wefts C 1 to C 5 and floats at C 6 ; this sixth weft C 6 is woven At the same time, it is beaten with a first pick and a conventional single towel fabric is woven. The six weft yarns at this time are shared with the two-layer towel weft yarns composed of six weft yarns that are adjacent and woven.
[0024]
The embodiment shown in FIG. 10 is a modification of FIG. 9, and the pile warps A 1 and A 3 float the wefts C 1 , C 2 , C 5, and C 6 , and C 3 and C 4 sink and pile. Is formed on the surface, pile warps A 2 and A 4 are wefts C 1 , C 2 , C 5 and C 6 are sinked, C 3 and C 4 are floated and pile is formed on the back surface, and at the same time ground warp B 1 · B 3 floats from wefts C 1 to C 4 , C 5 · C 6 sinks, ground warps B 2 and B 4 sinks from wefts C 1 to C 4 , C 5 · C 6 consists of 6 lifted wefts Woven in composition.
[0025]
The embodiment shown in FIG. 11 is a modification of FIG. 9, and the pile warps A 1 and A 3 float the wefts C 1 , C 2 , C 4 , C 5, and C 6 , the C 3 sinks, and the pile warp A 2 · A 4 weft C 1 · C 2 · C 4 · C 5 · C 6 sinks, C 3 floats, ground warp B 1 · B 3 weft C 1 · C 3 · C 4 floats, C 2・ C 5・ C 6 sinks, ground warp yarns B 2・ B 4 sinks wefts C 1・ C 2・ C 3・ C 5 and C 4・ C 6 floats, so when we hit the sixth weft The minimum number of three wefts necessary for pile formation is entangled with the ground warp. The appearance direction of the pile is the same as in FIG.
[0026]
The embodiment shown in FIG. 12 is applicable to a case where a conventional towel fabric having a pile formed of eight wefts is woven adjacent to a two-layer towel fabric having eight wefts. The pile warps A 1 and A 3 float from the wefts C 1 and C 2 and C 4 to C 8 , the C 3 sinks, the pile warps A 2 and A 4 float the weft C 3 , and all other weft locations are sink, ground warp B 1 · B 3 is C 1 · C 3 · C 4 · C 8 floats, C 2 · C 5 · C 6 · C 7 sinks, ground warp B 2 · B 4 weft C 1 · C 2 , C 3 , C 6 sinks, C 4 , C 5 , C 7 , C 8 floats, the eighth weft is beaten with a first pick, and a pile is formed in the same direction as in FIG. In this case as well, the load at the time of striking is taken into consideration as in FIG.
[0027]
The embodiment shown in FIG. 13 is a warp section of a conventional towel fabric having three weft yarns. Pile warp yarns A 1 and A 3 are floating structures and pile formation is on the surface, and pile warp yarns A 2 and A 4 are In the sinking tissue, the pile formation becomes the back side. And since it is a single woven fabric as is well-known, an unexpected expression can be performed by using together with the two-layer towel fabric of this application. In addition, although there is a conventional towel fabric having four wefts, it is not shown.
[0028]
The above weaving forms can be freely set and changed by programming of the jacquard machine, and the design can also be made appropriate.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is woven as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
[0030]
Even with normal weaving settings, it is possible to easily weave a two-layer towel fabric with a sense of volume, so that products can be expanded to thick fabrics and customers can be accommodated.
[0031]
Space in the towel fabric two layers, since the layers are formed increased warmth containing air, without being limited to the spring summery of products so far, may fall winter use of deployment.
[0032]
The upper and lower toweling fabrics can be woven with the same color of warp and weft yarns, and since it is a two-layered towel fabric, the upper and lower sides do not see through the colored yarns on the other side and are interfered with. It can be expressed with clear colors.
[0033]
By changing the upper and lower toweling warps up and down, the binding of the two layers of toweling becomes stronger.
[0034]
Since the two-layer towel fabric and the conventional single-layer towel fabric can be woven together, the two-layer towel fabric with a voluminous feel stands out and the three-dimensional pattern can be expressed.
