Claims (6)
- ガスタービン用のロータシュラウドを形成する静止リングアセンブリであって、静止リングアセンブリが、隣接する側面(30、40)を有する複数のセグメント(16、18)を備え、該セグメントが、間に介在されたシーリング手段とともに端部同士を突き合わせて配置され、シーリング手段が、軸方向スロット(26、36)に収納された少なくとも1つの軸方向シーリングストリップ(42)と、径方向スロット(28、38)に収納された少なくとも1つの径方向シーリングストリップ(44)とを備え、軸方向スロット(23、36)および径方向スロット(28、38)は、セグメントの隣接する側面に互いに面して形成され、各径方向スロット(28、38)の少なくとも1つの端部が、対応する軸方向スロット(26、36)に開口し、セグメント(16、18)の各軸方向スロット(26、36)が、対応する径方向スロット(28、38)の深さ(P2)よりも深い深さ(P1)を呈し、軸方向シーリングストリップ(42)が、径方向シーリングストリップ(44)の幅(L2)よりも広い幅(L1)を呈していることを特徴とする、静止リングアセンブリ。
- ターボ機械用の高圧タービンリングを構成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 各リングセグメント(16)が、各側面(30)に、2つの軸方向スロット(26)および2つの径方向スロット(28)を含み、2つの軸方向スロット(26)は、リングセグメントの内側壁(32a)およびリングセグメントの外側壁(32b)に向かって配置され、かつ軸方向ストリップが収容され、2つの径方向スロットは、リングセグメントの上流壁(34a)およびリングセグメントの下流壁(34b)に向かって配置され、かつ径方向ストリップが収容されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- ターボ機械用の高圧タービンスペーサを構成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 各スペーサセグメント(18)が、各側面(40)に、軸方向ストリップ(42)が収納される1つの軸方向スロット(36)と、少なくとも3つの径方向スロット(38)とを含み、径方向スロットの2つが、スペーサセグメントの上流壁(22a)およびスペーサセグメントの下流壁(22b)に向かって配置され、かつ径方向ストリップ(44)が収納されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の、ガスタービン用の静止リングアセンブリ(12)のためのセグメント(16、18)。
