近年、台所の壁面上部のデッドスペースを利用して、その部分に動力により上下動させられる昇降式の戸棚を取付ける例が多くなってきている。

この種の昇降式の戸棚は、例えば実用新案登録第２５１６５４７号公報や実公平５−１３２１６号公報に記載されているもののように、外ケース内に戸棚本体を昇降可能に収容したものや、前面に扉を有する戸棚自体を昇降可能としたものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した従来の前者の昇降式戸棚は、壁面に固定的に取付けられた外ケースの前面板全体が戸棚の扉を兼ねているため、戸棚内に物品を出し入れする際には、戸棚本体を大きく下降させなければならず、その分、戸棚本体の下方に食器や調理器具等を置くスペースが小さくなるという問題がある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明の昇降式戸棚は、下端が開口する箱状のケース体を壁面等に固定的に取付け、このケース体内に、戸棚本体を昇降可能に収容してなる昇降式戸棚において、前記ケース体の前面板の下半部を開閉扉とし、該開閉扉を、前記戸棚本体が下限位置まで下降したとき開き、ケース体内に収容される上限位置まで上昇したとき閉じるように、戸棚本体に開閉手段を介して連係し、前記開閉扉が、上端を中心として上下に開閉されるものであり、開閉手段が、ケース体の両側板の内面における上下に開閉される開閉扉の上端部近傍に、上下に回動可能に上端が枢着され、下端が開閉扉の裏面に接触可能な、中間部を後向きに折曲した左右１対の開閉アームと、該両開閉アームの後向き折曲部と対向する戸棚本体の前端下部に形成され、前記後向き折曲部の後端が摺接することにより、前記開閉アームを、その下端がケース体内に収容される位置からケース体の前方に突出するまでの間を上下に回動させる傾斜カム面と、この傾斜カム面の上端と連続して形成され、開閉アームをケース体の前方に突出させた状態に保持する垂直カム面とからなっていることを特徴としている。
この特徴によれば、戸棚本体が、昇降可能に収容されたケース体の前面板の下半部を開閉扉としているため、戸棚本体を大きく下降させなくても、その前面を解放することができ、戸棚本体の下方のスペースを有効に利用することができる。
