【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、雌部材内に雄部材の一部を差し入れることにより、当該雌部材と雄部材とを掛合解除操作可能に掛合させ、この掛合により雌部材側に取り付けられるなどした部材と雄部材側に取り付けられるなどした部材とを留め合わせるバックルであって、特に、バックルの使用上前面となる側から前記掛合解除操作が可能とされる、いわゆるフロントリリースタイプのバックルの改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
バックルの使用上前面となる側から、バックルを構成する雄部材と雌部材との掛合を解除操作可能とする、いわゆるフロントリリースタイプのバックルにあっては、従来、図25および図26に示される構造が用いられていた。

すなわち、かかる従来のバックルにあっては、扁平筒状をなす雌部材200における前面側に操作窓201を開設させると共に、雄部材100における雌部材200内への差し込み部101に当該雌部材200内への差し入れに伴って弾性変形され、かつ、所定の差入位置で弾性復帰して前記操作窓201の差し入れ手前側104の窓縁202に先端側103を掛合させる弾性片102を備えさせる構造とされており、前記所定の差入位置において前記操作窓201を通じて当該操作窓201の窓縁202に掛合された弾性片102が外方から臨まれるようにしてある。そして、この掛合状態において前記操作窓201に臨んだ弾性片102を押圧操作することにより、当該弾性片102と操作窓202との掛合を解除し、前記雌部材200内から前記雄部材100の差し込み部101を抜き出すことができるようにしてある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかるに、かかる従来のバックルにあっては、前記弾性片102と操作窓201との掛合の解除、すなわち、掛合状態にある雄部材100と雌部材200との掛合の解除を、かかる掛合状態において前記操作窓201に臨む弾性片102を当該操作窓201に指先を差し入れるなどして押圧操作してなすものであるが、この押圧操作のみによっては前記弾性片102と前記操作窓201との掛合が解かれるに過ぎず押圧操作を止めれば再び弾性片102が弾性復帰して前記操作窓201に掛合されてしまうため、雄部材100と雌部材200とを分離するためには、前記押圧操作をしながら雄部材100の差し込み部101が雌部材200内から抜き出す向きに移動されるように雄部材100を操作せざるを得ず、かかる分離操作は必ずしも容易なものではなかった。

特に、かかる分離操作を片手で行おうとすると、前記雄部材100の弾性片102を押圧操作しながら当該弾性片100を押圧する指を当該雄部材100の差し入れ手前側104に移動させて雄部材100をスライドさせるようにする必要があるところ、こうしたスライド操作にあたり指が前記雌部材200の操作窓201における雄部材100の差し込み部101の差し入れ手前側104の窓縁202と前記弾性片102との間に挟まれるようになって当該スライド操作を円滑になし得ない場合も少なくなかった。

そこでこの発明は、第一に、かかる従来のフロントリリースタイプのバックルの不都合を解消することを目的とする。また、第二に、片手をもって雄部材と雌部材との掛合の解除・分離を円滑になし得るようにすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために、請求項1記載の発明にあっては、バックルが以下の(1)〜(6)の構成を備えたものとした。
(1) 一端側に差し入れ開口を備えた筒状をなす雌部材と、この差し入れ開口から当該雌部材内に差し入れられる差し込み部を備える雄部材とを有するバックルであって、
(2)前記雌部材が、前板部と後板部とを有すると共に、前記雄部材が、前記差し込み部に、前記雌部材への差し込みに伴って当該雌部材の前板部の内面に弾性変形された状態で先端側を接しさせる弾性片を備えており、
(3)前記雌部材の前板部の内側部には、前記雄部材の差し込み部の所定の差し込み位置で前記弾性片を弾性復帰させて当該弾性片の先端部に掛合する段差状の掛合部が設けてあると共に、
(4)当該雌部材の前板部には、当該雌部材内に弾性的に押し込み操作可能な操作片が割溝を介して区分して設けてあり、この操作片が前記押し込み操作により前記掛合部に掛合された雄部材の弾性片における前記雌部材の前板部側に向けられた当接面に押し当てられて当該弾性片を前記掛合部との掛合を解く向きに弾性変形させる構成としてあり、
(5)しかも、前記雄部材における差し込み部の弾性片の当接面が、前記雌部材への当該差し込み部の差し入れ先側から差し入れ手前側に向けて、次第に当該雌部材の前記前板部側に近付く向きの傾斜を備えており、この傾斜により前記雌部材の操作片を前記弾性片に押し当てられた雄部材が前記差し入れ開口から抜け出す向きに移動される構成としてあり、
(6)しかも、雌部材における掛合部と差し入れ開口との間にわたる当該雌部材の前板部の内側部が、当該雌部材の内奥側から差し入れ開口側に向けて次第に後板部の側から離れる向きに傾斜する案内面としてあると共に、この案内面に沿って、前記雌部材の操作片の押し込み操作に伴って前記掛合部と弾性片との掛合を解かれて前記差し入れ開口側に移動される雄部材の当該弾性片の先端部が、当該弾性片を弾性復帰させながら前記差し入れ開口側に案内され、この案内に伴って前記雄部材が前記雌部材内からの抜き出し方向に移動される構成としてある。

かかる構成によれば、前記雄部材の差し込み部を雌部材内に差し入れ掛合させることにより、この雄部材に取り付けられ、あるいは、この雄部材が取り付けられている部材と、かかる雌部材に取り付けられ、あるいは、この雌部材が取り付けられている部材とを、かかるバックルを介して留め合わせることができる。

また、かかる掛合状態から前記雌部材の前板部に設けられた操作片を押し込み操作することにより、前記弾性片の先端部と前記掛合部との掛合を解いて、雄部材の差し込み部を雌部材内から抜け出し可能として、雄部材と雌部材とを分離させることができ、これにより、かかるバックルを介して留め合わされた二つの部材の当該留め合わせをワンタッチで解くことができる。

この結果、この実施の形態にかかるバックルは、主として、前記雌部材の前板部側を正面側として適宜の部材に当該雌部材を取り付けると共に、留め付けの相手方となる他の部材に雄部材を取り付けて用いるのに適している。

また、前記雄部材における差し込み部の弾性片の当接面が、前記雌部材への当該差し込み部の差し入れ先側から差し入れ手前側に向けて、次第に当該雌部材の前記前板部側に近付く向きの傾斜を備えており、この傾斜により前記雌部材の操作片を前記弾性片に押し当てられた雄部材が前記差し入れ開口から抜け出す向きに移動される構成を備えていることから、前記掛合状態から前記雌部材の操作片を押し込み操作することにより、前記弾性片の先端部と前記掛合部との掛合を解くと共に、このように掛合の解かれた雄部材を雌部材の差し入れ開口から抜け出される向きに移動させることができる。これにより、前記雌部材の操作片の押し込み操作を止めても、雄部材の弾性片が雌部材の掛合部に再び掛合されないようにでき、その後の雄部材の差し込み部の雌部材内からの抜き出しをスムースになすことができる。

また、かかる構成によれば、前記雌部材の操作片の押し込み操作に伴って前記掛合部と弾性片との掛合を解き、雄部材の弾性片が雌部材の掛合部に再び掛合しないように当該雄部材を前記差し入れ開口側に移動させることができると共に、このように移動された雄部材をさらに、前記案内面への前記弾性片の先端部の案内によって、格別の引き抜き操作をなすことなく、雌部材内から抜き出させることができ、雄部材と雌部材との分離を一層スムースになすことができる。

以下、図1ないし図24に基づいて、この発明の典型的な実施の形態について、説明する。

この実施の形態にかかるバックルは、一端側に差し入れ開口10を備えた偏平筒状をなす雌部材1と、この雌部材1の差し入れ開口10から当該雌部材1内に差し入れられる差し込み部20を備える雄部材2とからなる。かかる雄部材2は、前記雌部材1内への所定の差し込み位置Rへの差し入れにより、当該雌部材1内から前記差し込み部20を抜け出さないように当該雌部材1の前板部12の内側部に設けられた掛合部15に先端部21aを掛合させる弾性片21を前記差し込み部20に備えている。(以下、かかる弾性片21の先端部21aを前記掛合部15に掛合させた状態を、バックルの掛合状態Kという。)また、前記雌部材1の前板部12には、当該雌部材1内に押し込み操作可能な操作片16が設けてあり、この操作片16は前記押し込み操作により、前記掛合状態Kにおける弾性片21の前記前板部12側に向けられた当接面21cに押し当てられて当該弾性片21を前記掛合部15との掛合を解く向きに弾性変形させるように構成してある。

したがって、この実施の形態にかかるバックルによれば、前記雄部材2の差し込み部20を雌部材1内に差し入れることによる前記掛合状態Kにより、この雄部材2に取り付けられ、あるいは、この雄部材2が取り付けられている部材と、かかる雌部材1に取り付けられ、あるいは、この雌部材1が取り付けられている部材とを、かかるバックルを介して留め合わせることができる。また、かかる掛合状態Kから前記雌部材1の前板部12に設けられた操作片16を押し込み操作することにより、前記弾性片21の先端部21aと前記掛合部15との掛合を解いて、雄部材2の差し込み部20を雌部材1内から抜け出し可能として、雄部材2と雌部材1とを分離させることができ、これにより、かかるバックルを介して留め合わされた二つの部材の当該留め合わせをワンタッチで解くことができる。

この結果、この実施の形態にかかるバックルは、主として、前記雌部材1の前板部12側を正面側として適宜の部材に当該雌部材1を取り付けると共に、留め付けの相手方となる他の部材に雄部材2を取り付けて用いるのに適しており、例えば、スキーウェアなどの肩ベルトの端部と胸当てとの留め合わせをなすように当該スキーウェアなどの外側に前記雌部材1の前板部12が向けられるようにして当該肩ベルトの端部と胸当てとの留め合わせ箇所にそれぞれ前記雌部材1と前記雄部材2とを取り付けるように用い、また、ウエストバックの腰巻きベルトの両端部の留め合わせをなすように当該腰巻きベルトにおける巻回外側に前記雌部材1の前板部12が向けられるようにして当該腰巻きベルトの両端部にそれぞれ前記雌部材1と前記雄部材2とを取り付けるように用い、また、かばんの蓋と本体との留め合わせをなすように当該かばんにおける外側に前記雌部材1の前板部12が向けられるようにして当該蓋と本体との留め合わせ箇所にそれぞれ前記雌部材1と前記雄部材2とを取り付けるように用い、また、スーツケースの内側において留め合わせ張り込まれる一対のベルトの当該留め合わせをなすように当該スーツケースの蓋と本体とが向き合った側に前記雌部材1の前板部12が向けられるようにして当該一対のベルトの留め合わせ箇所にそれぞれ前記雌部材1と前記雄部材2とを取り付けるように用いられる。

かかる雌部材1の前記前板部12は、その内側部における前記差し入れ開口10側に、この差し入れ開口10側から当該雌部材1の内奥側に向けて次第に前記後板部13内面に近付く向きに、言い換えれば、当該雌部材1の内奥側から差し入れ開口10側に向けて当該後板部13内面から離れる向きに傾斜する案内面17aと、この案内面17aにおける雌部材1の内奥側に頂端17b縁を介して連続すると共に、前記雄部材2の差し込み部20の差し入れ方向Sに略直交する向きに形成された段差面17cとを備えた突き出し部17を有している。この実施の形態にあっては、かかる段差面17cが前記雄部材2の差し込み部20における弾性片21の先端部21aが掛合される掛合部15とされる。したがって、この突き出し部17における前記段差面17cは、前記雌部材1における前記差し入れ開口10と反対の開口11側に向けられている。また、この突き出し部17は、雌部材1の前記前板部12の幅方向(前記雄部材2の差し込み部20の差し入れ方向Sに直交する向き)に向けて長く設けてある。なお、この実施の形態にあっては、前記案内面17aは、前記雄部材2の弾性片21の幅寸法よりもやや広い幅で設けてあり、この案内面17aを挟んだ両側には、差し入れられる雄部材2の弾性片21の両側部をガイドする段面12aが形成されている。

また、この実施の形態にあっては、一対の前記側板部14、14は、雄部材2の差し込み部20の差し入れ方向Sに沿った両側端面20aを当該側板部14内面によりガイドする間隔を開けて設けてある。また、この側板部14は、前記差し入れ開口10側において、前記前板部12および後板部13の幅方向に亙る側縁との間に間隔を開けるように設けてあり、雌部材1は、この差し入れ開口10側において、その幅狭側に側方開放部14aを有している。なお、図中符号14bで示すのは、前記差し入れ開口10側から前記開口11側に向けて幅を次第に狭くするように雌部材1を構成しながら、一対の側板部14内面間の間隔を雌部材1の長さ方向に亙って略均一にした関係から、この雌部材1をプラスチック材料を用い支障なく一体に成形し得るように、かかる側板部14の厚さをできるだけ均一にするように設けられた肉抜き穴である。

一方、この実施の形態にかかる雄部材2は、前記雌部材1内への板状をなす差し込み部20と、ベルトなどの帯状体Hの取付部22をを備えており、当該取付部22は、前記差し込み部20における差し入れ先側xと反対の側、すなわち、差し入れ手前側yに一体に設けられている。

この実施の形態にあっては、かかる帯状体Hの取付部22は、前記板状をなす差し込み部20における差し入れ手前側yの両側部においてそれぞれ、この側部から一体に同じ向きに突き出すように設けられた側板部22aと、この側板部22aの突き出し端側に亙って設けられる横板部22bと、当該横板部22bと前記差し込み部20の差し入れ手前側yの側縁部との間に前記帯状体Hの通し空間22dを開けて、前記一対の側板部22a、22a間に亙って設けられる巻き掛け桿22eとを備えている。この実施の形態にあっては、前記横板部22bが、前記雄部材2における前記雌部材1との掛合状態Kにおいて当該雌部材1の前板部12と同じ側に向けられる側(以下、雄部材2の前側2aという。)から、これと反対の側(すなわち、前記掛合状態Kにおいて雌部材1の後板部13と同じ側に向けられる側、以下、雄部材2の後側2bという。)に向けて、次第に雄部材2の差し込み部20の側に近付く向きに板面を傾斜させた構成としてあり、図19に示されるように、前記巻き掛け桿22eを挟んだ前記差し込み部20側にある前記通し空間22dと前記横板部22b側にある前記通し空間22dとに、前記雄部材2の前側2aで前記巻き掛け桿22eに巻き掛けられるように通された帯状体Hに対し、特に、前記巻き掛け桿22eにおける前記横板部22b側にある隅部22fと雄部材2の後側2bにある当該当該横板部22bの端部22cとを突き当てて、当該帯状体Hをズレなく留め付けるように、前記のように通された当該帯状体Hを屈曲させる構成としてある。
