Description

The present invention relates to a guard fence that partitions a partition area such as a construction work area and the outside of the partition area and is easy to install, remove, and transport.

Conventionally, a specific area or the like is defined as a partitioned area, and a guard fence is laid in order to partition the partitioned area from an outside partitioned area that is outside of the partitioned area and prevent outsiders from entering the partitioned area. And in guard fences provided for the purpose of preventing entry into the work area at construction sites, etc., the area to be partitioned is often changed and the position of the guard fence is often changed. Is configured to be easily performed.
For example, a guard fence suitable for this application is a continuous fence body in which a plurality of unit fence bodies in which a fence material is stretched between a pair of vertical frames are arranged on the boundary between a partition area and an outside section area to form a continuous fence body. A base that is a weight for maintaining the standing state of the continuous fence body is disposed at a position on the boundary corresponding to both end portions of the continuous fence body and the juxtaposed portion of the adjacent unit fence bodies, and the insertion tube provided on the foundation It is set as the structure which inserted the lower end of the vertical frame of the unit fence body in the insertion hole etc. (refer patent document 1).
And in such a guard fence, while being able to respond to the undulations of the installation location, the horizontal frame is pin-coupled between the vertical frames of the unit fence body, and a device that links the extendable diagonal frame between the vertical frames is devised. Has been proposed (Patent Document 2). In addition, when arranging unit fence bodies in a straight line, a device has been proposed in which a heavy steel material is placed side by side instead of the foundation and each unit fence body is attached to the steel material in an upright state. (See Patent Document 3).
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 07-062892 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-159398 JP-A-10-159040

When building a guard fence as a temporary installation on an outdoor flat ground or indoor flat floor, arrange the foundations at intervals as described above, and the vertical frame of one unit fence body and the other unit adjacent to this In many cases, a continuous fence body is configured by arranging the lower ends of the vertical frames of the fence bodies so as to be supported and arranging adjacent unit fence bodies without gaps.

However, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, in the guard fence a having this configuration, the base d into which the vertical frame c of the unit fence body b is inserted has a columnar shape or a quadrangular prism shape having a certain height. Therefore, the lower end position of the fence material e is close to the top end of the foundation d, the lower part of the fence material e is opened, and some of the materials, single pipes, wire numbers, etc. that should be in the partition area are mistakenly described above. It is easy to protrude into the outside area through the open portion g. In addition, the foundation itself has a shape straddling the partition area and the non-compartment area, and becomes an obstacle protruding from the non-compartment area. And since the protruding part of the open part and the protruding part of the foundation are at a height that is difficult for humans to see on the ground or the floor, there is an accident in which a passerby passing through the outside area trips over and falls. May occur.
Furthermore, the guard fence also has a role of hiding the space of the partition area to some extent, but the open portion g exists below the unit fence body along the longitudinal direction of the continuous fence body, In this case, the ground and the floor near the guard fence can be directly seen from the outside of the area, so that the beauty around the lower part of the guard fence is impaired.

Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, the present invention prevents the opening portion from being generated in the lower portion of the unit fence body without impairing the advantage that it can be easily installed, removed, and transported. The problem is to prevent the members that support the unit fence body from standing out in the standing area so that they do not protrude to the outside area side, and prevent the accident of a person who falls through the outside area from falling. The purpose is to prevent the beauty around the lower part of the guard fence from being spoiled.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and in a guard fence that partitions a partitioned area such as a construction work area and an outside area that is outside the partitioned area, a fence material is stretched between a pair of vertical frames. A plurality of unit fence bodies arranged in parallel on the boundary between the partition area and the outside area, and a unit fence body adjacent to both end portions of the continuous fence body. Correspondingly, a base plate disposed in the partition region, one end of which is bolted to the base plate, the other end is located at the boundary between the partition region and the non-partition region, and the unit fence is disposed at the other end. A fence body supporting hardware for standing a unit fence body, and a fence member for the unit fence body, by standing up a pair of insertion pillars that are detachably inserted and joined with a lower end of a vertical frame in the body Are arranged in succession in part, consists of a core print of the ground or close to the fence laying surface, the baseboard includes a cylindrical portion that one vertical frame of the unit fence member is insert the corresponding plug column and unit fence member The other vertical frame has a cylindrical portion into which the corresponding insertion column is inserted, and the lower end of one frame of the unit fence body is inserted and joined, and the lower end of the other frame of the unit fence body is inserted and joined. The distance to the insertion post is made to correspond to the distance between the two vertical frames in the unit fence body, and is located at the distance between the two vertical frames of the unit fence body by the baseboard Standing state of the continuous fence body unit fence member who posted joining vertical frame for each pair of insertion pillars formed by juxtaposed, have been maintained by the base plate serving as a weigh unit fence member Providing a guard fence characterized in that the baseboard located at the bottom continuously covers between the continuous fence body and the fence laying surface over the length direction of the continuous fence body. It will be solved.

Then, Te present invention odor, is better be those vertical frame adjacent above Kinami portion is connected.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the base plate and the fence body support hardware are in the partitioned area, and the continuous fence body is located at the boundary between the partitioned area and the uncomparted area, the guard fence projects to the outside of the partitioned area side. It will not have. In addition, the lower part of the fence material has a baseboard that reaches the position where the fence lays down to the ground or close to the fence laying surface, so that no open part is formed below the fence material. It is possible to prevent a part of pipes, materials, wires, etc. from protruding under the guard fence to the outside area, and further, the ground or floor on the guard fence side of the area can be seen from the outside area side by the baseboard. As a result, the aesthetic appearance around the lower part of the card fence is not impaired.

And even if a single pipe, a material, a wire, etc. collide with a baseboard, they are surely prevented from jumping out to the outside area. Further, by arranging the baseboards at the time of installation of the baseboards, the arrangement positions of the unit fence bodies can be determined in advance, and the trouble of adjusting the position of the continuous fence bodies after installation can be eliminated.

In addition , since it is bridged from the insertion pillar of one fence body support hardware to the insertion pillar of another fence body support hardware, when inserting the lower end of the vertical frame of the unit fence body, just apply the lower end to the insertion pillar. Well, it is easy to assemble the unit fence body.

According to the invention of claim 2 , since the adjacent unit fence bodies are integrated, the arrangement state of the plurality of unit fence bodies becomes more stable.

Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiment shown in FIGS.
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a guard fence, as shown in FIG. 1, a continuous fence body 2 disposed on the boundary between the partition area A and the outside partition area B, a base plate 3 disposed in the partition area A, and one end. Is connected to the base plate 3 by bolts, the other end is located at the boundary, and a fence body support metal 5 for supporting a unit fence body 4 (described later) which is a unit element of the continuous fence body 2 in a standing state, The guard fence 1 partitions the partition area A and the outside area B, prevents outsiders from entering the partition area A, and the space in the partition area A is For example, it also has a role of clearly indicating to a person passing through the outside area B that it is a construction workplace.

(Continuous fence body, unit fence body)
In the guard fence 1, the continuous fence body 2 is formed by arranging the unit fence bodies 4 side by side along the boundary between the partition region A and the outside region B. And the unit fence body 4 uses the lower end of each of a pair of vertical frame 7 as the insertion leg 7a (refer FIG. 3), and the horizontal frame 8 is passed between the vertical frames 7 in the upper position of this insertion leg 7a. The horizontal frame 8 is also passed between the upper ends of the vertical frames 7, and a single horizontal frame 8 is passed between the vertical frames 7 as a middle level. By attaching the wire mesh and the mesh curtain to the position surrounded by the frame frame and the position surrounded by the vertical frame 7 and the middle and lower horizontal frames 8, The fence material 9 is stretched on the wall.

(Base plate)
The base plate 3 in moth Dofensu 1 plurality are disposed on the ground or on the floor of the compartment area A, across a plurality of base plate 3, to maintain the standing state of the continuous fence member 2 formed by arranging up the unit fence member 4 It serves as a weight for preventing the fall, and the both end portions 10 of the continuous fence body 2 and the unit fence bodies 4 are arranged corresponding to the juxtaposed portions 11 adjacent to each other.
Each of the base plates 3 is made of a metal plate having a weight that can be handled by a laying worker alone. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, anchor fixing holes 12 are provided at the four corners of the base plate 3 so that the base plate 3 can be anchored to the ground or the floor, so that the base plate 3 can be firmly fixed as required. Is possible. Further, the base plate 3 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 13 for connecting the fence body supporting metal 5 with bolts, and one of the mounting holes 13 is selected to connect one end of the fence body supporting metal 5 with bolts. It is provided so that it can.

(Fence body support hardware)
The fence body support metal 5 is formed from an angle assembly in which one end 14 is bolt-connected to the base plate 3 disposed in the partition area A and the other end 15 is positioned at the boundary between the partition area A and the outside partition area B. (FIG. 4). A pair of insertion pillars 16 are erected on the other end 15 of the fence body support metal 5, and the insertion legs 7 a of the vertical frame 7 at the end portion 10 and the parallel portion 11 of the continuous fence body 2. Each is inserted and joined in a state where it can be inserted and removed.
The base plate in which the unit fence body 4 is erected by inserting and joining the insertion column 16 erected on the fence body support metal 5 and the insertion leg 7 a of the vertical frame 7, and the fence body support metal 5 is weighted. 3, the standing state of the unit fence body 4 is maintained, and thus the standing state of the continuous fence body 2 including the unit fence body 4 is maintained.

(Baseboard)
Further, in the present guard fence 1, the baseboard 6, which is a separate member from the fence material 9, is arranged below the fence material 9 of the unit fence body 2 so as to be continuous with the fence material 9. The baseboard 6 is provided over the length direction.
The baseboard 6 has a height dimension close to the fence laying surface from the horizontal frame 8 positioned at the lowermost stage, and is made of a plate material having both ends cylindrical portions 17. And the internal diameter of the said cylindrical part 17 of both ends is made into the dimension which can cover the part by which the insertion leg 7a of the vertical frame 7 and the said insertion pillar 16 were joined (refer FIG. 5), and the two cylindrical parts 17 of FIG. The distance corresponds to the distance of the vertical frame 7 of the unit fence body 4.
For this reason, the insertion column 16 of the other fence body supporting metal 5 is positioned inside the one cylindrical portion 17 and the insertion column 16 of the other fence body supporting metal 5 is positioned inside the other cylindrical portion 17. After the baseboard 6 is bridged over the insertion pillars 16 of the two fence body support hardwares 5 so as to be positioned, each insertion leg 7a of the vertical frame 7 of the unit fence body 4 is inserted and joined to the corresponding insertion pillar 16; The baseboard 6 close to the fence laying surface is located below the fence material 9 of the unit fence body 4 in a standing state, and no open portion is formed below the unit fence body 4.

In the guard fence 1, the above-described form is formed for each unit fence body 4 in the continuous fence body 2. That is, since the other end 15 of the fence body support metal 5 provided with the pair of insertion pillars 16 is positioned corresponding to the juxtaposed portion 11 of the unit fence body 4, The cylindrical portion 17 of the baseboard 6 is hung on one insertion column 16 of the fence body support metal 4 in the juxtaposed portion 11, and the cylindrical portion 17 of the other baseboard 6 is hung on the other insertion column 16. . Similarly, of the adjacent unit fence bodies 4, the insertion leg 7 a of the vertical frame 7 on the side of the parallel arrangement portion 11 of one unit fence body 4 is one insertion column of the fence body support metal 4 of the parallel arrangement portion 11. 16, the insertion leg 7a of the vertical frame 7 on the side of the juxtaposed portion 11 of the other unit fence body 4 is plugged and joined to the other insertion post 16 of the fence body support metal 4 of the juxtaposed portion 11 ( FIG. 3). The other ends 15 of the fence body support hardware 5 are also correspondingly positioned at both ends of the continuous fence body 2, and the cylindrical portion 17 of the baseboard 6 is spanned only on one insertion post 16 in each fence body support hardware 4. The insertion leg 7a of the vertical frame 7 on the extreme end side is inserted and joined.
In this way, in the guard fence 1 in which the unit fence bodies 4 having the baseboards 6 arranged in the lower part are arranged in parallel to form the continuous fence body 2, the lower part of the continuous fence body 2 extends over the length direction of the continuous fence body 2. It is closed by the skirting board 6 and is thus provided so as not to impair the beauty around the lower part of the continuous fence body 2.

When assembling the guard fence 1, a part fence and a unit fence where the end portion 10 of the continuous fence body 2 is positioned while the baseboard 6 is arranged along the boundary between the partition area A and the outside partition area B The base plate 3 is arranged in the partition region A corresponding to the part where the juxtaposed part 11 of the body 4 is located, and the part where the end part 10 of the continuous fence body 2 is located and the unit fence body 4, the fence body support metal 5 is arranged while the cylindrical part 17 of the baseboard 6 in the part where the juxtaposed part 11 is located, and one end 14 of the fence body support metal 5 is attached to the base plate 3. Connect the bolts.
When this baseboard 6 is arranged along the above-mentioned boundary and the arrangement of the base plate 3 and the bridging of the fence body supporting hardware 5 are completed, the baseboards 6 are arranged in a standing state, and a pair of each base fence body 4 is provided. Since the corresponding two insertion pillars 16 are separated by the baseboard 6 at a distance corresponding to the distance between the two vertical frames 7 of the unit fence body 4, the unit fence is thereafter The insertion leg 7a of the vertical frame 7 of the body 4 may be simply applied to the insertion column 16 inside the cylindrical portion 17, and the unit fence bodies 4 may be provided side by side by inserting and joining them.
Thus, the continuous fence body 2 is formed and the guard fence 1 is obtained. When disassembling the guard fence 1, the reverse procedure of the above-described assembly may be performed. After pulling out the unit fence body 4, the baseboard 6 is removed and the bolt connection between the fence body support hardware 5 and the base plate 3 is performed. Try to solve.

In the guard fence 1, as shown in the drawing, it is possible to bridge the connecting tool 18 that connects the adjacent unit fence bodies 4 to the upper side of the vertical frame 7 in the juxtaposed state, in the juxtaposed portion 11. This is effective in stabilizing the arrangement state of the unit fence bodies 4. Moreover, the baseboard 6 may have a height dimension in contact with the ground or floor of the fence laying surface. Furthermore, the base plate 3 may be anchored to make the standing state of the continuous fence body 2 more stable.

In this guard fence 1, both the insertion leg 7 a of the vertical frame 7 to be inserted and joined and the insertion column 16 of the fence body supporting metal 5 are both tubular, and in the embodiment, as shown in FIG. By inserting the insertion column 16 into the insertion column 7, the insertion leg 7 a can be inserted and removed, and the insertion column 16 is inserted and joined. And since this insertion leg 7a and the insertion pillar 16 are both cylindrical, the angle of the width direction of the unit fence body 4 with respect to the longitudinal direction of the fence body support metal 5 is not limited, and the length of the fence body support metal 5 It is possible to arrange the unit fence body 4 so that the angle in the width direction of the unit fence body 4 with respect to the direction becomes an acute angle, for example.
Accordingly, when the square fence region A is surrounded by the guard fence 1, the fence body support metal fitting 5 in which the other end 15 is disposed on the juxtaposed portion 11 bent at, for example, 90 degrees as shown in FIG. The base plate 3 can be bolted to the base plate 3 that is disposed so as to pass through the substantially central portion of the inner corner formed by the portion 11 and is positioned so as to be within the partition region A. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a part of the base plate 3 corresponding to the corner juxtaposed portion 11 from protruding into the outside-compartment region B across the boundary.

Further, in many cases, the end of the guard fence 1, that is, the end 10 of the continuous fence body 2 is arranged so as to be opposed to the elevation f of the existing object at the place where the guard fence is laid. As described above, the unit fence body 4 is arranged so that the insertion leg 7a and the insertion column 16 are both circular and the angle in the width direction of the unit fence body 4 with respect to the longitudinal direction of the fence body support metal 5 is an acute angle. Therefore, the fence support metal fitting 5 is arranged so as to pass through the approximate center of the inner corner formed by the unit fence body 4 on the end 10 side and the standing surface f of the existing object, What is necessary is just to connect with the base plate 3 positioned so that it may fit in A (refer FIG. 2).
In this way, the fence body support metal 5 and the base plate 3 are arranged at a position close to the unit fence body 4 on the end 10 side, and the fence body support metal 5 and the outside of the unit fence body 4 from the end 10 in the longitudinal direction. Since the base plate 3 can be made not to exist, the end portion 10 can be brought close to the elevation surface f of the existing object, so that the gap can be made as narrow as possible, and the concealing effect can be achieved as compared with the conventional example shown in FIG. Will become even higher.

Among the plurality of unit fence bodies 4 constituting the guard fence 1, there is a unit fence body with a door. In this case, the half surface on which the fence material 9 is located is used as the door portion 19. And even if it is in this unit fence body with a door, the point by which the above-mentioned baseboard is distribute | arranged to the lower part is the same.
