Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a banknote handling apparatus including a plurality of banknote storage units, and more particularly to a mechanism for stacking banknotes in each banknote storage unit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a banknote storage unit that stores banknotes in a stacked state inside a banknote processing apparatus body as a banknote processing apparatus used for various applications such as vending machines, game media lending machines at game halls, ticket vending machines, money changers, etc. There are various known banknote processing apparatuses that store banknotes inserted from a banknote insertion section in a banknote storage section, or that allow banknotes to be fed out from the banknote storage section and discharged from the banknote discharge section.
[0003]
As a structure for stacking banknotes in a banknote storage unit in this type of banknote processing apparatus, for example, an apparatus as shown in JP-A-7-97146 is known. This device has a raised member with a convex cross section fixedly provided at the lower part of the device main body, a frame that can be raised and lowered, a motor for raising and lowering the frame, and an upper part of the carry member. And a plate-shaped weight. The frame includes a pair of U-shaped guide members positioned on the left and right sides of the top of the carry member, a power plate extending vertically from the outer wall surface of each guide member, and left and right power plates And a connecting portion that connects the upper end portions of the two are integrally formed, and an accumulation box is formed above the carry member inside.
[0004]
And after introduce | transducing on a carry member, guiding a banknote with a guide member in the state which the said guide member exists in the predetermined height position corresponding to the upper surface of a carry member, it is once until a guide member becomes a position below a banknote. When the frame is moved up and down by the motor so that it rises to the original position after being lowered, the bill is sandwiched between the accumulation receiving portion at the upper end portion of the guide member and the plate-shaped weight, and the bill is The bills are stacked between the stack receiving portion and the plate-shaped weight by repeatedly raising and lowering the frame as they are sequentially introduced.
[0005]
When the device described in this publication is a multi-denomination-compatible type in which banknotes of multiple denominations are stored in denominations, a plurality of carry members are arranged at predetermined intervals in the apparatus body. The frame that can be raised and lowered includes a plurality of upper and lower guide members corresponding to the carry member, a pair of left and right power plates that are formed long in the vertical direction so as to connect the guide members, and the pair of left and right The connecting portion that connects the upper ends of the power plates is integrally connected.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the device disclosed in the above publication, when the multi-denomination type is used, a plurality of guide members, a pair of left and right power plates that connect these members, and a connecting portion that connects the upper ends thereof are integrally formed. The banknote support table fixedly disposed in the banknote storage unit, and can be moved up and down between the rising position higher than the banknote support surface and the lower position lower than the support surface located on both sides of the banknote support table. A banknote separating member, a presser plate positioned on the banknote supporting table and lifted by the banknote separating member when the banknote separating member ascends, and the banknote separating member attached to both outer sides of the banknote storage section so as to be movable up and down. And a movable member for raising and lowering connected to each of the banknote storage units, and the movable members for raising and lowering each banknote storage unit are interlocked with each other in a state where the banknote storage units are stacked one above the other. While it is configured to be capable of lifting, one of these lifting the movable member but is what is connected to the lifting drive mechanism.
[0010]
According to this configuration, after the banknote is guided onto the banknote support table in a state where the banknote separating member and the presser plate are raised, the banknote separating member once rises to a position below the banknote and then rises again. A banknote is pinched | stacked by repeating such operation | movement whenever a banknote is inserted | pinched between a banknote isolation | separation member and a press plate, and a banknote is introduce | transduced into a banknote accommodating part.
[0011]
And the movable member for raising / lowering and banknote separation member with which each banknote storage part was equipped by one drive mechanism act | operates, and accumulation | storage of the banknote of each banknote storage part is attained. Moreover, each banknote storage unit is provided with a banknote stacking mechanism including a banknote support table, a banknote separation member, a presser plate, and a movable member for raising and lowering, and each banknote storage section is stacked up and down. Since the movable members for raising and lowering are interlocked with each other, it is possible to make the banknote stacking mechanism common to various banknote handling apparatuses having different banknote storage unit numbers.
[0012]
In this invention, a magnet is provided in one up-and-down movable member at the up-and-down movable member abutting portion of the upper and lower bill storage parts, and a magnet or a magnetic body that is attracted to the magnet is provided in the other up-and-down movable member. Preferably it is. If it does in this way, interlocking with a lifter and each movable member for raising and lowering will be performed reliably.
[0013]
Moreover, it is preferable that the said raising / lowering movable member is formed in a vertically long plate shape, and is hold | maintained so that raising / lowering is possible to the guide roller provided in the side part of the banknote accommodating part. If it does in this way, each raising / lowering movable member will be able to raise / lower smoothly, although it is based on a compact structure.

When the banknote separating members 350 and 450 are in the raised position before the banknotes are stacked, the presser plates 353 and 453 are put on the protruding pieces 351 and 451 of the both banknote separating members 350 and 450 as shown in FIG. In this state, after the bills P are taken on the tables 312, 412, when the bill separating members 350, 450 are lowered, the protruding pieces 351, 451 of the bill separating members 350, 450 are moved as shown in FIG. While passing the sides of the tables 312 and 412 while bending both sides of the banknote P, the presser plates 353 and 453 ride on the banknote P on the tables 312 and 412 and further separate the banknote as shown in FIG. When the members 350 and 450 reach the lowered position, the side of the bill P is detached from the protruding pieces 351 and 451 and returns to the non-bent state. Thereafter, when the banknote separating members 350 and 450 are raised again, the banknote P and the presser plates 353 and 453 that hold the banknote P are held on the protruding pieces 351 and 451 of the banknote separating members 350 and 450 as shown in FIG. At the same time, the banknote P can be taken onto the tables 312 and 412 below the banknote separating members 350 and 450. The bills P are stacked by repeating the operations shown in FIGS.
[0043]
The operation of such a stacking mechanism is performed by moving the elevating movable members 352 and 452 up and down by the drive mechanism 36 as shown in FIGS. That is, FIG. 5 corresponds to the state of FIGS. 4A and 4D (the state where the banknote separating members 350 and 450 are raised), and the lifter support portion of the eccentric cam 362 is kept in the upward state. As a result, the lifter 363 and the movable members for raising and lowering 352 and 452 are in the raised position. If the eccentric cam 362 is rotated halfway by driving the lifter motor 360 from this state, the lifter support portion is in a downward state as shown in FIG. 6, and the lifter 363 and the movable members for raising and lowering 352 and 452 are lowered. The state shown in FIG. 4C (state where the banknote separating members 350 and 360 are lowered) is obtained. After that, when the lifter motor 360 is further driven, the lifter 363 and the movable members for raising and lowering 352 and 452 are pushed up by the eccentric cam 362 to return to the state shown in FIG.
[0044]
In this way, the banknote stacking mechanisms 35 and 45 of the banknote storage units 31 and 41 are operated by one drive mechanism 36. And since each banknote collection | stacking mechanism 35 and 45 is provided separately for every banknote accommodating part 31 and 41 and each banknote accommodating part 31 and 41 is interlocked | stacked, the number of denominations to process differs. The banknote storage unit, the banknote stacking mechanism, and the like can be made common to various banknote processing devices, and the setting and changing of the number of banknote storage units according to the number of denominations required for manufacture are facilitated.
[0045]
That is, since the internal structure of the banknote processing apparatus is divided into the upper deposit / withdrawal unit 2, the lower base unit 3, and the intermediate units 4A to 4C between them, the number of intermediate units is changed. In addition, as long as the size of the casing is changed, a banknote handling apparatus corresponding to various denominations can be obtained. For example, the illustrated processing apparatus having three stages of intermediate unit 4A to 4C is compatible with four denominations, but if the intermediate unit is reduced to two stages, it corresponds to three denominations and the intermediate unit can be reduced to one stage. 2 denominations. Further, if the intermediate unit is further expanded from the illustrated one, it is possible to cope with five or more denominations.
[0046]
And since the banknote stacking mechanisms 35 and 45 including the movable members 352 and 452 for raising and lowering are individually provided for the banknote storage units 31 and 41, the number of corresponding denominations is changed by increasing or decreasing the intermediate unit as described above. In the case of making it, it is not necessary to change the design of the bill stacking mechanism.

According to this embodiment, when performing maintenance, repair, etc., the door of the casing 1 is opened, the lock mechanism is unlocked, and then the internal structure is pulled out to the front of the casing 1 to facilitate maintenance, etc. Can be done.
[0050]
Moreover, when taking out a banknote from the rejection chamber 28 or each banknote accommodating part 31 and 41, the door 12 of the casing 1 and the door 60 of the front of an internal structure are the state which accommodated the internal structure in the casing 1. FIG. Are opened sequentially, the reject chamber 28 and the banknote storage units 31 and 41 are opened forward, and the banknotes can be taken out.
(2) When the banknotes are taken out from the banknote storage units 31 and 41, the presser plates 353 and 453 of the banknote stacking mechanisms 35 and 45 are obstructed so that they are automatically pressed when the door 60 is opened. It is desirable to provide a presser plate lifting mechanism for lifting the plates 353 and 453 to a predetermined raised position. FIGS. 9 and 10 show an example of a presser plate lifting mechanism 600. The presser plate lifting mechanism 600 is lowered to a position where the presser plate 353 (453) presses a bill when the door 60 is closed. And having a movable part that pulls up the presser plate 353 (453) to a predetermined ascending position when the door 60 is opened. Specifically, as the movable part, In addition to a link mechanism 610 that is disposed on both sides and can be expanded and contracted in the vertical direction, a link mechanism 620 that links the door 60 and the link mechanism 610 is provided.
[0051]
The link mechanism 610 has a pair of links 611 and 612 that intersect in an X shape and are rotatably connected to each other at an intermediate portion, and both links 611 and 612 are frames of the upper end portion of the bill storage unit 31 (41). Positioned between the plate 315 (415) and the presser plate 353 (453), one end of each of the links 611 and 612 (the end on the rear side far from the door) is the presser plate 353 (453) and the frame plate 315 ( 415) and the other end portions of the links 611, 612 (the front end portion close to the door) are connected to the frame plate 315 (415) and the presser plate. The long holes 615 and 616 in the front-rear direction provided in each of the holes 353 (453) are connected via the bars 617 and 618 so as to be rotatable and movable in the range of the long holes 615 and 616.
[0052]
The linkage mechanism 620 includes a gear 621 provided on the rotation shaft of the door 60, an intermediate gear 622 that meshes with the gear 621, a gear 623 that meshes with the gear 621, and a gear 623 that is coaxial with the gear 623. And a lever 624 having a protruding portion 625. The protrusion 625 of the lever 624 protrudes downward through an arcuate cutout 626 provided on the frame plate 315 (415), and is disposed so as to face the rear side of the bar 617. The rotation axis of the door 60 and the lever 624 are interlocked via gears 621, 622, and 623 so that the lever 624 rotates forward when the door 60 is opened.
[0053]
The presser plate 353 (453) is biased downward by a biasing means such as a spring (not shown).
[0054]
The presser plate lifting mechanism 600 including the link mechanism 610 and the linkage mechanism 620 is provided for each of the base unit 3 and the intermediate units 4A to 4C, and is attached to a common rotating shaft that extends the entire vertical length of the door 60. A gear 621 of the plate lifting mechanism 600 is attached. In addition, the intermediate unit 4A to which the auxiliary unit 5 is connected projects the lever 624 so that the lifting amount of the presser plate 453 when the door is opened is larger than the other intermediate units 4B and 4C and the base unit 3. The positional relationship between the portion 625 and the bar 617 is changed between the intermediate unit 4A and other units, and the lifting stroke of the link mechanism 610 is adjusted.
[0055]
If the presser plate lifting mechanism 600 is provided in this way, when the door 60 is opened, the presser plates 353 and 453 are lifted upward in all of the base unit 3 and the intermediate units 4A to 4C. A banknote can be easily taken out from the banknote storage unit.
