Description

【0001】

【0106】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement in a member for a floor surface of a door stop device and a door stop device. More specifically, when installing a member for a floor surface, the floor surface member can be installed without forming a fitting recess. Further, the present invention relates to a structure that can reduce the sound generated by the movement of the movable member of the floor member and also can reduce the impact when the movable member stops the door.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When a door is provided, a door stop device is usually installed on the floor near the wall so that the door does not collide with the wall when the door is opened so that the door is not damaged.
[0003]
As such a door stop device, for example, a device disclosed in JP-A-11-287062 is known (see FIGS. 15 and 16).
This door stop device includes a floor member 8 that is installed on the floor surface and a door member 9 that is used by being attached to the lower side of the door, and the movable member 80 of the floor member 8 includes a door. The door is stopped at a predetermined position by being raised by the magnetic force of the magnet 90 provided in the member 9 and engaging with the stop surface 91.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The door stop device described above is required to be further improved in the following points.
(1) Since the floor surface member 8 is formed by bending the base side of the movable member 80 into a crank shape, a convex portion for accommodating the shaft portion 800 of the movable member 80 on the back surface of the floor surface member 8. 81 is formed. For this reason, when the floor member 8 is installed, it is necessary to form the fitting concave portion 85 in which the convex portion 81 is embedded in the floor surface by cutting the floor surface. If the fitting recess 85 is formed at an incorrect position, the repair can only be made by replacing the floorboard at that portion with a new one.
Moreover, since the fitting recessed part is formed in a floor surface, the quickness of construction was also lacking.
[0005]
(2) When the movable member 80 is instantly raised by the magnet 90 and hits the door member 9, an impact sound is generated, and a countermeasure for reducing this sound has been demanded.
Further, when the door is stopped, the movable member 80 and the stop surface 91 are in direct contact with each other, and a considerable impact is applied to the floor member 8 and the door member 9, so this mitigation measure is also required. It was. At this time, an impact sound was generated, and a measure for reducing this sound was also sought.
Furthermore, even when the movable member 80 falls from the state where it is raised, the movable member 80 hits the floor member 8 and an impact sound is generated, and a countermeasure for reducing this noise has been demanded.
[0006]
By the way, the present inventor has conducted an experiment for deriving a thickness with practically no hindrance with respect to the thickness of the floor member formed as a convex on the floor surface. And, by repeating the experiment, for those having a floor surface thickness exceeding 5 mm, for example, it was found that it was difficult to climb the wheel of a wheelchair, or it was easy to whip when walking , Proved impractical.
[0007]
The objective of this invention is providing the member for floor surfaces of a door stop apparatus and the door stop apparatus which enable it to install, without forming a fitting recessed part in a floor surface.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a door stop device for reducing the impact sound generated when the movable member hits the door member or floor member, or for reducing the impact when the door is stopped. An object of the present invention is to provide a floor member and a door stop device.
Furthermore, another object of the present invention is to provide a floor member for a door-to-door device in which, for example, it is difficult for a wheelchair wheel to get on or a wheelchair is difficult to ride when walking. And providing a door to door device.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The means of the present invention taken to achieve the above object are as follows.
In the first invention,
  A base member on which the installation surface to the floor is formed in a flat surface, and a movable member housing recess is formed on the upper surface;
  Housed in the movable member housing recess, has a shaft portion on the base side, and rotates in the vertical direction around the shaft portion.PossibleA moving member;
  With
  In the above base member,
The movable member accommodating recess is formed by denting a part of the upper surface,
The shaft housing recess for housing the shaft of the movable member is formed continuously with the movable member housing recess,
The bottom of the movable member housing recess on the base side is formed with a movable member insertion port penetrating the back surface,
Above the movable member insertion port, a stopper portion having an inclined surface that stops the rising of the movable member at an acute angle is formed so as to slightly protrude from the upper surface of the base member toward the movable member housing recess.
  The movable member is
A plate-shaped body that can be magnetized and formed into a flat plate shape, and a lifting / lowering portion and a shaft portion that is the center of rotation of the lifting / lowering portion are integrated. And projecting sideways,
One or both of the shaft portions are provided with a buffer material made of a synthetic resin or rubber having cushioning properties and stretchability so as to form a thin film on the shaft portion over the entire circumference of the shaft portion,
The movable member is inserted into the movable member insertion port from the back side of the base member, the shaft portion is accommodated in the shaft portion accommodating recess, and the elevating portion is accommodated in the movable member accommodating recess so as to be integrated with the base member. It ’s rare,
The upper surface of the base member excluding the movable member accommodating recess and the upper surface of the movable member accommodated in the movable member accommodating recess are flush with each other.
It is a member for a floor surface of a door-to-door device.
[0009]
In the second invention,
   A base member having a flat installation surface on the floor surface;
  Has a shaft on the base side, rises and falls around the shaftPossibleA moving member;
  With
  The base member is

[0020]
The term “the installation surface on the floor is a flat surface” is used as a concept that includes the case where the installation surface is a flat surface, or strictly speaking, even if it is not a flat surface, it can be handled as a flat surface when installed. is doing.
[0021]
The term “plate-like movable member” is used as a concept including the case where the movable member is plate-like, and strictly speaking, the case where the movable member is not plate-like or handled as plate-like does not cause any problem.
[0022]
The term “the upper surface of the base member and the upper surface of the movable member are flush” is treated as if the upper surface of the base member and the upper surface of the movable member are flush or even if not exactly flush. However, it is used as a concept that includes cases where there is no problem.
[0023]
The term “the movable member and the base member abut” is used as a concept including a case where the movable member and the base member directly abut each other and a case where the movable member and the base member abut each other indirectly.
[0024]
Examples of the nonmagnetic material for forming the base member include zinc, brass, aluminum, magnesium, titanium, stainless steel, synthetic resin, ceramics, and materials formed using these. These surfaces can also be coated with plating, painting, or synthetic resin.
[0025]
(Work)
The floor member of the door stop device and the door stop device operate as follows.
The door member is installed on the lower side of the door using a fixing means or the like. The floor member is placed on the floor surface on the track of the door member, and is installed using a fixing means or the like as it is.
[0026]
When the door is opened and moved to the position where the floor member is installed, the movable member instantly rises due to the magnetic force, engages with the stopping means, and the door stops.
[0027]
When the door is closed, the movable member comes off from the stopping means and falls down, and is accommodated in the movable member accommodating recess. At that time, although an impact sound is generated, the impact sound can be reduced in the floor member provided with the impact sound reduction means.
[0028]
For example, the floor member whose base member has a thickness of 5 mm or less does not become difficult to ride on the wheel of a wheelchair and does not easily roll when walking.
[0029]
The floor member formed by punching the plate-like body of the movable member does not require a step of separately rounding the corner, and the production time can be shortened accordingly.
[0030]
Since the floor member having the rising angle limiting means of the movable member does not rotate to an angle that maintains the upright state of the movable member, the movable member falls down by its own weight and accommodates the movable member when the force raised up is lost. Housed in the recess.
[0031]
In the floor member in which the base member is formed of a nonmagnetic material, the base member is not magnetized and the action of the standing means is not hindered.
[0032]
In the door stop device provided with the impact sound reduction means, the impact sound when the movable member rises instantaneously and hits the door member is reduced.
[0033]
In the door stop device provided with the peeling preventing means, even if the movable member moves against the impact sound reducing means, the impact sound reducing means is not peeled off.
[0034]
In the door stop device provided with the impact mitigating means, when the door is stopped, the impact mitigating means is deformed to mitigate the impact. In addition, the impact noise is reduced by reducing the impact.
[0035]

FIG. 8 is a bottom view of the base member constituting the floor member,
FIG. 9 is a longitudinal sectional view of a base member constituting the floor member,
FIG. 10 is a perspective view of the door member as seen from the bottom side.
The door stop device includes a floor member K installed on the surface of the floor surface 6 and a door member T1 attached to the lower end surface of the door 7. In FIG. 1, the door 7 is indicated by an imaginary line for convenience of explaining the door member T <b> 1.
[0036]
The floor member K includes a thin plate-like base member 1 whose outer shape is formed in a substantially circular shape in plan view. The outer periphery green on the upper side of the base member 1 is chamfered over the entire periphery. Further, the base member 1 is formed with two through holes 10 and 10 penetrating from the upper surface to the rear surface at a required interval. A counterbore is provided at the inner edge of each through hole 10. The through holes 10 and 10 are provided with wood screws N1 for fixing the floor member K to the floor surface 6 (see FIGS. 1, 2 and 3). In the present embodiment, the base member 1 is formed to a thickness of about 3.5 mm, but the thickness of the base member is not limited to this, and is preferably 5 mm or less for the reason described above.
[0037]
In the substantially central portion of the base member 1, a movable member accommodating recess 11 is formed by slightly denting a part of the upper surface. A thin plate-like movable member 2 is accommodated in the movable member accommodating recess 11. The movable member 2 will be described later.
[0038]
The movable member accommodating recess 11 has a substantially rectangular shape formed in a curved shape in which one short side forms an arc in a plan view. The movable member accommodating recess 11 has a required width and is formed to have a length slightly shorter than the diameter of the base member 1. In the present embodiment, the diameter (back surface) of the base member 1 is set to about 70 mm. The movable member housing recess 11 is set to have a width of approximately 21.4 mm and a length of approximately 60.2 mm (center portion). However, the size of the base member 1 and the movable member accommodating recess 11 is not limited to this and can be set as appropriate.
[0039]
The shape of the base member 1 is not limited to a substantially circular shape in a plan view, and for example, a shape having a substantially elliptical shape, a substantially triangular shape, a substantially square shape, a substantially rectangular shape, a substantially polygonal shape or the like in a plan view can be used. . Moreover, the shape of the movable member accommodating recess 11 is not limited to a substantially rectangular shape, and for example, a shape having a substantially circular shape, a substantially elliptical shape, a substantially triangular shape, a substantially square shape, a substantially polygonal shape, or the like in plan view is used. it can.
[0040]
The bottom of the movable member accommodating recess 11 is formed in a flat shape. On the bottom of the movable member housing recess 11, the back surface of the movable member 2 when lying down is placed. The movable member accommodating recess 11 is slightly deeper than the thickness of the movable member 2 and has a depth at which the upper surface of the accommodated movable member 2 is slightly recessed from the upper surface of the base member 1. However, this dent width is very small. Therefore, even if the upper surface of the movable member 2 and the upper surface of the base member 1 are handled as the same surface, there is no problem.
[0041]
A rectangular movable member insertion port 12 penetrating the back surface is formed at the bottom of the movable member housing recess 11 on the base side.
[0042]
The back surface of the base member 1 is an installation surface to the floor surface 6, and is formed in a substantially flat shape. On both sides of the short side of the movable member insertion port 12 on the back surface, shaft portion housing recesses 13 and 13 for housing the shaft portions 20 and 20 formed on the movable member 2 are recessed from the back surface to move the movable member insertion port. 12 is formed so as to be continuous with 12.
[0043]
The outer end sides of the shaft-receiving recesses 13 and 13 are formed in a semicircular shape when viewed from the bottom, and cracks and the like are generated due to concentration of stress due to impact when the movable member 2 stops the door 7. It has become difficult. (For example, in the case where the outer end side is formed in a shape having a corner portion, the stress due to the impact is concentrated on the corner portion, so that cracks and cracks may be generated from here).
[0044]
Further, a stopper portion 120 having an inclined surface is formed above the movable member insertion port 12 and the shaft portion accommodating recesses 13 and 13 so as to slightly protrude from the upper surface of the base member 1 to the movable member accommodating recess 11 side ( (See FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 7, FIG. 8, FIG. 9). The stopper unit 120 constitutes an upright angle limiting unit that stops the rising of the movable member 2 at an acute required angle.
[0045]
On the back side, a back cover housing recess 14 for fitting the back cover 3 is formed around the movable member insertion opening 12 and the shaft housing recesses 13, 13 with the back surface slightly recessed. The back cover housing recess 14 has a depth at which the bottom surface of the back cover 3 is slightly recessed from the back surface of the base member 1 when the back cover 3 is fitted.
[0046]
In the back cover housing recess 14, engagement protrusions 15 for attaching the fitted back cover 3 are formed at three locations. Each engagement convex part 15 has a height that protrudes slightly from the back surface of the base member 1, and is formed so as to have a tapered taper on the peripheral surface (see FIG. 9).
[0047]
The base member 1 shown in the present embodiment is a cast product formed by pouring a zinc alloy, which is a nonmagnetic material, into a mold. However, the material forming the base member is not limited to this. For example, a magnetic material such as iron or copper (including a metal whose surface is coated with plating, painting, or synthetic resin) is used. It can also be used. However, it is preferably made of a nonmagnetic material. Moreover, the manufacturing method of a base member is not limited to casting, For example, it can form also by press work, shaving, etc.
[0048]
The movable member 2 includes an elevating part 21 and shaft parts 20 and 20 that are the center of rotation of the elevating part 21. The elevating part 21 has one short side having substantially the same curvature as a curved line forming an arc formed in the movable member accommodating recess 11 in plan view so that the elevator 21 is accommodated in the movable member accommodating recess 11 with substantially no gap. It is formed in a substantially rectangular shape. The shaft parts 20, 20 are formed on both side parts of the base end part of the elevating part 21 so as to protrude laterally.
[0049]
The movable member 2 is formed by punching an iron plate-like body, which is a magnetic material having a thickness of about 1.6 mm, with a press. As a result, the movable member 2 has a flat plate shape, and the shaft portions 20 and 20 and the elevating portion 21 are integrated. Moreover, the movable member 2 is formed by rounding the corners of the green portion on the driving side by punching. The green part on the side opposite to the driving side is deburred and the corners are slightly rounded in the same manner as the driving side. Since the corners on the base side are formed in a round shape in this way, the corners do not stop when they hit the base member 1.
[0050]
In the present embodiment, deburring is performed by barrel processing in which a container containing the punched movable member 2 is rotated or vibrated to finish the surface. However, the deburring method is not limited to this. As described above, the green part of the movable member 2 has rounded corners. However, since the rounding method is based on the above method, the green part is not formed in an arc shape, and the flat part is still between the corners. It remains (see FIG. 6 and FIG. 7). However, the shape of the green part is not limited to this, and can be formed in an arc shape.
[0051]
In FIG. 4, a cushioning material 22 made of a polyethylene tubular body having cushioning properties and stretchability is provided on the shaft portion 20 of the movable member 2 on the lower side so as to cover the peripheral surface portion. The buffer material 22 is provided so as to form a thin film on the shaft portion 20 over the entire circumference of the shaft portion 20 in an extended state (see FIGS. 4, 6, and 7). The shock absorbing material 22 constitutes an impact sound reducing means for reducing the impact sound when the movable member in the raised state falls down and hits the base member.
[0052]
The movable member 2 is inserted into the movable member insertion port 12 from the back side of the base member 1, and the shaft portions 20, 20 are inserted into the shaft portion receiving recesses 13, 13 so that the base end portion is located below the stopper portion 120. It is assembled integrally with the base member 1 by accommodating the elevating part 21 in the movable member accommodating recess 11 with almost no gap. In the state in which the movable member 2 is housed in the movable member housing recess 11, the upper portion of the cushioning material 22 is deformed and is in contact with the stopper portion 120, and the lower portion of the cushioning material 22 is in contact with the upper surface of the back cover ( (See FIG. 6).
[0053]
In the present embodiment, the movable member 2 is set to have a width of approximately 21 mm and a length of approximately 59.8 mm. However, the size of the movable member 2 is not limited to this, and can be set as appropriate depending on the size of the movable member housing recess 11.
The movable member 2 shown in the present embodiment is formed by punching a plate-like body, but the method for forming the movable member is not limited to this. The movable member can also be manufactured by casting or shaving.
[0054]
In this embodiment, the movable member 2 is an iron plate, and the surface is plated to prevent rust and improve the appearance. However, the movable member is not particularly limited as long as it can be magnetically attached to the magnet 45 as described later. The movable member may be formed so as to include a metal that can be magnetized.
[0055]
Further, the cushioning material is not limited to the one shown in the present embodiment, and if the impact sound when the movable member 2 falls and hits the base member 1 can be reduced, the material to be formed, the shape, the location to be provided, and the location to be provided The method is not particularly limited. As a material for forming the buffer material, for example, other synthetic resins (for example, (foamed polyurethane resin)), rubber, paint, oil (including grease), non-woven fabric, cork, and the like can be used. For example, it can also be provided in a location as shown in FIG. In addition, what is shown in FIG. 12 is mentioned later. Furthermore, the buffer material can be provided by adhesion, fitting, adhesion (application, dipping), adhesion, or the like.
[0056]
In the present embodiment, the cushioning material 22 is provided only on one of the predetermined shaft portions 20, but may be provided on both shaft portions 20, 20. The reason why the side of the shaft portion 20 on which the cushioning material 22 is provided is predetermined in order to facilitate maintenance management.
[0057]
The back cover 3 is attached to the back cover housing recess 14. An engagement hole 30 is formed in the back cover 3 at a location corresponding to the engagement protrusion 15. The back cover 3 is formed by punching a metal plate-like body. However, the back cover 3 can also be manufactured by casting or shaving.
[0058]
The back cover 3 fits each engagement hole 30 to the corresponding engagement convex portion 15 and fits into the back cover accommodating concave portion 14, and the tip of the engagement convex portion 15 protruding through the engagement hole 30 with a hammer or the like It is attached so that it does not come off from the back cover housing recess 14 by crushing and expanding the diameter. The movable member insertion port 12 and the shaft portion receiving recesses 13 and 13 are closed by attaching the back cover 3 to the back cover receiving recess 14 and cannot be seen from the outside.
[0059]
The door member T1 includes a base member 4 whose outer shape is formed in a substantially oval shape in plan view. The substantially semicircular portions on both sides of the base member 4 are formed with a small diameter except for the lower green portion. Further, flange portions 40, 40 projecting outward are formed on the lower edge portions of both sides of the base member 4.
[0060]
In the base member 4, through holes 41, 41 penetrating from the upper surface to the back surface are formed at two positions with a required interval. A counterbore is provided on the lower inner edge of each through hole 41. The through holes 41, 41 are provided with wood screws N2 for fixing the door member T1 to the door (see FIG. 1).
[0061]
On the back side of the base member 4, there are formed a magnetic attachment surface 42 on which the elevating part 21 is magnetically attached when the movable member 2 is raised, and a stop surface 43 as stop means (FIGS. 2, 3, and 10). reference). Both the magnetized surface 42 and the stop surface 43 are inclined. The lower side of the magnetized surface 42 expands in the lateral direction, and is formed so that the raised and lowered portion 21 that is raised easily adheres to the magnetized surface 42 (see FIG. 10).
[0062]
Further, the base member 4 is formed with a substantially circular magnet housing recess 44 that is recessed inward from the surface of the magnetized surface 42. A magnet 45 serving as a standing means is accommodated in the magnet accommodating recess 44. The magnet 45 is accommodated such that the lower surface thereof is substantially flush with the surface of the magnetized surface 42.
[0063]
The stop surface 43 is provided with a cushioning material 46 that is an impact reducing means. The buffer material 46 is made of rubber having a required thickness and having a flat surface, and is attached with an adhesive. In addition, the surface of the buffer material 46 can also be formed in uneven | corrugated shape or a waveform, for example.
[0064]
Further, a buffer plate 47 which is an impact sound reducing means for reducing sound is provided on the surface of the magnetic attachment surface 42. The buffer plate 47 uses a thin rubber plate and is attached with an adhesive. The buffer plate 47 has a groove portion 470 formed at a location extending over the entire width of the magnetic attachment surface 42 in the central portion. (See FIG. 10).
[0065]
The base member 4 shown in the present embodiment is a cast product formed by pouring a zinc alloy, which is a nonmagnetic material, into a mold. However, the material forming the base member is not limited to this. For example, a metal such as iron (including a material whose surface is coated with plating, painting, or synthetic resin) is used. You can also. Moreover, the manufacturing method of a base member is not limited to casting, For example, it can form also by press work, shaving, etc.
[0066]
In the present embodiment, the magnet 45 is provided so that the lower surface is substantially flush with the surface of the magnetized surface 42, but the attachment state of the magnet 45 is not limited. The magnet should just raise the raising / lowering part 21 and raise it. Therefore, if this function can be satisfied, for example, a required member can be interposed between the magnet and the elevating part 21, or can be provided by being recessed from the magnetized surface 42, or a convex part can be formed. It can also be provided. Usually, a permanent magnet is used as the magnet 45, but this is not limited, and for example, an electromagnet can also be used.
[0067]
In the present embodiment, the cushioning material 46 and the cushioning plate 47 are made of rubber, but the material to be formed and the method of providing are not particularly limited. As a material, for example, other synthetic resins (for example, (foamed polyurethane resin), etc.), paints, nonwoven fabrics, corks and the like having various buffering properties can be used. Moreover, it can also provide by fitting, adhesion | attachment (application | coating, dipping), sticking, etc. Further, the buffer plate may be provided at a required position of the movable member 2 that rises up and contacts the door member T1, for example.
[0068]
(Work)
The operation of the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The door member T1 and the floor member K are installed on the door 7 and the floor surface 6, respectively.
The door member T1 is fitted into a recess formed in advance on the lower end surface of the door 7, and screwed by inserting the wood screws N2, N2 through the through holes 41, 41. In the door member T <b> 1, when the tip of the elevating part 21 is engaged with the buffer material 46, the elevating part 21 and the magnetic attachment surface 42 have substantially the same inclination angle, and the upper surface of the elevating part 21 is the magnetic attachment surface 42. It is installed at a height position where it is magnetically attached to.
[0069]
Further, in the present embodiment, the door member T1 is installed so that the flange portions 40, 40 are hooked on the lower end surface so as to protrude from the lower end surface by the thickness of the flange portions 40, 40. However, the attachment of the door member T1 is not limited to this, and it can be installed so as to be flush with the lower end surface of the door 7 if there is no functional problem, or it is installed recessed from the lower end surface. You can also.
[0070]
Since the floor member K is formed in the shape of the movable member 2 in a flat plate shape with the shaft portions 20 and 20 projecting to the side on the base side, the convexity as formed on the back surface of the conventional floor member is provided. The portion can be eliminated and the back surface can be formed in a substantially flat shape.
Further, since the movable member 2 is formed in a flat plate shape, the thickness of the base member 1 that accommodates the movable member 2 can be reduced. As a result, the portion provided on the floor surface 6 when installed is not as thin as a conventional floor surface member, but can be thinned to a practically satisfactory level.
[0071]
Accordingly, the floor member K determines the installation position on the floor surface 6 on the track of the door member T1, inserts the wood screws N1 and N1 into the through holes 10 and 10 and screws them into the floor surface 6, The upper surface of the member K is attached so as to be substantially flush with the surface of the floor surface 6.
[0072]
In this way, the floor member K can be installed on the floor 6 without forming a fitting recess as conventionally formed. For this reason, even if installed in the wrong position, it can be easily installed again without replacing the floorboard with a new one. In addition, the installation is simple, so the construction is also quick.
[0073]
When the door 7 is opened to the position where the floor member K is installed, the elevating part 21 is attracted by the magnetic force of the magnet 45 and instantly rises around the shaft parts 20 and 20.
[0074]
The rising and lowering unit 21 that has risen is magnetically attached to the magnetic attachment surface 42 with the upper surface on the front side being in contact with the lower side of the buffer plate 47. Since the elevating part 21 gets up and hits the buffer plate 47, the impact sound when it hits the magnetized surface 42 can be reduced.
[0075]
And as the door 7 is opened, the elevating part 21 slightly rises while the upper surface rubs against the lower side of the buffer plate 47 (see FIG. 2). The tip of the elevating part 21 does not hit the buffer plate 47 until it hits the buffer material 46.
[0076]
The tip of the elevating part 21 that has risen as the door 7 is opened hits the buffer material 46 and engages. As a result, the door 7 stops moving and stops. The elevating part 21 is inclined at substantially the same inclination angle as the magnetized surface 42 by engaging the cushioning material 46 at the tip, and the upper surface abuts on the surface of the buffer plate 47 and is magnetized on the magnetized surface 42 (see FIG. 3). .
[0077]
Since the door 7 is stopped by engaging the tip of the elevating part 21 with the cushioning material 46 in this way, the impact applied to the movable member 2 and the door member T1 when the door 7 is stopped can be reduced. The life of the door-to-door device can be extended. Moreover, the impact noise can be reduced by reducing the impact.
[0078]
Note that the movable member 2 shown in FIG. 3 is inclined at an angle of approximately 19 degrees from the floor surface. However, the angle at which the movable member 2 contacts the cushioning material 46 is not limited to this, and varies depending on the vertical distance between the floor member K and the door member T1.
[0079]
The movable member 2 magnetically attached to the magnetic attachment surface 42 is maintained in this state by a magnetic force. Thereby, the state where the door 7 is also stopped at a predetermined position is maintained.
[0080]
In order to release the stopped state of the door 7, the door 7 may be moved in the closing direction. By moving the door 7 in the closing direction, the lower side of the magnetized surface 42 pushes down the elevating part 21, thereby releasing the magnetized state. The movable member 2 falls and is accommodated in the movable member accommodating recess 11.
[0081]
When the movable member 2 falls and is accommodated in the movable member accommodating recess 11, the cushioning material 22 comes into contact with the stopper portion 120 and the back cover 3 and is deformed. The vibration at the time of hitting is suppressed, and the impact sound can be reduced. Further, when the movable member falls down, the shock absorbing material 22 is in contact with the stopper portion 120 and the back cover 3, so that the impact sound when being accommodated in the movable member accommodating recess 11 can also be reduced by this frictional resistance. .
[0082]
Moreover, since the shock absorbing material 22 deform | transforms and the movable member 2 is in the state accommodated in the movable member accommodation recessed part 11, it contacts with the stopper part 120, Therefore Shaking in this state is little.
[0083]
Since the stopper portion 120 slightly protrudes from the upper surface of the base member 1 toward the movable member housing recess 11 and is formed above the movable member 2, the upper surface of the base portion abuts against the stopper portion 120 when the movable member 2 rises. . Further, the lower part also hits the upper surface of the back cover 3. The movable member 2 is stopped at a required acute angle (see FIG. 7).
[0084]
Thus, since the movable member 2 is stopped at a required angle, the movable member 2 does not rotate to an angle that maintains the standing state. Therefore, the movable member 2 descends by its own weight and is accommodated in the movable member accommodating recess 11 when the force that has been raised is lost. Thus, since the movable member 2 cannot maintain the state which protruded from the floor surface 6, even if it steps on, it does not hurt and is safe.
[0085]
Note that the movable member 2 shown in FIG. 7 is inclined at an angle of approximately 40 degrees, and the upper surface on the base side is in contact with the stopper 120. However, the shape of the stopper 120 and the angle of the movable member 2 to stop are not limited to this.
[0086]
By the way, in recent years, from the viewpoint of improving indoor environment by circulating indoor air, a door with a large gap between the floor and the floor may be installed. Therefore, there is a demand for a floor member that can handle such a door.
[0087]
Since the movable member 2 has a length slightly shorter than the diameter of the base member 1, the rising width of the movable member 2 can be made larger than that of the conventional one. Thereby, the member K for floor surfaces can respond also to the door in which the clearance gap between the floor surfaces is formed large. In addition, if the length of the movable member 2 is increased, it can be applied to a door in which a large gap is formed. However, from the viewpoint of strength, the length of the movable member 2 is 30 to 100 mm from the proximal end to the distal end. It is desirable to set within.
[0088]
Since the movable member 2 is formed by punching a plate-like body by pressing and the corners of the green portion on the driving side are rounded at that time, a step of separately rounding the corners of this portion is unnecessary. Therefore, the production time can be shortened accordingly. Further, the side opposite to the driving side needs to have rounded corners. However, since the movable member 2 is punched by a press, the corners can be rounded by performing a burr removal process. Deburring can be done by barrel processing, which is easy to work with. That is, it is easy to form roundness at the corners of the movable member 2. In addition, if the corner is not formed in a round shape, the corner may hit the base member 1 and may not rise, so it is preferable that the corner is formed in a slightly round shape.
[0089]
In the present embodiment, the door member T1 is installed at a height position where the elevating part 21 and the magnetized surface 42 have substantially the same inclination angle when the tip of the elevating part 21 is engaged with the cushioning material 46. The installation position of the door member T1 is not particularly limited. For example, it can be installed at a position higher than the position shown in this embodiment, or can be installed at a lower position.
[0090]
FIG. 11 is a partial cross-sectional explanatory view showing a state in which the door member T1 is installed at a position higher than the position shown in the present embodiment.
When the door member T <b> 1 is installed at the position shown in FIG. 11, the rising / lowering portion 21 that has risen is magnetically attached to the magnetic attachment surface 42 with the tip abutting against the buffer plate 47. In this case, the tip of the elevating part 21 hits two corners forming the groove part 470 (not shown) because the buffer part 47 is provided with the groove part 470. Then, as the door 7 is opened, the elevating part 21 slightly rises while the tip and the corner of the groove 470 rub against each other (the corner is slightly deformed). At this time, if the groove 470 is not present, the lifted lift 21 may bite when the central portion of the tip hits the buffer plate 47. If the door is opened in this state, the tip of the lift 21 pushes the buffer plate 47. May peel off.
[0091]
FIG. 12 shows the back cover 3 and the cushioning material 22 a provided on the top surface of the back cover 3. This buffer material 22a has a deformability and is provided by being inserted into the movable member insertion port 12 from the back surface side of the base member 1 when the back cover 3a is attached. Since the buffer member 22a is deformed by being sandwiched between the base side and the back cover 3 in a state in which the movable member 2 is housed in the movable member housing recess 11, the movable member 2 is tilted by the buffer material 22a and the base member is collapsed. The vibration when hitting the member 1 can be suppressed, and the impact sound can be reduced. In addition, since the shock absorbing material 22a hits the movable member 2 and is deformed, the movable member 2 falls down in a state where frictional resistance is applied. This also reduces the impact sound when being accommodated in the movable member accommodating recess 11. I can plan.
[0092]
FIG. 13 is a use state explanatory view showing a second embodiment of the door stop device according to the present invention, and FIG. 14 is a side view explanatory view showing a state in which the door is stopped by the door stop device shown in FIG. .
13 and 14, the same or equivalent parts as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 11 are given the same reference numerals. Further, in the following description, the description overlapping with the above-described portions with respect to the structure is omitted.
[0093]
The door stop device includes a floor member K and a door member T2 attached to the side surface on the lower side of the door 7 so as to protrude outward.
[0094]
The door member T2 includes a base member mounting base portion 50 whose outer shape is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in a side view, and a base member contact base that protrudes outward from the surface of the base member mounting base portion 50. A unit 51 is provided. The base member mounting base part 50 and the base member contact base part 51 are integrally formed. Inside the base member mounting base part 50 and the base member abutting base part 51, a lightening part 501 is formed by being recessed from the surface of the base member mounting base part 50 that contacts the door 7 (FIG. 13). reference).
[0095]
In the base member mounting base 50, penetrating elongated holes 500, 500 that penetrate from the front surface to the back surface and extend downward from above are formed at two locations on both sides with a required interval. A counterbore is provided on the inner edge on the front side of each through slot 500. The through-holes 500 and 500 are provided with wood screws N2 for fixing the door member T2 to the door (see FIG. 13).
[0096]
A magnetized surface 42 and a stop surface 43 are formed on the back side of the base member contact base 51 (see FIG. 14). The base member abutment base 51 is formed with a substantially circular magnet housing recess 44 that is recessed inward from the surface of the magnetized surface 42. Is formed with a hollow portion 510 that is recessed from the surface of the magnet housing recess 44 (see FIG. 14). The above-described thinning portion 501 and the thinning portion 510 are formed for reducing the material and reducing the weight.
[0097]
The door member T2 is inserted into the side surface of the lower side of the door 7 by screwing wood screws N2 and N2 through the through-holes 500 and 500, protruding outward, and the lower part of the base member mounting base 50. Is attached so as to be substantially flush with the lower end surface of the door 7. In the present embodiment, the door member T2 is installed so that the lower part of the base member mounting base 50 is substantially flush with the lower end surface of the door 7, but the mounting state of the door member T2 is limited to this. If there is no functional problem, it can be installed even if it protrudes from the lower end surface of the door 7, or it can be installed even if it is positioned above the lower end surface.
[0098]
The terms and expressions used in this specification are merely explanatory and are not limiting at all, and exclude terms and expressions equivalent to the features described in this specification and parts thereof. There is no intention to do. It goes without saying that various modifications are possible within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention.
[0099]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the above-described configuration and has the following effects.
(A) The floor member according to the present invention can be installed on the floor without forming a fitting recess as conventionally formed. For this reason, even if installed in the wrong position, it can be easily installed again without replacing the floorboard with a new one. Also, the installation can be done quickly because it is easy to install.
[0100]
(B) The floor member provided with impact sound reduction means for reducing the impact sound when the movable member falls down and hits the base member is closed when the movable member falls down and hits the base member by closing the door The impact sound can be reduced.
Moreover, the door stop device provided with the impact sound reduction means for reducing the impact sound when the movable member gets up and hits the door member has an impact sound when the movable member rises instantaneously and hits the door member. Can be reduced. Thus, the thing provided with the said means can aim at reduction of an impact sound, and can reduce a noise.
[0101]
(C) The floor member whose thickness of the base member is set to 5 mm or less, for example, does not make it difficult for the wheel of a wheelchair to climb up by the floor member installed on the floor surface. It won't be easy to fire.
[0102]
(D) The floor member in which the movable member is formed by punching the plate-like body does not require a step of forming a rounded corner, and the production time can be shortened accordingly.
[0103]
(E) The floor member having the standing angle limiting means can stop the movable member that rises at a required acute angle so that it does not rise above the angle. Therefore, the movable member does not rotate to an angle that maintains the standing state. For this reason, when the force that has been raised is lost, the movable member falls by its own weight and is accommodated in the movable member accommodating recess. Thus, since the member for floor surfaces cannot maintain the state which the movable member protruded from the floor surface, even if it steps on, it is safe without being injured.
[0104]
(F) In the floor member in which the base member is formed of a nonmagnetic material, the base member is not magnetized, and the movable member is not magnetically attached to the base member. Thereby, the action by the standing means is not hindered.
[0105]
(G) In the door stop device provided with the peeling prevention means, even when the door is moved in a state where the movable member hits the impact sound reducing means, the impact sound reducing means is not peeled off by the movable member.
[0106]
(H) In the door stop device provided with the impact mitigating means, the impact mitigating means is deformed when the door is stopped, and the impact applied to the movable member and the door member is mitigated. Thereby, the lifetime of a door stop apparatus can be extended. Further, the impact sound is reduced by reducing the impact.
