一般にこの種の根太としては、樽木等を用いた木造根太が多く使用されているが、最近は金属製根太も使用されるようになって来ている。例えば、特開平5−302374号公報に記載された構成のものが従来例として公知になっている。

この従来例においては、金属のチャンネル材によって矩形状のパネル枠を形成し、そのパネル枠内に金属のチャンネル材で形成された複数本の金属根太を架設したものであり、パネル枠および金属根太の片面(上面)には木下地のような断熱性が高く堅固な下地材を装着し、その下地材間に断熱材を嵌め込んだ構成になっている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記従来技術の課題を解決する具体的手段として本発明は、所定の間隔をもって隣接状態に配設される複数本のジョイスト材と、該ジョイスト材の両端部を固定または連結支持する一対のトラック材と、前記配設されたジョイスト材の略中間付近において橋渡し状に固定または連結される複数の転び止め材とからなり、前記ジョイスト材は、断面C型チャンネル材で形成されると共に、少なくとも一個の配管または配線用の孔を設け、前記トラック材は、断面コ字状のチャンネル材で形成されると共に、前記ジョイスト材の端部を固定または連結支持するためのフラップを所定間隔をもって複数個形成し、前記転び止め材は、断面コ字状のチャンネル材で形成され、その両端部は前記ジョイスト材の略厚み分を上面に残して両側の立ち下がり壁をカットし、各構成部材の固定または連結部分に予めネジ止め用の下穴を設けたことを特徴とする金属製根太を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係る金属製根太に関し好ましい実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。まず、図1において、金属製根太1は所定の間隔をもって隣接状態に配設される複数本のジョイスト材2と、該ジョイスト材2の両端部を固定または連結支持する一対のトラック材3と、前記配設されたジョイスト材2の略中間付近において隣接同士の間に橋渡し状に固定または連結される複数の転び止め材4とから構成されるものであって、これらを設定された順序で組み合わせることにより全体が略矩形状の金属製根太1となるものである。

ジョイスト材2は、図2に示したように、断面C型チャンネル材で形成されると共に、適宜位置に少なくとも一個好ましくは複数個の配管または配線用の孔5を設ける。両端部におけるトラック材3との固定または連結部位および中間位置における転び止め材4との固定または連結部位には、それぞれ複数個のネジ止め用の下穴6、7、8が予め形成されている。

このトラック材3においても、前記ジョイスト材2との固定または連結部位に予めネジ止め用の下穴11が設けられ、フラップ9にも予めネジ止め用の下穴12が設けられている。また、このトラック材3も前記ジョイスト材2と同様に、厚さ1.0〜3.0mmの溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板で形成されるものであって、全体の長さが略1820〜2000mmであり、幅が略239〜304mm程度に設定してある。そして、図7に示したように、折り返した頂部3aの幅が略40mmであり、切り起こしたフラップ9の長さが略150mmで幅が略20mmである。なお、これらの寸法は一応の目安であって、適宜変更できることは勿論である。
