Description
本発明は、バルク栄養物混合機に関し、より詳細には、バルク栄養物混合機において使用するためのマニホルドに関する。
高栄養療法は、患者への栄養分の静脈内栄養補給である。代表的な溶液(液剤)は、タンパク質−炭水化物混合物を含む。これは、主に、経口栄養補給によって満たされ得ない患者のタンパク質およびカロリーの要件を満たすために使用される。タンパク質は、遊離アミノ酸またはタンパク質加水分解物の形態であり得、そして炭水化物は、一般的に、デキストロースである。タンパク質および炭水化物に加えて、ビタミン(水溶性および脂溶性)および電解質もまた、この治療において供給され得る。
本発明は、バルク混合機中の流体管を受容するためのマニホルドを提供する。この最も単純な形態において、マニホルドは、複数の入口を備え、各入口は、それぞれの流体通路に対する開口部を規定し、そして各経路は、逆止弁を備える。このマニホルドには、流体通路と流体連絡する出口、および出口と同軸の入口ポートが備えられる。同軸入口ポートは、好ましくは、逆止弁を備える。
本発明は、マニホルドの各入口の内部に配置された一方向弁(すなわち、逆止弁)を有するマニホルドを提供する。さらに、このマニホルドは、複数の入口を有し、少なくとも1つの入口は、出口の近くに、そしてこの出口と同軸に、配置される。この同軸に配置された入口/出口の目的は、溶液が同軸の入口に入るために移動しなければならない容積を最小にし、これによって、その特定の溶液によって後に残され得る潜在的な残留物の量を低下させることである。好ましい実施形態において、このラインは、脂質溶液を輸送するために使用される。本発明による、以下でより詳細に記載されるマニホルドの他の局面はまた、共通容積の減少に寄与し、これによって、このマニホルド内での残留物の蓄積に起因する、最終製品のバッグ組成における誤差を低下させる。
Claims (13)
- バルク混合機中の流体管を受容するためのマニホルドであって、該マニホルドは、
中心位置の入口と、該中心位置の入口の周囲に配置された複数の放射状位置の入口を有し、
前記複数の放射状位置の入口の各々は、それぞれの流体通路に対する開口部を形成し、前記流体通路の各々は逆止弁を備え、前記複数の放射状位置の入口の各々は、共通の中心チャンバに通じる各対応する放射状の流体経路と接続しており、
前記マニホルドは、更に、
前記流体通路と流体的に連通している出口を有し、
前記中心位置の入口は、前記出口と同軸である同軸入口ポートを形成し、該同軸入口ポートは逆止弁を備える、ことを特徴とするマニホルド。 - 請求項1に記載のマニホルドであって、前記中心チャンバは、前記流体通路を前記出口に流体的に接続するために、前記流体通路と流体的に連通していることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項1に記載のマニホルドであって、前記出口は、カニューレによって貫通されるように構成された自己シーリング膜を有する出口ポートを備えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項1に記載のマニホルドであって、前記出口は、カニューレによって貫通されるように構成された自己シーリング膜を有する出口ポートを備え、
該カニューレが該自己シーリング膜から引き抜かれる場合に、前記同軸の入口ポートの逆止弁が、該出口ポート内の減圧圧力よりも高いクラッキング圧を有するように構成されていることを特徴とするマニホルド。 - 請求項4に記載のマニホルドであって、前記カニューレが前記自己シーリング膜から引き抜かれる場合に、前記逆止弁の全てが、前記出口ポート内の減圧圧力よりも高いクラッキング圧を有するように構成されていることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- バルク混合機中の流体管を受容するためのマニホルドとカニューレを含むマニホルドセットであって、
該マニホルドは、中心位置の入口と、該中心位置の入口の周囲に配置された複数の放射状位置の入口を有し、
前記複数の放射状位置の入口の各々は、それぞれの流体通路に対する開口部を形成し、前記流体通路の各々は逆止弁を備え、前記複数の放射状位置の入口の各々は、共通の中心チャンバに通じる各対応する放射状の流体経路と接続しており、
前記マニホルドは、更に、前記流体通路と流体的に連通している出口を有し、
前記中心位置の入口は、前記出口と同軸である同軸入口ポートを形成し、該同軸入口ポートは逆止弁を備え、
前記カニューレは、自己シーリング膜内への挿入のために少なくとも1つの雄型の滑らかな先端を有することを特徴とするマニホルドセット。 - 請求項6に記載のマニホルドセットであって、前記カニューレは、さらなる雄型先端を受容するために、前記雄型の滑らかな先端において雌型ポートを有することを特徴とする、マニホルドセット。
- バルク混合において使用するための管セットであって、該管セットは、
各々が遠位端を有する複数のポンプセクションと、
各々の管が遠位端および近位端を有し、各々の管の各近位端がそれぞれ対応するポンプセクションの該遠位端に接続され、各々の管の各遠位端がマニホルドに接続された複数の管と、を有し、
該マニホルドは、中心位置の入口と、該中心位置の入口の周囲に配置された複数の放射状位置の入口を有し、
前記複数の放射状位置の入口の各々は、それぞれの流体通路に対する開口部を形成し、前記流体通路の各々は逆止弁を備え、前記複数の放射状位置の入口の各々は、共通の中心チャンバに通じる各対応する放射状の流体経路と接続しており、
前記マニホルドは、更に、前記流体通路と流体的に連通している出口を有し、
前記中心位置の入口は、前記出口と同軸である同軸入口ポートを形成し、該同軸入口ポートは逆止弁を備える、ことを特徴とする管セット。 - 請求項8に記載の管セットであって、前記複数の管が6個である、管セット。
- 請求項8に記載の管セットであって、前記複数の管が9個である、管セット。
- バルク混合において使用するための管セットであって、該管セットは、
各々が遠位端および近位端を有する複数のポンプセクションと、
各々の管が、それぞれ対応するポンプセクションの近位端に接続されている第1の複数の管と、
各々の管が遠位端および近位端を有し、各近位端がそれぞれ対応するポンプセクションの遠位端に接続され、各遠位端がマニホルドに接続された第2の複数の管と、を有し、
該マニホルドは、中心位置の入口と、該中心位置の入口の周囲に配置された複数の放射状位置の入口を有し、
前記複数の放射状位置の入口の各々は、それぞれの流体通路に対する開口部を形成し、前記流体通路の各々は逆止弁を備え、前記複数の放射状位置の入口の各々は、共通の中心チャンバに通じる各対応する放射状の流体経路と接続しており、
前記マニホルドは、更に、前記流体通路と流体的に連通している出口を有し、
