Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cap combined with a mouth portion of a container such as a bottle for sealing the container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a container sealing mechanism between a container mouth portion and a cap member detachably fitted to the mouth portion is spirally attached to the outer periphery of a generally cylindrical container mouth portion 1 as shown in FIG. The ridge 6 and the recess 7 between the ridges spirally attached to the inner peripheral surface of the cap 2 formed of a cylindrical skirt portion suspended from the peripheral edge of the top plate 21 are screwed together. Yes. The fitting part of this type of container is provided with an opening history clarification mechanism generally called a tamper evident band 5. This is a mechanism in which if the cap 2 is opened before the consumer opens the cap 2 after shipping from the factory, the tamper evidence band 5 is cut and the fact is clearly shown. This tamper-evidence band 5 has two types, one of which is cut when the cap 2 is rotationally displaced beyond the allowable range, and the other is the mouth that exceeds the allowable range as the cap 2 rotates. This type is cut when displaced in the axial direction. When the displacement of the cap 2 is within an allowable range, the tamper-evidence band 5 is not cut off, and it is necessary to ensure the sealing of the contents during the displacement of the range. As shown in FIG. 5B, the protrusion 6 spirally attached to the outer periphery of the container mouth portion 1 and the recess 7 between the protrusions spirally attached to the inner peripheral surface of the cap 2 as shown in FIG. 5A are screwed together. In the conventional container sealing mechanism, the rotational displacement of the cap is accompanied by the axial displacement of the mouth corresponding to the helical gradient. Therefore, for the displacement allowed by the tamper-evidence band 5, the inner ring 8 and the outer ring 9 having a height that covers the range as shown in FIG. Measures have been taken, such as providing a lid 21 with a sealing film 4 on the outer end of the container mouth as shown in FIG. 5B. Further, it is desired that the seal is stably maintained in a state where the cap 2 is closed even during the use period after the opening. This means that when the cap 2 is closed, it is desired to secure a seal even if it is not completely closed to the end position, even if it is in a slightly near position. For this purpose, the container mouth 1 and the cap 2 The seal pressure applied between them had to keep a value sufficient to ensure the seal, and the spiral gradient had to be made small. Therefore, when removing and closing the cap, many rotational displacements were required, and the hand grip had to be divided into several times. Moreover, even if the gradient is reduced, the axial displacement of the mouth portion accompanying the rotational displacement inevitably causes a change in the sealing pressure, and the sealing performance at that time is sacrificed. In addition, with the above-described sealing film lid 4, the sealing performance of the container is maintained within the displacement of the cap allowed by the tamper-evidence band before opening, The troublesome labor of having to peel off the sex film cover 4 was necessary. Moreover, when the film is peeled off by hand, it is sufficient that the film is peeled off from the container mouth. However, if a part of the film remains on the outer end, a gap will be generated between the container mouth outer end and the cap even if the cap 2 is closed. In other words, even if the liquid does not leak, water vapor is released, which is a problem.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a container sealing mechanism that solves the above-described problems, that is, a container sealing mechanism that has a safety of sealing before and after opening a container and does not require a lot of rotational displacement for opening and closing the cap. And providing the container sealing mechanism capable of easily opening and removing the sealing film lid attached to the outer end of the container mouth when opening.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The fitting locking mechanism between the container mouth portion of the present invention and the cap member that seals the mouth portion includes a guide groove formed on the cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the container mouth portion and a cap fitted in the groove. A guide recess provided on the inner peripheral surface of the skirt portion of the cap that fits the independent protrusion formed on the outer peripheral surface of the container mouth and the independent protrusion formed on the inner peripheral surface of the skirt portion. It is a form consisting of a combination of grooves, the guide groove is provided in the container mouth outer end direction in the vicinity of the terminal end portion in parallel with the container mouth outer end surface, and once in the continuous portion toward the bottom, and then as a steep slope. The guide groove toward the bottom includes a groove portion that is guided in the bottom direction with a negative inclination following the parallel terminal portion, and a groove portion that is guided in the horizontal direction, and the groove portion that is guided in the horizontal direction has an independent protrusion. When the cap top plate touches the outer edge of the container mouth It was to seal the container Te.
In addition to the above configuration, a cutter is provided on the top plate of the cap, and the cutter cuts the sealing film lid attached to the outer end of the container mouth by being guided once by the concave groove toward the bottom. The form and the top plate of the cap were provided with a bottle opener, and once the bottle was guided by a guide groove toward the bottom, the bottle opener opened the ramune plug at the container mouth.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present applicant started from opening and closing the cap, which had been changed several times by changing the grip on the way and easily opening and closing the cap with a small rotational displacement. For this purpose, it is only necessary to increase the inclination angle of the spiral provided in the container mouth portion and the cap that are in a screwed relationship. However, in such a case, even if a slight rotational displacement near the closing end is accompanied by a considerable amount of axial displacement in the mouth, the tamper-evident band will be cut immediately even by the slight rotational displacement. Problem, even if a closed state is secured at the closing end, not only the seal pressure between the two will be greatly reduced by a slight rotational displacement, but also a gap will be created, so liquid leakage before and during use is expected Problems arise. Therefore, the present applicant has conceived that the rotational displacement in the vicinity of the guide groove end portion is eliminated in the axial direction, and the rotational displacement in the continuous portion increases the axial displacement. This is impossible with the conventional container sealing mechanism in which the container mouth portion and the cap are screwed together, which is formed by the concavo-convex ridge having a constant inclination angle. Therefore, the applicant of the present invention is a guide mechanism in which the relationship between rotational displacement and axial displacement is not constant, and a combination of a guide groove having a different inclination angle depending on the position and a pin-like independent protrusion fitted in the groove. The invention concerning the container opening and the cap has been filed separately. However, in order to improve the sealing safety of the container before opening, it has been conventionally used to attach a sealing film lid to the outer end of the container mouth. In this case, the sealing safety is certainly high. However, as described above, when the cap is opened, the troublesome work of having to peel off the film by hand is required. Therefore, the present invention further advances the previous invention and provides an invention in which a mechanism for opening the sealing film lid in conjunction with opening of the cap is added.
[0006]
FIG. 1A shows an example of a cap according to the present invention. The left half is a partial cross-sectional view, and B is a view showing a container mouth. As shown in FIG. 1B, on the cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the container mouth portion 1, a spiral guide portion 31 having a larger inclination angle than the mouth end portion, and a guide portion 32 parallel to the mouth end surface in the vicinity of the terminal end of the extension, Between the two guide portions, there is provided a guide concave groove 3 comprising a guide portion 33 for guiding further in the bottom direction than the parallel guide portion 32, and a pin-like shape is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the skirt portion of the cap 2 as shown in FIG. 1A. The independent projection 22 is provided, and the top plate 21 is provided with a cutter 24. The independent protrusion 22 is fitted and locked to the parallel guide portion 32 of the guide groove 3 in the vicinity of the end portion when the cap is closed, so that a slight rotational displacement is applied in the vicinity of the end portion before use. Since there is no axial displacement even if it is applied, no load is applied to the tamper-evident band from the factory until it is opened by the consumer after shipment. When the consumer turns the cap 2 for opening, the pin-like independent protrusion 22 is guided by the guide groove 3, and the cap is displaced in the axial direction as the cap rotates. That is, when the independent projection 22 passes over the parallel guide portion 32 and reaches the guide portion 33 that guides in the bottom direction, the cap 2 is once displaced in the bottom direction, and at this time, the cutter 24 cuts into the sealing film cover 4 and further Cut circumferentially by rotational displacement. At this time, since the sealing film lid 4 needs to be cut over the entire circumference and completely separated from the outer end of the container mouth, the circumference at which the cutter 24 is positioned to cut the sealing film lid 4. A plurality of cutters 24 are arranged corresponding to the angle. In the present invention, the sealing film cover 4 is cut off instead of being peeled off, so that the film remains in a ring-like state at the outer end of the container mouth, but a gap is generated because it is uniform over the entire circumference. On the contrary, this serves as a mechanism as an elastic material and provides a sealing effect after opening. When the independent protrusion 22 reaches the spiral guide portion 31 having a large inclination angle in the next stage, the cap 2 is removed from the container mouth portion 1 with a small rotational displacement. Various operations at the time of opening of the present invention cannot be performed by the conventional screwed relationship between the container mouth portion and the cap, and are composed of a combination of the guide groove 3 and the independent protrusion 22 fitted in the groove. It became possible for the first time.

Now, although the form which provided the guide ditch | groove 3 in the outer peripheral surface of the container mouth part 1 and provided the pin-shaped independent protrusion 22 in the inner peripheral surface of the cap 2 was shown, this invention is not restricted to this, The cap inner surface side is shown. A guide groove 3 comprising a spiral guide portion having a large inclination angle, a bottom direction guide portion for cutting the sealing film cover 4, and a guide portion parallel to the mouth end face is provided in the vicinity of the terminal end of the extension. The same function can be realized even if the pin-like independent protrusion 22 is provided on the outer peripheral surface on the container mouth 1 side. In addition, since the present invention guides the cap 2 once in the bottom direction at the time of opening, not only the form of cutting the above-mentioned sealing film lid 4, but also providing a bottle opener in the center of the cap top plate, When the bottle opener is displaced in the bottom direction, it can be applied as a cap of a foamable liquid container in which the ramune sphere is pushed down to open the ramune stopper.

[Example 1]
Examples of the present invention will be described in detail.
As shown in FIG. 1B, the outer peripheral surface of the end portion of the container mouth portion 1 is slightly cut to form a thin-walled portion 11, while the plastic cap top surface portion 21 has the outer peripheral surface as shown in FIG. 1A. A seal ring 23 having a concave cross section that comes into contact with the thin portion 11 of the container mouth portion 1 that is slightly shaved is provided, and when the pin-like independent protrusion 22 is in the parallel guide portion of the bottom guide portion 33, a predetermined seal pressure is applied. The thin-walled portion 11 at the end of the container mouth and the seal ring 23 are pressed against each other to ensure the sealing of the container. Examples of the material resin for the plastic cap include various plastics such as low-, medium- or high-density polyethylene, polypropylene, thermoplastic polyester, polyamide, styrene, and ABS resin. The plastic cap of the present invention is usually produced by injection molding, compression molding or the like using the above resin. The seal ring 23 is made of low-density polyethylene, ethylene copolymer, various rubbers or thermoplastic elastomers, acrylic resin plastisol, vinyl chloride resin plastisol, etc., which are rich in elasticity, in order to enhance the sealing effect. The seal ring can be made of various plastics whose caps themselves have elasticity. For example, olefinic resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, propylene-ethylene polymer, propylene-butane 1 copolymer; acrylonitrile-styrene- It is not necessary when it is formed from a resin such as butadiene (ABS resin); impact-resistant styrene resin; acrylic resin; nylon resin. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, two independent protrusions 22 are arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the cap, and the guide groove 3 combined therewith also corresponds to the same interval as the independent protrusion 22. Two caps are formed at the position of the outer peripheral surface of the part, and the two fitting locks cooperate to guide opening and closing of the cap while maintaining the parallelism between the top plate surface and the outer end surface of the container mouth. As shown in FIG. 3, the engagement of the two independent protrusions 22 and the groove 3 is such that the parallel guide portion 32 at the end portion is 30 degrees in the circumferential direction (1 section), and the bottom direction that follows it. The guide part 33 is first inclined at -11. 3 degrees, the groove part (▲ 2) section guiding in the bottom direction is 45 degrees in the circumferential direction, and the groove part guiding horizontally (section (3)) is 15 degrees in the circumferential direction. The groove part (4 section) guiding toward the outer edge of the mouth with an inclination of 2.9 degrees is 30 degrees in the circumferential direction, and the further inclined part 31 (5 section) is 16.7 degrees with a steep slope. The circumferential direction is 60 degrees, and the entire length is 180 degrees in the circumferential direction. At this time, the two sets of independent protrusions 22 fitted to this are naturally disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the cap 2 at the same 180 degree interval. In this embodiment, the cap can be removed from the container by rotating 180 degrees, and the cap can be opened and closed with one touch without changing the grip.
[0009]
Further, the present invention seals when the cap 2 is at the bottommost position, that is, when the independent protrusion 22 is at 15 degrees in the circumferential direction of the groove portion (3 section) that guides the bottom guide portion 33 in the horizontal direction. Since the ring 23 comes into contact with the outer end portion of the container mouth and has a sealing effect, in this embodiment, the groove portion ((2) section) that guides the bottom direction guide portion 33 in the bottom direction with an inclination of −11.3 degrees. A check claw 34 as shown in FIG. 2 is installed at the boundary of the groove portion (3 section) guided in the horizontal direction. This allows the independent protrusion 22 to pass when the cap is opened, but functions as a stopper when the cap is closed. If the cap 2 rotates beyond this, the gap between the seal ring 23 and the outer end of the container mouth This causes a gap in the liquid and causes liquid leakage. The check pawl 34 is for ensuring a sealing effect. The horizontal guide groove portion (3) is set at 15 degrees in the circumferential direction. The position of the check pawl 34 is a stopper. Even if it is not properly closed, there is no change in the sealing pressure as long as it is in the vicinity, so that the sealed state is stably secured and liquid leakage does not occur. Further, before opening, no load is applied to the tamper-evident band due to the presence of the parallel guide portion 32 at the end portion. In this case, the seal between the seal ring 23 and the outer end of the container mouth is not functioning. However, since the seal is secured by the sealable film lid 4, there is no possibility of liquid leakage before opening. The presence of the tamper-evidence band prevents the sealing film lid 4 from being opened before opening. The guide grooves 3 may overlap in the circumferential direction as long as the axial positions are different, and are not limited to two sets.
[0010]
[Example 2]
A different embodiment of the invention is shown in FIG. In this embodiment, two independent protrusions 22 are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the container mouth 1 at intervals of 180 degrees, and two guide grooves 3 fitted and locked therewith are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the cap 2. The guide groove 3 has a slope that is different from that shown in FIG. 3, but the parallel guide portion 32 at the end portion has a groove portion that guides horizontally by 30 degrees in the circumferential direction and 45 degrees in the bottom direction. The inclined portion 31 is 30 degrees in the circumferential direction and 30 degrees in the circumferential direction. The difference from the previous embodiment is that the slope is positive and negative, and the position of the independent protrusion 22 and the guide groove 3 is opposite to the container and the cap.

【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention involves the operation of guiding the cap once in the bottom direction when opening the cap, it is possible not only to remove the cap but also to release the seal at the container mouth by one touch. When the present invention is applied to a container having a sealing film lid attached to the outer end of the container mouth, the troublesome trouble of removing the sealing film lid after removing the cap is eliminated. Moreover, the separated film is sandwiched by a plurality of cutters disposed on the cap top plate and does not fall into the container or adhere to the outer end of the mouth. Moreover, if it is applied to a container having a ramune plug shape, only one-touch operation for opening the cap is required, and there is no need to open the ramune plug again.
[0012]
The container sealing mechanism part of the present invention comprises a combination of a guide groove formed on the outer peripheral surface of the container mouth and a pin-like independent protrusion provided on the inner peripheral surface of the cap fitted in the groove. Therefore, it is not necessary to keep the inclination angle of the guide concave groove constant as in the case of the screw groove, and it is possible to make a multi-stage bending and to perform various cap displacement operations. In other words, taking advantage of the degree of freedom, the concave groove is provided in parallel with the outer end surface of the container mouth in the vicinity of the terminal end, so that a slight rotational displacement of the cap near the terminal end before opening does not apply a load to the tamper-evidence band. I was able to. Further, by making the inclined guide portion 31 a steep slope, the cap can be opened and closed with a small rotational displacement. Sealing between the outer end of the container mouth and the cap top plate is achieved by the presence of the parallel guide groove in the bottom guide, and the seal pressure changes by preventing slight displacement of the cap in the axial direction of the mouth. There is no leakage from the liquid.
