また、真空プレス機とはポリエステル生地材と転写紙を重ね合せ、減圧してガスを抜き軽く押圧するようにして加熱する構造を有するものをいう。
また、熱可塑性樹脂にマイナスイオン発生物質又は遠赤外線放射性物質を混合してあるとより好ましい。

両面に印刷する場合には、上下からシートを挟み込むようにそれぞれ印刷した転写紙を重ね合せ、真空プレスすることになる。
また、金箔をポリエステル生地材に定着する熱可塑性樹脂にマイナスイオン発生物質や遠赤外線放射性物質を混合すると、より効果的に肌を刺激する。
このような物質としてはトルマリン、戸室石、ジルコニウム系又はケイ素系のセラミックスがよい。
さらには、低放射性のマイナスイオン発生物質としてモナザイト鉱石の粉末を用いてもよい。

次に美容用シートの製造例を説明する。
インクジェット方式の印刷機の制御部に、美容用シートの表面と裏面とに印刷する画像データを入力する。
画像データは写真やイラストのみならずパソコン等にてユーザーネームを取り込み、合成してもよい。
上記画像データに基づいてデザイン（絵柄）を転写紙に分散染料インクを用いて印刷する。
本実施例では昇華転写インクとして株式会社ミマキエンジニアリング製のインクＳＰＣ−０４９３を用いた。
次に表面用の転写紙と裏面用の転写紙とでポリエステル生地材１を挟み込むように重ね合せ、真空プレス機でインクを生地材に昇華転写した。
真空プレスでの加熱条件は２００℃×１分とした。
次に、図１の金箔を配置する部分に対応して、熱可塑性樹脂（ユニ化成株式会社製，ユニバインダー）を用いてスクリーン印刷し、乾燥した。
熱可塑性樹脂を印刷した上から、金箔を押し当て、この熱可塑性樹脂がない部分（図１では円形状の４以外の部分）の金箔を取り除いた。
次に、真空プレス機で１００℃×１分加熱すると図１のように金箔４が生地材１に定着する。
なお、定着させる金箔の形状及び配置はこのような円形散点状でなくてもよく、各種形状や配置が可能である。
また、図１に示した実施例では、顔面にフィットするように切り込み３ａ、３ｂを入れてある。
