Claims (6)
- 回転する軸部材と、
前記軸部材に支持され、複数の振動素子からなるアレイ振動子を備えた可動部と、
前記軸部材回りで前記可動部を運動させるための駆動力を発生する駆動部と、
前記可動部の周囲を満たす媒体を収容した媒体室を有する探触子ケースと、
を含み、
前記可動部は、
前記アレイ振動子を有する振動部と、
前記振動部から上方へ突出形成され、前記軸部材に連結された取付部と、
で構成され、
前記振動部及び/又は前記取付部において前記軸部材回りの運動時に媒体圧を受ける前後面がそれぞれ水平方向及び垂直方向の両方向に丸みを帯びつつ脹らんで形成された、
ことを特徴とする超音波探触子。 - 請求項1記載の超音波探触子において、
前記振動部は、側方から見て略楕円形状を有し、且つ、上方から見て略楕円形状を有することを特徴とする超音波探触子。 - 請求項1記載の超音波探触子において、
前記振動部は、第1コア部分と、その第1コア部分の平坦な前後面に設けられ丸みを帯びつつ脹らんだ一対の第1付加部材と、で構成されることを特徴とする超音波探触子。 - 請求項1記載の超音波探触子において、
前記取付部は、第2コア部分と、その第2コア部分の平坦な前後面に設けられ丸みを帯びつつ脹らんだ第2付加部材と、で構成されることを特徴とする超音波探触子。 - 請求項1記載の超音波探触子において、
前記アレイ振動子から引き出された信号線群が、前記軸部材における中間部から内部を通って端部まで挿通され、その端部から探触子ケーブル側へ導かれたことを特徴とする超音波探触子。 - 請求項5記載の超音波探触子において、
前記軸部材における一方端部に前記信号線群が引き出される開口が形成され、
前記軸部材における他方端部に前記駆動部からの駆動力を伝達するギア機構が設けられたことを特徴とする超音波探触子。
