Description

本発明は、管理対象物を識別するための識別番号を有し管理対象物自体またはその近傍に取付けられるタグ装置に関する。本発明のタグ装置は、例えば各種配管に設置されるバルブやトラップ、あるいは各種プラントの設備機器等の管理対象物を保守・点検するときに管理対象物を識別するために用いられる。
従来のタグ装置は、管理対象物を識別するための識別番号が記憶された電子タグと、電子タグを収容する樹脂製ケースと、樹脂製ケースを管理対象物自体またはその近傍に取付けるための金属製取付具とを有するものである。
上記従来のタグ装置は、樹脂製ケースが薬品や熱によって劣化し易いために金属製取付具から脱落し易く、樹脂製ケース内に収容された電子タグが樹脂製ケースと共に金属製取付具から脱落すると管理対象物を識別できなくなるという問題があった。この問題は、タグ装置が取付けられる場所が屋外である場合には紫外線や天候によって特に顕著となる。

解決しようとする課題は、樹脂製ケース内に収容された電子タグが樹脂製ケースと共に金属製取付具から脱落しても管理対象物を識別できるタグ装置を提供することである。
本発明は、管理対象物を識別するための識別番号が記憶された電子タグと、管理対象物を識別するための識別番号が表示されているとともに取付孔を有する金属製目視タグと、電子タグと金属製目視タグを収容するとともに取付孔を有する樹脂製ケースと、電子タグと金属製目視タグを収容した樹脂製ケース及び樹脂製ケース内に収容された金属製目視タグをそれぞれの取付孔を通して取付けるとともに管理対象物自体またはその近傍に吊り下げて取付けられる金属製取付具とを有することを特徴とする。
本発明は、樹脂製ケース内に収容された電子タグが樹脂製ケースと共に金属製取付具から脱落しても金属製取付具に取付けられた金属製目視タグにより管理対象物を識別できるという優れた効果を生じる。
本発明は、電子タグと金属製目視タグを収容した樹脂製ケース及び樹脂製ケース内に収容された金属製目視タグが金属製取付具に取付けられるものである。そのため、樹脂製ケースが劣化し、樹脂製ケース内に収容された電子タグが樹脂製ケースと共に金属製取付具から脱落しても、金属製取付具に取付けられた金属製目視タグの識別番号を目視することにより管理対象物を識別できる。
上記の技術的手段の具体例を示す実施例を説明する（図１参照）。本実施例のタグ装置１は電子タグ２と金属製目視タグ３と樹脂製ケース４と金属製取付具５とからなり、管理対象物としてのトラップ６の出口側配管７に取付けられる。電子タグ２はＲＦＩＤ（無線周波数識別）技術を用いたもので、アンテナ素子にトラップ６の識別番号を記憶した回路素子を電気的に接続したものである。金属製目視タグ３は金属プレートにトラップ６の識別番号を刻印したものである。樹脂製ケース４は表ケース４ａと裏ケース４ｂとからなり、内部に電子タグ２と金属製目視タグ３を収容したものである。金属製目視タグ３及び樹脂製ケース４はそれぞれ取付孔８を有し、それぞれの取付孔８に針金や鎖からなる金属製取付具５を通して取付ける。電子タグ２と金属製目視タグ３を収容した樹脂製ケース４及び樹脂製ケース４内に収容された金属製目視タグ３を取付けた金属製取付具５をトラップ６の出口側配管７に吊り下げて取付ける。
電子タグ２に記憶されたトラップ６の識別番号は無線により非接触で図示しないタグ読取装置に伝達される。樹脂製ケース４が劣化し、樹脂製ケース４内に収容された電子タグ２が樹脂製ケース４と共に金属製取付具５から脱落しても、金属製取付具５に取付けられた金属製目視タグ３の識別番号を目視することによりトラップ６の識別番号を識別できる。

  1. 管理対象物を識別するための識別番号が記憶された電子タグと、管理対象物を識別するための識別番号が表示されているとともに取付孔を有する金属製目視タグと、電子タグと金属製目視タグを収容するとともに取付孔を有する樹脂製ケースと、電子タグと金属製目視タグを収容した樹脂製ケース及び樹脂製ケース内に収容された金属製目視タグをそれぞれの取付孔を通して取付けるとともに管理対象物自体またはその近傍に吊り下げて取付けられる金属製取付具とを有することを特徴とするタグ装置。
