Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sauna facility that can use a bathroom as a sauna.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Saunas that increase metabolism by sweating and discharge waste products together with sweat are often enthusiastic because they are good for beauty and health. Generally, sauna facilities include high-temperature saunas (temperature 90 to 120 ° C., relative humidity 10 to 30%), low-temperature saunas (temperature 40 to 50 ° C., relative humidity 80 to 100%), and far infrared irradiation (temperature 40 to 60%). ° C, relative humidity 10-30%).
When using a home bathroom as a sauna, the bathroom is equipped with a bathroom ventilation heating dryer and a mist nozzle for spraying hot water mist, set the temperature and humidity in the bathroom, less uncomfortable, less sweating Was used as a low-temperature sauna to promote.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, when the bathroom is used as a low temperature sauna as described above, the flow velocity of the warm air for heating the bathroom is about 0.5 m / s or less on the human body surface.
In view of such circumstances, the present invention realizes a low-temperature sauna that promotes sweating with less discomfort than before when the above-described bathroom is used as a sauna. The purpose is to realize easily.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the invention for achieving this object, sets the temperature setting means for setting the temperature of the sauna space in the bathroom, a humidity setting means for setting the humidity of the room space, the velocity of the air current flowing in the sauna space and a flow rate setting means, characterized sauna equipment operating method utilizing in the bathroom as a sauna, a sauna during operation, by exercising said temperature setting means and humidity setting unit 40 the temperature of the sauna room In the range of 50 ° C., the humidity is set in the range of 80 to 100%, and the flow rate setting means is operated so that the flow rate of the airflow flowing in the sauna space is in the range of 0.8 to 1.5 m / s. Is to make it.
In the operation method of the sauna equipment, in addition to setting the temperature and humidity in the bathroom, the flow velocity of the airflow flowing through the sauna space where the person is located during the sauna operation in the bathroom is set, that is, the airflow on the skin surface of the human body The inventors have newly found out that it is important to set the flow rate of and thus completed the present invention.
That is, when the bathroom is used as a sauna, the temperature in the bathroom is set to be higher than the skin temperature of the human body. Therefore, the flow of airflow above the skin temperature in the bathroom on the skin surface acts to warm the human body. Here, when the flow velocity of this air flow is within the range of 0.8 to 1.5 m / s, the thermal effect on the human body is promoted, sweating can be promoted, and a comfortable sauna can be obtained. This phenomenon can prove that the sweating action is promoted by an actual experiment by a sauna subject and a numerical analysis method using a human body heat model.
Furthermore, the flow velocity of the airflow flowing through the sauna space is preferably in the range of 0.8 to 1.0 m / s, and the object of the present application can be achieved with a simple configuration.
[0005]
Furthermore, the temperature of the sauna space is set within a range of 40 to 50 ° C., the humidity is set within a range of 80 to 100%, and the inside of the bathroom is used as a low temperature sauna.
Thus, by setting the temperature slightly higher than the skin temperature of the human body, the skin surface temperature rises without breathing, and by setting the humidity high, heat dissipation due to evaporation on the human skin surface is suppressed, and sweating is further increased. Can be promoted.
Further, a temperature of 40 to 45 ° C. and a humidity of 80 to 90% are more suitable, and it is possible to realize a comfortable and sweating sauna without feeling “breathing” and “hair is sticky”.
Regarding the above numerical ranges of the flow velocity, temperature, and humidity of the airflow in the sauna space, the thermal effect on the flow velocity of the airflow flowing through the sauna space and the effect of the sweat rate on the temperature and humidity are It is obtained by the calculation result by the human body heat model that can calculate the human body heat and the amount of perspiration and the actual measurement by the subject experiment.
[0006]
Such a sauna facilities, configured as follows.
That is, provided with a temperature setting means for setting the temperature of the sauna space in the bathroom, a humidity setting means for setting the humidity of the room space, and a flow rate setting means for setting the velocity of the air current flowing in the sauna space, the To construct a sauna facility that uses the inside of the bathroom as a sauna, the temperature and humidity setting means are operated during sauna operation so that the temperature of the sauna space is in the range of 40 to 50 ° C. and the humidity is in the range of 80 to 100%. And a control means for setting the flow velocity of the air flow within a range of 0.8 to 1.5 m / s by operating the flow velocity setting device.
This sauna facility includes temperature setting means and humidity setting means for setting the temperature and humidity of the sauna space during sauna operation, and the inside of the bathroom can be used as a sauna.
Furthermore, the flow velocity setting means for setting the flow velocity of the airflow flowing in the sauna space is provided, and the airflow is set on the skin surface by setting the flow velocity of the airflow in the range of 0.8 to 1.5 m / s by the control means. This flow can further warm the human body and promote sweating from the human body.
[0007]
In such a sauna facility, the control means sets the temperature of the sauna space within the range of 40 to 50 ° C., sets the humidity within the range of 80 to 100%, and realizes the inside of the bathroom as a low temperature sauna.
The setting of the temperature setting means and humidity setting means for setting the sauna space at a predetermined temperature and humidity during sauna operation can be controlled using sensors, etc., but the shape and volume of the bathroom are known in advance. Therefore, the operation setting amount can be obtained in advance by experiments or the like. Therefore, the control means can set the temperature setting means and the humidity setting means so as to obtain the operation setting amount obtained in advance, the sauna space can be set to the above temperature range and humidity range, the bathroom from the human body Sauna facilities that can be used as a sauna to further promote sweating can be easily realized.
[0008]
In these sauna facilities, as the humidity setting means sets a mist generator for spraying the sauna space by generating water or hot water mist, the water or hot water amount supplied to the mist generator flow Ru and an adjustment valve.
The humidity setting means for setting the humidity of the sauna space can be configured to generate steam by heating hot water with an ultrasonic humidifier or heater, but in the sauna facility of the present invention, mist is generated. In the vessel, for example, hot water is sprayed into the sauna space in the form of a mist. Since the mist-like hot water has a small particle size, it is evaporated after being sprayed on the sauna space, and as a result, the humidity of the sauna space can be increased. Therefore, the relationship between the amount of hot water sprayed into the sauna space and the humidity of the sauna space is obtained in advance, and based on that, the control means controls the humidity of the sauna space by setting a flow rate adjustment valve, and a predetermined range. Inside humidity can be.
The hot water supplied to the mist generator is preferably 60 ° C. or lower from the viewpoint of preventing burns.
[0009]
Furthermore, in these kind of sauna equipment, comprising a temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature of the previous SL in the bathroom,
The control means activates the flow velocity setting means at the start of sauna operation to set the flow velocity of the airflow flowing through the sauna space within a range of 0.8 to 1.5 m / s, and activates the temperature setting means. Then, after starting the heating of the temperature of the sauna space within the range of 40 to 50 ° C., the humidification by the humidity setting unit is started with the operation setting amount determined based on the temperature detected by the temperature detection unit. , that make up the humidity of the room space to set within a range of 80% to 100%.
In this case, the relationship between the temperature of the sauna space where the humidity of the sauna space is a predetermined humidity and the operation setting amount of the humidity setting means is obtained in advance by experiments or the like.
Therefore, during sauna operation, the temperature of the sauna space can be detected by the temperature detection means, and the humidity setting means can be operated based on the obtained relationship to set the humidity of the sauna space to a predetermined humidity.
In addition, when starting the sauna operation, first, the temperature setting means is operated, the temperature is detected by the temperature detection means, the sauna space is heated to a predetermined temperature, and the humidity set to the required humidification amount for the predetermined temperature obtained in advance is set. Humidification of the sauna space can be started by the setting means, and the sauna space can be set to a predetermined humidity.
Thus, at the start of humidification by the humidity setting means, the sauna space is heated to some extent, and does not feel cold due to the humidification.
By comprising in this way, the sauna installation which can accelerate | stimulate the perspiration of a human body more and can set temperature humidity more accurately by simple structure can be comprised.
[0010]
Furthermore, the bathroom ventilation heating dryer provided in the bathroom can be used as a sauna facility, and in this case, it can be configured as follows. That is, a bathroom ventilation heating dryer having a drying function for drying the interior of the bathroom, a heating function for heating the interior of the bathroom, and a ventilation function for ventilating the interior of the bathroom,
The humidity setting means for setting the humidity in the bathroom , and the temperature detection means for detecting the temperature in the bathroom ,
The heating function includes the temperature setting means and the flow velocity setting means, and is installed in the bathroom and used as a sauna facility according to claim 2 that uses the bathroom as a sauna.
That is, by providing the bathroom ventilating / heating dryer with humidity setting means, it can be used as the sauna facility according to claim 2, and a sauna can be easily realized even in a general household.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows an installed state in a bathroom 1 of a bathroom ventilation heating dryer 3 used as a sauna facility according to the present invention.
In general, the bathroom 1 has a bathtub 6 and a washing place 7. Hot water is applied to the bathtub 6, and the body can be washed in the washing place 7.
Furthermore, in the bathroom 1 shown in FIG. 1, the bathroom ventilation heating dryer 3 is provided in the lower part of the side wall inside the bathroom 1 (for example, the lower part of the height in the bathroom 1), As will be described later, the bathroom 1 can be used as a sauna. By providing the bathroom ventilation heating dryer 3 at the lower side of the side wall, for example, warm air blows out from the head, and there is no problem such as “head is bowed”, and warm air is blown out from the feet to comfortably warm. be able to.
A ventilation fan 4 for ventilating the inside of the bathroom 1 is provided above the side wall of the bathroom 1, and the ventilation fan 4 is controlled by a control device 100 provided in the bathroom ventilation heating dryer 3.
Further, a remote controller 5 connected to the control device 100 of the bathroom ventilation / heater / dryer 3 is provided on a side portion of the door 8 of the dressing room not shown in the drawing, and an operation instruction can be given to the control device 100. .
[0012]
The above is the schematic configuration of the bathroom 1, and the details of the bathroom ventilation heating dryer 3 that is used as a sauna facility that enables the bathroom 1 to be used as a sauna will be described below.
The bathroom ventilation / heater / dryer 3 shown in FIG. 1 is provided with an air outlet 12 for blowing air and a suction port 13 for sucking air in the bathroom 1, so that the air sucked from the suction port 13 is blown from the air outlet 12. The fan (not shown) is provided inside. Further, a heat exchanger (not shown) for heating the air sucked from the suction port 13 is provided, hot water is supplied to the heat exchanger, heat is exchanged between the hot water and air, and the air is heated. ing.
[0013]
With such a configuration, the flow rate of the air blown from the outlet 12 can be changed by changing the rotational speed of the fan, and as a result, the flow velocity of the airflow flowing through the sauna space 2 can be set. The means for setting the flow velocity of the airflow flowing through the sauna space 2 in this way is called the flow velocity setting means A.
[0014]
Furthermore, by adjusting the amount or temperature of the hot water supplied to the heat exchanger, the temperature of the air blown from the outlet 12 can be set. As a result, the temperature of the sauna space 2 in the bathroom 1 can be set. Can be set. Thus, the means for setting the temperature of the sauna space 2 is referred to as temperature setting means B.
[0015]
Moreover, the bathroom ventilation heating dryer 3 is provided with a mist nozzle 11 for spraying hot water mist, and the amount of hot water supplied to the mist nozzle 11 can be set. The sprayed water mist evaporates after being sprayed. As a result, the humidity in the bathroom 1 can be increased, and the humidity of the sauna space 2 can be set by setting the amount of spraying. The means for setting the humidity of the sauna space 2 is referred to as humidity setting means C.
[0016]
The sauna space 2 is a space where a person is present when the sauna is in operation. In the bathroom 1 as shown in the figure, the inside of the washroom 7 is about 20 cm above the surrounding wall and up to the head of the person. The purpose of this application is to achieve a comfortable and sweating sauna by finally setting the temperature, humidity, and airflow on the skin surface of the human body. Yes, it can be said that the sauna space 2 indicates a space near the surface of the human skin.
[0017]
In order to realize a comfortable and sweating sauna, it is important to set the airflow, temperature, and humidity in the sauna space 2 within the optimum range.
Therefore, in the bathroom ventilation heating dryer 3 as the sauna facility according to the present invention, the control device 100 operates the flow velocity setting means A during the sauna operation, and the flow velocity of the airflow flowing through the sauna space 2 is 0.8 to 1.5 m. / S, the temperature setting means B is activated, the temperature of the sauna space 2 is set to 40-50 ° C., the humidity setting means C is activated, and the humidity of the sauna space 2 is set to 80-100%. Thus, the means for setting the flow velocity, temperature, and humidity of the airflow in the sauna space 2 within a predetermined range is referred to as control means D.
The environmental conditions such as the volume and shape of the bathroom 1 are known conditions, and the flow rate setting means A, temperature setting means B, and humidity setting means C for setting the flow velocity, temperature, and humidity of a predetermined airflow. The operation setting amount can be obtained in advance, and the control means D can set the operation setting amount based on the operation setting amount. A procedure for suitably setting will be described below.
[0018]
That is, the bathroom ventilation / heater / dryer 3 shown in FIG. 1 includes a temperature sensor 14 that detects the temperature in the bathroom 1, and the interior of the bathroom 1 is kept constant based on the output signal of the temperature sensor 14 during sauna operation. The temperature can be set with high accuracy, for example, 40 ° C.
First, the control device 100 that has received an instruction to start sauna operation with the remote controller 5 or the like uses the temperature setting means B and the flow velocity setting means A to generate hot air with a flow velocity of about 1.0 m / s in the sauna space 2 in the bathroom. It is circulated through the sauna space 2 and heated.
Further, after the heating of the sauna space 2 is started , the humidity setting means C is operated, that is, spraying of hot water mist from the mist nozzle 11 is started. In this case, since the set temperature of the temperature setting means B is 40 ° C. (40 ° C. is preferable, but 40 ° C. to 50 ° C. is sufficient), the spray amount from the mist nozzle 11 is the shape, volume, etc. of the bathroom 1. It is determined in advance according to the environmental conditions. That is, the preparation time for spraying hot water mist to humidify the humidity to about 80% and the spray amount are obtained in advance by experiments, and the control device determines the humidity setting means according to the spray amount and preparation time obtained in advance. C is set, and the mist is sprayed and humidified until the humidity of the sauna space 2 becomes about 80%. When the humidity reaches 80%, the mist is stopped.
By performing such control, the flow velocity of the airflow flowing through the sauna space 2 after the preparation time is set to about 1.0 m / s, the temperature is set to about 40 ° C., and the humidity is set to about 80%. ”,“ Hairy and sticky ”, etc., and a more comfortable and sweating sauna can be realized.
[0019]
Fig. 2 is a graph of the results of numerical analysis of the amount of perspiration for 10 minutes using the human thermal model that can numerically calculate the relationship between the flow velocity, temperature and humidity of the airflow flowing through the sauna space and the amount of perspiration from the skin surface of the human body. Indicates.
From this calculation result, it can be seen that the relationship between the flow velocity of the airflow flowing through the sauna space and the amount of sweating is almost proportional. Furthermore, in order to secure a sufficient amount of sweating, it is preferable that the temperature and humidity be 45 ° C. or higher and 80% or higher, and that the amount of sweating increases as the flow rate increases.
By such a method, it is possible to sweat more quickly and to lead to comfortable sauna conditions.
[0020]
Furthermore, the control device 100 of the bathroom ventilation / heater / dryer 3 can set the ventilation fan 4. For example, after the sauna operation, the ventilation fan 4 is driven to release the moisture in the bathroom 1 to the outside to reduce the humidity. It has a bathroom ventilation function that makes the inside of the bathroom 1 easy.
Furthermore, the bathroom ventilation heating dryer 3 operates the temperature setting means B and the flow velocity setting means A, for example, to heat the interior of the bathroom 1, and the flow velocity setting means A, for example, to dry the interior of the bathroom 1. Each of the functions has a drying function, and each function is realized by being controlled by the control device 100 according to an instruction input from the remote controller 5.
[0021]
[Another embodiment]
(B) In the above embodiment, the bathroom ventilation heating dryer 3 for ventilating, heating and drying the bathroom has been described. However, in the present invention, the operation method as the sauna facility, that is, the flow through the sauna space. It is characterized by setting the flow velocity of the air flow within a range of 0.8 to 1.5 m / s, and is not limited to a bathroom ventilation heating dryer. (B) In the above embodiment, an example of having a sauna space in a bathroom washroom has been shown. However, a sauna has a sauna space in a bathtub because a portion where a person is located when operating the sauna is a sauna space. A structure may be sufficient and in this case, the bathroom ventilation heating dryer as sauna equipment can be installed in the bathtub vicinity.
(C) In the above embodiment, the ventilation fan is provided separately from the bathroom ventilation heating dryer, but these can be integrated.
(D) In the above embodiment, the configuration of the mist nozzle that sprays hot and cold mist as the humidity setting means has been described. However, instead of the mist nozzle, a heater or an ultrasonic humidifier may be used. it can.
(E) In the above embodiment, the configuration for setting the flow rate of hot water supplied to the mist nozzle in order to set the spray amount from the mist nozzle has been described. The spray amount can be set by changing the spraying time, and spraying can be performed intermittently.
[0022]
