Description
The present invention relates to a spreading aid, and more particularly, to a tool that is used when an electric wire installed in a place where a large-scale device cannot be used is inserted into a protective tube.
Such a protective pipe detaching device is a large-scale device equipped with a hydraulic motor, and when it is necessary to protect a long distance electric wire, the electric wire is inserted into the protective tube while connecting the protective tube. It is mainly used for interior decoration.
However, the electric wires that need to be protected by being inserted into the protective tube are not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 12, a protective tube is also attached to the electric wire D connected to the
For this reason, the electric wire D may be manually covered with a
Here, the
For this reason, in order to insert the electric wire D from the
In short, even when the work of easily covering the electric wire D with the
Then, this invention aims at providing the expansion assistance tool which can facilitate the insertion operation | work which covers a protective tube on an electric wire by assisting the operation | work which inserts an electric wire in a protective tube and makes it interior. .
A first invention of an expansion assisting tool that solves the above-mentioned problem is that a split portion cut in the extending direction of a protective tube formed in a cylindrical shape is expanded so that an electric wire is installed in the protective tube. An expansion aid used for insertion into a state, characterized in that it comprises an insertion portion formed of a plate-like member that is formed larger than the opening at the end of the protective tube and is inserted into the opening. Is.
In this invention, when the insertion portion is inserted into the opening at the end of the protective tube, the insertion portion is larger than the opening at the end of the protective tube, so that the split portion of the inserted portion is separated and expanded. Is done. Therefore, it is possible to position the electric wire in a gap (space) defined between the split portion at the end of the protective tube and the insertion portion, and to start the operation of inserting the electric wire into the interior of the protective tube. it can.
In addition to the specific matter of the first invention, the second invention of the expansion assisting tool that solves the above-mentioned problem is that the insertion portion is gradually moved from the tip side narrower than the opening of the end portion of the protective tube. It is enlarged and formed so as to have a rear end side wider than the opening.
In the present invention, when the insertion portion is inserted into the opening of the end portion of the protective tube from the front end side, the split portion is separated from the protective tube as the rear end side wider than the opening of the end portion is inserted. Therefore, the insertion portion can be smoothly inserted into the opening of the protective tube end portion, for example, even at a split portion of the protective tube end portion at a position that is separated and cannot exert a large force when working. It can be easily expanded.
In the first and second inventions, the split portion cut in the extending direction of the protective tube formed in a cylindrical shape is expanded, and the electric wire is inserted into the interior of the protective tube. A widening assisting tool for use in the case where the distal end portion is formed narrower than the opening at the end of the protective tube, the inclined portion where both sides continuous to the distal end gradually expand, And a rear end portion having a width that is wider than the opening of the protective tube and has a width that can be inserted, on both sides that are continuous with the inclined portion, and a plug portion made of a flat plate-shaped plate member that is manufactured. Then, when the insertion portion is inserted into the opening of the protective tube by being relatively moved from the front end side toward the rear end side, the rear end portion together with the front end portion and the inclined portion is inserted into the opening of the protective tube. By inserting a part or more of the whole, the space between the split parts of the protective pipe is expanded and the space between the split parts is expanded. It may be said to define a space for the one side of the plate-shaped member in the end portion of the protective tube.
In this case, it is possible to define a space which is open on one side of the split portion of the insertion portion of the Merged flat plate shape in the opening of the end of the protective tube, the split portion of the protective tube It is possible to easily start the operation of positioning the electric wire in the internal space and inserting the electric wire into the interior of the protective tube.
In addition to the specific matter of the second invention, the third invention of the spreading aid that solves the above-described problem is characterized in that the insertion portion is arranged in a direction orthogonal to the extending direction from the front end side to the rear end side. It is characterized by being formed into a curved arc shape.
In this invention, by inserting the insertion part into the opening of the protective tube end so that the arcuate concave shape faces the split part, the gap between the split part and the concave part of the insertion part is more A large gap is defined. Therefore, the electric wire can be positioned more easily in the gap, and the insertion work can be facilitated.
In addition to the specific matter of the second or third invention, the fourth invention of the expansion assist tool that solves the above-mentioned problem is, on the rear end side of the insertion portion, with respect to the extending direction from the front end side. It is characterized in that parallel sides are formed.
In the present invention, when the insertion portion is inserted into the opening of the end portion of the protective tube to the rear end side, the parallel sides are positioned on the inner surface of the protective tube. Therefore, the insertion portion does not slip in the direction of detachment due to the force of closing the opening of the protective tube end, and the insertion portion can remain in the opening of the protective tube end.
In addition to the specific matter of the first invention, the fifth invention of the expansion aid that solves the above-mentioned problem is the maximum in the opening of the end of the protective tube from the front end side to the rear end side. It is characterized by being formed so as to have a uniform outer surface interval larger than the inner surface interval.
In this invention, when the insertion portion is inserted into the opening of the end portion of the protective tube, the outer surface parallel to the rear end side is positioned on the inner surface of the protective tube. Therefore, the insertion portion does not slip in the direction of detachment due to the force of closing the opening of the protective tube end, and the insertion portion can remain in the opening of the protective tube end.
In addition to the specific matter of the fifth invention, the sixth invention of the expansion aid that solves the above-described problem is characterized in that the insertion portion is arranged in a direction orthogonal to the extending direction from the front end side to the rear end side. The cross-sectional shape in the orthogonal direction is formed so as to be an incomplete circle having a cutout portion of a semicircle or less.
In this invention, the insertion portion is inserted into the opening of the protective tube end portion so that the arc-shaped concave shape faces the split portion side (the notch portion is positioned on the split portion side), and thereby the A larger gap is defined between the split portion and the concave shape of the insertion portion. In addition, when the protective tube is cylindrical, it is inserted so that the outer surface of the insertion portion comes into surface contact with the inner surface of the opening, and the opening at the end of the protective tube slides in the direction of separation due to the force of closing. In addition to being able to prevent more reliably, the inner surface of the insertion portion behaves like the inner surface of the protective tube, and the electric wire can be inserted. Therefore, the electric wire can be positioned more easily in the gap, and the insertion work can be facilitated.
In addition to the specific matters of the sixth invention, the seventh invention of the expansion aid that solves the above problem defines at least a notch portion on the front end side of the front end side and the rear end side of the insertion portion. The edge portion to be formed is formed in an inclined shape or an R shape.
In this invention, when the insertion portion is inserted into the opening of the protective tube end portion from the distal end side, the split portion of the protective tube end portion is separated (expanded) by being pushed in from the opposite side of the notch portion. The edge portion on the side of the notch portion can smoothly enter the opening of the protective tube end portion by the inclined shape or the R shape. Therefore, the insertion portion can be smoothly inserted into the opening of the protective tube end portion, and it can be easily set in the protective tube end portion and can be prepared to expand the split portion.
In addition to the specific matter of any one of the first to seventh inventions, the eighth invention of the expansion assist tool that solves the above-mentioned problem is a gripping part that is connected to the insertion part and formed so as to be grippable. The grip portion is bent in the extending direction from the front end side to the rear end side.
In this invention, the gripping portion that bends with respect to the insertion portion is gripped in a posture that is separated from the extended surface of the protective tube, and the insertion portion is inserted into the opening of the protective tube end portion, or is pulled out from the opening. It can be performed. Therefore, the grip portion does not hinder the work of inserting the electric wire into the protective tube, and the grip portion can be gripped and pulled out from the protective tube without the electric wire becoming an obstacle.
A ninth invention of a spreading aid that solves the above problems is characterized in that in addition to the specific matters of any of the first to eighth inventions, means for hooking on other tools is provided. is there.
In the present invention, when using a tool operated from a remote position, the tool can be hooked. Therefore, it is possible to avoid dropping even when it is accidentally dropped.
According to the present invention, the insertion part can be inserted into the opening of the protective tube end part to separate the split parts, and the electric wire is inserted into the gap between the split parts and inserted. You can start working.
At this time, when the distal end side is formed to be narrower than the opening at the end of the protective tube, the insertion portion can be easily inserted and expanded into the opening at the end of the protective tube. Moreover, when the insertion part is formed in the curved shape, a large space can be ensured between the split part of the protection tube end part, and the work of inserting the electric wire can be facilitated. This insertion part has parallel sides and outer surfaces, so that it can be prevented from slipping in the direction of detachment, and the insertion part can stay in the opening of the end of the protection pipe. The operation of inserting the electric wire can be performed. By connecting the gripping portion that is bent to the insertion portion, the gripping portion can be gripped and attached to and removed from the opening at the end of the protective tube without obstruction. Furthermore, safety can be ensured by enabling the tool to be operated from a remote position.
Therefore, the electric wire can be easily entered into the protective tube, and the operation of expanding the space between the split portions of the protective tube and inserting the electric wire into the interior state can be assisted so as to start smoothly. In addition, in the case of a short protective tube, by inserting the plugs at both ends, all of the split parts between the two ends can be expanded, and after the electric wire has entered easily from between the split parts The operation of inserting the electric wire into the interior state can be completed simply by pulling out the insertion portion.
DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the best embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1-3 is a figure explaining 1st Embodiment of the expansion assistance tool based on this invention.
In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the
Here, the
The
The
Thus, when the
The
Thereby, the
Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 4-6, the
The

The sandwiching
Further, the sandwiching
As a result, the sandwiching
Furthermore, the pinching
As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6B, the
As shown in FIG. 5B and FIG. 6B, the
In addition, the
Therefore, when the
At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, the
As a result, without removing the
Here, the
Briefly, the
As described above, in this embodiment, when the
Therefore, it can assist so that the operation | work which inserts the electric wire D in the
Next, FIGS. 9-11 is a figure explaining 2nd Embodiment of the expansion assistance tool which concerns on this invention. In addition, since this embodiment is comprised substantially the same as the above-mentioned embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same structure and a characteristic part is demonstrated.
In FIG. 9, the
The
In the
Moreover, the
Further, as shown in the developed view of FIG. 10, the
Thereby, the
When the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 11, when the
As a result, without removing the
As described above, in this embodiment, in addition to the same effect as the above-described embodiment, in the case of the short
