【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、商品の価格や商品情報を表示する価格表示器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の価格表示器は、例えば、特開平７−３６３９４号公報に記載されているように、複数個の価格表示窓８０及び商品名等を表示したカード収納部８１が形成されるフロントパネル８２と、該フロントパネル８２の複数個の価格表示窓８０の背面を覆うように取付けられたケース体８３と、前記複数個の価格表示窓８０で価格の数字をそれぞれ表示できるようにケース体８３内に回転可能に取付けられた一側部にラチェット歯車８４を備える複数個の回転表示体８５と、この複数個の回転表示体８５のラチェット歯車８４とそれぞれ噛合い、ケース体８３の下部より下方へ突出したプッシュ片８６をそれぞれ押し圧することにより１表示変わるだけラチェット歯車８４を回動させる複数個の表示調整片８７と、を備えるものである。このような価格表示器８８によれば、プッシュ片８６の押し圧操作だけで、価格表示を容易にかえることができ都合がよい。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の価格表示器は、押し圧操作されるプッシュ片８６がケース体８３の下部より下方へ突出しているため、操作性に優れるものの、反面、不正に操作される恐れがある。また、価格表示器を手で取り扱う際、意に反してプッシュ片８６を押圧してしまう可能性がある。このようなトラブルは販売システムの混乱を招くことになり好ましくない。一方、これを解決するものとして、ケース８３の裏側にスライド式ロックを設け、プッシュ片８６をロックするものもあるが、表示価格を変更する場合、いちいち棚板から取り外して操作する必要があり、面倒であるという問題がある。

従って、本発明の目的は、押し圧操作されるプッシュ体がケース体の下部より下方へ突出している場合でも、プッシュ体が作動不能状態として安全性を高めると共に、表示価格の変更が容易な価格表示器を提供するものである。また、本発明の他の目的は、多種多様の商品情報を集中して表示する価格表示器を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる実情において、本発明者は鋭意検討を行った結果、複数個の価格表示窓の前面に下開き開閉可能に取付けられ、先端部がケース部の下面に至る略Ｌ字状の窓体を設け、且つ窓体を閉じた状態において、プッシュ体の下端が窓体の下端面と同等位置か、又は内側となるようにすれば、通常の表示状態において、プッシュ体に触れようとしても、窓体が障害となりプッシュ体を押し圧できず、所謂ロックが懸けられたと同様の状態となり安全性が高められることなどを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち、請求項１記載の発明は、複数個の価格表示窓及び商品名等を表示したカード収納部が形成される前面パネルと、該複数個の価格表示窓の裏面を覆うように取付けられるケース部と、前記複数個の価格表示窓の前面に下開き開閉可能に取付けられ、前記複数個の価格表示窓に対向する各窓部を有し、先端部が前記ケース部の下面に至る略Ｌ字状の窓体と、前記複数個の価格表示窓で価格の数字をそれぞれ表示できるように前記ケース部内に回転可能に取付けられ一側部にラチェット歯車を備える複数個の回転表示体と、前記ラチェット歯車と噛み合い、前記ケース体の底面より下方へ突出したプッシュ体を押圧することによりひとつの表示が変わるようにラチェット歯車を回動させる複数個の作動体と、を備えるものであって、前記窓体が閉の状態において、前記プッシュ体の下端が前記窓体の下端面と同等位置か、又は内側にある価格表示器を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、不正をもってプッシュ体に触れようとしても、あるいは意に反して手などがプッシュ体に触れても窓体が障害となりプッシュ体は動かず、所謂ロックが懸けられた状態となって安全性が高められる。また、価格表示を変更する場合、窓体を手で開けばプッシュ体はケース体の下部に突出し、押し圧可能となり価格表示を変更することができる。

また、請求項２記載の発明は、前記窓体が閉の状態において、前記窓体の各窓部の下縁が、価格を表示している回転表示体の下縁より上方位置にある価格表示器を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、窓側から価格表示を変更しようとしても、回転表示体は窓部の下縁が回転防止壁となり逆方向には回転しない。このため、安全性が確保される。

また、請求項３記載の発明は、前記窓体の各窓部に隣接する左右いずれか、又は双方に原産地表示部を更に設け、該原産地表示部は、原産地表示カードを表示する原産地表示窓と、該原産地表示窓とは仕切り板によって区画され、該原産地表示窓の裏面に形成される原産地表示カードストック部とを有する価格表示器を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、前記発明と同様の効果を奏する他、近年、作物や果物の原産地表示が義務付けられている状況下、予め、原産地表示カードを準備し原産地表示カードストック部に格納しておけば、陳列商品の取り替え時における周辺作業が迅速に行える。

また、請求項４記載の発明は、前記前面パネルの一側又は両側に着脱自在に取付けられる商品の情報表示を行う補助表示具を更に設けた価格表示器を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、前記発明と同様の効果を奏する他、補助表示具は着脱自在であるから、商品に関する種々の情報が必要であれば、これを設置して商品の情報カードを取付ければ、簡易な方法で多量の情報表示が可能となる。

また、請求項５記載の発明は、前記補助表示具は、１又は２個の商品情報表示窓部を有し、該商品情報表示窓部は、商品情報カードが挿入される商品情報表示窓と、該商品情報表示窓とは仕切り板によって区画され、該商品情報表示窓の裏面に形成される商品情報表示カードストック部とを有する価格表示器を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、前記発明と同様の効果を奏する他、予め商品情報カードを準備し商品情報カードストック部に格納しておけば、陳列商品の取り替え時における周辺作業が迅速に行える。

また、請求項６記載の発明は、前記ケース部の上面から上方に延出される起立部と、該起立部の上方端を更に裏側に屈曲させて形成されるフック状部とからなるグリップ部を更に設け、該起立部と前記前面パネルの間に上方が開口する係合溝を形成し、該係合溝に商品情報等を表示したカードケースを着脱可能に取付ける価格表示器を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、前記発明と同様の効果を奏する他、価格表示器に表示されている価格から急遽特売価格に変更し、且つ特大の表示を行い客の目を引きたい場合、従来では価格表示器を取り外し、その後位置に別途用意された価格表示カード類を設置することで対応していたが、本発明によれば、価格表示器を取り外すことなく、そのままで係合溝にカードケースを差し込むだけでよく、価格表示器の保管を省略でき、且つ価格表示の変更を簡易に行える。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態における価格表示器を図１〜図１４を参照して説明する。図１は第１の実施の形態例における価格表示器の斜視図、図２は図１の窓体を開けた状態を示す図、図３（Ａ）は原産地表示カードを原産地表示窓に挿入する状態を示す図、（Ｂ）は原産地表示カードを原産地表示カードストック部に挿入する状態を示す図、図４は図１の一部を省略した断面図、図５（Ａ）、（Ｂ）、（Ｃ）は図１のプッシュ体の操作方法の説明図をそれぞれ示す。

第１の実施の形態例における価格表示器１０ａは、１個の単位表示窓と３個の価格表示窓（以下、単に「価格表示窓」という）２及び商品名等を表示したカード収納部３が形成される前面パネル１と、価格表示窓２の裏面を覆うように取付けられるケース部４と、価格表示窓２の前面に下開き開閉可能に取付けられ、価格表示窓２に対向する各窓部５１を有し、先端部がケース部４の下面に至る略Ｌ字状の窓体５とから構成され、更に、価格表示窓２で価格の数字をそれぞれ表示できるようにケース部４内に回転可能に取付けられ一側部にラチェット歯車１１１を備える複数個の回転表示体１１と、ラチェット歯車１１１と噛み合い、ケース体４の底面より下方へ突出したプッシュ体１３を押圧することによりひとつの表示が変わるようにラチェット歯車１１１を回動させる複数個の作動体１５と、を備えるものである。なお、価格表示窓２は４個全てが価格表示窓であってもよい。

価格表示器１０ａにおいて、回転表示体１１の設置位置及び回転表示体１１の一側部に設けられたラチェット歯車１１１を回動させる作動体１５の作動機構は、例えば、特開平７−３６３９４号公報に記載の方法が適用できる。すなわち、４個の回転表示体１１は前面パネル１とケース部４の間に回転可能に軸支され、軸１１２と、軸１１２の両端部寄りの部位に形成された１１個の表示プレート１２を回転可能に支持する支持板と、前記軸の一端部に一体形成されたラチェット歯車１１１とから構成される（支持板は不図示）。

一方、作動体１５は、回転表示体１１をひとつの表示が変わるだけ回動させるもので、プッシュ体遊嵌溝５２にスライド可能に挿入されるプッシュ体１３と、プッシュ体１３と一体成形されラチェット歯車１１１と噛み合う回動片１５２と、プッシュ体１３と一体成形されたコイルバネ支持部１５３と、コイルバネ支持部１５３に一体成形されプッシュ体１３の通常位置（下方突出状態）でラチェット歯車１１１と噛み合い、逆回転を阻止する誤操作防止片１５１とから構成される。

通常の価格表示状態において、コイルバネ１５４は、コイルバネ支持部１５３、１５５に支持されているから、作動体１５をプッシュ体１３が常時下方へ突出するように付勢している。また、この状態で、窓体５は閉じられており、プッシュ体１３の下端が窓体の下端面５ａと同等位置か、又は内側になるようにしている（図５（Ａ））。従って、不正をもってプッシュ体１３に触れようとしても、あるいは意に反して手などがプッシュ体１３に触れても窓体５が障害となりプッシュ体１３は動かず、所謂ロックが懸けられた状態となる。

一方、表示価格を変更する場合、先ず、窓体５を開き、プッシュ体１３を作動可能状態とする。プッシュ体１３をコイルバネ１５４の付勢力に抗して押し圧することにより、誤操作防止片１５１はラチェット歯車１１１との噛み合いが解除されると共に、回動片１５２はラチェット歯車１１１をひとつの表示が変わるだけ回動させるため、価格表示窓２の表示が替わる（図５（Ｂ）及び（Ｃ））。更に、プッシュ体１３を放すとコイルバネ１５４の付勢力によって、プッシュ体１３が下方へ突出するように付勢され、誤操作防止片１５１がラチェット歯車１１１と噛み合い、回転表示体１１の表示プレート１２を価格表示窓２から押し圧しても回動することがない。

窓体５は前述のように、価格表示窓２の前面に下開き開閉可能に取付けられ、先端部がケース部４の下面に至る略Ｌ字状であり、閉めた状態で価格表示窓２に対向する位置に窓５１が、窓５１に隣接する左側に原産地表示窓部７がそれぞれ設けられている。また、先端部には、プッシュ体１３をスライド自在に挿入する４個のプッシュ体遊嵌溝５２が形成されている。また、窓体５が閉の状態において、窓体の下縁２９は、価格を表示している回転表示体の下縁１１９より上方位置にある。このため、窓側から価格表示を変更しようとしても、回転表示体は窓部の下縁が回転防止壁となり逆方向には回転しない。

価格表示器１０ａには、価格表示窓２の左側に原産地表示部７が更に設けられている。原産地表示部７は、窓体５に形成される原産地表示窓７１と、原産地表示窓７１とは仕切り板７３によって区画され、原産地表示窓７１の裏面に形成される原産地表示カードストック部７２とを有する。原産地表示窓７１及び原産地表示カードストック部７２は共に、側面から原産地表示カード９が挿入できるようにしている（図３中の矢印）。

また、価格表示器１０ａには、ケース部４の上面から上方に延出される起立部６１と、起立部６１の上方端を更に裏側に屈曲させて形成されるフック状部６２とからなるグリップ部６を更に設け、起立部６１と前面パネル１の間に上方が開口する係合溝１４を形成し、係合溝１４に商品情報等を表示したカードケース２１が装着できるようにしている。更に、前面パネル１の両側には、商品の情報表示を行う補助表示具１６が着脱自在に取付けられる補助表示具装着レール溝８を設けている。

第１の実施の形態例によれば、通常の価格表示状態において、不正をもってプッシュ体１３に触れようとしても、あるいは意に反して手などがプッシュ体１３に触れても窓体５が障害となりプッシュ体１３は動かず、安全性が高められる。また、窓側から価格表示を不正に変更しようとしても、回転表示体は窓部の下縁で止められ逆方向には回転しないため更に安全性が高められる。また、価格表示を変更する場合、窓体５を手で開けばプッシュ体１３はケース体４の下部に突出し、押し圧可能となり価格表示を変更することができる。また、近年、作物や果物の原産地表示が義務付けられている状況下、予め、原産地表示カードを準備し原産地表示カードストック部に格納しておけば、陳列商品の取り替え時における周辺作業が迅速に行える。

次に第２の実施の形態例を図６〜図９を参照して説明する。図６は第２の実施の形態例における価格表示器の斜視図、図７は図６の窓体を開けた状態を示す図、図８は補助表示具の組付け状態を示す図、図９は図８の逆側から見た図をそれぞれ示す。第２の実施の形態例において、第１の実施の形態例と同一構成要素には同一符合を付してその説明を省略し、異なる点についてのみ説明する。すなわち、図６〜図９で示される価格表示器１０ｂにおいて、図１〜図５と異なる点は、価格表示器１０ａの一側の補助表示具装着レール溝８に補助表示具１６を設置した点にある。

補助表示具１６は、２個の商品情報表示窓部１７、１８を有し、商品情報表示窓部１７、１８は、商品情報カード１９ａ、１９ｂが挿入される商品情報表示窓１７１、１８１と、商品情報表示窓１７１、１８１とは仕切り板１７３、１８３によって区画され、商品情報表示窓１７１、１８１の裏面に形成される商品情報表示カードストック部１７２、１８２とを有する。また、一側面の上方には、補助表示具装着レール溝８に係合する係合突状物１６２を形成し、他側の上方には、情報補助カード等が挿入できる係合溝を形成している。また、商品情報表示窓１７１、１８１及び商品情報表示カードストック部１７２、１８２は共に、側面から商品情報カード１９ａ、１９ｂが挿入できるようにしている（図６及び７中の矢印）。価格表示器１０ｂは、前面パネル１の価格表示窓２に価格を表示し、更に原産地表示窓７に原産地表示をした後、補助表示具１６を取付ける。補助表示具１６には、事前に又はこの時点で商品情報カード１９ａ、１９ｂを商品情報表示窓部１７、１８あるいは商品情報表示カードストック部１７２、１８２挿入する。これにより、客は商品及び価格表示の近傍で全ての情報を得ることができ、例えば多種少量の陳列棚において威力を発揮する。また、原産地表示カード９を取り外すには、蓋体５を開いた状態で側面から抜き出せばよい（図７参照）。

次に第３の実施の形態例を図１０〜図１１を参照して説明する。図１０（Ｂ）は第３の実施の形態例における価格表示器のカードケースの組付け状況を示す斜視図、（Ａ）は（Ｂ）の一部の断面図、図１１（Ｂ）はカードケースが組付けられた状況を示す斜視図、（Ａ）は（Ｂ）の一部の断面図をそれぞれ示す。第３の実施の形態例において、第１の実施の形態例と同一構成要素には同一符合を付してその説明を省略し、異なる点についてのみ説明する。すなわち、図１０〜図１１で示される価格表示器１０ｃにおいて、図１〜図５と異なる点は、価格表示器１０ａの係合溝１４にカードケース２１を設置した点にある。

カードケース２１はカードを挟むカード挟持部２２と、カード挟持部２２の上方から裏面に屈曲され係合溝１４に装着される取付け部２３とを有する。カード挟持部２２は、係合溝１４に装着した状態で、前面パネル１と同じか、又はそれより大きな大きさのものがよい。価格表示器１０ｃによれば、価格表示器に表示されている価格から急遽特売価格に変更し、且つ特大の表示を行い客の目を引きたい場合、価格表示器を取り外すことなく、そのままで係合溝１４にカードケース２１を差し込むだけで、裏側の価格表示器は正面からは見えず、特大の表示表示のみが目につく。また、価格表示器の保管を省略できる。

次に第４の実施の形態例を図１２〜図１３を参照して説明する。図１２は第４の実施の形態例における価格表示器の斜視図、図１３はカード状の補助表示具を組付ける状況を示す斜視図をそれぞれ示す。第４の実施の形態例において、第１の実施の形態例と同一構成要素には同一符合を付してその説明を省略し、異なる点についてのみ説明する。すなわち、図１２〜図１３で示される価格表示器１０ｄにおいて、図１〜図５と異なる点は、価格表示器１０ａの一側の補助表示具装着レール溝８にカード状の補助表示具１６ａを設置した点にある。

次に第５の実施の形態例を図１４を参照して説明する。図１４は第５の実施の形態例における価格表示器の斜視図を示す。第５の実施の形態例において、第１の実施の形態例と同一構成要素には同一符合を付してその説明を省略し、異なる点についてのみ説明する。すなわち、図１４で示される価格表示器１０ｅにおいて、図１〜図５と異なる点は、価格表示器１０ａの一側の補助表示具装着レール溝８に補助表示具１６を設置し、更に、補助表示具１６の係合溝１６１にカード状の補助表示具１６ａを設置した点にある。価格表示器１０ｅによれば、商品に係るあらゆる情報を集中して表示できる。

【発明の効果】
請求項１記載の発明によれば、不正をもってプッシュ体に触れようとしても、あるいは意に反して手などがプッシュ体に触れても窓体が障害となりプッシュ体は作動せず、所謂ロックが懸けられた状態となって安全性が高められる。また、価格表示を変更する場合、窓体を手で開けばプッシュ体はケース体の下部に突出し、押し圧可能となり価格表示を変更することができる。

On the other hand, as a solution to this, there is a case where a sliding lock is provided on the back side of the case 83 and the push piece 86 is locked. However, when changing the display price, it is necessary to remove and operate from the shelf board one by one. There is a problem that it is troublesome.
