Description

The present invention is installed on the windward side of the road, prevents the snowstorm from being accumulated on the road by blowing the snowstorm mainly on the windward side (roadside) of the fence, and forms a wind reduction area on the leeward side of the fence. The present invention relates to a snow-stopping fence that alleviates visibility problems caused by snowstorms for drivers.

As this type of anti-skid snow fence, in addition to the simple non-slip snow fence that forms a vertical plane, as shown in Fig. 14 (a), the snow fence is tilted in a curved state with the upper part of the snow fence facing the road (downward). There is a blow-off type snow fence 1 having a structure as described above (see Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-77310, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-288715, etc.). The road inner slope portion is denoted by 1a. Since the snow fence is installed on the windward side of the road, the windward side of the snow fence is called the road outside (road outside) and the lee side is called the road inside (road inside).
Further, as shown in FIG. 14 (b), there is also a blowing type snow fence 2 having a structure having a so-called creeping back 2a in which the upper part of the snow fence is inclined toward the roadside (windward side: left side in the figure) See Sho 58-33615, Shokai Sho 59-92714, etc.). 3 indicates a road, and an arrow indicates a wind direction.

The road-inclined snowbreak fence 1 of the road inner side can blow away the snowstorm that has flown over the fence far away by the guidance action of the road inner inclined part 1a above the snow fence, so that snow accumulates on the road. but it is that a can be reduced to, blow stop type snow fences of this road inner inclined is to be preferred in various aspects in terms of the structure itself is curved road inwardly applied to actual road, blown Widely used as a stop-type snow fence.
JP 58-33615 A Shokai 59-92714 5-77310 JP 2001-288715 A

However, the road-inclined snowbreak fence 1 has an upper road-inclined surface 1a, and the simulation diagram shown in FIGS. 11 and 12 (FIG. 11 shows the case of the road-inclined type in FIG. 12). As shown in the case of the creeping type), there is a drawback that the wind-reduction area by the snow fence is reduced compared to the mere creeping type snowbreak fence 2. When the wind-reducing area is shortened, when applied to a wide road, the lane farthest from the fence becomes out of the wind-reducing area and becomes a snowstorm with a strong wind, which impairs visibility for the driver. For this reason, there is a demand for a blow-off type snow fence that has a structure that is inclined toward the inside of the road, but does not reduce the wind-reducing area.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and has a structure having an inclined portion on the inner side of the road, but does not have the disadvantage that the wind-reducing area is reduced. The purpose of this study is to provide a snow-stop type fence that does not cause any visibility problems.

The present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem is a blown-off type snow fence that is formed by horizontally placing a snow plate between columns that are erected at intervals along the road,
A lower panel portion having a snowproof plate installed upright, an inclined panel portion having a snowproof plate installed to be inclined inward from the upper end of the lower panel portion larger than the snowproof plate of the lower panel portion, and the inclined panel portion And a top panel portion having a snow-proof plate installed to be inclined from the upper end to the road outside.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the blown snow fence according to the first aspect, the snow-preventing plate of the inclined panel portion is inclined in a curved state.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the blown snow fence according to the first or second aspect, the hooks respectively fixed to the side frames provided at both ends of the snow-preventing plate of the inclined panel portion are engaged with the hook receivers on the support column side, A bar member protruding outward in the longitudinal direction of the panel is fixed to the road outer surface of the frame.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the snowproof fence according to the first or second aspect, an L-shaped panel is formed by integrating the uppermost snowproof plate of the inclined panel portion and the snowproof plate of the top panel portion. It is characterized in that is attached to the support column in a detachable manner.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the blown snow fence according to the fourth aspect, the hooks respectively fixed to the upper portions of the L-shaped side frames provided at both ends of the L-shaped panel are engaged with the hook receivers on the support column side. A bar that protrudes outward in the longitudinal direction of the panel is fixed in the vicinity of the lower end of the outer surface of the shape side frame, and a retaining pin is provided to restrain the bar from moving upward through the column in the outer direction. It is characterized by that.

The sixth aspect of the present invention provides the snowproof fence according to the fifth aspect, wherein the retaining pin is inserted from the inside of the road into a through hole formed in a portion inclined to the inner side of the column, and the pin is prevented from falling off. There are two split pin holes for inserting the split pins. One split pin hole is for maintaining the retaining pin in a state of passing through the column, and the other split pin hole is for retaining the retaining pin. It is for maintaining the stand-by state in which the tip does not protrude from the back of the column.

A seventh aspect of the present invention provides a support body in which the support in the blown snow fence according to any one of claims 1 to 6 is attached to a fixed support leg part and an upper end of the support leg so as to be rotatable up and down in the fence span direction via a hinge. A part of the snow-preventing plate of the lower panel part, the snow-preventing board of the inclined panel part, and the snow-preventing board of the top panel part are detachably attached between the pillar main body parts, and the lower panel part is provided between the pillar leg parts. It is characterized by fixing other snow plates.

Claim 8 is the blown snow fence according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the L-shaped panel and each snow-preventing plate removed from the column are arranged at the lower part of the column, and the L-shaped panel is located on the outermost side and on the road outer side. A snowboard storage rack is provided so as to face each other in parallel in a vertical posture.

According to the present invention, since the top panel portion that inclines to the road outside is provided at the upper end portion of the inclined panel portion that inclines from the upper end of the lower panel portion to the road inner side, it partially forms a road inner inclined type. Even with the structure, the top panel portion inclined toward the road outside of the top portion could secure a long wind-reduction area similar to that in the case of a conventional simple anti-skid snow fence. As a result, even on a wide road, the wind can be sufficiently weakened in the entire area of the road width. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a snowstorm condition from occurring on the traveling lane and to prevent a driver from causing a visibility problem due to the snowstorm. .

According to claim 3, when attaching the snow-proof plate of the inclined panel portion to the portion inclined to the inner side of the column, the bar is lowered along the outer surface of the column and the hook is engaged with the hook receiver. The operation of making it possible to attach the snow protection plate to the support column makes it easy to attach the snow protection plate to the portion of the support column that is inclined inside the road.

When the top panel portion is integrated with the topmost snow-preventing plate of the inclined panel portion to form an L-shaped panel as in claim 4, the sneak portion of the support column is not necessary, and particularly when it is installed in a three-dimensional space ( In the case of installation on a road with a height difference and a curve), the construction of the blown snow fence according to the present invention having a structure with a creeping structure on the road slope is facilitated.
In addition, according to the L-shaped panel, there is no need to specially work on the support column. It is only necessary to replace the L-shaped panel at the time, and it has excellent compatibility with on-site conditions.

According to the fifth aspect, the L-shaped panel can be easily attached to the portion of the column inclined to the inside of the road, and the L-shaped panel can be pulled upward by the engagement between the retaining pin and the bar. Can be prevented. Further, since the uppermost portion (L-shaped panel) does not come out upward, it is possible to prevent the lower snow protection plates from coming off at the same time.

According to claim 6, by providing two split pin holes in the retaining pin, not only can the split pin be inserted into one split pin hole to prevent the retaining pin from falling off, but the other split pin hole can By inserting the split pin, the retaining pin can be put into a standby state that does not get in the way when the L-shaped panel is attached to the column, and the workability of mounting the L-shaped panel on the column is improved.

According to the seventh aspect, it is possible to store the support columns and the respective snow protection plates when not in use other than the winter season, and to improve the visibility from the vehicle traveling on the road.

According to the eighth aspect, the L-shaped panel and each snow protection plate can be stored compactly.

A preferred embodiment for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the blown snow fence 11 according to one embodiment shown in FIGS.

On the other hand, on the column main body 22 side, a hook receiver 31 made of a short square steel pipe for receiving the hook 30 and an upward L-shaped round bar receiver 36 (see FIG. 2) into which the round bar 35 enters are fixed. . Note that the round bar 35 and the round bar receiver 36 indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 5 (C) show the case of the snow plate 15 and are not attached to the snow plate 13.
Moreover, the said snow-proof board 20 consists of three simple non-perforated boards 27 ', and is being directly fixed to the support | pillar leg part 21 with the volt | bolt (refer FIG. 4).

As shown in FIGS. 6A (A), (B), and FIG. 6B, the L-shaped panel 33 is formed by integrating the snow protection plate 15 at the upper end of the inclined panel portion 16 and the snow protection plate 17 of the top panel portion 18. A common L-shaped side frame 34 is fixed with bolts 29 to both ends of the two perforated plates 27 constituting the snow preventing plate 15 and the one perforated plate 27 constituting the snow preventing plate 17. The hook 30 is fixed to the outer side surface of the L-shaped side frame 34, and the round bar 35 is projected and fixed to the outside in the longitudinal direction of the panel on the road outer side near the lower end of the L-shaped side frame 34.
On the other hand, a hook receiver 31 made of a short square steel pipe that receives the hook 30 is provided on the column main body 22 side. Further, as shown in detail in FIG. 8, a round bar receiver 36 having an upward L-shaped cross section into which the round bar 35 is inserted is fixed, and a retaining member that penetrates the flange portion of the column main body 22 made of H-shaped steel. Pins 37 are provided. The retaining pin 37 prevents the L-shaped panel 33 from being pulled upward by preventing the round bar 35 contained in the round bar receiver 36 from being pulled upward.
The retaining pin 37 is inserted into a through hole 22d formed in a portion inclined to the inner side of the column main body 22 from the inner side of the road (right side in FIG. 8), and the split pin 38 prevents the pin from falling off. Have two split pin holes 37a, 37b. One of the split pin holes 37a is for maintaining the retaining pin 37 in a state of passing through the column main body 22, and the other of the split pin holes 37b is the retaining pin 37 whose tip is the column main body 22. This is to maintain a standby state (that is, the state shown in FIG. 8) that does not protrude from the road outer surface (surface outside the road). FIG. 8 shows a state in which the split pin 38 is inserted into the split pin hole 37b. In this state, the retaining pin 37 is prevented from falling off with its tip not protruding from the back surface (road surface) of the column main body 22. The round bar 35 of the L-shaped panel 33 does not get in the way when entering the round bar receiver 36. When the split pin 38 is inserted into the split pin hole 37a, the retaining pin 37 passes through the column main body 22 and the round bar receiver 36 as shown in FIG. 7B, and the round bar 35 comes out upward. This prevents the L-shaped panel 33 from coming out upward. Reference numeral 39 denotes a split pin stopper, which restrains the split pin 38 inserted into the split pin hole 37a in a state where the retainer pin 37 is fully inserted (a state in which the round bar 35 is restrained), and does not drop off the retainer pin 37. To keep in that position. As described above, the retaining pin 37 is a two-stage stop mechanism and does not fall off even if it is provided on the inclined inner surface (surface facing downward) of the column main body 22 as shown.
The snow panels 15, 13, 13 ′, and 20 except the snow panel 17 of the top panel portion 18 each include two or three perforated plates 27 or non-perforated plates 27 ′. In either case, these two or three perforated plates 27 or non-perforated plates 27 ′ are connected to each other by a width stop plate 45 made of a flat bar at an intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction.

As described above, when the top panel portion 18 is integrated with the uppermost snow protection plate 15 of the inclined panel portion 16 to form the L-shaped panel 33, the top panel portion 18 is turned over on the roadside inclined portion (inclined panel portion 16). The construction of the snowproof fence 11 having the structure of the present invention having the portion 18) is facilitated. That is, when the blown snow fence 11 is installed in a three-dimensional space (such as when it is installed on a road with a height difference and a curve), the pitch of the snow-preventing board in the three-dimensional space when the column is turned over. Therefore, workability will deteriorate. However, if the break-up portion (the top panel portion 18 portion) is integrated with the snow protection plate 15 as the L-shaped panel 33, the break-up portion of the support column becomes unnecessary, so that workability is improved. Specifically, in the case of a strut with a flipped portion, if the torsion angle of the strut is θ and the length of the strut back portion (the length in the diagonally upward direction) is L, the twist amount of the flipping tip is L × θ However, in the case of the L-shaped panel 33, since L = 0, the amount of twist is zero, and the twist of the column does not adversely affect the workability of reversing.
In addition, since the L-shaped panel 33 does not require any special work on the support as described above, it is necessary to expand the wind-reducing area after installing a blow-proof snow fence on the site and starting to use it. Can be dealt with by replacing only the L-shaped panel 33 at that time.

A procedure for assembling the above-described snow-stopping snow fence 11 from the housed state of FIGS. 3 and 4 to the used state of FIGS. 1 and 2 will be described. First, the support column main body 22 is rotated upward about the hinge 23 to stand vertically, and the bottom plate 22a of the support column main body 22 and the top plate 21a of the support column leg 21 are fixed with bolts. Next, the snow plates 13 ′, 13, 15, and the L-shaped panel 33 are horizontally placed between the column main body portions 22 in order from the lower side. In this case, the snow protection plates 13 'and 13 of the lower panel portion 14 can be easily operated by inserting the two hooks 30 fixed to the side frames 28 at both ends thereof into the hook receivers 31 on the column main body 22 side. The snow plates 13 ′ and 13 can be placed between the support body portions 22.
In the case of the snow protection plate 15 attached to the portion of the column main body 22 that is inclined toward the inside of the road, the round bars 35 at the lower ends of both ends thereof are lowered along the road outer surface of the column main body 22 to form the circular rod receiver 36. It is possible to lay the snow protection plates 15 between the column main body portions 22 by a simple operation of inserting the hooks 30 into the hook receivers 31 on the column main body portion 22 side. In this case, since the column main body portion 22 is inclined, the round bar 35 performs a guide operation for causing the snow protection plate 15 to follow the inclination of the column main body portion 22 and also performs a positioning operation for determining the inclination of the snow protection plate 15. To do.

The manner in which the uppermost L-shaped panel 33 is attached will be described with reference to FIGS. 7A, 7B, and 7B. In general, the round bar 35 at the lower end of each end is attached to the column main body portion 22 in the same manner as described above. The hook 30 is inserted into the hook receiver 31 on the column main body 22 side. The round bar 35 operates in the same manner as described above. At that time, the stopper pin 37 is placed in the standby state of FIG. 7A (B) and FIG. 8 in which the tip does not protrude from the road outer surface of the column main body 22 so that the round bar 35 does not interfere with the round bar receiver 36. Keep it. Next, the retaining pin 37 is passed through the column main body 22 as shown in FIG. 7B to prevent the round bar 35 from being pulled upward and the L-shaped panel 33 from being pulled upward. When the split pin 38 is inserted into the split pin hole 37a at that position, the split pin 38 is restrained by the split pin stopper 39, so that the retaining pin 37 is maintained at that position.

When the blown snow fence 11 is stored in a season other than the winter season, the L-shaped panel 33, the snow plates 15, 13, and 13 'are removed in this order from the column main body 22 to prevent the column leg 21 from snowing. It is stored in the plate storage rack 40. In this case, as shown in FIG. 4, the hook portions 30 at both ends are inserted into the hook receivers 41 of the rack 40 so that the L-shaped panel 33 removed first faces the road outside. Hereinafter, when the hooks 30 of the snow protection plates 15, 13, 13 ′ are inserted into the hook receivers 41 of the rack 40, as shown in FIG. 4, the space below the support legs 21 is effectively used and stored compactly. . Next, the column main body 22 is tilted and stored as shown in FIG. Thereby, the visual field from the traveling vehicle is not obstructed.

According to the above blown snow fence 11, even if it has a structure that is partially inclined toward the inside of the road (that is, a structure having an inclined panel portion 16 that is inclined from the upper end of the lower panel portion 14 to the inside of the road) By providing the top panel portion 18 that is inclined to the outside of the road, i.e., the flipping, at the upper end portion, a long wind-reducing area can be secured (that is, the wind speed can be reduced over a long distance on the leeward side of the fence). If a long wind-reduction area can be secured, the wind can be sufficiently weakened in the entire road width area even on a wide road, so that it is possible to prevent a snowstorm from occurring on the driving lane, and the visibility of the snowstorm for the driver A failure can be prevented.
This can be confirmed from the results (FIGS. 9 and 10) of the simulation of the wind flow performed on the blown snow fence 11 of the above-described embodiment. 9 shows a case where the angle of the top panel portion 18 is about 60 ° with respect to the vertical line, and FIG. 10 shows a case where the top panel portion 18 is horizontal (90 ° with respect to the vertical line). As is clear from these drawings, even in the case of a structure that partially forms a road-inclined type (a structure that has a part inclined on the road-inside), in the case of a conventional mere creep-in type snow-break fence (FIG. 12). As compared with the case of the conventional mere road-inclined snow blow fence (see FIG. 11), a sufficiently long wind reduction area can be secured.

In the inclined panel portion 16 of the embodiment, each snow protection plate 15 itself is straight and the support body 22 is curved to be curved as a whole, but each snow protection plate 15 itself may be curved.
Further, the inclined panel portion 16 is not limited to be inclined so as to be curved as a whole, and is formed into a rectangular shape that is bent from the upper end of the lower panel portion 14 as shown in FIGS. 13 (b) and (d). May be inclined.
The lengths of the lower panel portion 14, the inclined panel portion 16, and the top panel portion 18 can be appropriately changed in design. FIGS. 13 (b) and (c) show the case where the lower panel part 14 is lengthened and the inclined panel part 16 is shortened, and FIGS. 13 (a) and 13 (d) show the case where the lower panel part 14 is shortened and the inclined panel part 16 is lengthened. Show.
Moreover, the angle which inclines to the roadside of the top panel part 18 is not specifically limited, What is necessary is just to incline at least roadside (windward) with respect to a perpendicular line. FIG. 13E shows a case where the top panel portion 18 is horizontal.
In addition, the lower panel portion is usually installed vertically, but is not necessarily limited to the vertical position, for example, when it is installed to be inclined inside the road.
Moreover, in the embodiment, the top end of the top panel portion 18 is on the road inside from the vertical line of the lower panel portion 14, and the creeping portion is not so conspicuous. However, this is not necessarily limited to this case.
Further, although the blown snow fence 11 according to the embodiment is divided into a plurality of snow prevention plates, the division method is arbitrary, and the entire snow prevention plate may be one.
