Description

The present invention relates to a grounding metal fitting attached to a rail in order to drop an induced current or a large current generated in a railway electric wire to the ground.

As shown in FIG. 9, the current railroad track grounding metal fitting passes one end 50 a of the grounding metal 50 between the bottom surface of the rail 51 and the top surface of the ballast 52, and the flange 53 of the one end 50 a is connected to the rail 51. The locking piece 54 of the other end 50 b is locked to the other side of the rail 51, and the locking piece 54 is firmly tightened with a tightening tool 55.
However, in recent years, a labor-saving track has been adopted in which ballast is hardened with cement-based fillers in order to reduce ballast scattering and prevent vibrations in order to reduce maintenance work after railway construction and to ensure safety. This labor-saving track has no gap between the ground and the bottom of the rail. Therefore, the grounding metal fitting 50 as shown in FIG. 9 cannot be used.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, a grounding metal fitting has been developed that can be fixed on one of the left and right sides of the rail without passing the grounding metal between the rail bottom surface and the ground. This is because, in the rail 60 which is fixed on a flat floor surface with both sides of the bottom side of the rail 60 sandwiched between side plates 61, a screw hole is drilled on the upper surface of the rectangular parallelepiped, and a triangular notch is formed on the lower surface so as to be engageable with the edge of the side plate 61. A lower block 62, a support bolt 63 screwed into the screw hole at the lower end portion and provided with a large-diameter rod and a spanner hook at the upper end portion, and a slight neck to the upper end portion of the support bolt 63 by a recess formed in the lower surface. The upper block 64 is swingably inserted and secured and a ground wire crimp terminal 65 fixed to the side surface of the upper block 64. The lower block 62 is engaged with the edge of the side plate 61. The upper block 64 is pressed against the boundary between the head and legs of the rail 60 by the rotation of the support bolt 63.
Registered Utility Model No. 3059094 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-256502

However, in FIG. 10, the support bolt 63 is rotated to crimp the upper block 64 and the lower block 62 to the boundary between the head and leg sides of the rail 60 and the edge of the side plate 61, respectively. A considerable amount of force is required for the work of directly tightening and tightening the support bolts 63 for adjusting the distance between them, and the work is difficult and incomplete because of the work of tightening the support bolts 63 in a narrow place beside the rail. Tightening and the grounding bracket may be easily removed. Further, since the lower block 62 has a shape in which a triangular notch is formed on the lower surface of the block, it can be attached only to the edge of the side plate 61 and is not versatile.

Therefore, the present invention is a type of grounding metal fitting that is attached to either one of the left and right sides of the rail without passing the grounding metal between the bottom surface of the rail and the ground. The purpose of this invention is to provide a versatile grounding bracket that can be mounted at various types of rail fastening brackets.

The invention according to claim 1, one end of the grounding member formed of a conductive material to the jaws of the one side of the rail is brought into contact, the other end of the grounding member positioned substantially on an extension of one end of the conductive material, the rails The grounding bracket is fixed to one side of the rail by providing means for engaging one end and the other end of the grounding bracket outwardly, and fixing one end of the grounding bracket, and one end of the grounding bracket is T-shaped. The contact portion with the rail is substantially bowl-shaped, and has a ground terminal at one end in parallel to the rail contact surface of the T-shaped grounding fixture, and the lead wire end can be compressed and fixed. The other end is tapered,
Further, the means for extending outward is provided with a handle centered on the bolt at one end of the bolt divided into the left and right screws by a half of one bolt, and one nut for each of the left and right screws of the bolt. These nuts are separated from each other or approached by the rotation of the bolts, one end of each nut is rotatably supported, and the link pieces are protruded on both sides of each nut, On each side of each nut, each other end of each link piece protruding from the two nuts is rotatably supported on one end or the other end of the grounding metal fitting, and provided on the other end of each of these two link pieces. When the two nuts are separated from each other, the distance between one end and the other end of the grounding bracket is shortened, and when the two nuts are close to each other, one end of the grounding bracket and the other are Edge distance And longer construction, the relative straight line connecting the one end and the other end of the grounding metal bolts are orthogonal, and a track corresponding type grounding member.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the attachment can be performed without passing the connecting metal fitting between the rail bottom surface portion and the ground, the work can be performed on one side of the rail. Therefore, even if it is a labor-saving track | orbit, a grounding metal fitting is attached and it is further attached to the track | truck fixed on the conventional ballast. Therefore, the attachment of the grounding metal to the rail can be performed very easily and quickly, and the workability is good. In addition, since one end of the grounding metal is T-shaped, a substantially bowl-shaped rod having a certain length is brought into contact with the lower surface of the rail jaw, and the tapered other end is connected to the rail fastening device metal fitting. Since it is locked only by piercing in between, when these are stretched, the grounding metal fitting can be stably attached. Moreover, since the other end of the grounding metal is tapered in this way, it can be locked to many types of rail fastening devices. Further, it means for the Tsuppara is only turn the handle, or taut to reliably and easily, can retract, has the advantage work is easy. Furthermore, since the handle is provided on the side surface perpendicular to the direction of one end and the other end of the grounding metal, the handle can be attached upward in particular, and the mounting operation of the grounding metal becomes extremely easy.

One end of a grounding metal fitting made of a conductive material is brought into contact with the jaw portion on one side of the rail, and the other end of the grounding metal fitting located substantially on the extension line of one end of the conductive material is locked to the rail fastening device. A track-corresponding grounding metal fitting that is configured to be fixed to one side of the rail by providing means for extending one end and the other end of the grounding metal outward, and one end of the grounding metal made of the conductive material is substantially It becomes a bowl-shaped T-shape, and the other end of the grounding metal is tapered. Thereby, the grounding metal fitting can be easily and quickly attached on one side of the rail.

2 to 4 are a front view, a plan view, and an enlarged front view of a main part of the grounding metal fitting body 1 of the present invention, respectively. The grounding metal body 1 is provided with a bolt 2 divided into left and right screws by a half of one bolt, and as shown in FIG. 2, a handle 3 having the bolt 2 as an axis is attached to one end of the bolt 2. Two upper nuts 4a and a lower nut 4b are screwed to the left and right screws of the bolt 2 provided at the top. When the upper nut 4a and the lower nut 4b prevent the rotation of these nuts, they are separated from each other or approached by the rotation of the bolt 2. In FIG. 2, link pieces 5a and 5a having one end rotatably supported on the both sides of the upper nut 4a and the other end extending on the right side of the upper nut 4a are provided. On the front and rear sides of the upper nut 4a, link pieces 5b and 5b, each having one end rotatably supported and the other end extending on the left side of the upper nut 4a, are provided. The link piece 5a and the link piece 5b are pivotally supported by the same pin 6 with the link piece 5a and one end of the link piece 5b overlapped on the respective side surfaces on both sides of the upper nut 4a. In FIG. 2, link pieces 5c and 5c are provided on both sides of the lower nut 4b before and after the lower nut 4b, with one end rotatably supported on the right side and the other end extended on the right side of the lower nut 4b. In addition, link pieces 5d and 5d are provided on both sides of the lower nut 4b on the front and rear sides, with one end rotatably supported on the left side and the other end extended on the left side of the lower nut 4b. The link piece 5c and the link piece 5d are pivotally supported by the same pin 7 such that the link piece 5c and one end of the link piece 5d overlap each other on the front and back sides of the lower nut 4b.

The other ends of the link piece 5a and the link piece 5c are pivotally supported by different pins 10a and 10b on both front and rear sides of the base 9 to which the one end 8 of the grounding fixture is fixed, respectively, as shown in FIG. In addition, a part of the outer peripheral edge of the tip is a gear portion 5e, and the link piece 5a and the link piece 5c are engaged with each other. Further, the other ends of the link piece 5b and the link piece 5d are pivotally supported by different pins 13a and 13b on the front and rear sides of the base 12 to which the other end 11 of the grounding fixture is fixed, respectively, as shown in FIG. As described above, a part of the outer peripheral edge of the tip becomes the gear portion 5e, and the link piece 5b and the link piece 5d are engaged with each other.
Further, one end 8 of the grounding metal has a substantially T-shaped shape made of a conductive material, and the outside of the contact portion 8a (see FIG. 2) made of a T-shaped horizontal portion is rounded to be almost corrugated. It has a shape. Also, one horizontal side of the T-shape extends long, and a ground terminal 14 (see FIGS. 3 and 6) is provided on the side of the extended portion. The other end 11 of the grounding metal has a tapered shape. And one end 8 of these grounding metal fittings and the other end 11 of the grounding metal fitting are located on the same line.

When the handle 3 of the bolt 2 is turned, the upper nut 4a and the lower nut 4b approach each other, whereby the link pieces 5a and 5c and the link pieces 5b and 5d approach each other, as shown in FIG. When the distance between the one end 8 of the grounding metal and the other end 11 of the grounding metal becomes long and the handle 3 of the bolt 2 is turned in the opposite direction, the upper nut 4a and the lower nut 4b are separated. The links 5a and 5c and 5b and 5d are separated from each other, and as shown in FIG. 5, the distance between the one end 8 of the grounding bracket and the other end 11 of the grounding bracket is shortened.

In order to attach the grounding metal body 1 to the rail, as shown in FIG. 1, the abutting portion 8a of one end 8 of the grounding metal is applied to the lower surface of the upper jaw portion 51a of the rail 51, and the other end 11 of the grounding metal. Is locked between the spring portion 56a of the pan-roll type fastening device 56 of the rail 51 and the main body 56b, and the handle 3 is turned so that the one end 8 of the ground metal fitting and the other end 11 of the ground metal fitting are stretched outward. . As a result, the grounding fixture body 1 is firmly attached to the rail, and the current flowing on the electric wire side flows through the lead wire (not shown) to the grounding terminal 14 of the grounding fixture body 1, and this is passed through one end 8 of the grounding fixture. Through the rails and the earth.

The abutting portion of the above-described ground metal fitting 8 on the rail is T-shaped, and the abutting portion 8a is rounded according to the shape of the lower surface of the upper jaw portion 51a of the rail 51. Therefore, since it is familiar with the rail 51 and is in contact over a certain length, the mounting stability and the electrical contact are stabilized. Moreover, since the other end 11 of the grounding metal has a tapered shape, it can be locked if inserted between the spring portion 56a of the pan-roll type fastening device 56 of the rail 51 and the main body 56b, and the locking is easy. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the ground terminal 14 provided at one end 8 of the ground metal fitting is provided with a sleeve 14a for holding one end of a lead wire (not shown) at one end, and the lead wire core wire is provided at the sleeve 14a. Is inserted, compressed, and fixed. The ground terminal 14 is not shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 4 and 5.

Further, as described above, the grounding metal fitting body 1 is configured to be attached at a place where there is a rail fastening device. However, the attachable fastening device is substantially the same as the above embodiment, and is a labor-saving type pan roll shown in FIG. Of course, 57 can also be used for a PC sleeper fastening device 58 for fixing a rail to a sleeper as shown in FIG. 8 and other fastening devices. 7 and 8, a double-headed arrow 1 indicates a place where the grounding metal body 1 of the present invention is attached.

According to the present invention, the means for stretching the one end and the other end of the grounding fitting is the handle on the side surface perpendicular to the direction of the one end 8 of the grounding fitting and the other end 11 of the grounding fitting in the above embodiment. 3 is provided, the handle 3 can be particularly attached upward, and the attachment work of the grounding metal fitting body 1 is extremely easy .
