Claims (15)
- 圧縮機ハウジングの中で回転するように取付けられた圧縮機ホイールを備え、上記圧縮機ハウジングは、上記圧縮機ホイールを囲むと共に対向環状壁面の間に形成された一定の形状の環状出口ディフューザを有し、上記環状壁面の各々は半径方向の外形寸法に渡って実質的に平面であって、上記壁面の少なくとも1つの一部は、弾力的可撓性を有し、上記ディフューザ内の作動圧力変化によって、上記弾力性壁面部は、実質的に各半径方向平面内に留まりながら、伸縮することを特徴とする圧縮機。
- 請求項1に記載の圧縮機において、
両方の上記環状壁面は、弾力的部分を有していることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1または2に記載の圧縮機において、
上記各壁面の弾力的部分は、環状であることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の圧縮機において、
上記各環状壁面の可撓性表面部は、上記各壁面の上記半径方向の外形寸法の主要部に渡って延在していることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1乃至4に記載の圧縮機において、
上記各壁面の弾力的部分は、上記ハウジングの壁の中に形成された凹部に挿嵌された各弾力性部材を備えていることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項5に記載の圧縮機において、
上記各弾力性部材は、上記各ハウジング壁の周囲表面と実質的に面一である表面を呈していることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項5または6に記載の圧縮機において、
上記各弾力性部材は弾力的ダイアフラムを備えていることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項7に記載の圧縮機において、
空隙が上記ダイアフラムの背後の上記凹部の中に形成され、1以上の圧力ブリード通路が、上記空隙と連通して設けられていて、上記空隙内の重大な圧力変化を伴わないで、上記ダイアフラムの伸縮を容易にしていることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項8に記載の圧縮機において、
ダイアフラムは強化された半径方向と円周方向のリブあるいは半径方向または円周方向のリブに支持されていることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項9に記載の圧縮機において、
上記ダイアフラムと強化リブとは、互いに一体に成形されていることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項5乃至10のいずれか1つに記載の圧縮機において、
上記各弾力性部材は環状であることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項9または10に記載の圧縮機において、
上記ダイアフラムは環状であり、圧力均等化ダクトは上記強化リブを貫いて設けられて、上記ダイアフラムの全環状延長部の周りのダイアフラムの背後の空隙における圧力を均一化することを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項5乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の圧縮機において、
上記弾力性部材は、上記伸縮性を容易にするために、圧縮可能な発泡材の上に支持されたダイアフラムを備えていることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項13に記載の圧縮機において、
上記弾力性部材は、環状支持部材を備え、上記発泡材は上記支持部材と上記ダイアフラムとの間に挿間されていることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項14に記載の圧縮機において、
上記支持部材は、上記発泡層を貫いて延在すると共に上記ダイアフラムを直接支持する隆起部を含んでいることを特徴とする圧縮機。
