Description

The present invention relates to a drum-type washing and drying machine that performs washing, rinsing, dehydration, and drying steps in a rotating drum that is rotatably supported in a water tank in a horizontal direction or in a direction inclined from the horizontal direction.

Such a drum type washing and drying machine will be described with reference to the drum type washing and drying machine 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. The rotating drum 2 is provided in the water tank 3 and generally performs washing, rinsing and dewatering processes by controlling the water supply, drainage and rotation of the rotating drum 2 in the water tank 3, and is a blowing means. The drying process of the laundry is carried out by circulating the air in the water tank 3 through the circulation blowing path 5 provided with the dehumidifying means and the heating means by the blower fan 15 (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). ).

Here, the dehumidifying means and the heating means are an evaporator and a condenser constituting an air conditioner connected by a compressor and a refrigerant circuit as an example, and the evaporator introduces the air in the water tank to the circulation air flow path by the air blowing means. And heat exchange through the condenser sequentially to make thirsty hot air heated after dehumidification, so that it can be efficiently dried repeatedly by blowing it into the water tank and exposing it to the laundry in the rotating drum Yes.

Foreign matter such as lint separated from the laundry in the rotating drum is mixed in the circulating air circulating in the circulating air passage in this drying process, and these evaporators and condensers are clogged, or in the bearing part of the air blowing means. Biting or depositing on each part of the air blowing means causes malfunction. For this reason, the filter which collects a foreign material is provided in the middle of the circulation ventilation path | route as disclosed by patent document 1,2. In many cases, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, this filter is provided on the upstream side of the air blowing means, the dehumidifying means, and the heating means in the circulating air introduction pipe for introducing the circulating air from the drum and the water tank. However, Patent Document 2 adopts a condensing method by injecting cooling water into the dehumidifying means so that the foreign matter can be humidified and dropped simultaneously with the dehumidification of the circulating air. The structure arrange | positioned in this order is disclosed.

In any case, the filter is provided so that it can be attached and detached because foreign matter to be collected accumulates and the passage resistance of the circulating air increases. Patent Document 1 discloses a filter that is directly attached to and detached from the attachment / detachment opening on the front surface of the washing / drying machine main body with a cover plate that closes the attachment / detachment opening. Further, Patent Document 2 discloses a heating / filter unit in which a heating unit and a filter chamber are integrated with a lid opened through a loading / unloading port provided on the top surface of the washing / drying machine. A removable filter is disclosed.
JP-A-8-243292 JP 2006-187449 A

However, the filter described in Patent Document 1 has a lid plate and a detachable knob projecting in the immediate vicinity of the opening for putting in and out the laundry in the main body of the washing / drying machine. There is a concern that foreign matter that has been used without being noticed of looseness and has passed through the filter section may be clogged in the dehumidifying means downstream.

In addition, the filter described in Patent Document 2 is a lid plate that is relatively high in the washing / drying machine main body and is detachable on the top surface that is hard to be caught by people, and the outlet is flush with the top surface. Since the filter is located inside the lid plate, it will not get loose due to inadvertent catching. However, to attach and remove the filter, open the lid of the attachment / detachment opening on the top surface of the washing / drying machine, which is relatively high and difficult to perform by hand, and grasp the filter knob located behind the attachment / detachment opening by hand. It must be lifted and difficult to work. Further, since the filter is attached and detached in the vertical direction on the top surface of the relatively tall washing and drying machine main body, it is easy to work forward and it is difficult to attach and remove smoothly. Furthermore, as described in Patent Document 2, the opposite rims of the heating / filter unit attaching / detaching port are provided with convex shapes opposite to each other to prevent the filter from being loosened. In the configuration employing the engagement / disengagement structure in which the engagement pieces facing each other elastically engage with each other, it is not easy to attach and detach the filter with the engagement / disengagement resistance with a small knob.

Therefore, the present inventor has provided a filter so as to be attached to and detached from the filter chamber through an attachment / detachment path inclined forward from the lower part to the upper part from the attachment / detachment opening opened on the top surface of the washing / drying machine main body, thereby preventing inadvertent catching. Although technology has been developed that is easy to avoid and that can be easily and easily attached / detached, fallen objects fall into the circulating air inlet of the filter chamber that opens obliquely upward along the inclination of the front of the attachment / detachment path when removing the filter. There was a new issue to worry about entering the air passage.

In response to this, an experiment was made to provide a grid to avoid falling objects, but if the grid is small, a part with a large ventilation resistance will be generated in addition to the filter, and in the circulating air from the rotating drum and water tank If a grid with a taking in / out method is used, the lint attached to the back surface may be moistened, causing friction with the circulating air inlet when pulling out the grid. There is a problem that lint or the like is peeled off and enters the circulating air passage from the circulating air inlet.

The object of the present invention is to avoid inadvertent catching on the top surface, to allow the filter to be easily and easily attached / detached through an inclined attachment / detachment path, and to drop foreign matter at a circulating air inlet that is inclined upward in the attachment / detachment path. It is an object of the present invention to provide a drum-type washing and drying machine having no problem in ventilation resistance due to lattices and foreign matter adhesion treatment.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a rotating drum in which a large number of through-holes are formed and which is rotated and accommodates laundry, water supply and drainage in the water tank, and rotation of the rotating drum The washing, rinsing, and dehydration processes are carried out under the control of the laundry, and the drying process of the laundry is carried out by circulating the air in the water tank through the circulation blowing path provided with the dehumidifying means and the heating means by the blowing means. In a drum-type washing / drying machine comprising a filter chamber that is mounted so that a filter that mainly collects foreign matter such as lint can be attached / detached in the middle of the air blowing path, the filter opens to the top surface of the main body of the washing / drying machine It is provided so that it can be attached to and detached from the filter chamber through an attachment / detachment path that is inclined forward from the attachment / detachment port to the upper part, and a circulating air inlet is formed on the front wall of the filter chamber with a grid. And, provided so as to be able to attach and detach the cover of avoiding falling objects having a grid network into the circulation air inlet, characterized in that a recess substantially opposite area to at least recirculated air inlet of the cover.

According to such a configuration, in order to collect the foreign matter such as lint by passing the circulating air circulating through the circulating fan path in the drying process through the filter mounted in the filter chamber in the middle of the circulating fan path, Satisfying conditions that make it easier to avoid people getting caught and loosened by attaching and detaching on the top of the washing and drying machine main body, and the top of the washing and drying machine main body. It can be attached / detached without difficulty along the attachment / detachment path that is less likely to bend from the lower attachment / detachment opening to the upper part from the lower part to the upper part.

In addition, the filter chamber collects foreign matter such as lint in the circulating air with ventilation to the circulating air inlet and the ventilation of the filter in the drying process by mounting the filter along the inclined attachment / detachment route. When the filter is clogged, the filter can be taken out and a clogging process such as disposal or cleaning of foreign matters can be performed. Especially when this filter is taken out, the circulating air inlet port on the front wall of the attachment / detachment path is exposed to the attachment / detachment port in an obliquely upward opening state. The introduction port portion can be received by a double lattice of the circulating air introduction port and the cover, and foreign matter can be prevented from falling and entering the circulation air passage.

Furthermore, the double lattice formed by the cover and the circulating air introduction port is separated from the front and rear of the flow of the circulating air by a recess provided at least in a region facing the circulating air introduction port of the cover. In other words, the double lattice can be combined with a large lattice by making the separation amount smaller than the fallen object, etc. Since the lattices are separated from each other to the extent that the lattices are made smaller with respect to the foreign matter, it is possible to reduce the airflow resistance so that the airflow resistance can be ignored by providing independent ventilation that does not affect the lattices.

Moreover, even if foreign matter such as wet lint in the circulating air adheres to the lattice, the probability of attachment of foreign matter can be reduced by independent ventilation with respect to each other's large lattice, and two lattices In addition to further reducing the probability of adhesion to one lattice by sharing adhesion to the eyes, foreign matter adhering to the lattice on the cover side does not affect the lattice on the circulating air inlet side that is separated from it, Since the cover side can be attached and detached, it can be removed to easily handle foreign matter, and even if the lattice of the circulating air inlet cannot be attached or detached, the foreign matter can be easily treated to the extent that the lattice size is large and the probability of attachment of foreign matter is reduced.

According to a further configuration, the cover is adapted to be covered by the filter mounted in the filter chamber.
When the filter is mounted, the circulating air inlet of the filter chamber is not exposed, and the problem of falling objects does not occur.

The cover is attached and removed from above along guides formed on both sides of the circulating air inlet on the front wall of the filter chamber. According to a further configuration,
It can be easily attached / detached in the direction along the attachment / detachment route through the attachment / detachment opening on the top surface, and the attachment state can be held only by contact with the filter chamber side. Further, there is no concern that the foreign matter adhering to the lattice by the concave portion is rubbed and delayed by the lattice of the circulating air introduction port and the front wall of the filter chamber having the lattice.

According to a further configuration, the grid of the circulating air inlet is larger than the grid of the cover,
By attaching most of the foreign matter to the lattice side of the removable cover, the amount of adhesion of the circulating air inlet to the lattice side is greatly reduced, and in addition to the size of the lattice, the foreign matter processing can be made easier. it can.

The filter has a top plate that closes a detachable opening that opens on the top surface of the main body of the washing and drying machine in the filter chamber, and a support that supports a filter material that extends from the top plate into the filter chamber and that corresponds to the circulating air discharge port of the filter chamber. According to a further configuration, including a frame and a seal packing that is attached to the upper outer periphery of the support frame and presses against a stepped portion provided above the circulating air introduction port on the inner periphery of the filter chamber. If
By attaching the filter, you can close the attachment / detachment port with the top plate to improve the appearance and make it more difficult for people to get caught, or just attach the filter to the filter chamber so that the attachment / detachment port is closed with the top plate. A support frame extending downward from the top can be inserted into the filter chamber together with the filter material, and is pressed against the inner peripheral step portion of the seal packing provided on the outer periphery of the lower portion of the top plate of the support frame at a predetermined mounting position, and an elastic member. The filter chamber can be maintained in a sealed state by the elastic engagement of the joint, and the filter material can be correctly positioned inside the circulating air discharge port of the filter chamber.

According to a further configuration, an elastic engagement portion is provided between the filter and the filter chamber that elastically engages when the filter is mounted at a predetermined position.
A support frame that extends downward from the top plate can be inserted into the filter chamber with the filter material just by mounting the filter in the filter chamber so that the top plate is plugged into the attachment / detachment opening. The filter chamber is maintained in a sealed state by press-contacting the seal packing provided on the outer periphery of the seal packing to the step portion of the inner periphery of the attachment / detachment port and the elastic engagement portion, and the filter material is removed from the circulating air discharge port of the filter chamber. Position correctly inside.

According to a further configuration, the elastic engagement portion is a combination of an engagement recess or engagement hole and a resin spring portion, and the resin spring portion is removable.
The elastic engagement portion can be easily engaged with and disengaged from the engagement recess or the engagement hole when the filter is attached or detached using the soft elasticity of the resin spring, and can be replaced independently when the resin spring is broken.

According to a further configuration, the filter includes a magnet, and the filter chamber includes a filter detection switch that responds to the magnet when the filter is mounted at a predetermined position and outputs an electrical signal to the outside.
When a filter is installed at a predetermined position in the filter chamber, the filter detection switch in the filter chamber reacts opposite to the filter magnet and outputs an electrical signal to prohibit the use without a filter. I can serve.

According to the present invention, a filter that collects foreign matter such as lint in the circulating air that circulates in the circulating air passage in the drying process is loosened by a relatively tall person of the washing and drying machine, etc. At the top surface where it is easy to avoid such things, but in a direction where it is difficult for drooling to occur through the attachment / detachment path that is inclined forward from the attachment / detachment opening opened on the top surface of the washing / drying machine main body from the bottom to the top It can be attached and detached smoothly.

In addition, the filter chamber collects foreign matter such as lint in the circulating air as it is vented to the circulating air inlet and the filter, and when the filter is clogged, the filter can be removed for clogging. Even if there is a fallen object in the circulating air inlet opening upward, it can be received by the double lattice with the cover, and foreign matter can be prevented from falling into the circulating air passage.

In addition, the double lattices are separated before and after the flow of the circulating air, but for the fallen objects, the combined effect of the lattices works, making it easy to catch the fallen objects in the larger lattices while circulating. With respect to air, the ventilation resistance can be made small enough to be ignored by a single ventilation in which the lattices do not affect each other.

Moreover, even if foreign matter adheres to the lattice, the probability of foreign matter attachment is reduced by the independent ventilation of each lattice that can be made larger, and the individual attachment probability to each lattice lattice is further reduced by shared attachment to each lattice. Be made. Foreign matter adhering to the lattice on the cover side does not affect the lattice on the circulating air inlet side that is away from it, and the cover side can be removed to facilitate foreign matter processing, and the lattice on the circulating air inlet cannot be removed However, foreign matter processing becomes easier as the lattice becomes larger and the adhesion probability of foreign matter is reduced.

In the drum type washing / drying machine 1 shown in FIG. 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the water tank 3 is suspended in the washing / drying machine main body 44 by a suspension structure (not shown), and the water tank 3 has a bottomed cylindrical shape. The formed rotating drum 2 is disposed such that its axial direction is inclined downward from the front side to the back side. A clothing doorway 11 leading to the opening end of the rotary drum 2 is formed on the front side of the water tank 3, and a door 9 that closes the opening provided on the upward inclined surface formed on the front side of the washing and drying machine main body 44 so as to be openable and closable. The laundry can be taken in and out of the rotary drum 2 through the clothing entrance 11. Since the door 9 is provided on the upward inclined surface, the work for putting in and out the laundry can be carried out without bending the waist, and generally the workability of the drum type washing machine for taking in and out the laundry from the sideways opening is provided. The evil has been improved.

The rotating drum 2 is formed with a large number of through holes 8 communicating with the water tank 3 on its peripheral surface, and provided with stirring protrusions (not shown) at a plurality of positions on the inner peripheral surface. The rotating drum 2 is rotationally driven in the forward and reverse directions by a motor 7 attached to the back side of the water tank 3. Further, a water injection pipe 12 and a drain pipe 13 are connected to the water tank 3, and water is poured into and drained into the water tank 3 by control of a water injection valve and a drain valve (not shown).

When the door 9 is opened and laundry and detergent are put into the rotating drum 2 to start the operation of the drum-type washing / drying machine 1, a predetermined amount of water is injected into the water tank 3 from the water injection pipe 12. As a result, the rotary drum 2 is rotationally driven to start the washing process. By the rotation of the rotating drum 2, the laundry accommodated in the rotating drum 2 is lifted in the rotating direction by the stirring protrusion provided on the inner peripheral wall of the rotating drum 2, and the stirring operation of dropping from the lifted appropriate height position Is repeated, so that the laundry has the effect of tapping and washing. After the required washing time, the dirty washing liquid is discharged from the drain pipe 13, and the washing liquid contained in the laundry is dehydrated by a dehydrating operation that rotates the rotating drum 2 at a high speed. Rinsing is performed by pouring water from the passage 12. Also in this rinsing step, the laundry stored in the rotary drum 2 is rinsed by repeating the stirring operation in which the laundry is lifted by the stirring protrusion by the rotation of the rotary drum 2 and dropped.

The drum-type washing / drying machine 1 has a function of drying laundry stored in the rotary drum 2. The air in the water tank 3 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is exhausted to dehumidify and heat. The circulation air flow path 5 described above for blowing the dried air into the water tank 3 again is formed. In general, as described above, a dehumidifying means such as an evaporator 31, a heating means such as a condenser 32, and a blower fan 15 as a blowing means are provided in the middle of the circulating air flow path 5. By rotating and driving the blower fan 15, air in the circulation blower path 5 is generated and the air in the rotary drum 2 containing the laundry flows from the water tank 3 to the blower fan 15 through the through holes 8. The air is exhausted to the circulating air introduction pipe 16 and dehydrated by dehydrating the evaporator 31 located upstream of the blower fan 15 and heated by heat exchange with the condenser 32 that is heated to about 65 ° C. With that, it is always dry and hot air. This dried high-temperature air is sent from the blower fan 15 to the blower duct 33 to the water tank 3 and blown into the water tank 3. The high-temperature dry air blown into the water tank 3 enters the rotary drum 2 through the through holes 8 and escapes to the water tank 3 while being exposed to laundry such as clothes, and is again introduced into the circulating air introduction pipe line 16. The drying process is carried out by repeating the circulation of the air in the circulating air flow path 5 described above.

Further, in the drying process using the circulating air flow path 5, foreign matter such as lint generated from laundry such as clothes is circulated in the air circulated through the circulating air flow path 5, and the evaporator 31 and the condensation are circulated. It is difficult to carry out the drying process due to clogging of the container 32, biting into the rotating part of the blower fan 15, and accumulation on the inner surface of the blower fan 15, and it is necessary to frequently perform troublesome maintenance. Therefore, in the middle of the circulation air flow path 5, specifically, on the upstream side of the evaporator 31, the condenser 32, and the blower fan 15, and therefore in the middle of the circulation air introduction pipe line 16 as shown in FIGS. In addition, it is common to provide a filter chamber 36 containing a main filter 35 for removing foreign substances in the circulating air. As a result, even if foreign matter is mixed into the air after the laundry is dried and introduced into the circulating air introduction pipe 16 side on the evaporator 31 side, it is collected by the main filter 35 when passing through the filter chamber 36. And is not mixed into the circulating air downstream. Therefore, the functions of the evaporator 31, the condenser 32, and the blower fan 15 are maintained for a long time. On the other hand, however, there is a problem in that the collected foreign matter accumulates on the main filter 35 in the filter chamber 36, and the passage resistance of the circulating air gradually increases, thereby lowering the drying function. Is provided so as to be detachable as described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 described above.

The evaporator 31 and the condenser 32 are handled as an air conditioner 39 as shown in FIG. 1 housed in one container 38 together with a compressor 37 connected by a refrigerant circuit for circulating a refrigerant therethrough. The air inlet 41 side of the blower fan 15 is coupled to the exhaust port 41 side for exhausting air after dehumidifying and heating the introduced air of 39 with a vibration-proof structure portion between them and integrated. As a result, the compressor 37, the evaporator 31, and the condenser 32 are combined into a container body 38, and the two air conditioners 39 and the blower fan 15 are combined into a single unit suitable for mass production. Thus, each of the four devices, that is, the compressor 37, the evaporator 31, the condenser 32, and the blower fan 15 is related as an air conditioning / blower unit 81 that forms a part of the circulation blower path 5 and achieves a predetermined function.

In the present embodiment, in order to solve the problems such as those described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, the filter 91 typified by the main filter 35 is provided in the washing / drying machine main body 44 in order to provide the main filter 35. From the attachment / detachment port 51 shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 to 5 opened in the top surface 44a, the filter chamber 36 is attached / detached through an attachment / detachment path 52 inclined forward from the lower part to the upper part. In this way, the circulating air circulating through the circulation air passage 5 in the drying process is passed through the main filter 35 attached to the filter chamber 36 in the middle of the circulation air passage 5 to collect foreign matters such as lint. The main filter 35 satisfies the condition that it is easy to avoid a person or the like from being inadvertently caught and loosened by attaching and detaching the main filter 35 at the top surface 44a of the relatively tall washing and drying machine main body 44, and washing. What attaches easily to the front and rear components of the attachment / detachment force from the attachment / detachment opening 51 opened on the top surface 44a of the dryer main body 44 through a vertical attachment / detachment route such as that described in Patent Document 2. Compared to the above, it can be smoothly attached and detached without difficulty in the direction along the attaching / detaching path 52 inclined forward from the lower part to the upper part where it is difficult to bend. For this purpose, it is preferable that the filter chamber 36 that follows from the attachment / detachment port 51 can be guided by the attachment / detachment path 52 that is inclined over the entire attachment / detachment stroke of the main filter 35 to a predetermined position.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 5, 7, and 8, the main filter 35 has a top plate 53 that closes the attachment / detachment port 51. It is assumed that a cue recess 56 having a lid 55 that pushes upward from above is provided. Thus, by attaching the main filter 35 through the attachment / detachment opening 51, the attachment / detachment opening 51 is finally closed by the top plate 53 so that the appearance is substantially flush as shown in the figure. Can be more easily caught, and can be pulled out and attached stably by placing a finger on the hand-carrying recess 56 provided on the top plate 53. In particular, since the clasp recess 56 is always closed by the lid 55 on which the closing spring 54 works, the clasp recess 56 is unlikely to cause inadvertent catching by a person or the like. Since the lid 55 is pushed open by the operation of applying a finger, the main filter 35 can be easily and easily attached / detached by applying the finger without any special work. In addition, the cue recessed portion 56 forms a rearward cue edge 56a that puts a finger on the front part of the opening, and this cue edge 56a is located in the front-rear direction of the top board 53 in the center or slightly closer to the front. In order to hang a finger on the clasp recess 56, a clasp edge 56a facing backward is provided at the front portion of the opening, so that the arm extends from the front onto the top surface 44a of the washer / dryer main body 44 and the clasp recess The main filter 35 can be pulled out easily and reliably by the natural action of inserting and folding the finger into the hand 56 and without slipping, and along the outer surface of the finger and the top plate 53 hooked on the hand edge 56a. Holding the top filter 53 between the palm and holding the main filter 35 stably, handling such as carrying after pulling out and mounting to the filter chamber 36 is easy and stable. That. Further, since the rear portion of the lid 55 is hingedly connected to the rear portion of the opening of the handle recess 56 by a hinge pin 57, the handle edge 56a is opened by pushing the lid 55 open when the finger is put into the handle recess 56, and the finger is left as it is. Therefore, it is possible to easily perform the finger-hanging operation on the cue recess 56 for attaching and detaching and the cue edge 56a with a continuous behavior.

More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 5, 7, and 8, the main filter 35 is formed by supporting a main filter material 79 on a main support frame 71 that is integrally formed or connected so as to extend downward from the top plate 53. A seal packing 73 made of silicon rubber or the like is attached to the outer periphery of the lower portion of the top plate 53 of the main support frame 71 so as to be positioned inside the circulating air discharge port 72 shown in FIG. When the seal packing 73 is mounted at a predetermined position, the seal packing 73 is pressed against the stepped portion 74 on the inner periphery of the attachment / detachment port 51 to seal the filter chamber 36, and the main filter 35 and the filter chamber 36 are sealed. An elastic engagement portion 75 as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 that engages elastically when the main filter 35 is mounted at a predetermined position is provided therebetween. As a result, the main support frame 71 extending downward from the top plate 53 is inserted into the filter chamber 36 with the main filter material 79 only by attaching the main filter 35 to the filter chamber 36 so as to block the attachment / detachment port 51 with the top plate 53. The seal packing 73 provided on the outer periphery of the lower portion of the top plate 53 of the main support frame 71 at a predetermined mounting position is pressed against the inner peripheral step 74 inside the attachment / detachment port 51 and the elastic engagement portion 75 is elastic. The filter chamber 36 is maintained in a sealed state by the engagement, and the main filter material 79 can be correctly positioned inside the circulating air outlet 72 of the filter chamber 36. In particular, the mounting portion of the seal packing 73 of the main support frame 71 is a flange portion 71a facing the step portion 74 of the filter chamber 36, and the seal packing 73 extends from the mounting portion 73a to the flange portion 71a and presses against the step portion 74. Therefore, the seal packing 73 is firmly backed up by the flange portion 71a of the main support frame 71 so that the seal lip 73b is placed on the entire circumference of the inner peripheral step portion 74 inside the attachment / detachment port 51. It can be adapted to be in contact with each other and surely pressed, and no air leakage occurs. Further, since the mounting portion 73a is reinforced by the backup of the flange portion 71a, a thin one is sufficient. Here, the attachment / detachment port 51 is formed on the top surface wall 44b that forms the top surface 44a of the washing / drying machine main body 44, whereas the stepped portion 74 that seals the filter chamber 36 with the seal packing 73 is directly below the attachment / detachment port 51. It is formed on the inner periphery of the opening 36d of the filter chamber 36 which is positioned and supported.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 and 9, the attachment / detachment port 51 that opens to the top wall 44 b has a dam portion 44 c that rises from the top surface 44 a on the entire periphery, and the main filter 35 that is mounted inside the dam portion 44 c. It is assumed that a concave portion 44d for fitting the top plate 53 is provided. As a result, the top plate 53 does not protrude from the concave portion 44d alone to the top surface 44a so that a person or the like is not caught, and even if a little water spills on the top surface 44a, the top plate 53 is dammed by the dam portion 44c. It is possible to prevent entry into the outlet 51 and prevent damage to the electrical equipment in the washing / drying machine main body 44. Further, the top plate 53 has a convex wall 53a projecting downward on the outer periphery, and the concave portion 44d is a fitting that serves as a seal to receive the convex wall 53a between the peripheral wall 44e and the upward convex portion 44f of the inner periphery. It has a structure to receive the top plate 53. Even if water enters the attachment / detachment port 51, the sealing function by the seal fitting structure with the top plate 53 in the recess 44d is provided. It is possible to prevent the inside of the attachment / detachment port 51 from extending, and further safety of the electrical equipment can be achieved. Furthermore, the top plate 53 is made slightly lower than the dam portion 44c. As a result, even when water reaches the weir portion 44c, it is possible to suppress the wetting and shifting to the top plate 53 side that has dropped due to the surface tension of the water, and this also increases the safety of the electrical equipment.

As shown in FIG. 9, the elastic engagement portion 75 is a combination of an engagement recess or an engagement hole 75a shown in the drawing and a resin spring 75b as shown in the drawing, and the resin spring 75b is detachable. Thereby, the elastic engagement portion 75 can be easily engaged with and disengaged from the engagement hole 75a when the main filter 35 is attached / detached by utilizing the soft elasticity of the resin spring 75b, and does not particularly interfere with the attachment / detachment of the main filter 35. Then, it is possible to notify the user of the completion of the mounting and the start of the removal with a click feeling or a clicking sound that elastically engages at the end of the mounting and at the initial stage of the removal, and the elastic engagement is released. Moreover, the resin spring 75b is fixed at both ends, and has an engaging portion 75b1 bent in a mountain shape in the attaching / detaching direction of the main filter 35 that engages with the engaging hole 75a between both ends, so that the tension force is slightly increased. At the same time, it has high durability. The angle of the resin spring 75b is such that the rising angle in the mounting direction of the main filter 35 is larger than the rising angle in the pulling direction, and is on the attachment / detachment path 52 to the engagement hole 75a immediately after the mounting of the main filter 35 is completed. The step 75a1 and the side with the higher rising angle begin to engage, and the mounting resistance is slightly increased, so that the mounting can be terminated while the user senses that the mounting is nearing completion. In addition, there is a relationship that the main filter 35 is not inadvertently detached by attaching / detaching through the upward attaching / detaching opening 51, so that the main filter 35 can be removed from the engaging hole 75a on the side where the rising angle is small at the initial stage of pulling upward. Applying a smaller resistance than when the filter 35 is completely attached, allowing the user to feel that the filter 35 has been pulled out, and allowing the user to easily pull out by shifting to a pull-out state without resistance due to disengagement due to disengagement. become. In addition, the resin spring 75b is easily broken, but can be replaced independently, so that it can be easily and inexpensively handled. For this purpose, the resin spring 75b is provided on the main support frame 71 side of the main filter 35 as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, and is exposed outside the main support frame 71 when the main filter 35 is pulled out. Easy to replace. For this replacement, two resin springs 75b are integrally formed on the left and right of the back portion of the box body 76 opened forward, and the box body 76 is fitted to the back portion of the main support frame 71 on the opening side. The screw 77 shown in FIG. 9 is screwed to be detachable. Correspondingly, the engagement hole 75 a is provided on the back wall side of the attachment / detachment path 52, and the main filter 35, which the elastic engagement part 75 is located on the front wall of the attachment / detachment path 52 and attached / detaches, slides. In doing so, it is possible to prevent the resin spring 75b from being slidably brought into contact with the front wall of the attachment / detachment path 52 within a range where the resin spring 75b is not required.

The main support frame 71 has a bowl shape as shown in FIGS. 5, 7, and 8 substantially along the inner surface of the filter chamber 36, and the filter chamber shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 below the mounting portion of the seal packing 73. The main filter material corresponding to the upper half 71b that introduces the circulating air from the circulating air inlet 78 provided in the upper half 36b of the 36 and the circulating air outlet 72 provided in the lower half 36c of the filter chamber 36. It has a lower half 71c supporting 79. As a result, the main support frame 71 has a bowl shape and is positioned so as to be substantially along the inner surface of the filter chamber 36, and the upper half corresponding to the circulating air introduction port 78 provided in the upper half 36 b of the filter chamber 36. Circulating air is introduced into the portion 71 b and led to the lower half portion 71 c supporting the main filter material 79 inside the circulating air discharge port 72 in the lower half portion 36 c of the filter chamber 36 and circulated through the main filter material 79. The air can be smoothly discharged to the air discharge port 72 by using the full size of the filter chamber 36. In addition, the main filter material 79 is not hung on the circulating air inlet 78 and, if necessary, not to be bypassed, as well as the range corresponding to the circulating air outlet 72, as shown in FIG. The area of the filter chamber 36 can be used to provide the main filter material 79 in a wide area outside 72 and to pass the circulating air toward the circulating air discharge port 72 as indicated by an arrow in the figure. As a result, clogging is less likely to occur due to an increase in the circulating air passage area of the main filter material 79.

In this case, both the filter chamber 36 and the main filter 35 attached thereto are inclined as shown in FIG. 1, and the inner surface of the filter chamber 36 is an attachment / detachment opening formed in the top wall 44 b of the washing / drying machine main body 44. An attachment / detachment path 52 leading to 51 is formed.

Here, the circulating air inlet 78 is formed in the front wall of the filter chamber 36 as shown in FIGS. 5, 6, and 10, with the circulating air inlet 78 having a lattice 78a. A cover 141 for avoiding falling objects having a lattice 141a is provided at the introduction port 78 so as to be detachable, and a recess 141b as shown in FIG. 5 is provided at least in a region of the cover 141 facing the circulating air introduction port 78. Yes. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 10, the cover 141 is provided so as to cover almost the entire region of the front wall of the upper half portion 36b of the filter chamber 36, and the entire back surface thereof is formed as a recess 141b. Thereby, the filter chamber 36 is in a state where the filter 91, particularly the main filter 35 is taken out, and the circulating air introduction port 78 on the front wall of the attachment / detachment path 52 is inclined upward as shown in FIG. Although it is exposed in the open state, the circulating air inlet 78 is received by the double lattices 78a and 141a of the circulating air inlet 78 and the cover 141 even if there is a fallen object, and foreign matter falls. Moreover, it can prevent entering into the circulation ventilation path 5. Further, the double lattices 141a and 78a formed by the cover 141 and the circulating air introduction port 78 are circulated as shown in FIG. 5 by a recess 141b provided in at least a region facing the circulating air introduction port 78 of the cover 141. However, the fallen object has a large effect as shown in the figure due to the combined effect of the double lattices 78a and 141a working together by reducing the distance of the fallen object relative to the fallen object. The lattices 78a and 141a make it easy to receive the fallen objects, and the double lattices 78a and 141a that can be enlarged with respect to the circulating air are made smaller with respect to the foreign matter, but they are relatively far apart from each other. Thus, it is possible to reduce the airflow resistance to a level that can ignore the airflow by allowing independent airflow that the lattices 78a and 141a do not influence each other. Moreover, even if foreign matter such as wet lint in the circulating air adheres to both of the lattices 78a and 141a, the probability of attachment of the foreign matter is reduced by independent ventilation with respect to the mutual lattices 78a and 141a. The probability of adhesion to each of the lattices 78a and 141a1 can be further reduced by the shared attachment to the two lattices 78a and 141a, and the foreign matter attached to the lattice 141a on the cover 141 side is separated from it. There is no effect on the lattice 78a on the circulating air inlet 78 side, and the cover 141 side can be attached and detached, so that foreign matter can be easily removed and the lattice 78a of the circulating air inlet 78 can be removed. Foreign matter processing is facilitated by the amount 78a becomes larger and the adhesion probability of foreign matter is reduced. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the cover 141 is covered with a filter 91, particularly the main filter 35, installed in the filter chamber 36, so that the circulating air inlet of the filter chamber 36 when the filter 91, particularly the main filter 35 is installed. 78 is not exposed, and the problem of falling objects can be prevented.

As shown in FIG. 10, the cover 141 is formed so as to rise from the step portion 102 to the step portion 74 on both sides of the circulating air inlet port 78 on the front wall of the filter chamber 36, specifically on both sides of the front wall. The left and right slide pieces 141c are inserted and removed from above along the guide groove 142 so as to be attached and detached. Thereby, it can be easily attached / detached in the direction along the attachment / detachment path 52 through the attachment / detachment opening 51 of the top surface 44a, and the attachment state can be held only by contact with the step portion 102 on the filter chamber 36 side. Further, the foreign matter adhering to the lattice 141a is rubbed against the lattice 78a of the circulating air introduction port 78 and the front wall of the filter chamber 36 having the same by the concave portion 141b and is peeled off into the circulation air introduction port 78. There is no such concern. The guide groove 142 and the both-side slide piece 141c have a small taper that decreases downward so that the cover 141 can be easily inserted and removed, and the contact protrusion 141d that eliminates back-and-forth chatter with the guide groove 142 at the final insertion position is provided on the both-side slide piece. It is provided in two places above and below 141c. In addition, a handle recess 141e is provided at the center in the left-right direction of the upper portion of the front surface of the cover 141 so that the handle recess 141e can be easily pulled out with a finger. Insertion and fitting of the cover 141 into the guide groove 142 can be easily performed by dropping from above, and the cue recess 141e is not particularly required.

Moreover, the lattice 78a of the circulating air inlet 78 is larger than the lattice 141a of the cover 141 as shown in FIG. As a result, most of the foreign matter is adhered to the lattice 141a side of the removable cover 141, the amount of the circulating air introduction port 78 adhering to the lattice 78a side is greatly reduced, and the foreign matter is combined with the size of the lattice 78a. Processing can be further facilitated.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, the filter 91 of the present embodiment works first against the circulating air that enters from the circulating air inlet 78 of the filter chamber 36 and is discharged to the circulating air outlet 72. The above-described main filter 35 has a double filter structure with a backup filter 82 that operates thereafter. The backup filter 82 is mounted before the main filter 35 and is taken out later. The main filter 35 is extracted from the backup filter 82. Also, it is provided so as to be attached later and taken out first, and for the purpose of taking out the backup filter 82 from the lower half portion 36c on the back side of the filter chamber 36, the front wall 101b is provided from the inside. A cue recess 133 is provided to allow a finger to be hung. The backup filter 82 is attached by being slid into the filter chamber 36 from above and guided to a predetermined position by the attachment / detachment path 52.

For this purpose, a backup filter 82 having a bowl-shaped sub-support frame 101 along the inner surface of the lower half 36c of the filter chamber 36 in the backup filter 82 around the lower half 71c of the main support frame 71 in the main filter 35 is provided. The sub filter material 83 is supported outside the main filter material 79 so as to cover it. Thus, after the backup filter 82 is attached to the lower half 36c of the filter chamber 36, the main filter 35 is attached to the inside of the upper half 36b of the filter chamber 36 and the subsequent backup filter 82 and introduced into the filter chamber 36. Circulating air can satisfy the double filter structure that passes through the main filter material 79 of the main filter 35 and the sub filter material 83 of the sub filter 82 and passes through the circulation air discharge port 72. As a result, foreign matters such as fine lint are reliably collected by the main filter material 79 and the sub filter material 83 which are thin and have low air resistance, so that the functions of the devices such as the evaporator 31, the condenser 32 and the blower fan 15 are collected. Therefore, since most foreign matters are collected by the main filter material 79 that passes first, clogging frequently occurs on the side of the main filter material 79, and on the side of the sub filter material 83. The number of clogging is extremely less than that of the main filter material 79.

Therefore, when the main filter 35 and the backup filter 82 are attached, the main filter 35 leaves the backup filter 82 in the lower half portion 36c of the filter chamber 36 and pulls it out first, so that the backup filter 82 is frequently clogged. The backup filter 82 can be easily attached and reattached, and the backup filter 82 is pulled out after the main filter 35 only when clogging processing is necessary, and the main filter 35 is attached after the clogging processing is performed prior to the main filter 35. It returns to the use state by attaching. Therefore, handling is not particularly troublesome.

Corresponding to such a double filter structure of the main filter 35 and the backup filter 82, the backup filter 82 includes a circulating air outlet of the backup filter 82 and the filter chamber 36 as shown in FIGS. A seal made of silicon rubber or the like that seals both a partition boundary 92 having an independent exhaust space 95 on the 72 side and a partition boundary 93 having an independent exhaust space 96 between the main filter 35 and the backup filter 82. A packing 94 is provided. Thus, the circulating air introduced into the filter chamber 36 and the upper half 71b of the main support frame 71 is not bypassed, and the independent exhaust space 96 between the main filter 71 and the backup filter 82, the backup filter 82, and the filter chamber 36. As shown by the arrows in FIG. 5, the independent exhaust space 95 between the circulating air discharge port 72 and the circulating air discharge port 72 is sequentially passed through to the circulation air discharge port 72 after removing the foreign matter of the double filter structure.

Here, as shown in FIG. 5, the backup filter 82 has a sub-support frame 101 having a bowl shape that fits into the lower half portion 36c provided with the circulating air discharge port 72 of the filter chamber 36, and is circulated. The sub-filter material 83 is supported inside the air discharge port 72, and the main filter 35 has a bowl shape substantially along the inner surface of the backup filter 82 mounted on the upper half 36b and the lower half 36c of the filter chamber 36. An auxiliary filter that is supported by an upper half 71 b that introduces circulating air from a circulating air inlet 78 provided in the upper half 36 b of the filter chamber 36 and a backup filter 82 that is attached to the lower half 36 c of the filter chamber 36. A main support frame 71 having a lower half portion 71c that supports the main filter material 79 on the inner side of the material 83 and discharges circulating air in a double filter structure with the backup filter 82. To satisfies the antecedent relationship of the discharge circulating air to the front-rear relationship and removable work.

The seal packing 94 is attached to the outer periphery of the sub-support frame 101 as shown in FIGS. 5, 7, and 9, and the upper half 36b and the lower half of the filter chamber 36 are shown in FIGS. Circulating air exhaust formed on the outer surface between the stepped portion 102 formed on the inner surface between the portion 36c and facing the circulating air introduction port 78 and the upper half 71b and the lower half 71c of the main support frame 71. By sandwiching the main filter 35 and the backup filter 82 by mounting the filter chamber 36 in a predetermined position between the facing portions of the step portion 103 facing the outlet 72 side, both the step portions 102 and 103 are pressed against and sealed. Like to do. Accordingly, the two partition boundary portions 92 and 93 can be sealed by using one seal packing 94 by using the fitting of the main filter 35 and the backup filter 82 to the filter chamber 36. The main filter 35 is held by an elastic engagement portion 75 that elastically engages when the filter chamber 36 is mounted at a predetermined position, and is prevented from inadvertently loosening and causing air leakage. Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 5, 7, and 9, the seal packing 94 is mounted on the flange portion 101a facing the both step portions 102 and 103 of the sub-support frame 101, and from the mounting portion 94a to the flange portion 101a. As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 7, seal lips 94b and 94c extending to both step portions 102 and 103 are pressed against these step portions. As a result, the seal packing 94 is firmly backed up by the flange portion 101a of the sub-support frame 101, and the seal lips 94b and 94c are well fitted to the entire circumference of both step portions 102 and 103, so that air leakage does not occur. Can be.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the main filter 35 and the backup filter 82 are provided with magnets 111 and 112, respectively, and the filter chamber 36 is provided with the main filter 35 and the backup filter 82 as shown in FIG. When mounted at a position, it includes a filter detection device 113 having a built-in pair of filter detection switches that individually react with the magnets 111 and 112 and output an electric signal to the outside. As a result, if both the main filter 35 and the backup filter 82 are not mounted under the control of the control board 67 provided inside the operation panel 66, the use can be prohibited. Since the attachment / detachment opening 51 such as the main filter 35 is located on the top surface 44a of the washing / drying machine main body 44, the operation panel 66 is not obstructed by the attachment / detachment opening 51 on the front surface of the washing / drying machine main body 44 as shown in FIG. As shown, it can be provided widely, and even if there are many operation units and display units corresponding to multiple functions, it is easy to operate and easy to see.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the main filter 35 is circulated having an open state opening 121 through which circulating air is introduced from a circulating air introduction port 78 provided in the upper half 36 b on the filter insertion side of the filter chamber 36. Circulating air discharge supporting the main filter material 79 corresponding to the circulating air discharge port 72 provided in the upper half 71b on the air introduction side and the lower half 36c on the back side of the filter chamber 36 as described above. A main support frame 71 having a lower half 71c on the side is provided, and an upper half 71b on the circulating air introduction side of the main support frame 71 is indicated by a solid line arrow 122 through the opening 121 from the circulating air introduction port 78. In this way, a negative pressure region 124 that receives suction as indicated by a broken-line arrow 123 by a flow of circulating air discharged to the circulating air discharge port 72 through the main filter material 79 is provided. As shown in FIG. 6, through an intake port 124 a provided in the main support frame 71, the outside air introduction path 125 that introduces outside air from the outside air introduction port 125 a that is exposed to the outside communicates with the outside air introduction communication port 125 b that opens to the filter chamber 36. A part of the circulating air introduction area 126 having the opening 121 of the upper half 71b on the circulating air introduction side of the main support frame 71 is provided with an auxiliary outlet 129 provided on the rear wall of the main support frame 71. 127, an external exhaust path 128 communicating with the external exhaust port 128a shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 is communicated with an external exhaust communication port 128b opened in the filter chamber 36.

Although the outside air introduction path 125 is normally closed with a built-in electromagnetic valve 132, the electromagnetic valve 132 is opened by control from the control board 67 or the like when the upper limit temperature of the circulating drum 2 or circulating air is detected. Thus, outside air is sucked into the circulating air by the negative pressure suction force generated in the negative pressure region 124 by the flow of the circulating air, and is mixed with the circulating air that circulates in the circulating air discharge path 72 toward the circulating air discharge port 72. The temperature of the rotary drum 2 and the circulating air can be lowered and kept in an appropriate temperature range, and therefore the electromagnetic valve 132 is often kept open thereafter. Further, when the amount of circulating air becomes excessive due to the introduction of this external air or the like, the pressure in the circulating air blowing path 5 rises, so that the external exhaust port 127b is connected to the outside through the external exhaust communication port 128b as shown by the broken arrow 130 in FIG. It enters the exhaust path 128 and exits from the external exhaust port 128a. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, the outside air introduction port 125a is opened right behind so that no foreign matter or the like falls, whereas the external exhaust port 128a is opened upward as shown in FIG. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 1, the washing and drying machine main body 44 protrudes from the back surface 44 g. As a result, the moist circulating air before dehumidification is exhausted from the external exhaust port 128a to prevent dripping of condensate water, and a small amount of dew condensation water is allowed to dry naturally.

Here, the filter chamber 36 is formed with a circulating air inlet 78 on the front wall of the upper half 36b on the side of the attachment / detachment port 51 and an external exhaust communication port 128b on the rear wall facing each other. At the same time, a circulating air discharge port 72 is formed at a position that is disengaged laterally below the external exhaust communication port 128b on the rear wall of the lower half portion 36c on the back side. As a result, excess circulating air is introduced from the circulating air introduction port 78 in the front wall of the upper half 36b of the filter chamber 36 into the circulating air introduction area 126 of the upper half 71b of the main support frame 71, and then externally. It passes through the discharge port 127 and is pushed out without difficulty so as to go straight to the external exhaust communication port 128b in the rear wall of the upper half 36b of the filter chamber 36, passes through the external exhaust path 128, and is exhausted to the outside through the external exhaust port 128a. The remaining circulating air with the normal air volume flows into the circulating air inlet port 78 on the rear wall in the lower half portion 36c of the filter chamber 36 and the circulating air outlet port 72 positioned laterally away from them under the external exhaust communication port 128b. Ejected smoothly.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 8, the external exhaust communication port 128 b is sufficiently smaller than the circulation air discharge port 72, and the circulation is adjusted by adjusting the ventilation resistance between the external exhaust communication port 128 b and the circulation air discharge port 72. Priority is given to the discharge and circulation of the air to the circulating air discharge port 72 to prevent the circulating air from being accidentally escaped to the outside. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the negative pressure region 124 is juxtaposed with the circulating air introduction region 126 in the upper half 71 b on the circulating air introduction side of the main support frame 71, and the backup filter 82 of the main support frame 71. A space unrelated to each other is used to satisfy the required size. Specifically, the negative pressure region 124 is formed by partitioning from a wider circulating air introduction region 126 by a plate-like partition part 131 integrally formed in the upper half 71b on the circulating air introduction side of the main support frame 71. In addition, the circulating air introduction area 126 is connected to the circulating air discharge side. As a result, the circulating air introduction area 126 and the negative pressure area 124 are arranged in parallel with a very simple structure, and the negative air pressure area 124 is sucked by the flow of circulating air from the circulating air introduction area 126 to the circulation air discharge port 72. Can act. In particular, the outside air introduction path 125 is opened through the intake port 124a in the peripheral wall portion facing the partition portion 131 in the negative pressure region 124 as shown in FIG. As a result, the outside air indicated by the broken arrow 123 drawn into the negative pressure region 124 through the outside air introduction port 125a, the outside air introduction path 125, the outside air introduction communication port 125b, and the intake port 124a collides with the partition 131 and is directly below the filter chamber. 36, the circulating air introduced from the circulating air introduction port 78 of the filter chamber 36 into the circulating air introduction region 126 formed by the upper half 71b of the main support frame 71 is directed toward the lower half 71c. Thus, the flow toward the circulating air discharge port 72 of the filter chamber 36 is smoothly merged and mixed, and the flow of the circulating air indicated by the solid arrow 122 is not disturbed, and the flow of the circulating air indicated by the solid arrow 122 is negative. It is easy to apply a suction force to the pressure region 124, and the outside air sucked there as indicated by a broken line arrow 123 is directed toward the circulating air discharge port 72 of the filter chamber 36. To satisfy the easy relationship.

On the other hand, when the main filter 35, the backup filter 82, and the auxiliary filter 129 are clogged in the drying process, the circulating air conventionally introduced into the main filter 35 has no escape route, and the pressure in the circulating air passage 5 increases. However, there was a problem that a sewage pipe leaked by leaking to a drainage hose (not shown) connected to the water tank 3 and ejecting the drainage trap to push out the sewage accumulated there, In the configuration according to the present embodiment, the circulating air introduced into the main filter 35 at the time of such clogging is shown in FIG. 7 contrary to the flow of air so far (broken arrow 123 in FIG. 7). As shown by a one-dot chain line arrow 134, the outside air introduction path in which the electromagnetic valve 132 is opened from the negative pressure region 124 through the intake port 124a and through the outside air introduction communication port 125b. Since the exit to the outside from the outside air inlet 125a to enter the 25, it can be eliminated naturally boost.

Further, the negative pressure region 124 of the upper half 71b on the circulating air introduction side of the main support frame 71 is opened to the front together with the circulating air introduction region 126 having the open opening 121 as shown in FIGS. Then, the upper half 36b on the filter attachment / detachment side of the filter chamber 36 is closed by a portion without the circulating air introduction port 78 on the front wall as shown in FIG. Actually, the cover 141 is attached so as to be applied to the front wall. As a result, both the circulating air introduction area 126 and the negative pressure area 124 in the upper half 71b of the main support frame 71 are opened to form a simple shape that functions together with the filter chamber 36, thereby facilitating molding.

The present invention is a technique for collecting lint and the like that is practically used in a circulating air blowing system for drying laundry in a drum-type washing and drying machine and is mixed in circulating air in a drying process.
