Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement in a cup for a heated confectionery in which a lower cup side tube is made of lower grade paper such as kraft paper or a plastic sheet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Many cups for beverages are made of paper and plastic, and the paper cups have a uniform shape (length and thickness), and the paper cups have a uniform shape. A specially made “cup base paper” having a paper thickness of 225 g / m 2 or more is used.
The side tube of the baked confectionery paper cup is a kraft paper that is extremely coarse compared to the “cup base paper”, that is, a thin paper of 40 to 150 g / m 2, a rough surface, a low grade paper and plastic sheet that are easy to tear. Is used.
[0003]
In other words, the reason for using lower grade paper and plastic sheets that are not suitable for paper cups in the cup side tube for baked confectionery is that the lower grade paper such as kraft paper is particularly excellent in heat resistance because the tissue fibers are long. Unbleached kraft paper or polyethylene terephthalate so-called PET that has not been subjected to bleaching treatment by chemical treatment is also preferable for food hygiene, and a transparent portion due to oil flowing into container paper during heating of oil and fat in confectionery seeds The main reason is that this unevenness is not noticeable in unbleached kraft paper or PET sheet.
[0004]
As a baked confectionery paper cup (paper container) made of lower grade paper, there is one described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-100504.
In this conventional example, as shown in FIG. 4, a blank 1 in which lower grade paper is formed in a substantially arc-shaped strip shape is rounded in the length direction, and its end portions 1a are bonded together by an adhesive portion 2 to form a hollow frustoconical shape. This is a heated confectionery paper cup in which a cup-side tube 3 is made and a round plate-like bottom tube 5 is bonded to the inner peripheral surface of the small-diameter end portion by the rising peripheral surface 6.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In this conventional example, the rising peripheral surface 6 of the bottom paper 5 is formed by narrowing between upper and lower drawing dies for raising the periphery of the circular bottom paper, and thus the rising peripheral surface 6 has a circular shape. Many vertical wrinkles based on the inner and outer diameter differences of the periphery of the bottom paper are generated, and as a result of the vertical wrinkles being partially folded, uneven portions 6A due to vertical wrinkle polymerization are generated at a number of locations.
[0006]
These uneven portions 6A are not noticeable and have no problem when the height of the rising peripheral surface 6 is relatively low within 10 to 20 times (about 1 to 2.0 mm) of the bottom paper thickness. In order to increase the adhesive strength of the rising peripheral surface 6 of the bottom paper 5 with respect to the inner peripheral surface of the small-diameter end, when the height is set to about 3 to 5 mm which is 30 to 50 times the thickness of the base paper, As shown in FIG. 4, a large number of protrusions 3 </ b> A of about 0.1 to 0.3 mm are generated on the outer peripheral surface of the side tube 3 around the bottom sheet 5. To do.
[0007]
Therefore, after many of the cups C having the protruding protrusions 3A of the cup side tube 3 are stacked (stacked) as shown in FIG. 5, the user removes the cups C from the cup stack one by one. When pulling out and separating, the protruding protrusion 3A bites into the inner surface of the outer cup by about 0.1 to 0.3 mm as shown in FIG. Therefore, there is an essential and serious problem that separation of individual cups is extremely difficult to carry out due to the difficulty of air entering between the side cylinders, which significantly impedes the workability. .
[0008]
In addition to the conventional example, as a conventional example in which the cup side tube is provided with irregularities so that it is easy to separate the single cup from the cup stack, the registered utility model No. 3046289 previously proposed by the applicant of the present application is disclosed. Perforated wall (cup), which is formed into a hollow conical cylinder by embossing a predetermined pattern of ridges, patterns, letters, etc. A cup for heat-processed confectionery that is baked or steamed into a product that is integrated with the confectionery in a state where the confectionery seeds are contained inside a cup having a side plate and a bottom plate inserted into the bottom of the peripheral wall. Is also well known.
[0009]
However, even in this example, there are still a number of protrusions on the outer surface of the joint between the cup side tube and the bottom paper, so that the difficulty of separating single items due to the protrusions has not been solved yet. There is.
[0010]
In order to eliminate each of the problems described above, the present invention is to bond the bottom paper to the inner surface of the tapered peripheral surface that is narrowed inwardly around the small diameter of the cup side tube that is widened and has a large number of irregularities, In addition to reducing the contact area between the side cylinders of the cups that have been stacked, the outer surface of the tapered peripheral surface of the side cylinders at the periphery of the bottom paper has protrusions due to unevenness of numerous vertical wrinkle polymerization. Even if these numerous protruding protrusions do not come into contact with the inner surface of the cup superposed on the outside, air enters between the side cylinders from the gap between the side cylinders due to the convex portions formed on the side cylinders. The purpose of this is to make it easy to separate a single cup from a stack of many cups one by one.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The object of the present invention described above is to round a substantially arc-shaped strip-shaped side tube blank in the length direction, and to bond the ends of the side tube blanks together with an adhesive portion to make an upwardly spreading cup side tube. In making a cup to which paper is adhered, a desired number of convex portions are formed on the peripheral surface of the cup side tube, and a tapered peripheral surface is formed by partially narrowing the periphery of the small diameter of the side tube inwardly. This was achieved by adhering a round dish-shaped bottom paper to the tapered peripheral surface.
Further, when eating the food processed in the paper cup, a perforated cutting line or a peeling tab for easily peeling off the paper cup side plate may be formed on the cup side plate.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
First, as shown in FIG. 1, the basic form of the present invention is a well-known process such as hot press processing or uneven roller processing of low-grade paper such as thin kraft paper of about 40 to 80 g / m 2 or plastic sheet such as PET sheet. After forming a desired number of vertical line-shaped convex portions by means, the blank 1 cut and formed into a substantially arc-shaped strip shape is rounded in the length direction as shown in FIG. A cup side cylinder 3 having a desired number of vertical line-shaped convex portions 3A formed by the convex portions of the blank on the outer peripheral surface or the inner peripheral surface is bonded by the adhesive portion 2 or the adhesive portion 2 by heat sealing. create.
Then, as shown in FIG. 1 (a), it is in the shape of a round plate, and if necessary, a ventilation portion such as a cross-shaped, U-shaped, U-shaped, V-shaped or the like, a ventilation slit 5A, a ventilation hole 5B, etc. As shown in FIG. 1 (b), the bottom paper 5 on which the slab is formed is placed on a two-stage upper narrow truncated cone mandrel M placed downward.
[0013]
Next, the small-diameter periphery 3a of the cup-side tube 3 is partially squeezed inward along the upper tapered peripheral surface M1 of the mandrel M with a finger or an inverted circular dish-like rotary pressing body, as shown in FIG. A tapered peripheral surface 4 inclined 2 ° to 5 ° further inside than the cup side tube 3 is formed, and the bottom paper 5 is bonded to the inner peripheral surface of the end portion of the peripheral surface 4 by the rising peripheral surface 6. By doing so, the cup C for heat-processed foods by this invention as shown in FIG.1 (d) and FIG. 2 which retained the said tapering surrounding surface 4 can be comprised.
[0014]
In addition, when the side cylinder blank 1 is a PET sheet, a heat-adhesive resin or the like is coated or laminated on the sheet in advance in order to facilitate heat seal bonding.
[0015]
When a large number of the cups C are stacked as shown in FIG. 3, the side tube tapered peripheral surface 4 around the bottom paper has a protruding protrusion 4 </ b> A due to the concavo-convex portion 6 </ b> A of the bottom paper rising peripheral surface 6. Even so, the protruding portion 4A of the tapered peripheral surface 4 is the same as the inner surface of the cup on the outer side because the diameter of the portion facing the peripheral surface of the raised base is smaller than the upper edge 4a of the tapered peripheral surface 4. As shown in FIG. 3, air enters between the side cylinders 5 through the clearance by the convex portion 3 </ b> A, so that each cup can be easily pulled out one by one from the cup stack. I was able to take it out.
[0016]
Further, even if the confectionery seeds are put in the cup C according to the present invention, the confectionery seeds are baked in the oven as they are without leaking from the breathable slits 5A and the vent holes 5B of the bottom paper 5, or are steamed. When steamed, the confectionery seeds are heated and expanded, and the wheat starch in the confectionery seeds is pregelatinized to become an edible baked or steamed confectionery, and the paper cup is peeled off and eaten.
[0017]
That is, confectionery seeds in the cup C, that is, wheat starch occupying most of the “dough”, is gelatinized by heating at 60 ° C. or more, and the bottom paper 5 is also glued from the inner surface of the cup side tube 3 to be solidified.
In order to form the cup side tube 3, the bonding portion 2 that bonds both ends of the side tube blank 1 receives the expansion pressure due to expansion before the wheat starch is gelatinized by heat. Although it is necessary to pour, even if there is a gap of about 1 to 3 mm or less due to the air permeable slit 5A or the air vent 5B on the bottom paper 5, the viscosity of the dough and the heating of the dough at the time of filling the dough or after filling. There is no concern that the dough leaks out from the slit 5A or the small hole 5B due to gelatinization or the like.
[0018]
In addition, for example, gratin dough or noodles other than the confectionery type may be put in the cup C and cooked in the cup C.
1D is a perforated cutting line, and the portion indicated by reference numeral 7 in FIG. 1D is for easily cutting the cup C from the adhesive portion 2 in the circumferential direction. Further, the paper thickness of the cup C in each of the above drawings is enlarged and exaggerated for easy understanding.
[0019]
【Example】
The height of the cup C is set to 60 mm, the opening angle is set to about 7 degrees with respect to the cup center line, the oblique side length of the tapered peripheral surface 4 is set to about 8 mm, and the inward angle thereof is set to about the cup side tube 3. In the example of FIG. 2 that is 3 degrees, the end peripheral surface (lower peripheral surface) of the tapered peripheral surface 4 facing the peripheral edge of the cup bottom paper 5 is in contact with the upper edge 4 a of the tapered peripheral surface 4. Since it has a small diameter of 8 mm × sin 3 ° = 0.42 mm with respect to the inner surface of the outer cup side tube 3, a large number of bites are formed on the peripheral surface of the tapered peripheral surface 4 around the bottom paper 5. Even if the protruding protrusions 4A are present, if the protruding length of each protruding part 4A is within the above 0.42 mm, these multiple protruding parts 4A are connected to the outer cup side tube as shown in FIG. 3, the contact area between adjacent cups corresponding to the cup tapered peripheral surface 4 is reduced, and the peripheral surface of the side tube 3 is shaped. Cup separation is achieved by reducing the joint friction resistance by reducing the contact area between the side cylinders by the desired number of convex parts 3A and by allowing air to easily enter between the side cylinders from the gaps by the convex parts 3A. Became even easier.
[0020]
Further, the number of the convex portions 3A on the side cylinder peripheral surface may be one or more, and the shape thereof may be a large number of dot arrangements in addition to the vertical line arrangement shown in FIG. Various deformation changes can be made, such as a pattern / zigzag shape, an arbitrary pattern / symbol shape, or a crater-like uneven portion 3A, and the width and height of the stacked side cylinders 3 allow air to enter between them. If it is a dimension, the convex part of arbitrary width | variety and height may be sufficient, and the formation means can also form the desired number of convex parts 3A by a well-known means after making the side cylinder 3. FIG.
Further, if the bottom paper 5 is provided with the ventilation slits by the ventilation slits 5A and the ventilation small holes 5B as described above, air can more easily enter between the cup bottom papers of the cup stack, so that the cup separation can be performed. It becomes even easier.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention adopts the above-described form, the following effects can be obtained. The tapered peripheral surface 4 is formed by partially narrowing the periphery 3 a of the small diameter of the cup-side tube 3 that spreads upward inwardly, and the bottom paper 5 is bonded to the inner surface of the end of the peripheral surface 4 by the rising peripheral surface 6. Thus, even if the protrusion 4A based on the concavo-convex portion 6A due to the drawing vertical wrinkle polymerization of the bottom surface rising peripheral surface 6 is present on the outer surface of the tapered peripheral surface 4, these many protrusion protrusions are provided. With the reduction of the contact area between adjacent cups due to the tapered peripheral surface 4 and the convex portion 3 of the side cylinder peripheral surface, the portion 4A can be prevented from contacting the inner surface of the cup superposed on the outside, The side tube contact frictional resistance between the cups can be reduced, and further, air can enter between the side tubes 3 through the gaps of the convex portions 3A. It was possible to easily separate the cups one by one from the stack. It says the effect is there.
[0022]
In the inventions of claims 2 and 3, in addition to the above-mentioned effects, the cup side tube 3 can be easily shredded with fingers, and the food in the cup can be easily exposed to make it easier to eat.
According to the invention of claim 4, it was possible to further easily separate the single cup from the cup stack.
