【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照しつつ本発明の実施の形態について説明する。図1の(イ)は本発明に係る閉塞蓋を使用状態により示す正面図、図1の(ロ)は図1の(イ)におけるロ−ロ断面図である。図1において、Aは本発明に係る閉塞蓋の一例を示し、マンホ−ル内面21に当接固定されるプレ−ト部11とパイプインパイプの新設管路23の管路端にパッキング13を介して水密に差し込み接合される継手部12とを備えている。20は四角孔のマンホ−ル、22は下水用既設管路、23は既設管路22内に挿入布設された下水用新設管路であり、この新設管路Eの管路口に閉塞蓋Aの継手部12がパッキング13を介して差し込み接合され、閉塞蓋Aのプレ−ト部11がマンホ−ル内面21に当接されてアンカ−ボルト24,…で固定されている。プレ−ト部11とマンホ−ル内面21との間に、シ−ト状パッキング等のシ−ル材を介在させることもできる。

上記マンホ−ルの内郭が円形の場合もあり、この場合は、図4に示すように閉塞蓋のプレ−ト部11がその円形内面に適合した曲面板とされる。

上記の閉塞蓋Aは、図5に示すように、新管内径と同一内径のFRP製継手部本体120に受口用カラ−121の端部を嵌着し、このカラ−端にFRP製プレ−ト部本体110を嵌着し、プレ−ト部本体110及び継手部本体120を内外側から繊維強化樹脂層122(例えば、エポキシ樹脂含浸マット)で包囲し、更に注入管14及びエア抜き管15を貫設することにより製作できる。

上記パイプインパイプの新管には、繊維強化樹脂製の内管と外管との間に樹脂モルタルを充填し、一端に受口を設け、他端を挿口とした複合FRP管を使用でき、管寸法は、例えば内径1200mmφの既設管路に対して内径1000mmφされ、その施工は次ぎのようにして行うことができる。

すなわち、図6の(イ)において、まずマンホ−ル20a内に新管を吊り下し得るように、既設マンホ−ルの上端部を削って開口スペ−スを拡大し、更に、マンホ−ルの上端開口部に、吊り下し機31を設置し、新管をマンホ−ル内に一本づつ下していき、マンホ−ル底部まで下した最初の新管231を既設管路22の管路口からジャッキ等を用いて内部に挿入し、次ぎに吊り下した新管232を上記新管231と同一軸線上に位置させ、該新管232を上記新管231に向けジャッキ等を用いて押し込むことにより、これらの新管を受口・挿口方式により接続する。その後は、接続された複数本の新管からなる新管接続群を次ぎの新管で上記と同様にして既設管路内に押し込み、以後同様な作業を行うことにより、図6の(ロ)に示すように、新管接続群の先端管231を到達側マンホ−ル20bの管路口に到達させる。
通常、新管は挿口側を先端にして押し込まれ、また最後の新管には、長さを調整した切断管材が使用されるので、新設管路の両端は挿口タイプとなる。
上記のようにして、既設管路内に新設管路を挿入布設したのちは、各マンホ−ル内において、図1に示したように閉塞蓋を取付け、各閉塞蓋の注入管に充填材注入機のホ−スを連結し、既設管路と新設管路との間の間隙に充填材を注入していく。

この注入材には、モルタル・セメントミルク系の懸濁液の外、水ガラス系の半懸濁液、ウレタン系等の高分子溶液の使用も可能であり、注入後、硬化して、新設管路に対する実質上の地盤強化、止水性の向上が図られる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、パイプインパイプ方式における既設管路と新設管路との間の間隙に硬化性の液状充填材を注入する場合にその両端を閉塞するために使用される部材であり、マンホ−ル内面に当接固定されるプレ−ト部と新設管路端にパッキングを介して水密に差し込み接続される継手部とを備えており、継手部を新設管路端に差し込み接合し、プレ−ト部をマンホ−ル内面に当接固定するだけで、既設管路と新設管路との間の間隙の端を閉塞でき、閉塞を簡単な作業で行うことができる。
また、充填材が固化するまでの間の充填材圧力をプレ−ト部で支持でき、継手部と新設管路端とのパッキング接続とプレ−ト部とマンホ−ル内面との密接により優れた液密性を保証できるから、充填材が多量注入される長尺のパイプインパイプ管路でも、充填材の漏れなく、充填材の注入・充填作業を円滑・迅速に行うことができる。
