一方の支柱に外嵌可能な第1筒状リングと、
他方の支柱に外嵌可能な第2筒状リングと、
該第2筒状リングの周壁から外方へ突出するネジ棒状の第1締付具と、
前記第1筒状リングの周壁から外方へ突出すると共に、前記第1締付具を螺進退可能に螺合して第1筒状リングの中空内へ突出させるネジ孔を有し、該ネジ孔から突出した第1締付具の先端で前記第1筒状リング内に嵌合した一方の支柱を固定させうる第1ネジ受部と、
該第1ネジ受部に螺進退可能に外嵌するナット部と、
前記第1締付具に外嵌しており、上記ナット部に衝合可能なバネ座金と、
前記第2筒状リングの周壁に形成されて、雌ネジが切られた孔を有する第2ネジ受部と、
