Description
The present invention relates to a liquid storage device, and more particularly, to a storage device for water to be sent to a human body as a subject for observation by an endoscope device.
In endoscopic observation, it is necessary to clean and treat an affected part that is a subject. For this reason, generally, water or air can be discharged from the distal end portion of the videoscope in accordance with the operation of the operator. Usually, water is stored in a tank in the processor, and air is sent into the tank by a pump to increase the internal pressure, so that the water is sent to the distal end portion of the videoscope through a water pipe connected to the tank.
A predetermined amount or more of water used for endoscopic observation needs to be stored in the tank. However, when the endoscope apparatus is not used so frequently, the operator may not recognize the shortage of water stored in the tank in the processor. As a result, the endoscope apparatus is used while the amount of water is insufficient, and there is a possibility that water cannot be used during observation of the subject.
An object of the present invention is to provide a storage device for an endoscope apparatus that automatically measures the amount of stored water and issues a warning when the amount is less than a predetermined amount.
The storage device of the present invention is used in an endoscope apparatus capable of supplying a fluid to be supplied to a subject, and stores a liquid. The storage device includes measuring means for measuring the amount of liquid in the storage device, operating state determining means for determining whether or not the endoscope device is operating, and operating state determining means for operating the endoscope device. A measurement control unit that activates the measurement unit only when it is determined that the liquid is determined, a liquid amount determination unit that determines whether the amount of liquid measured by the measurement unit is equal to or less than a predetermined lower limit, and a liquid And a warning means for indicating that the amount of the liquid is small when the amount determining means determines that the amount of the liquid is less than or equal to the lower limit value.
The storage device can be connected to a transport pipe for transporting fluid to the distal end portion of the video scope of the endoscope device and an air supply means for sending air to the storage device, and air is supplied by the air supply means. It is preferable to feed the liquid to be stored into the transport pipe by increasing the internal pressure.
Further, the storage device is detachably attached to the processor of the endoscope apparatus, and the operation state determination means can determine whether the endoscope apparatus is operating by electrical connection with the processor. desirable. In this case, the storage device further includes a connection portion for connecting to an air supply means for sending air to the storage device, and a connection terminal for electrical connection with the processor, and the connection terminal is integrated with the connection portion. It is more desirable to be provided.
The measuring means is, for example, a liquid level sensor that detects the height of the liquid level in the storage device. The warning means preferably includes at least one of a warning lamp that lights up and a warning buzzer that generates a warning sound according to the amount of liquid in the storage device.
The storage device preferably further includes setting means for setting whether or not to activate the warning means. The storage device preferably includes a bottle for storing the liquid and a cap that can be attached to and detached from the bottle, and at least one of the measuring means and the warning means is provided on the cap.
According to the present invention, it is possible to realize an endoscope liquid storage device that measures the amount of liquid to be stored and automatically issues a warning when the amount of storage is small.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a diagram schematically showing an electronic endoscope apparatus including a storage device according to the present embodiment.
The
The
An
On the other hand, when the air supply hole is not pressed by the operator, the air supplied from the

The
Reflected light from the subject passes through an objective lens (not shown) provided at the tip of the
A
FIG. 3 is a diagram schematically showing the inside of the
The
The minimum stored amount of the
The
When the
When the liquid
FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing a warning routine by the warning means of the
In step S101, it is determined whether or not the
In step S104, the warning
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the
