Description

(1.技術分野)
本開示は、外科手術の手順の間の器官および/または体の組織の牽引のために使用されるデバイス、システムおよび方法に関する。さらに詳しくは、最小限に侵襲性の外科手術の間に、体の組織または/および体の器官を牽引または配置するための内視鏡装置または腹腔鏡の装置、システムおよび方法に関する。
外科的手術の機器における最近の技術的改善の結果、患者に対してより少ない外傷を引き起こす、最小限に侵襲性の技術(例えば、内視鏡、腹腔鏡など)を使用する外科的手術の手順が、日常的に行われている。
本開示の牽引システムは、そのシステム部分(例えば、開創器デバイスの遠位端)に対する制御を増大させ、さらに他の開創器デバイスに比べてより大きな牽引強度を提供する、開創器デバイスを提供することにより従来技術の開創器の不都合の多くを克服している。大きな牽引強度を提供することに加えて、本開示の牽引システムは、より小さな直径の外科手術器具のプラットフォーム(例えば、5mm直径の器具プラットフォーム)と関連して特に有用である。
まず、図1〜5を参照すると、内視鏡牽引システムの説明に役立つ実例が、一般に牽引システム100として示されており、本開示に従う牽引システム100は、取っ手部104から遠位へ延びる細長いシャフト102を含む。細長いシャフト102および取っ手104は、完全にそれを通じて延びる管腔(示されていない)を含む。牽引システム100はさらに、シャフト102の遠位端108に操作的に結合する開創器デバイス106を含む。開創器デバイス106は、シャフト102の遠位端108に位置することが好ましいが、開創器デバイス106は、シャフト102に沿った取っ手部104と遠位端108との間の任意の位置に配置または/もしくは位置づけられ得ることが予想される。
Claims (5)
- 牽引システムであって、
体腔へ挿入するために構成され、寸法決めされたシャフト;
該シャフトと結合している開創器デバイスであり、該体腔へ挿入するための第1の配置、および体の器官の牽引のための少なくとも第2の配置を有する開創器デバイス;および
該体腔の壁に対し該牽引システムを固定するために、該シャフトの遠位端に連結された少なくとも1つの固定部材であって、該少なくとも1つの固定部材が、該体腔の壁に減圧効果を伝達するように構成され、かつ適合された吸引デバイスであり、該開創器デバイスが、シャフトの長さに沿った位置で該シャフトに結合している、牽引システム。 - 請求項1に記載の牽引システムであって、前記開創器デバイスが、互いに結合している、遠位端を有する弾力のあるバンドの対を含み、該バンドは、牽引表面を形成する開位置と閉位置との間で移動可能である、牽引システム。
- 請求項2に記載の牽引システムであって、前記シャフトが管腔を規定し、そして前記閉位置にあるとき、前記開創器デバイスが該管腔内に位置することが可能な、牽引システム。
- 請求項1に記載の牽引システムであって、前記開創器デバイスが対向した端の対を有する吊りなわである、牽引システム。
- 請求項1に記載の牽引システムであって、前記開創器デバイスが、扇状に広がった位置へ移動可能な複数の刃の部材を含む、牽引システム。
