In the invention described in claim 3 , since the stationery includes the fastening structure according to claim 1 or 2, the stationery that is no longer needed can be easily fastened even by an amateur by heating the washer to the shape recovery temperature. Can be dismantled.
[First Embodiment of Reference Example ]
1 is a view showing a first embodiment of a fastening structure, FIG. 2 is a view showing a washer, and FIG. 3 is a view showing another embodiment of the washer. This fastening structure is a structure for fastening the fastened member 3 and the base material 4 by using the rivet 1 including the shaft portion 11 and the head portion 12 and caulking the tip portion 11a of the shaft portion 11 outward.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the fastening structure and the stationery of the present invention will be described. However, the embodiments of the present invention show the most preferable modes of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
[First Embodiment]
1 is a view showing a first embodiment of a fastening structure, FIG. 2 is a view showing a washer, and FIG. 3 is a view showing another embodiment of the washer. This fastening structure is a structure for fastening the fastened member 3 and the base material 4 by using the rivet 1 including the shaft portion 11 and the head portion 12 and caulking the tip portion 11a of the shaft portion 11 outward.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1A, the shaft portion 11 of the rivet 1 includes a fastened member insertion hole 31 formed in the fastened member 3 and a base material insertion hole formed in the base material 4. 41, and the head portion 12 of the shaft portion 11 is caulked with the tip portion 11a of the shaft portion 11 outward so that the head portion 12 is pressed against the member 3 to be fastened. The to-be-fastened member 3 and the base material 4 are fastened by pressing. The rivet 1 has a washer fitting portion 11b formed on the tip portion 11a side of the shaft portion 11, and the washer fitting portion 11b includes a surface 11b1 orthogonal to the axial direction and a surface 11b2 along the axial direction. A surface 11 b 1 orthogonal to the axial direction of the washer fitting portion 11 b is flush with the surface 4 a of the base material 4.

The rivet 1 has a washer 2 fitted to a washer fitting portion 11b, and the head 12 is pressed by a pressing member (not shown) from the head 12 side, so that the hole 11c on the distal end portion 11a side of the shaft portion 11 is pressed. The front end portion 11a is curved outward and caulked by a caulking receiving member (not shown) that has entered.

Here, the washer 2 is made of a shape memory material, and before heating to the shape recovery temperature, the inner diameter L10 is smaller than the outer diameter L11 of the crimped tip 11a of the rivet 1 as shown in FIG. When it is formed and heated to the shape recovery temperature, as shown in FIGS. 1B and 1C, the shape is recovered and its inner diameter L10 is larger than the outer diameter L11 of the crimped tip portion 11a of the rivet 1. What has been memorized in shape is used.

In addition, the outer diameter L12 of the washer 2 before shape recovery is pressed against the base material 4 via the washer 2 by caulking the tip end portion 11a of the shaft portion 11 of the rivet 1 outward, so that the base material insertion hole 41 Needless to say, it is larger than the diameter L41.

On the other hand, the outer diameter L11 of the crimped tip 11a of the rivet 1 is formed to be smaller than the diameter L31 of the fastening member insertion hole 31 and the diameter L41 of the base material insertion hole 41. Further, the outer diameter L20 of the head 12 of the rivet 1 is formed larger than the diameter L31 of the fastened member insertion hole 31 and the diameter L41 of the base material insertion hole 41.

Specifically, a shape memory alloy, a shape memory resin, or the like is used as the shape memory material, and the washer 2 having a spring property is manufactured by the following method.

When using a shape memory alloy, as shown in FIG. 2, a shape memory alloy spring wire is wound in a coil shape, and the wire wound in the coil shape is cut obliquely and partly cut. A method is used in which shape memory processing is applied to the object, and then plastic processing is performed to adjust the diameter. Or you may make it manufacture by the method etc. which give a shape memory process to what was shape | molded by methods, such as powder metallurgy, sintering, and melt casting, and adjust a diameter by adding plastic processing after that.

In addition, when using shape memory resin, as shown in Fig. 2, shape memory resin wire made of shape memory is wound in a coil shape, and the wire wound in this coil shape is cut obliquely and partly cut. As shown in FIG. 3, the shape memory resin plate material is punched into a ring shape without a notch, or formed from a cylindrical shape by injection molding into a ring shape. It may be manufactured by a method in which the shape-memory is heated and softened, deformed to adjust the diameter, and cooled to maintain the shape.

With such a fastening structure, the shaft portion 11 of the rivet 1 is formed in the fastened member insertion hole 31 formed in the fastened member 3 and the base material 4 as shown in FIG. The base material insertion hole 41 is inserted, and the head portion 12 of the shaft portion 11 is caulked with the tip end portion 11a of the shaft portion 11 outward so as to be pressed against the member 3 to be fastened. By being pressed to 4, the fastened member 3 and the base material 4 can be fastened with high accuracy without variation.

Then, by pressing the head 12 with a pressing member (not shown) from the head 12 side, the tip portion 11a is directed outward by a caulking receiving member (not shown) entering the hole portion 11c on the tip portion 11a side of the shaft portion 11. The base material 4 is caulked with the tip portion 11a of the shaft portion 11 facing outward so that the head portion 12 of the shaft portion 11 is pressed against the fastened member 3 with the washer 2 interposed therebetween. The pressed member 3 and the base material 4 can be fastened with high accuracy without variation.

Then, as shown in FIG. 5A, when the washer 2 is heated to the shape recovery temperature with the fastened member 3 and the base material 4 fastened, the shape is recovered as shown in FIG. 5B. The inner diameter L10 of the rivet 1 is larger than the diameter L20 of the head 12 of the rivet 1, and the head 12 of the rivet 1 can easily be removed from the fastening member insertion hole 31 and the base material insertion hole 41, as shown in FIG. As described above, the rivet 1, the washer 2, the fastened member 3, and the base material 4 are separated separately, and the fastened member 3 and the base material 4 can be easily disassembled.
[Fourth Embodiment of Reference Example ]
FIG. 6 is a view showing a fourth embodiment of the fastening structure.

This fastening structure uses the washer 2 described in the first embodiment. In the fourth embodiment, the washer fitting portion 11e as in the third embodiment is not provided. Thus, the washer 2 is provided in contact with the surface 11b2 along the axial direction of the shaft portion 11. In this way, the member to be fastened 3 is pressed via the inclined surface 12a with the washer 2 interposed on the head side. Since there is a gap between the shaft portion 11 of the rivet 1 and the fastening member insertion hole 31 and the base material insertion hole 41, the collar 5 is interposed, and the configuration is the same as in the first embodiment. The reference numerals are attached and the description is omitted.

In the fourth embodiment, the diameter L20 of the head 12 of the rivet 1 is formed to be smaller than the diameter L31 of the fastening member insertion hole 31 and the diameter L41 of the base material insertion hole 41. The washer 2 is made of a shape memory material whose shape is restored when heated to the shape recovery temperature and whose inner diameter L10 is larger than the diameter L20 of the head 12.

In the fourth embodiment, since there is a gap between the shaft portion 11 of the rivet 1 and the member insertion hole 31 and the base material insertion hole 41, the collar 5 is interposed. As a result, there is no gap, and the fastened member 3 and the base material 4 can be securely crimped without being displaced.

In the fourth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6A, when the washer 2 is heated to the shape recovery temperature with the fastened member 3 and the base material 4 fastened, the state shown in FIG. As shown, the shape recovers and its inner diameter L10 becomes larger than the diameter L20 of the head 12 of the rivet 1, so that the head 12 of the rivet 1 can be easily removed from the member insertion hole 31 and the base material insertion hole 41, As shown in FIG. 6C, the rivet 1, washer 2, fastened member 3, and base material 4 can be separated and easily disassembled, but the collar 5 is assembled to the rivet 1.
[Fifth Embodiment]
FIG. 7 is a view showing a fifth embodiment of a fastening structure.

This fastening structure uses the washer 2 described in the first embodiment, and in this fifth embodiment, the base member 4 is pressed by interposing the washer 2 on the crimped tip side. However, there is no gap between the shaft portion 11 of the rivet 1 and the fastening member insertion hole 31, but there is a gap between the shaft portion 11 of the rivet 1 and the base material insertion hole 41. In the same manner as in the first embodiment, the same reference numerals are given to the configuration, and description thereof is omitted.

In the fifth embodiment, the shape memory material is stored so that the shape is recovered when the washer 2 is heated to the shape recovery temperature and the inner diameter L10 of the washer 2 is larger than the outer diameter L11 of the crimped tip 11a. The outer diameter L11 of the crimped tip end portion 11a is formed larger than the diameter L25 of the fastening member insertion hole 31 and smaller than the diameter L41 of the base material insertion hole 41.

In the fifth embodiment, since there is a gap between the shaft portion 11 of the rivet 1 and the base material insertion hole 41, the collar 5 is interposed. Can be securely crimped without causing any displacement.

In the fifth embodiment, by inserting the collar 5 into the base material insertion hole 41, the inner diameter L51 of the collar 5 and the diameter L31 of the member insertion hole 31 to be fastened formed in the member 3 to be fastened are obtained. The shaft 11 of the rivet 1 can be formed to have a diameter L25 smaller than that of the first embodiment. Therefore, the contact area between the head 12 of the rivet 1 and the fastened member 3 can be increased, and the fastening force between the fastened member 3 and the base material 4 can be increased accordingly.

By adopting such a fastening structure, as shown in FIG. 7A, the shaft portion 11 of the rivet 1 is formed in the fastened member insertion hole 31 formed in the fastened member 3 and the base material 4. The washer 2 is caulked with the tip portion 11a of the shaft portion 11 facing outward so that the head portion 12 of the shaft portion 11 is pressed into contact with the member 3 to be fastened. By pressing the collar 5 and the base material 4 through the fastening member 3, the fastened member 3 and the base material 4 can be fastened with high accuracy without variation.

As shown in FIG. 7 (a), when the washer 2 is heated to the shape recovery temperature in a state where the fastened member 3 and the substrate 4 are fastened, the shape is recovered as shown in FIG. 7 (b). The inner diameter L10 is larger than the outer diameter L11 of the crimped tip 11a of the rivet 1, but the outer diameter L11 of the crimped tip 11a is larger than the inner diameter L51 of the collar 5 and larger than the diameter L41 of the base material insertion hole 41. Since the rivet 1, the collar 5 and the fastened member 3 are removed from the base material insertion hole 41, the washer 2 and the base material 4 are easily separated from the rivet 1, the collar 5 and the fastened member 3 easily. The to-be-fastened member 3 and the base material 4 can be disassembled.
[Sixth Embodiment]
FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the stationery. The stationery 60 of this embodiment shows a binder, and the fastening structures of the first to fifth embodiments described above can be applied. In the binder stationery 60, cardboard is used as the base material 4, and a clip is used as the member to be fastened 3, and the cardboard and the clip are in the first to fifth embodiments using the rivet 1. It is fastened with a fastening structure. Therefore, the binder of the stationery 60 that is no longer needed can be easily disassembled from the cardboard and the clip of the fastening structure by heating the washer to the shape recovery temperature even by an amateur.

The present invention can be applied to a stationery having a fastening structure using a rivet and a stopper widely used in various fields, and there is no restriction on the material of the rivet, and the product can be easily disassembled at low cost.
