Description

The present invention relates to a guard member for preventing breakage of a concrete product for preventing breakage of corners, side ridges and the like of a concrete product such as a box culvert.

Conventionally, concrete box culverts are loaded for storage and transportation, but when loading the upper concrete product that is suspended and transferred onto the lower concrete product, the upper concrete is placed. Even if the corners and side ridges at the bottom of the product only lightly collide with the corners and side ridges at the top of the lower concrete product, the corners and side ridges could be damaged. .
In this way, when a defect occurs, it becomes a defective product if the part is left as it is, so the defect part must be repaired, but the work is laborious.

We do not conduct prior art searches at the research and development stage or the application stage, and do not know the prior art documents to be described.

Therefore, the present invention does not cause a defect even if the corners and side ridges of the upper and lower concrete products collide with each other during the transfer of the concrete product such as a box culvert as described above. An object of the present invention is to provide a guard member for preventing damage.

In the present invention, a pair of buffer plates can be developed into a flat plate shape and bendably connected to an L shape, and abut against two adjacent surfaces of a concrete product with the buffer plates bent at right angles to each other. By arranging, the above-mentioned problems are solved by protecting the corners and side ridges of the concrete product.
Further, a bending holding means for holding the L-shaped bent state may be provided at the connecting portion of the buffer plate.
In addition, the connecting portion is inclined upward to each of the buffer plates with the thin portion as a boundary, and is provided with an inclined surface that abuts in an L-shaped bent state, and each of the inclined surfaces includes a recess that fits with each other. A through hole formed in the thickness direction of the buffer plate on the inclined surface of one buffer plate, and an outer surface of the one buffer plate through the through hole. It is also possible to provide a bending holding means comprising an elastically deformable claw piece projecting on the inclined surface of the other buffer plate so as to be hooked to the other.

In short, according to the present invention , when the concrete product is loaded, each of the buffer plates bent in the L shape is brought into contact with adjacent surfaces constituting the corners and side ridges of the upper concrete product upper part. By arranging and protecting the corners and side ridges, even if the corners and side ridges of the lower concrete product being suspended and transferred collide with such protection parts, the buffer plate Because the shock caused by the collision can be absorbed and relaxed, and the shock that occurs when the upper concrete product is landed on the lower concrete product can be absorbed and relaxed by the buffer plate that is interposed between the upper and lower concrete products, Occurrence of defects between the upper and lower concrete products can be prevented.
Further, according to the present invention, since one buffer plate is interposed between the upper and lower concrete products in the loading state of the concrete product, there is no need for a conventional tree that was interposed between the upper and lower concrete products in the loading state. It can be.
Furthermore, since the thing of this invention is unfolded in flat form and can pile up a plurality of things without being bulky when not in use, it is easy to pack a large number of cushioning bodies together, and many of them are also stored in the storage place. Can be stored compactly.

In addition, since the buffer plate is provided with a bending holding means for holding the L-shaped bent state at the connecting portion between the buffer plates , the bent state is prevented so that the bent state deformed into the L-type during use is not released without permission. The state can be maintained, and each of the buffer plates is always brought into contact with the adjacent surfaces of the concrete product, and the corners and side ridges of the concrete product can be protected without any trouble during loading.

The connecting portion is inclined upward to each buffer plate with the thin portion as a boundary, and is provided with an inclined surface that abuts in an L-shaped bent state. Since the inclined surfaces collide, they can be easily transformed into an L shape.

Furthermore, in the invention according to claim 1, each of the inclined surfaces includes a concave portion and a convex portion that are fitted to each other, and the abutting surface of the concave portion with the upper surface of the convex portion in the fitted state elastically supports the upper surface of the convex portion. Since the bending holding means in which the gap between the thin portion in the concave portion is slightly narrower than the height of the convex portion is provided so that the right and left inclined surfaces collide with each other due to the bending deformation of each buffer plate. The abutting surface elastically presses the upper surface of the convex part and the convex part and the concave part are fitted, so that the fitting state can be securely held and the abutting state of the inclined surface can be firmly held, Each buffer plate can hold a bent state perpendicular to each other.
According to the present invention, since it has a simple configuration as described above, it can be easily formed at low cost.

In the invention according to claim 2, a through hole that penetrates the inclined surface of one buffer plate in the thickness direction of the buffer plate, and the through hole penetrates the outer surface of the one buffer plate. Since it is provided with a bending holding means comprising a thin and elastically deformable claw piece projecting on the inclined surface of the other buffer plate so as to stop, the claw piece penetrates through the through hole when deformed to the L shape. It is elastically deformed, and after passing through the through-hole, it is elastically restored and can be hooked on the outer surface of one of the buffer plates. A right-angled bent state can be firmly held.
According to the present invention, since it has a simple configuration as described above, its practical effect is significant, such as being easy to mold and being manufactured at low cost.

The recess 9 is a through hole corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the inclined surface 7 formed by penetrating the inclined surface 7 provided at the coupling end of the buffer plate 2 in the thickness direction of the guard member 1 with a predetermined width.
The convex portion 10 is a right-triangular plate piece projecting at a portion corresponding to the concave portion 9 on the inclined surface 8 provided at the coupling end portion of the buffer plate 3 so as to substantially match the cross-sectional shape of the concave portion 9.
The width of the convex portion 10 is such that the both side surfaces 10a in the width direction of the convex portion 10 are elastically sandwiched by the both side surfaces 9a in the width direction of the concave portion 9 in the fitted state of the concave portion 9 and the convex portion 10. Further, the width of the recess 9 is slightly narrowed.

The buffer plate 2 and the buffer plate 3 are symmetrical in shape with the thin portion 6 as the axis of symmetry except for the concave portion 9 and the convex portion 10 provided on the inclined surfaces 7 and 8, and are inclined when the guard member 1 is deployed. The buffer plate 2 and the back surface (outer surface) 2b, 3b of the buffer plate 3 excluding the connecting end portion having the surfaces 7, 8 are formed with grooves 11 and 12 vertically and horizontally, and at the intersection of the grooves 11 and 12 A rectangular through hole 13 extending to each surface (inner surface) 2a, 3a is provided.

Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
The guard member 1 is obtained by mainly deforming the shape of the concave portion 9 and the convex portion 10 in the bending holding means 5, and the same or equivalent parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
Similarly to the above, the bending holding means 5 includes a concave portion 9 and a convex portion 10 provided so as to be fitted to each other of the inclined surfaces 7 and 8. The abutting surface 9b (corresponding to the side surface of the concave portion 9 facing the vertical wall of the convex portion 10 when the guard member 1 is unfolded) elastically presses the upper surface 10b of the convex portion 10 with the upper surface 10b of the portion 10 The gap X between the concave portion 9 and the thin portion 6 is slightly narrower than the height of the convex portion 10 (exaggerated in FIGS. 10 to 13).
In the illustrated example, the convex portion 10 is formed thinner than the concave portion 9, but may be substantially the same thickness as the width of the concave portion 9.
Further, the buffer plate 2 and the buffer plate 3 do not have the concave grooves 11 and 12 as described above, but have square or rectangular transparent holes penetrating the front and back surfaces 2a, 3a, 2b and 3b at appropriate positions. The holes 13 are arranged in an orderly manner.

Next, a third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
This guard member 1 is obtained by mainly deforming the bending holding means 5, and the same or corresponding parts as those described above are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
The bending holding means 5 has a through-hole 14 provided corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the inclined surface 7 so as to penetrate through the thickness direction of the buffer plate 2 at an appropriate position in the longitudinal direction on one inclined surface 7 and the other inclined surface 7. On the surface 8, when the guard member 1 is bent and deformed, it is elastically deformed with a thickness much thinner than the thickness of the buffer plate 2 protruding so as to pass through the through hole 14 and be hooked to the outer surface (back surface) 2b of the buffer plate 2. It consists of possible nail pieces 15.
On the inclined surface 8, a projecting piece 16 having a right triangular plate shape is provided at a portion corresponding to the through hole 14, which matches the cross-sectional shape of the through hole 14 and is thinner than its width.
Then, the claw piece 15 that continues upward from the built-up portion 17 that bulges on the side wall (vertical wall in the unfolded state of the guard member 1) of the protruding piece 16 facing the through hole 14 is formed from the upper end surface of the protruding piece 16. It protrudes upward.
In addition, square and rectangular through holes 13 penetrating the front and back surfaces 2a, 3a, 2b, and 3b are regularly arranged at appropriate positions of the buffer plate 2 and the buffer plate 3 as in the second embodiment.

The guard member 1 configured as described above is used after being bent and deformed from a flat plate-like developed state to an L shape.
When the concrete product W is loaded, the bent guard member 1 is disposed at the corner or side ridge of the upper concrete product W, which is shown in FIGS. 9, 19, and 29. An example of use of the first to third embodiments for a concrete product W made of culvert will be described.

First, in bending deformation of the guard member 1 according to the first and second embodiments, when the buffer plate 2 is bent with respect to the buffer plate 3 with the thin portion 6 as a fold, the inclined surfaces 7 and 8 abut each other. At the same time, the convex portion 10 protruding from the inclined surface 8 is fitted into the concave portion 9 provided on the inclined surface 7.
In such a fitted state, in the guard member 1 of the first embodiment, the both side surfaces 9a of the concave portion 9 elastically sandwich the both side surfaces 10a of the convex portion 10, and the guard member of the second embodiment. 1, the abutting surface 9b of the concave portion 9 with the upper surface 10b elastically presses the upper surface 10b of the convex portion 10, so that the fitting state is reliably and firmly held. The standing state is maintained.
Further, in the bending deformation of the guard member 1 in the third embodiment, similarly to the above, the inclined surfaces 7 and 8 by Okoshikyoku the buffer plate 2 to the buffer plate 3 a thin portion 6 as crease mutual Collide with.
At the time of this collision, since the claw piece 15 protrudes from the upper end surface of the protruding piece 16 protruding from the inclined surface 8 in the through hole 14 provided in the inclined surface 7, the claw piece 15 is bent due to its material characteristics. Elastically deformed to pass through the through hole 14 together with the projecting piece 16, and at the same time elastically recovered and hooked to the peripheral edge of the through hole 14 on the outer surface 2b of the buffer plate 2, As a result, the buffer plate 2 is prevented from falling and its upright standing state is maintained.

Then, each of the inner side surfaces (surfaces) 2a and 3a of the buffer plates 2 and 3 in the guard member 1 deformed into an L shape as described above constitutes the corners and side ridges of the upper concrete product W. The side surface W1 and the upper surface W2 are brought into contact with each other.
Thereby, the buffer plate 3 is placed on the upper surface W2 of the concrete product W, and the contact state of the inner side surfaces 2a and 3a with the side surface W1 and the upper surface W2 is maintained.
The guard member 1 of the first and second embodiments can abut against the side surface W1 and the upper surface W2 of the upper part of the concrete product W with either of the buffer plates 2 and 3, but the guard member of the third embodiment. For the member 1 only, the claw pieces 15 and the projecting pieces 16 protrude from the outer surface 2b of the buffer plate 2 in the L-shape, so that the concrete plate W is brought into contact with the side surface W1 as shown in FIG. It is good to arrange.
In this way, after the guard members 1 are disposed at the corners and side ridges, another concrete product W is suspended and loaded on the buffer plate 3, and the impact generated on the upper and lower concrete products W at this time is buffered. Absorption is eased by the plate 3.
In addition, while the concrete product W on the upper side is suspended and transferred to be placed on the lower concrete product W, the corners and side ridges below the upper concrete product W are guarded. Even if it collides with the corners or side ridges of the lower concrete product W protected by the member 1, the shock generated at that time is absorbed and relaxed by the buffer plates 2 and 3 of the guard member 1.
