Description
【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional parameter display method, in the case of
In the case of a servo driver used mainly for setup before operation, although it is an accurate numerical display for control, the numerical value is too large because it is directly linked to the physical quantity. If it is too small, there may be a problem that it cannot be displayed well on a display device with a limited number of digits, and it is also difficult for a non-specialist to know what numerical values are allowed to change. There was such a problem.
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and enables the display of the same parameter to be switched to the display by different expressions, solves the problem of not being able to display numerical values, and is not an expert. However, the object is to provide a method capable of intuitively changing numerical values.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problem, the invention according to
Further, in a parameter display device for a drive device having a parameter display and editing function, the default value of the parameter is set to 100%, the means for displaying / editing the value in percent, and the parameter value is displayed in its physical quantity. And a means for editing, and switching between the two display / editing means.
According to the parameter display method of this drive device, the parameter display is switched between the physical display and the percentage display, and the numerical value is too large or too small by appropriately determining the change factor. In this case, it is possible to solve the problem that display cannot be performed well on a display device with a limited number of digits, and it is possible to provide an operating environment in which the operator can comfortably change numerical values.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration for demonstrating the parameter display method of the drive device according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a percentage display example of the parameters of the drive device shown in FIG.
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a display example when the display of FIG. 2 is switched to a physical quantity. In FIG. 1,
[0007]
Next, the operation will be described.
In FIG. 2, the parameter value is currently 100 percent. FIG. 3 is a display example when the display of FIG. 2 is switched to physics, and in FIG. 3, the parameter value is currently 40, which is the standard value of this parameter. In FIG. 2, an increase / decrease of 1 percent corresponds to an increase / decrease of 0.4 in FIG. This first embodiment relates to claim 1.
[0008]
Next, Reference Example 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 4 is a view showing a parameter percentage display example of the drive device according to Reference Example 1 of the present invention.
In this case, the default value is set to 0%, and if this is the same as that shown in FIG. 3 when switched to the physical quantity display, the percentage display when the physical quantity is 40 is 0%. It can be arbitrarily determined how much the 1% increase or decrease corresponds to the physical quantity. This method has an advantage that the percentage display is possible even when the standard value of the physical quantity of the parameter is zero .
[0009]
Next, Reference Example 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a parameter display example of the drive device according to Reference Example 2 of the present invention.
FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a display example when the parameter values shown in FIG. 5 are changed.
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a percentage display example of the parameters shown in FIG.
For example, when two parameters representing a speed loop gain and a speed loop integration time constant are considered, considering a physical quantity, for example, when the speed loop gain is increased from 40 to 60, a speed loop integration time constant (calculation formula) Reference) should be reduced from 16 to 11.
FIG. 5 shows parameter values before change. 5 represents a speed loop gain, and 6 represents a speed loop integration time constant. FIG. 6 shows the parameter values after the change. In FIG. 6, 7 represents a speed loop gain, and 8 represents a speed loop integration time constant. When expressed in terms of physics, increasing the speed loop gain requires a decrease in the speed loop integration time constant, which can be confusing for non-specialists. FIG. 7 shows an example in which the parameter values in FIG. 6 are displayed as percentages after correcting the change / increase / decrease in the values. In FIG. 7, 9 represents a speed loop gain, and 10 represents a speed loop integration time constant. By doing so, even a non-specialist who cannot directly understand the physical quantity can change the parameter numerical values accurately and comfortably .
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the parameter display is displayed as a percentage, there is an effect that the problem that the value cannot be displayed because the value is too large or too small does not occur .
