Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a trimmer blade in which a fixed blade and a movable blade each having comb teeth in the longitudinal direction are arranged so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction and an electric appliance using the trimmer blade. is there.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a trimmer blade in which a fixed blade 1 having a comb tooth 30 in the longitudinal direction and a movable blade 2 are arranged so as to be slidably contactable in the longitudinal direction is basically used with the fixed blade 1 on the skin. The hair is introduced into the tooth gap of the comb teeth 30 of the fixed blade 1 by being brought into contact with the fixed blade 1, and the hair is cut by the movable blade 2 slidably contacted with the fixed blade 1. Such trimmer blades include, as prior art, Japanese Utility Model Sho 63-35748 (FIG. 14) and Japanese Utility Model Sho 57-54772 (FIG. 15), which are thick at the tip of the fixed blade 1 that contacts the skin. The thick-walled portion 3 is made thicker, the contact area of the fixed blade 1 to be brought into contact with the skin is increased, and the skin irritation by the fixed blade 1 is reduced.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above example, since the distal end portion of the movable blade 2 is positioned on the thick portion 3 of the fixed blade 1, the cutting height corresponding to the thickness of the thick portion 3 of the fixed blade 1 is left. There is a problem that the hair is cut and the hair cannot be cut short (see FIGS. 11 and 12). Although it is conceivable to reduce the thickness of the fixed blade 1 in order to cut the hair short, when the fixed blade 1 is brought into contact with the skin, irritation to the skin by the fixed blade 1 increases. There is a problem in that the strength of the fixed blade 1 is deteriorated such that the fixed blade 1 is deformed by a reaction force applied to the fixed blade 1 from the skin. That is, if the thick portion 3 is provided at the tip of the fixed blade 1, the skin irritation by the fixed blade 1 can be reduced, but the hair cannot be cut short. If the hair is made thin, hair can be cut short, but the stimulation to the skin by the fixed blade 1 increases and the strength of the fixed blade 1 also decreases.
[0004]
The present invention has been invented in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the object of the present invention is to reduce the irritation to the skin by the fixed blade when the fixed blade comes into contact with the skin and to cut the hair shortly. It is another object of the present invention to provide a trimmer blade and a power tool using the trimmer blade which can solve the problem to be solved and can not cause a decrease in strength of the fixed blade.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the trimmer blade according to claim 1 of the present invention is arranged such that the fixed blade 1 having the comb teeth 30 and the movable blade 2 are overlapped in the longitudinal direction and movable with respect to the fixed blade 1. In the trimmer blade A that cuts the hair by reciprocating the blade 2 in the longitudinal direction, a thick portion 3 that protrudes in the opposite direction to the movable blade 2 is provided at the tip portion of the fixed blade 1 and the thick portion 3 A thin portion 4 is provided adjacent to and substantially parallel to the sliding contact surface with the movable blade 2, the tip of the movable blade 2 is brought into sliding contact with the thin portion 4 of the fixed blade 1, and both ends of the fixed blade 1 in the longitudinal direction. at least a non-comb portion 7 is longer than the tooth groove width provided, by providing the thick portion 8 which projects in the direction opposite to the movable blade 2 from the tip portion of the non-comb portion 7 in the longitudinal direction edge portions of the part Features. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
[0012]
1 to 10 show examples of embodiments of the present invention. In this example, an electric hairbrusher B that is mainly used for cutting hair such as eyebrows as an electric tool provided with a trimmer blade A will be described as an example. 2 and 3 show a side view and a longitudinal sectional view of the entire electric hair trimmer B. FIG. This electric hair trimmer drives a trimmer blade A that cuts hair at the tip of a cylindrical housing 9, a drive unit 11 that drives the trimmer blade A at the center, and the drive unit 11 at the rear end. Each of the power supply batteries (not shown) is configured to be built in.
[0013]
The trimmer blade A is composed of a fixed blade 1 and a movable blade 2. Each of the fixed blade 1 and the movable blade 2 has a rectangular plate shape, and is formed with comb teeth 30 in the longitudinal direction over one end thereof. The direction in which the comb teeth 30 are provided is the tip direction of the trimmer blade A. The fixed blade 1 and the movable blade 2 are arranged such that the respective comb teeth 30 are overlapped so that the plate surfaces thereof face each other, and the movable blade 2 reciprocates in the longitudinal direction with respect to the fixed blade 1. The hair inserted into the tooth gaps of the comb teeth 30 of the movable blade 2 and the fixed blade 1 is cut. The reciprocating motion of the movable blade 2 is performed by a driving rod 24 of the driving unit 11 described later.
[0014]
The drive unit 11 includes a motor 21 as a drive source, a pinion 22 attached to a drive shaft 21a of the motor 21, a face gear 23 meshing with the pinion 22, and an eccentricity of the face gear 23 with respect to the pivot shaft 23b. It is comprised with the plate rod-shaped drive rod 24 engaged with a position. The engagement structure between the drive rod 24 and the face gear 23 is a structure in which an eccentric pin 23 a protruding to an eccentric position of the face gear 23 is loosely fitted in an engagement hole 24 a provided in the drive rod 24. Is constituted by a reciprocating link mechanism in which the rotational motion of the drive shaft 24 is converted into the reciprocating motion of the drive rod 24. The drive rod 24 is connected to the movable blade 2 at the tip to cause the movable blade 2 to reciprocate. The motor 21 is turned on / off by a switch circuit (not shown). This switch circuit is operated by a switch handle 25.
[0015]
The housing 9 has a blade base 13 on which the trimmer blade A is disposed at the front end portion and a drive portion base 14 on which the drive portion 11 is disposed in the center portion, and houses the power battery at the rear end portion. A main body housing 15 formed with a battery housing portion 12, a blade cover 16 that covers the blade base 13 so as to face it, a driving portion cover 17 that faces the driving portion base 14, and a cover 17 that covers the battery housing portion 12. A bottomed cylindrical battery cover 18 is inserted and covered from below. That is, the trimmer blade A is provided between the blade base 13 and the blade cover 16 of the main body housing 15, and the drive unit 11 is provided between the drive unit base 14 and the drive unit cover 17 of the main body housing 15. . The power supply battery can be replaced by removing the battery cover 18 from the main body housing 15.
[0016]
4 and 5 are a side view and an exploded perspective view of the arrangement structure of the trimmer blade A on the blade base 13 of the main body housing 15. The arrangement structure of the trimmer blade A on the blade base 13 of the main body housing 15 is such that a push-up spring 19 is mounted on the blade base 13 and the movable blade 2 and the fixed blade 1 are stacked on the push-up spring 19 in this order. Finally, the blade cover 16 is put on the fixed blade 1 and mounted. The push-up spring 19 always moves the movable blade 2 along the fixed blade 1 so that the movable blade 2 has a constant cutting force between the movable blade 2 and the fixed blade 1. It is pressing and urging in the direction of. In the figure, reference numeral 20 denotes a connecting tool for connecting the tip of the driving rod 24 to the movable blade 2.
[0017]
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing the arrangement structure of the trimmer blade A on the housing 9. As described above, the trimmer blade A is disposed so as to be sandwiched between the blade base 13 and the blade cover 16 of the main body housing 15, and the blade base 13 and the blade cover 16 of the main body housing 15 are electrically driven. A slit 10 is formed on the front side of the mower B, and the fixed blade 1 and the movable blade 2 are arranged with the comb teeth 30 protruding outward from the slit 10.
[0018]
In the electric hair trimmer B having the above-described configuration, when the motor 21 is driven by operating the switch handle 25, the pinion 22 and the face gear 23 rotate, and the driving rod 24 reciprocates and is connected to the driving rod 24. The movable blade 2 is reciprocally slid in the longitudinal direction of the fixed blade 1. Then, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the tip of the fixed blade 1 is placed along the user's skin, the hair is inserted into the tooth gap of the comb tooth 30 of the fixed blade 1, and is slid along the fixed blade 1. The bristles are cut by the movable blade 2.
[0019]
Here, the present invention particularly configures the trimmer blade A to solve the conflicting problems of reducing the stimulation to the skin by the fixed blade 1 when the fixed blade 1 is brought into contact with the skin and cutting the hair short. The structure of the fixed blade 1 and the movable blade 2 is devised. Hereinafter, the structure of the fixed blade 1 and the movable blade 2 constituting the trimmer blade A will be described in detail.
[0020]
FIG. 1 shows an enlarged cross-sectional view of the tip portion of the trimmer blade A disposed in the housing 9. As described above, the fixed blade 1 has a thick portion 3 at the tip portion where the comb teeth 30 are formed. And the thin portion 4 is continuously formed on the base side of the thick portion 3. The thick portion 3 is formed so that the surface is rounded and protrudes in the opposite direction to the movable blade 2, and the thin portion 4 is cut so as to reduce the thickness of the fixed blade 1. Is formed. As described above, when the electric hair trimmer B is used, the tip of the fixed blade 1 is used in contact with the skin, but in this example, the thick portion 3 at the tip of the fixed blade 1 is used. Since it can be brought into contact with the skin, the contact area between the fixed blade 1 and the skin can be increased to reduce the contact pressure, that is, the skin irritation by the fixed blade 1 can be reduced. is there.
[0021]
Further, in this example, the tip of the movable blade 2 that is in sliding contact with the fixed blade 1 is positioned along the thin portion 4 of the fixed blade 1. This is intended to cut the hair inserted into the tooth spaces of the comb teeth 30 of the fixed blade 1 by the movable blade 2 at the thin wall portion 4 of the fixed blade 1. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the hair cutting structure between the fixed blade 1 and the movable blade 2 is cut by the movable blade 2 that slides the hair inserted through the teeth of the comb teeth 30 of the fixed blade 1. Because of this structure, the hair cutting height depends on the thickness of the cut portion of the fixed blade 1, and the hair is cut by the thin portion 4 formed by thinning the thickness of the fixed blade 1. The hair can be cut short. As a comparative example, in FIG. 11, the tip of the movable blade 2 is positioned at the thick portion 3 of the fixed blade 1 and the hair inserted through the tooth groove of the comb tooth 30 of the fixed blade 1 is cut by the thick portion 3. The trimmer blade A ′ thus made is shown. In such a case, as shown in FIG. 12, the hair inserted into the tooth groove of the comb tooth 30 of the fixed blade 1 is 3 minutes thick. Since cutting is performed while leaving the cutting height, it can be seen that the hair cannot be cut shorter than the hair cut by the thin portion 4 shown in FIG.
[0022]
In addition, the thickness dimension of the thick part 3 of this example is 3 times or less of the thickness dimension of the thin part 4. This is determined by the relationship between the stimulation to the skin by the fixed blade 1 and the cut height of the hair in the thickness dimension of the thick portion 3 shown in FIG. 10, and according to this graph, the thick portion 3 If the wall thickness exceeds three times the wall thickness of the thin wall portion 4, the skin irritation by the fixed blade 1 becomes substantially constant in a low state, and the thick wall portion 3 is substantially the same as the thin wall portion 4. It can be seen that the skin is stimulated by the fixed blade 1 when the thickness is large. That is, when the thickness of the thick portion 3 that is thicker than the thin portion 4 is set to be three times or less than the thickness of the thin portion 4, the hair cutting height can be reduced to an appropriate length. The stimulation by the fixed blade 1 can be suppressed to a level that does not bother the user.
[0023]
Further, the fixed blade 1 and the movable blade 2 are each formed with a stepped portion 5 in the vicinity of the tooth gap deep portion 31 of the comb tooth 30 so as to contact only the comb tooth 30 portion which is the tip position. By forming this stepped portion 5, the sliding contact resistance of the movable blade 2 that slides with respect to the fixed blade 1 can be reduced, and the pressing force by the push-up spring 19 can be effectively concentrated on the comb teeth 30 portion. The hair cutting force can be improved. However, in the fixed blade 1 and the movable blade 2, the comb tooth 30 portion is originally a weak portion, so that the concentrated load of the pressure contact force by the push-up spring 19 on the comb tooth 30 portion is further applied to the comb tooth 30 portion. Will create a strength anxiety. In this example, the strength of the comb teeth 30 can be improved by changing the shape of the comb teeth 30 in various shapes.
[0024]
First, the front end side bent portion 6 of the stepped portion 5 is provided on the front end side of the tooth gap deep portion 31. According to this, in the tooth gap back portion 31, the thickness can be increased in the opposing direction of the fixed blade 1 and the movable blade 2, that is, the direction in which the movable blade 2 is urged by the fixed blade 1. In particular, the strength of the fixed teeth 1 and the movable teeth 2 of the comb teeth 30 is improved particularly at the root. Furthermore, in this front end side bending part 6, the surface opposite to the opposing surface of the fixed blade 1 and the movable blade 2 is finished in an R shape so as to bend the fixed blade 1 and the movable blade 2 smoothly. According to this, it is possible to make a structure in which the internal stress generated in the fixed blade 1 or the movable blade 2 by an external force such as the urging force of the push-up spring 19 is not concentrated on the distal end side bent portion 6. The strength of the comb teeth 30 of the blade 1 and the movable blade 2 is improved.
[0025]
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 7, the non-comb part 7 longer than the tooth gap width of the comb tooth 30 is provided in the both ends of the fixed blade 1 in the longitudinal direction. A thick portion 8 is formed in a portion extending from the tip portion of the comb portion 7 to the edge portion in the longitudinal direction. The thick portion 8 of the non-comb portion 7 is formed so as to protrude in the opposite direction to the movable blade 2 with a rounded surface, like the thick portion 3 formed in the comb tooth 30 portion. When aiming at the hair to be cut and bringing the fixed blade 1 into contact with the skin, the longitudinal edge portion of the fixed blade 1 is brought into contact with the skin. Since there is a non-comb portion 7 in which no comb teeth 30 are formed and a thick-walled portion 8 is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the non-comb portion 7, the fixed blade 1 is attached to the skin by aiming at the hair to be cut. The thick portion 8 can be surely pressed against the skin even when it is brought into contact with the skin, and the skin irritation by the fixed blade 1 can be suppressed.
[0026]
As described above, the fixed blade 1 and the movable blade 2 constituting the trimmer blade A are variously devised, so that the skin can be prevented from being stimulated by the fixed blade 1 and the hair cutting height can be shortened. The usability of the hair cutter B is improved. It should be noted that the hair cutting height can be shortened by devising the structure of the electric hair-cutting machine B. That is, in the electric hairbrushing machine B of this example, the edge 10a on the movable blade 2 side (the edge of the blade cover 16) of the slit 10 from which the trimmer blade A is projected is used as the edge 10b on the fixed blade 1 side. The trimmer blade A protrudes toward the tip of the trimmer blade A as compared with the edge portion of the blade base 13. The usage pattern of the electric hairbrusher B of this example is shown in FIG. 8, but according to this, when the fixed blade 1 was brought into contact with the skin, the trimmer blade A was positioned on the fixed blade 1 side. The state where the edge 10b of the slit 10 is in contact with the skin before the fixed blade 1 of the trimmer blade A and the fixed blade 1 of the trimmer blade A is not in close contact with the skin can be avoided. The fixed blade 1 can be brought into intimate contact with the skin and the hair can be cut short. FIG. 13 shows a usage pattern of the electric hairbrusher B ′ in which both end edges 10a and 10b of the slit 10 as a comparative example are formed in the protruding state at the same level. In B ′, the edge 10b on the fixed blade 1 side of the slit 10 protrudes too far in the direction of the tip of the trimmer blade A, so that it comes into contact with the skin before the fixed blade 1 and the fixed blade 1 is brought into contact with the skin. It turns out that it is in the state which cannot be stuck.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
In the trimmer blade according to claim 1 of the present invention, as described above, since the thick portion protruding in the opposite direction to the movable blade is provided at the tip portion of the fixed blade, the fixed blade is brought into contact with the skin. In this case, the thick portion can be brought into contact with the skin to reduce irritation to the skin by the fixed blade, and the sliding surface of the fixed blade adjacent to the thick portion and the movable blade Since the thin portion is provided substantially in parallel and the tip of the movable blade is brought into sliding contact with the thin portion of the fixed blade, the hair can be cut between the thin portion of the fixed blade and the movable blade, and the hair is cut at this time. The bristles leave the cutting height corresponding to the thickness of the thin part of the fixed blade, that is, the bristles can be cut short. Furthermore, provided the non-comb longer than at least the tooth groove width in the longitudinal direction both end portions of the fixed blade, the thick portion which projects in the direction opposite to the movable blade from the tip portion of the non-comb in the longitudinal direction edge portions of the When the non-comb portion, which is the longitudinal end of the fixed blade, is used to contact the skin in order to cut the targeted hair, the outer peripheral edge portion of the non-comb portion has a thick wall. Since the portion is provided, the thick portion can be brought into contact with the skin, and the stimulation to the skin by the fixed blade can be reduced.
[0028]
Further, in addition to the effect of claim 1, the trimmer blade according to claim 2 is provided with a fixed blade so that a base end portion of the fixed blade is separated from the movable blade with respect to a tip portion of the fixed blade which is in sliding contact with the movable blade. Since there is a step part between the tip part and the base end part, and the bending part on the tip side of the step part is located on the tip side from the back of the tooth space of the fixed blade, the strength of the fixed blade is originally weak It is possible to increase the thickness of the comb tooth portion, which is the portion, in the opposing direction of the movable blade and the fixed blade, and to improve the strength of the fixed blade.
[0029]
Further, in addition to the effect of claim 2, the trimmer blade according to claim 3 has an R-shaped shape of the fixed blade in the vicinity of the bent portion on the tip side of the step portion. Thus, the thickness of the comb tooth portion in the facing direction between the movable blade and the fixed blade can be increased, and the strength of the fixed blade can be improved.
[0030]
Further, in addition to the effect of claim 1, the trimmer blade according to claim 4 has the effect that the hair can be cut short because the thickness of the thick part of the fixed blade is three times or less the thickness of the thin part. The fixed blade can be provided with a balance between the effect of reducing irritation to the skin due to the above.
[0032]
Further, in the electric appliance provided with the trimmer blade according to claim 1, the trimmer blade is protruded from a slit provided at a front end of the housing, and an edge portion of the slit located on the movable blade side of the trimmer blade is formed on the trimmer blade. The edge of the slit located on the fixed blade side of the trimmer blade is in contact with the skin before the fixed blade of the trimmer blade. The state where the fixed blade of the trimmer blade is not stuck to the skin can be avoided, that is, the fixed blade can be brought into close contact with the skin and brought into contact, and the hair can be cut short. .
