Description

QA=w×t×h=1.5(m)×1.5(m)×4(m)=9(m3)
【0041】
Q=9(m3)×2=18(m3)
【0042】
q=Q/τ=18/9=2(m3/s)
FA=(浮力体11Aの体積)×(水の密度)
=1020×1=1020(kgf)
【0044】
TA=510(kgf)×1(m)/1(s)=510(kgfm/s)
【0046】
T=TA+TB==1020(kgfm/s)
【0047】
W=T/0.102=1020/0.102=10000(W)=10(kW)

【0048】

The present invention relates to a power generator using a piston type water turbine. More specifically, a piston type water turbine that injects river water into a tank and drains river water stored in the tank to raise and lower the buoyancy body and use the vertical movement of the buoyancy body as power. The present invention relates to a power generation device using
[Background]
[0002]
Conventionally, hydroelectric power generation is known as a power generation method using water. At present, a representative method of hydroelectric power generation is a method of generating power by providing a small dam for clogging water in a river. In this method, first, water is taken in from the intake of the dam, and the taken-in water is led to a water tank in the power plant. Next, the turbine and the turbine are rotated at high speed and high pressure by the force of water flowing down from the water tank through the hydraulic iron pipe. And electric power generation is performed by the generator linked with the water wheel or turbine.
[0003]
In particular, there is a hydroelectric power generation called pumped-storage power generation. This pumped-storage power generation is a method in which water is pumped from the lower adjustment pond located across the power plant at night when electricity usage is low, and water is dropped from the upper adjustment pond during the daytime when electricity usage is high. Such a pumped-storage power generation is said to have an energy conversion efficiency of 60% or less at the time of power generation, but has a great economic effect in that power generation is performed using surplus power at night.
[0004]
In the following Patent Document 1, the applicant of the present application describes a power generation apparatus that causes air to flow into a tank, discharges the liquid in the tank from the lower part of the tank, and rotates the hydro turbine by the discharge force (water flow) to generate power. is suggesting.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0005]
However, in the above hydroelectric power generation method, in order to drop water at high speed and high pressure, a considerable difference in height must be provided between the intake dam setting location and the water turbine or turbine installation location. However, generally, drawing water from rivers, ponds, reservoirs, etc., and dropping water from high places at high speed and high pressure is often very difficult in terms of securing location conditions. Moreover, even when the power generation equipment is installed at an installation location that satisfies such location conditions, the natural environment may be destroyed due to the construction of the power generation equipment.
[0006]
In addition, instead of dropping water from a high place, it is possible to set up a propeller-type turbine or turbine directly in the river and use the flow rate of water flowing through the river to generate power. There is a problem that it is difficult to ensure a sufficient flow rate and pressure of water.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention can generate power very efficiently even when the location conditions for dropping liquid (river water etc.) from a high place cannot be ensured or even when it is difficult to secure a large amount of liquid (water amount). An object is to provide a small-scale power generator.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0008]
The power generator using the piston-type water turbine according to the present invention includes a water tank (12, 2) into which liquid (W) is injected from above or below, and a liquid drained from below, and the liquid injected into the water tank or From the buoyancy body (11, 1) that rises and falls according to the amount of liquid drained from the water tank, the generator (16) that generates electric power by rotational movement, and the injection of liquid into the water tank or from the water tank Motion converting means (17, 7) for converting the buoyant body to the rotational motion for rotating the generator by using the up and down motion of the buoyancy body in the water tank accompanying the drainage of the liquid as power. , A power generation apparatus using a piston-type water wheel, wherein the motion conversion means is provided with a stopper mechanism (111) for controlling the ascent and descent of the buoyant body, and the stopper mechanism is provided with the water tank (12 , 2) Completed water injection Until the water tank is full, keep the buoyant body submerged in the bottom of the tank and allow the buoyant body to rise when the tank is almost full, and drainage from the tank is completed. The buoyant body is suspended in the upper part of the water tank until it becomes empty, and the buoyancy body is allowed to descend when the water tank is almost empty.
Here, a flywheel is attached to the connecting rod (172) constituting the power conversion means (17, 7), and the buoyancy body (11, 1) is stopped at the top dead center or the bottom dead center. In particular, it is preferable that the connecting rod is rotated by inertial force to power the generator.
[0009]
In addition, a hollow portion is formed inside the buoyancy body (11, 1), and the hollow portion is formed by a rising force generated by the buoyancy body by water injection into the water tank (12, 2) and drainage from the water tank. It is preferable that the liquid (W) in an amount that is approximately equal to the descending force generated in the buoyancy body is poured in advance.
[0010]
Furthermore, the present invention provides a water injection port (121, 21) for pouring the liquid (W) formed in the upper part or the lower part of the water tank (12, 2), and a liquid formed in the lower part of the water tank. A drain opening (122, 22) for draining and a drain opening / closing valve (42, 4a) for opening / closing the drain opening, the drain opening / closing valve from the liquid accumulated in the water tank. When the water pressure of the water tank reaches a predetermined value, the drainage port may be opened to drain the liquid accumulated in the water tank, and the liquid collected in the water tank may be drained and then closed.
[0011]
Here, the present invention further includes a water inlet opening / closing valve (41, 4b) for opening and closing the water inlet (121, 21), and the water inlet opening / closing valve opens and closes the drain opening / closing valve (42, 4a). It is preferable that when the drain opening / closing valve is opened, the opening is closed, and when the drain opening / closing valve is closed, the opening is opened.
[0012]
Moreover, this invention drains the liquid formed in the upper part or the lower part of the said water tank (2A, 2B) for pouring the liquid (W) and the water inlet (21) formed in the lower part of the said water tank. A drain opening (22) for opening and a plate-like slide opening / closing valve (4) for opening and closing the water injection opening and the drain opening in the water tank, the slide opening / closing valve being the water injection opening of the water tank. And by sliding and moving on the surface on which the drain port is provided, the drain port is opened and sliding on the surface on which the water inlet and the drain port of the water tank are provided. By the above, the water inlet can be opened.
[0013]
Here, the motion converting means (17, 7) is provided with a stopper mechanism (111) for controlling the ascending / descending of the buoyant body (11, 1). , 2) Keep the buoyant body submerged in the bottom of the aquarium until it is full after the water injection into the tank is completed, and allow the buoyant body to rise when the aquarium is almost full, It is preferable that the buoyancy body is suspended in the upper part of the water tank in a suspended state until drainage from the water tank is completed and becomes empty, and the buoyancy body is allowed to descend when the water tank is almost empty.
[0014]
The present invention also provides a water inlet (121, 21) for pouring the liquid (W) formed in the upper or lower part of the water tank (12, 2) and a liquid formed in the lower part of the water tank. Drain outlets (122, 22) for draining, water inlet opening / closing valves (41, 4b) for opening / closing the water inlets, and drain opening / closing valves (42, 4a) for opening / closing the water outlets A water storage tank (20) that is installed at a height higher than the height of the upper surface of the water tank, and that temporarily stores the liquid (W) introduced from a river or the like. It is also preferable that the liquid stored in the tank is poured into the water tank from the bottom of the water storage tank through the water inlet opening / closing valve.
[0015]
Furthermore, in the power generator using the piston-type water turbine of the present invention, a plurality of water tanks (12, 2) are arranged in a step shape, and the liquid (W) drained from the drain ports (122, 22) of the upper water tank is It is guided to the water inlet (121, 21) of the lower tank.
【The invention's effect】
[0016]
In the power generation device using the piston type turbine according to the present invention, the vertical movement of the buoyant body is converted into the rotational movement by controlling the operation of pouring the liquid into the water tank and discharging it from the water tank. Therefore, power can be generated by rotating the generator with a large force by the converted rotational motion. Thereby, even if it is a case where the site conditions which drop water from a high place cannot be ensured, electric power generation can be performed. Even in a river or stream with a small flow rate, almost all of the flow rate can be used for power generation, so that power can be generated very efficiently.
If a buoyancy body is provided with a stopper mechanism that controls the rising and lowering of the buoyancy body, the generator is rotated by a larger force than when the buoyancy body gradually moves up and down as the liquid in the water tank increases and decreases. It can be performed.
In addition, by attaching a flywheel to the connecting rod that constitutes the power conversion means, power can be applied to the generator even when the buoyancy body is stopped, so that power can be generated more efficiently. It becomes.
[0017]
Here, if a predetermined amount of liquid is poured into the cavity inside the buoyant body in advance, the ascending force and the descending force of the buoyant body can be made the same, and the generator can rotate smoothly. be able to. Here, the predetermined amount of liquid is the amount of liquid so that the ascending force (= buoyancy-load) generated by the buoyant body by water injection and the descending force (= load) generated by the drainage on the buoyant body are approximately the same. Say.
[0018]
In addition, if a mechanism for opening and closing the drainage port using the water pressure of the liquid accumulated in the water tank is provided, the drainage opening and closing valve can be opened and closed without electronic control. Here, the water tank is further provided with a water inlet, and the opening and closing of the water inlet opening / closing valve is interlocked with the opening / closing of the water outlet opening / closing valve, so that power generation efficiency can be improved by more efficient water injection and drainage.
[0019]
In addition, if a plate-like slide on / off valve for opening and closing the water inlet and drain outlet is provided in the water tank as the water inlet / outlet valve and drain outlet on / off valve, the slide on / off valve is slid upward or downward. Thus, the water inlet and the drain outlet can be efficiently opened and closed.
[0020]
[0021]
In addition, by introducing the liquid to be poured into the aquarium from a storage tank installed at a higher position than the aquarium, even when draining from the aquarium, the water introduced from the river etc. can be stored in the storage tank without wasting it. It can be stored and river water etc. can be used effectively.
[0022]
In addition, multiple tanks are arranged in steps, and the liquid drained from the drain of the upper tank is led to the water inlet of the lower tank. And high power generation can be achieved.
[0023]
If the buoyant body is made flat and the plane area thereof is increased, the height of the portion that will sink in the liquid is reduced, so that it is possible to generate power even under a condition where the drop does not drop as low as 1 m or less.
