Description

Claims (17)
- 閉塞した下端、および、相対向して突出し液体用開口を形成する首部端を備える細長い円筒状壁を含み、
前記閉塞した下端は、隣接して積み重ねられる同様な容器の首部端を収容するための内向きの凹部を含み、該凹部は、該同様な容器の該首部端との間に空間を形成するための少なくとも一つの延在するリブを有する平坦面と、前記同様な容器の首部端から離隔した該平坦面から延在する側壁とを含み、
前記側壁は、前記同様な容器の該首部端に取り付けられるキャップと該側壁との間に隙間を画定するように構成され、該隙間が前記空間に連通し、該空間および該隙間が気体を該キャップの開口したオリフィスに対し行き来させる細胞増殖培養用容器。 - 前記容器は、積み重ねできるローラボトルである請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記リブは、前記平坦面と一体である請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記リブは、該リブが終端する前記凹部の前記側壁に向けて前記容器の長手方向の軸線近傍の位置から放射状に広がる請求項1記載の容器。
- 複数の前記リブは、前記容器の長手方向の軸線回りにほぼ均等に離れて設けられている請求項4記載の容器。
- 前記凹部は、略円錐台形状である請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記首部端は、内ねじ山付キャップを嵌め付けるための一体の外ねじ山を含んでいる請求項1記載の容器。
- 請求項7記載の容器と、
上面、および、該上面から下部の止め縁まで延在する環状のアウタスカートを有する内ねじ山付キャップと、
を含むローラボトルアッセンブリ。 - 前記キャップは、前記上面を貫通する中央のオリフィスと、該オリフィスを塞ぐように該上面の内側に取り付けられる気体透過膜と、をさらに含む請求項8記載のアッセンブリ。
- 前記リブは、該リブが終端する前記凹部の前記側壁に向けて前記容器の長手方向の軸線近傍の位置から放射状に広がる請求項8記載のアッセンブリ。
- 複数の前記リブは、前記容器の長手方向の軸線回りにほぼ均等に離れて設けられている請求項10記載のアッセンブリ。
- 閉塞した下端、および、相対向して突出し液体用開口を形成する首部端を有する第1の容器であって、該閉塞した下端は、内向きの凹部を含み、該凹部は、少なくとも一つの延在するリブを有する平坦面と、前記首部端から離隔した該平坦面から延在する側壁とを含む第1の容器を設け、
貫通して形成される開口したオリフィスを有し装着されるキャップを備える第2の容器を設け、
前記第2の容器の首部が前記第1の容器の前記凹部に嵌まり込む状態で該第1の容器と該第2の容器とを積み重ね、
前記リブが、前記キャップの開口したオリフィスと前記平坦面との間の空間を画定するように、前記第2の容器の首部を前記第1の容器の前記平坦面に対し間隔をおいて配置し、前記側壁は、該側壁と前記キャップとの間に隙間を画定するように構成され、該隙間が前記空間に連通し、該空間および該隙間が気体を該キャップの開口したオリフィスに対し行き来させる細胞増殖培養用容器の堆積方法。 - 前記第1および第2の容器は、積み重ねることができるローラボトルである請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記リブは、前記平坦面と一体である請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記リブは、該リブが終端する前記凹部の前記側壁に向けて前記容器の長手方向の軸線近傍の位置から放射状に広がる請求項12記載の方法。
- 複数の前記リブは、前記容器の長手方向の軸線回りにほぼ均等に離れて設けられている請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記キャップは、さらに、前記開口したオリフィスを横切る気体透過膜を含む請求項12記載の方法。
