Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sleeper that receives a rail with which a train wheel comes into contact, and more particularly, to a sleeper used in a turnout section.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional sleeper is a so-called side sleeper that is arranged perpendicularly to a rail. By the way, this sleeper is intermittently placed in the longitudinal direction of the rail, and the sleeper is a single sleeper, so when the train passes over it, it receives a large pressure locally and the sleeper sinks. Therefore, frequent inspection and maintenance for its restoration have been required. Moreover, since the lateral area of the left and right side sleepers is small, when a lateral force is applied to the rail, the stress is small and it is easy to move. In addition, since the span between the side sleepers is usually 500 mm to 700 mm, the side sleepers are easy to move even when a reverse force acts on the rail in parallel to the rail.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This invention is made | formed in view of this conventional situation, First, a sleeper is arrange | positioned in a rail longitudinal direction, and the pressure added to the sleeper at the time of a train passage is reduced and reduced. Next, by increasing the cross-sectional area of the sleeper in the rail direction, the resistance force when a lateral force is applied to the rail is increased to make the sleeper difficult to move. Furthermore, by integrating the sleepers into a ladder shape, we provide a ladder-like sleeper that eliminates the gaps between the sleepers and makes it difficult for the sleepers to move even when a reverse force is applied to the rail. .
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the ladder-like sleeper according to the present invention is made of a combination of glass fiber and urethane resin, and the entire back surface of the metal plate (9) made of steel and having a U-shaped cross section is integrally attached. The vertical sleeper (2) and the vertical sleeper (3) are made of a steel metal and are joined to the metal plate (9) of the horizontal sleeper (2) by welding and the vertical sleeper (3). And a short sleeper (2a).
[0005]
【Example】
In FIG. 1, a horizontal sleeper 2 is made of a combination of glass fiber and urethane resin, and a metal plate 9 made of a rigid material such as steel is integrally attached in the vicinity of the cross-joint portion with the vertical sleeper 3. A vertical sleeper 3 made of a rigid metal and a ladder sleeper 1 joined together by welding are shown. In the figure, reference numeral 2a denotes a short sleeper 2a interposed between the horizontal sleeper 2 and the horizontal sleeper 2.
[0006]
[Operation and effect of the invention]
As described above, according to the present invention , the sleeper is arranged in the rail longitudinal direction, and the contact area between the roadbed and the sleeper is increased, thereby reducing the pressure applied to the sleeper when passing through the train. In addition, by increasing the cross-sectional area of the sleeper in the rail direction, it was possible to increase the resistance force when a lateral force was applied to the rail and to make the sleeper difficult to move. Furthermore, by integrating the sleepers into a ladder shape, there was no gap between the sleepers, making it difficult for the sleepers to move even when a reverse force was applied to the rails. Although the cost is inevitably increased as compared with the conventional side sleeper method, it is possible to save maintenance work and obtain a stable track, and is particularly effective in the branching section.
